gocrmsalesb2b salesoutboundbdr+2

Who We Are At Roadpost, we've spent years building trust with people who need to stay connected beyond cell coverage, in the world's most remote places. That work led to ZOLEO, our global messaging platform powered by the Iridium satellite network, used by adventurers, remote workers, and enterprise teams operating off-grid. The impact is real. Ask the people whose lives were changed by a ZOLEO rescue alert ( read their stories ). Today, we're building the next chapter. ZOLEO is evolving from a hardware-led satellite communicator into a safety and preparedness platform, one that combines intelligent monitoring, automation, and real-time visibility to give people and their Safety Circles confidence when it matters most. We're just getting started, and we want people who want to build it with us. Why This Role Matters We're hiring a full-stack Account Executive - the person who owns new-logo acquisition, start to finish. You'll run the entire sales process: qualified inbound leads, qualified outbound leads from our BDR, and business you find and build yourself. You'll also carry a list of high-value target accounts and go after them with an account-based approach, working closely with marketing to build pipeline and test new demand-generation ideas. This is a new-logo mandate, built for someone who's motivated by the hunt, not just the close. You will jump into the new role head first: you'll spend real time going deep on the platform, the device, the industry, and our sales process. You are excited to continue to shape our B2B sales playbook with our CRO & sales team. What You'll Do Own New Logo Acquisition, Start to Finish. Run the full sales process - from first qualified conversation through close.. Target High-Value Accounts with an ABM Approach. Own a list of strategic target accounts and work with marketing on an account-based approach to build multi-threaded relationships and close. Run Deep, Consultative Discovery. Uncover real operational and duty-of-care needs, and apply disciplined, solution-based selling throughout the cycle. Bring Structure and Rigor to Your Pipeline. Apply a proven methodology like MEDDICC to qualify, forecast, and manage deals with discipline, and keep the CRM clean and current. Tell a Compelling Story, Backed by a Compelling Demo. Pair a clear value narrative with a strong product demo - you'll know the ZOLEO platform, including the device, inside and out. Collaborate Across the Business. Work with Customer Support/Success on enablement and sales-to-CS handovers, with Corporate Care on customer needs that surface along the way, and with Operations on order fulfillment. Close the Loop with Product. Share thoughtful, specific feedback from the field so it shapes the roadmap and our go-to-market decisions. Represent ZOLEO at Events. Travel to industry events and tradeshows, and represent the brand with pride. What You Bring A True Hunter Mentality. New-logo acquisition is what motivates you. You're energized by finding and closing new business, not just managing what's already there. 3+ Years Closing as an Account Executive. You've owned a full sales cycle before, and you've built your craft across 3+ years in an AE or similar role. Full-Cycle Ownership Experience. You're comfortable owning prospecting through close, without a handoff at any stage along the way. Deep Discovery and Solution-Selling Chops. Consultative discovery is where you do your best work, and value-based, solution selling is your default approa

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade , we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually. Ensuring Authenticity for Billions of Daily Rewards Industry reports suggest 25 percent of global mobile ad spend is lost to fraudulent activities like click farms, fake installs, SDK spoofing, and emulator farms. At adjoe, we define our platform through trust and proactive engineering. We build high-performance defenses that guarantee accurate reward attribution, ensuring every interaction is authentic. This creates a sustainable value exchange that empowers our partners to grow with confidence. The Anti-Fraud team develops systems that detect and prevent malicious activity at scale. Our custom Android and iOS SDKs analyze device integrity for modifications like Xposed frameworks, Magisk modules, and jailbroken devices. Supporting these, Go microservices and DynamoDB deliver millisecond-level responses, while Kafka and SQS process billions of daily events in real time . This infrastructure protects publisher margins and ensures a trustworthy platform for all users. Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For: AdTech Domain & Anti-Fraud Core Requirement You bring a solid foundation in the AdTech ecosystem (publishers, advertisers, SDK attribution, monetization) and direct exposure to cheating in mobile games. Joining our Anti-Fraud Operations unit, you will act as the primary technical PoC for Support, Sales, and BI teams, owning complex fraud escalations and translating business edge cases into technical fixes. Investigative Mindset & Root-Cause Analysis You possess eagle-eyed curiosity and an investigative, hacker mindset. When publisher margins drop, external platforms (iOS/Android) shift, or campaigns misbehave, you won't wait for step-by-step instructions—you will connect messy clues, reproduce exploit scenarios, and trace non-obvious fraud patterns to their source. AI-Empowered Big Data Interrogation You will leverage AI tools alongside Trino SQL, ScyllaDB, and DynamoDB to rapidly query and analyze billions of daily telemetry events. You will direct AI to accelerate complex data analyses, build models, and surface bad actors in real time without getting bogged down in manual query assembly. Observability, Profiling & Microservice Debugging You will monitor platform health and debug system anomalies using Kibana, Grafana, and Go profiling tools like Pyroscope and pprof. You will trace real-time pipeline bottlenecks and API glitches across Kafka, SQS, and Go microservices to catch bugs or platform misconfigurations. Cross-Functional Fraud Mitigation & Pragmatic Engineering You bring a functional software development background in backend engineering (preferably Go) alongside experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, allowing you to comfortably navigate backend code logic. Collaborating with Backend, Mobile, and Data Science teams, you will use AI to draft clean code fixes, propose new detection rules, and take full responsibility for deploying verified mitigations that protect publisher margins. 🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team. What's in It for You? At adjoe, you're not here to just close JIRA tickets, you're helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day. Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries. Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum. Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams. Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other. Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy. We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE): United Kingdom
Full TimeFully RemoteMid
awsazuregcpci/cdrestgcp+3

Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) Remote / 20% Travel About forgd forgd is the consultancy partnering exclusively with Anthropic to help enterprises build AI-native businesses. We start with engineering — helping organizations move from individual developers using Claude Code to entire teams shipping together with AI-native workflows — and expand into agentic solution delivery and broader business transformation. Our conviction is that engineers are uniquely positioned to lead this transformation. The strongest mental model for designing, deploying, and governing AI agents in production lives in software engineering. The teams that change how their organization builds software are the same teams equipped to shepherd the rest of the business into this new world. We embed and co-build with customer teams. Cycles are short, delivery is iterative and accountable to clear outcome goals. About the Role As an FDE, you embed with enterprise customers and own the technical work across the full customer journey — initial demos, short proof-of-value engagements, and multi-week implementations. The work moves customers from interesting prototypes to production capability. Most engagements start in engineering. You'll work with customer engineering teams adopting Claude Code and redesigning their SDLC — code review, requirements, testing, documentation, and governance. From there, the work expands: co-building agentic applications and modernizing legacy systems on the Claude developer platform, and partnering with business stakeholders to deploy agents into core operations like sales, customer service, and finance. You're the expert in the room on how engineers work with Claude Code, what an agentic application looks like in production, and what has to change in an organization to sustain either. You build prototypes, ship code, run workshops, write specs, and make the calls that move customers from demos to deployment. Collaborate directly with Anthropic on customer engagements — joint working sessions, early access to product changes, and a direct line to their product and engineering teams. Responsibilities Enable Lead Claude Code Labs and customer workshops Take customer teams from beginner to power user across Claude Code, Claude for Work, Cowork, and the developer platform Codify deployment patterns and feed them back to forgd's methodology and Anthropic's product teams Transform Lead discovery into customer environments — engineering toolchains and workflows, business operations, and organizational dynamics — and turn that into clear technical plans Advise on how AI-native development changes existing engineering practices: issue management, branching, testing, code review, and security Guide adoption programs that scale Claude across engineering organizations and into business teams Build Scope engagements: assumptions, risks, milestones, and dependencies Embed with customer teams to co-build agentic applications on the Claude developer platform Build technical artifacts — evaluation frameworks, MCP servers, sub-agents, and deployment configurations — tailored to the customer's stack What Success Looks Like Customers move from proof-of-value to production Engineering teams measurably change how they ship software Customers become references Accounts expand on the strength of the work You May Be a Good Fit If You Have 3–5 years in a customer-facing technical role — Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Technical Consultant — or in a hands-on engineering role as a Software Engineer or Product Engineer Software development experience in a high-scale startup or enterprise environment; you know what it takes to write, ship, and operate production code Production experience with LLMs — prompt engineering, agent design, and evaluation frameworks. Power user of Claude Code or equivalent AI coding assistants; you live in AI-native development yourself Familiarity with enterprise development toolchains, CI/CD, and modern SDLC practices, and cloud-native deployment on AWS, GCP, or Azure Communication skills that work across the room — individual contributors, engineering leadership, and business stakeholders High agency and comfort with ambiguity; you operate autonomously in customer environments Nice to Have Background in professional services or consulting Track record leading developer productivity or developer experience at scale Vertical experience in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries Experience driving organizational change What We Offer Work at the frontier: Direct partnership with Anthropic — joint engagements, early access to product changes, and working sessions with their Applied AI team Founding team: You shape how we work and grow as we scale Remote: Fully remote across North American and European time zones Compensation and benefits: Competitive salary, equity, and full benefits How to Apply We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification. Research shows people from underrepresented groups often hesitate unless they meet every requirement, and we don't want you to exclude yourself prematurely. If you're excited about AI-native engineering and want to help enterprises change how they build software, we'd love to hear from you. Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
