About Lucid At Lucid, we are creating exceptional mobility experiences through innovation to drive the world forward. Built on Lucid's proprietary technology and software-defined vehicle architecture, our award-winning vehicles bring our "Compromise Nothing™" approach to the global automotive market. That means refusing to choose between performance and sustainability, design and engineering, ambition and integrity. In Lucid Air and Lucid Gravity, we have designed and built vehicles that have redefined their segments, combining exceptional range, performance, design, and expansive space in a single experience.   We achieve this through deep vertical integration, with design, engineering, and production happening in-house across our global offices and manufacturing facilities. Our teams come from industries around the world, united by a shared commitment to excellence. By refusing to settle, you can help redefine what's possible and shape the future of mobility. Manager, Vehicle Field Quality   Engineering | Arizona | Full-Time | Onsite   About Lucid   At Lucid, we are creating an electric future without compromise. That means refusing to choose between performance and sustainability, design and engineering, ambition and integrity. We build world-class vehicles by pushing performance, efficiency, and design beyond industry limits, setting new standards with vehicles like Lucid Air and Lucid Gravity.   The people here, engineers, designers, operators, and builders, came from across industries and around the world because they wanted to work on a harder problem. They care deeply about mastering their craft and delivering work they're proud of. We trust you to take ownership, push beyond what is expected, and help write the playbook for what comes next.   By refusing to settle, you help shape the future of electric mobility and prove what's possible when craft and ambition refuse to compromise each other.   The Role   We are seeking a highly technical and collaborative Manager, Vehicle Field Quality to lead a defined portfolio of vehicle systems and Field Quality Engineers while advancing shared Vehicle Field Quality priorities across Lucid Air, Lucid Gravity, and future programs. This role strengthens leadership capacity within the Vehicle Field Quality organization and accelerates the detection, investigation, containment, and permanent resolution of vehicle concerns affecting customers in global markets.   The successful candidate will combine people leadership, vehicle-level systems expertise, disciplined issue management, data-driven prioritization, and strong cross-functional execution. This leader will balance specialist ownership with whole-vehicle thinking and drive clear accountability across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Service, Diagnostics, Warranty, Product Safety, regional quality teams, and other partners.   Success in the first 12 months means improving the speed and rigor of issue detection, containment, root cause confirmation, and corrective-action implementation; reducing repeat repairs, warranty exposure, customer downtime, and recurrence of known failure modes; strengthening ownership and workload balance across the team; improving global execution; and ensuring field lessons are integrated into current and future vehicle programs. What you will find here that you will not find in a comparable role elsewhere is the opportunity to lead whole-vehicle Field Quality execution across highly integrated hardware and software systems while directly influencing customer experience, product reliability, global field actions, and future vehicle development.   What You'll Own   Vehicle Field Quality Leadership   Lead, coach, and develop an assigned team of Vehicle Field Quality Engineers responsible for customer issue investigations and corrective-action execution.   Provide leadership coverage for urgent escalations, operating reviews, team development, hiring, and cross-functional decision-making.   Maintain clear accountability across assigned vehicle systems, programs, regions, and critical initiatives while partnering effectively with other Field Quality leaders.   Vehicle Systems Portfolio Ownership   Own field-quality performance for an assigned portfolio that may include body and closures, chassis, interiors and seating, exterior systems, low-voltage electrical, infotainment, software-integrated vehicle functions, ADAS interfaces, climate, NVH, or other vehicle-level systems.   Ensure clear system ownership, technical depth, and effective backup coverage across the Vehicle Field Quality team.   Balance specialist ownership with whole-vehicle thinking to identify interactions across hardware, software, manufacturing, service, and customer-use conditions.   Field Issue Detection & Prioritization   Monitor warranty claims, service repairs, repeat repairs, customer complaints, Voice of Customer signals, diagnostic data, telematics, field reports, and quality issue records to identify emerging concerns.   Prioritize issues using customer impact, safety or regulatory relevance, frequency, vehicle population exposure, recurrence risk, warranty cost, regional impact, and business risk.   Maintain disciplined focus on top customer concerns, emerging issues, high-aging investigations, and concerns requiring leadership escalation.   Investigation, Containment & Root Cause   Drive timely problem definition, suspect-population assessment, vehicle inspection, failure reproduction, part collection, teardown, data analysis, and structured root cause investigation.   Ensure interim containment protects customers and prevents additional exposure while permanent corrective actions are developed.   Confirm root causes and contributing factors through objective evidence, including engineering data, physical analysis, manufacturing history, supplier information, diagnostics, and service findings.   Corrective Action & Field Execution   Oversee permanent corrective actions across product design, manufacturing processes, supplier controls, software, diagnostics, service procedures, and component specifications.   Partner with Service, Campaigns, Parts, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, and regional teams on Technical Service Corrections, Technical Service Bulletins, software actions, inspections, parts readiness, and customer-impact mitigation.   Validate implementation effectiveness through field monitoring, repeat-repair analysis, warranty trends, and post-action performance.   Safety, Regulatory & Executive Escalation Support   Ensure potential safety, compliance, homologation, stop-sale, recall, or significant customer-risk concerns are escalated through the appropriate governance forums.   Prepare clear technical summaries that distinguish confirmed facts, open questions, containment status, decision needs, timing, and residual risk.   Support leadership and Product Safety reviews with accurate field evidence and traceable investigation records.   Global & Regional Field Quality Execution   Coordinate issue resolution across North America, Europe, KSA, and other markets, recognizing regional customer expectations, operating conditions, service capability, and market-specific requirements.   Build effective working relationships with service centers and regional quality teams to improve issue detection, evidence collection, repair feedback, and action implementation.   Ensure global concerns have consistent ownership while allowing regional actions where product configuration or market requirements differ.   Launch Readiness & Prevention   Translate field lessons into design requirements, validation plans, DFMEA and PFMEA updates, manufacturing controls, diagnostic strategies, service procedures, and future program decisions.   Support launch and change readiness for new vehicles, model years, software releases, engineering changes, and supplier or manufacturing process changes.   Drive prevention by ensuring lessons learned are documented, assigned, implemented, and verified across applicable programs.   Operating Rhythm, Metrics & Communication   Lead recurring issue-management reviews for the assigned portfolio with clear ownership, due dates, escalation criteria, and closure evidence.   Track KPIs such as R/1000, months-in-service trends, cost per vehicle, repeat repairs, issue aging, containment timing, root-cause timing, corrective-action timing, and field-action effectiveness.   Provide concise weekly and executive updates on performance, top risks, customer impact, corrective actions, support required, and next steps.   What You Bring   Required   Bachelor's degree in Mechanical , Electrical, Automotive, Systems, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.   8+ years of experience PPAP.   Ability to evaluate customer, safety, regulatory, technical, warranty, launch, and business risk and drive timely escalation.   Excellent leadership, coaching, organization, written communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.   Ability to work onsite and remain effective in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with changing priorities.   Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform the essential duties of the position, including understanding work instructions, safety procedures, and job-related telematics, remote diagnostics, and connected-vehicle analytics.   Experience working directly with service centers, regional quality teams, customers, suppliers, and manufacturing plants. Bring your ideas, expertise, and perspective to meaningful work that can make a difference at global scale. Job Overview As a Senior Software Engineer, you will join a fast-paced innovation team that builds and deploys AI-powered solutions directly with Coursera's enterprise and campus customers. You will sit at the intersection of AI/Data Engineering, cloud and security architecture, and customer-facing solutioning — working hands-on with customers to map their workflows and data, prototype solutions quickly, and harden the ones that prove valuable into production deployments. You'll operate across the full engagement lifecycle: scoping a customer's environment and pain points like a consultant, prototyping working demos in real time with the customer, and then hardening the strongest patterns into production-grade, secure and compliant deployments. This role is customer-facing and will require regular travel to customer sites (domestic and occasionally international) for discovery, prototyping, and go-live phases of engagements. You will work closely with Product Managers, AI Specialists, Data Analysts, and other Engineers on the team, and directly with customer executive sponsors and IT/data owners, to decide what gets standardized, deployed, or retired. Key Responsibilities Scope customer environments directly with executive sponsors and IT/data owners — mapping systems, data models, and workflows to identify the real business problem, not just the stated one Rapidly prototype and demo working solutions in front of customers, iterating in real time to prove value fast Serve as the bridge between customer & core engineering team to harden validated prototypes into production deployments Design and implement multi-tenant, hybrid, or customer-controlled deployment architectures, as per customer's data residency, privacy, and IT-maturity requirements Build and own identity and access management, encryption, and secure cross-network connectivity (mTLS, VPC peering/PrivateLink, API gateways) for customer-embedded deployments Bring security, data-residency and compliance judgment into discovery conversations before a commercial commitment is made, not after Own CI/CD, observability, and production support for systems living inside customer environments Recognize repeatable patterns across customer engagements and feed field evidence back to Product to inform what should be standardized, deployed more broadly, or retired Collaborate closely with Product Managers, AI Specialists, and Program Managers to scope problem statements with a laser focus on customer and business impact Travel to customer sites as needed (expect regular travel) to support scoping, prototyping, and go-live phases of an engagement, including in-person workshops and executive readouts Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role, with strong hands-on backend engineering and cloud infrastructure experience 1+ years of experience building production-grade agentic AI solutions Proficiency in backend languages such as Python, Java, Typescript and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes and Kafka with comfort working across the stack Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred), able to design and operate both multi-tenant and hybrid customer-cloud deployment models Strong experience with data engineering fundamentals — ingesting, cleaning, and normalizing messy, inconsistent customer data across disparate source systems Working knowledge of identity and access management, encryption/key management, and secure network patterns (VPC peering, PrivateLink, mTLS) for customer-embedded or regulated environments Demonstrated comfort operating directly with customers — scoping ambiguous problems, running discovery, and demoing work-in-progress solutions live, in person and remotely Willingness and ability to travel regularly to customer sites, domestically and occasionally internationally, as engagement needs require Prior experience leading projects and debugging complex issues with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications Experience with modern agentic AI tooling such as LangChain, LangGraph, FastMCP, RAG, or MCP Experience with Postgres, DuckDB, pgvector, or similar analytical/transactional data layers Prior experience in a solutions engineering, professional services, or technical consulting role where you owned a customer relationship end-to-end, including on-site engagement Familiarity with data privacy and residency regimes relevant to enterprise/education/government customers (e.g., GDPR, FERPA, DPDPA, HIPAA) Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and make sound technical trade-offs with limited guidance Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical constraints into terms an executive sponsor or non-technical stakeholder can act on Why Join Us? Work on high-visibility engineering problems with direct, measurable impact on enterprise and campus customers Work directly with strategic customers across geographies, owning engagements end-to-end rather than a narrow slice of a roadmap Directly influence what graduates from customer-facing custom solutions into Coursera's core product Be part of a lean, cross-functional team (Engineering, AI Specialists, Product, Program Management) with high autonomy and high trust and become a go-to technical leader Be part of a mission-driven company transforming global access to education and upskilling in the AI era Compensation Coursera offers competitive pay and fair compensation practices across all regions. Job titles may span multiple career levels, and the targeted hiring base salary range for this role in Canada is $137,000 to  $172,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, education, transferable skills, business needs, and location. InternshipOn-sitePrincipal$181,600 - $181,600 / Year

Our mission at Duolingo is to develop the best education in the world and make it universally available. It's a big mission, and that's where you come in! At Duolingo, you'll join a team that cares about finding innovative solutions to complex technical problems , running countless experiments (300+ at a time!) with our massive user base to make data-driven decisions, and educating our users and employees alike. You'll have limitless learning opportunities, mentorship and collaboration with world-class minds, and a variety of projects with large scopes — while doing work that's both fun and meaningful.  Join our life-changing mission to develop education for our half a billion (and growing!) learners around the world. About the role... This is a high-impact L4 TPM role based in New York City, starting in one of Duolingo's fastest-moving pillars: Growth. You'll partner closely with engineering and product leadership to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives that span multiple teams and require someone who can bring structure, alignment, and momentum. Beyond Growth, Duolingo has a growing engineering and product presence in New York, and this role puts you at the center of it, building relationships with senior leaders on the ground and taking on high-ROI initiatives across the org as they come. This is a role for someone who operates at the strategic level: identifying opportunities, shaping programs, and driving outcomes that matter to the business. If you thrive in ambiguity, build trust quickly across engineering and product, and want to have real impact at a company whose product is used by hundreds of millions of people, this role is for you.   🧠  You will... Define and drive the roadmap for high-impact, cross-functional initiatives in the Growth pillar and beyond, aligning engineering and product leadership around a shared vision, sequencing the work, and holding teams accountable to outcomes. Lead organizational change management as engineering teams adopt new ways of working — building alignment, communicating progress to executives and ICs alike, and helping teams internalize new processes and tooling. Lead the delivery of strategic, high-impact cross-functional initiatives from conceptualization to launch, operating with significant autonomy across multiple workstreams. Partner with engineering, product, data science, QA, and executive leadership to ensure communication and alignment; serve as the connective tissue between Duolingo strategy and day-to-day execution. Leverage deep technical expertise to develop detailed plans with key milestones and goals, identify and mitigate risks, resolve dependencies, remove blockers, and ensure timely and smooth launches. Drive decisions when difficult tradeoffs must be made, including those with cross-organizational or company-level impact; model how to navigate hard problems with analytical rigor and a calm, decisive presence. Identify systemic issues impacting delivery efficiency company-wide and take swift, collaborative action to resolve them. Guide and develop other TPMs and engineering leads, scaling best practices across teams and continuously improving how the organization operates.   ✅  You have... Proven experience as a TPM, Engineering Lead, or Engineering Manager. B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent degree or experience. Demonstrated experience leading large-scale technical transformation programs with measurable organizational impact - you've shifted how engineering organizations think and work, not just shipped projects. Strong executive presence and influence in a matrix environment - able to build conviction among skeptics, align competing priorities across senior leadership, and drive decisions without direct authority. Deep technical credibility - enough to challenge architectural assumptions, spot delivery risks early, and earn the trust of strong engineers. Proven ability to build and implement detailed plans that account for ambiguity, dependencies, and technical complexity - and to re-plan quickly when things change, without losing team confidence or momentum. A track record of standing up new programs or practices from scratch in ambiguous, high-visibility environments. Ability to relocate to NYC.   ⭐  Exceptional candidates will have... Strong knowledge of software engineering, systems engineering, or similar hands-on technical experience, in addition to program management experience. Strong conceptual fluency in LLM-based products and AI infrastructure - enough to ask the right questions, challenge technical assumptions, and identify delivery risks. Experience running programs that include machine learning, large datasets, or AI/ML infrastructure. Experience working with AWS at scale.   The offered salary is dependent upon several factors, including work experience, skills, and internal peer comparisons. The posted range is subject to change in the future. For this role, base salary is supplemented by equity compensation. You'll develop innovative solutions to deliver a best-in-class trading experience for cryptocurrencies and tokenized assets—including perpetual futures—to customers worldwide, while solving complex scalability and correctness challenges in an environment where the systems you build move real customer assets continuously around the clock. The Robinhood Wallet team's mission is to democratize access to financial services worldwide by leveraging DeFi protocols and Robinhood Chain. The team builds non-custodial consumer products, self-custody experiences, and seamless cross-chain trading capabilities. The Tokenization team's mission is to bring both public and private equity to be tradable 24/7 on decentralized exchanges (DEXs) across the Robinhood Chain. Equity markets have been closed nights and weekends for a century; the team builds the connective tissue between traditional market infrastructure and on-chain systems—issuance, custody, and settlement—to change that. The Robinhood Chain team designs and scales the underlying decentralized infrastructure across Robinhood. The team continuously improves Robinhood Chain to provide a best-in-class decentralized platform for trading real-world assets, builds specialized smart contracts, and provides infrastructure services for other Robinhood teams that rely on DeFi. These roles are based in either our Toronto, Canada office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams. What you'll do Design, build, test, and deploy scalable backend services and infrastructure across Robinhood Wallet, Tokenization, and Web3 platform systems, with correctness and auditability as hard requirements. Build the connective tissue between traditional market infrastructure (brokerage, ledgers, corporate actions) and on-chain systems, including smart contract integrations, chain indexers, and DEX trade flows. Develop product-facing features and platform enhancements that meet strict correctness and scalability standards. Identify and implement improvements to system performance, engineering productivity, and risk reduction. Collaborate closely with product, compliance, client, platform teams, and external partners to deliver impactful technical solutions. What you bring 2+ years of experience in software development. Expertise in backend development using languages such as Go, Python, or Java, with a solid grasp of cloud-native architectures. Strong grasp of system design, data modeling, and software engineering fundamentals. Care for correctness-critical systems—idempotency, reconciliation, and reasoning carefully about failure modes when money is at stake. Strong ownership mindset, with a track record of delivering high-quality projects end to end in cross-functional environments and raising team-wide technical standards. Proven ability to simplify complex problems, make sound tradeoffs, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders. Interest in blockchain fundamentals—EVM, smart contracts, wallets, on-chain settlement—or a strong appetite to go deep quickly. What we offer Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career Performance driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, and equity ownership Top tier benefits to fuel your work, including supplemental health insurance, ancillary insurance, and mental health support programs Access to the best AI tools on the market and continuous AI skill-building for every employee, technical or not Lifestyle wallet - a highly flexible employer-paid benefits spending account expenses beyond traditional benefits such as wellness, childcare, learning, and more.
