Senior Product Manager, Advisor Marketplace
RobinhoodMenlo Park, CA, New York, NY (Hybrid)5 days ago
Full TimeHybridSenior
godata sciencemental healthschedulingcainsurance+8

Join us in building the future of finance. Our mission is to democratize finance for all. An estimated $124 trillion of assets will be inherited by younger generations in the next two decades. The largest transfer of wealth in human history. If you're ready to be at the epicenter of this historic cultural and financial shift, keep reading. About the team +  role We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world's biggest financial problems. We're looking for bold thinkers, sharp problem-solvers, and builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn't a place for complacency – it's where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We're a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards. The Advisory Products team is redefining the advisor experience by bringing the best of Robinhood's technology, design, and infrastructure to Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and the clients they serve. Following our TradePMR acquisition, we're building a modern advisor platform – custody, tools, and a two-sided marketplace that connects Robinhood's investors with trusted, growth-oriented advisors. As the Product Manager for the Advisor Marketplace, you will own the product that helps investors find, meet, and fund accounts with the right advisor – and helps advisors win and onboard those clients efficiently. You'll own the full marketplace funnel, from demand generation and matching through first meeting, onboarding, and funded account, and you'll use data and experimentation to make every step work better for both sides. This is an opportunity to take a new, high-visibility business from early traction to scale, in close partnership with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams. What you'll do Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Advisor Marketplace, balancing the needs of both sides – investors looking for advice and advisors looking to grow their practices. Own the end-to-end marketplace funnel – discovery, matching and routing, scheduling, first-meeting show rate, advisor onboarding, and funded accounts – and drive measurable improvements at each stage. Define and manage marketplace health: supply and demand balance, advisor quality and standards, lead allocation, and conversion, with clear metrics such as meetings booked and completed, accounts funded, assets under management, and net flows. Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to ship products from concept to production, using research, experimentation, and analytics to guide prioritization and measure success. Work with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to embed regulatory and operational requirements directly into product design, advisor vetting, disclosures, and workflows. Integrate the marketplace with the broader RIA platform, including TradePMR and Robinhood's app, so that advisor and client data, accounts, and custody flows connect seamlessly. Drive go-to-market execution with Marketing, Sales, and Operations across launches, advisor acquisition and onboarding, support readiness, and cross-functional communication. Explore how AI can improve the client experience when working with an advisor. Stay ahead of trends in wealth management, advisor technology, and marketplaces to inform long-term strategy. What you bring 4+ years of product management experience, including building and launching marketplace, platform, or complex multi-sided products, ideally in fintech, brokerage, or wealth management. Demonstrated success owning a funnel or growth-oriented product end-to-end, with a track record of improving conversion and engagement through experimentation and analytics. Experience delivering products in a regulated or compliance-heavy environment, balancing innovation with operational and regulatory rigor. Strong analytical skills: you define success metrics, write your own queries or dashboards, and use data to drive prioritization and continuous improvement. Strong technical acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and operations teams on system design, integrations, and scalability. Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders – including executives, advisors, and partner teams – around a shared roadmap. An ownership mindset and a scrappy, self-starter attitude: comfortable with ambiguity, able to define what "great" looks like as you go. Passion for empowering financial advisors and their clients, and for transforming the wealth management industry through modern technology. Bonus points Experience building two-sided marketplaces, lead-generation or referral products, or CRM and scheduling workflows. Experience shipping AI-enabled features in B2B or consumer products. What we offer Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career Performance-driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching Best-in-class benefits, including 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents Lifestyle wallet – a highly flexible benefits spending account for wellness, learning, and more Employer-paid life & disability insurance, fertility benefits, and mental health benefits Time off to recharge, including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, parental leave, and more Exceptional office experience with catered meals, events, and comfortable workspaces In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits. AdaptyvLausanne / Hybrid / Remote, Germany (Hybrid)5 days ago
Full TimeHybridMid
gotriagevideo editingeditingpartnershipslogistics+1

Adaptyv is building an automated lab that lets AI agents run biology experiments. We're entering the era of agentic science where AI models can now design novel proteins, propose hypotheses, and iterate on experimental results. But they can't run the experiments themselves - that's still a manual, months-long process. We're building the infrastructure that gives AI agents access to the physical world. We are one of the fastest growing biotech companies, trusted by leading biopharmas, frontier AI labs, and the techbio companies pushing the field forward. This is a rare chance to help advance some of the most important work happening in biotech today. Our automated lab is powered by a deep software + hardware stack: lab instruments worth millions of USD reverse-engineered into API-controllable hardware, dozens of devices orchestrated through complex workflows, full observability on everything that happens in the lab, processing pipelines for messy physical-world data, and AI systems that troubleshoot production results and accelerate assay development. We're growing rapidly and are hiring for talented people to scale and support the massive demand for AI-driven wet lab experimentation. About the role You'll be the person who makes sure Adaptyv shows up well in public, every day. That means managing our social presence across X and LinkedIn, running the Proteinbase community, owning the participant side of our open competitions and hackathons, and triaging inbound community and customer messages. Whatever it takes to keep our community-facing surface area healthy as we grow. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You'll be the go-to person for anything community: content, social, events, and the day-to-day rhythm of how Adaptyv talks to the outside world. You'll work closely with the founders and the science team, and you'll have a direct impact on how the protein design and AI bio communities experience us. Responsibilities Manage Adaptyv's day-to-day social presence on X and LinkedIn: product updates, customer wins, blog amplifications, conference content, and reactive posts on what's happening in the field. Run the Proteinbase community day-to-day: newsletter, competition updates, designer spotlights, and the Slack where participants and contributors gather. Own the participant-facing side of our open competitions and hackathons, from applicant communication and rules through to judging logistics and post-event recaps. Turn each event into a public artifact (leaderboard, dataset, blog post). Triage inbound community and customer messages, routing deeper technical questions to the right person on the team. Coordinate with the founders and the science team on what to post, what to amplify, and what to hold. What we're looking for 1-3 years running social, content, or community for a technical company, a science-adjacent media brand, an event series, or a community platform. Self-built audiences and adjacent experience count equally. A strong, distinctive writing voice. You move between LinkedIn announcements, customer replies, and community posts without defaulting to generic AI phrasing. Genuine curiosity about biology and AI. No science degree required, but you should be able to follow technical conversations in protein design and AI without needing them explained. Highly organized. You'll juggle multiple channels, partnerships, and ongoing threads simultaneously, and build the systems to track them. Comfortable with ambiguity. There is no editorial calendar or playbook. You'll decide what's worth posting based on what we're shipping and what the field is discussing. Bonus: existing presence in protein design or AI bio circles, prior experience running a hackathon or competition, short-form video editing, or a track record of building a technical community from scratch. Location: On-site or remote, with timezone overlap with US or Europe. Occasional travel to Lausanne and to events. Application deadline We are reviewing applicants on a rolling basis. Description Our quantum sensing technology is already operating in customer environments across Taiwan, the United States, and Europe. As our installed base grows and we move from first deployments to repeat orders, ensuring the reliability and performance of every system becomes increasingly important. As our Field Service Engineer, you'll take hands-on ownership of our systems throughout their operational lifecycle — from installation and commissioning to preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. You'll work directly with leading semiconductor foundries, IDMs, and OSATs, ensuring our systems operate reliably and consistently meet their specifications. You'll collaborate closely with our Engineering and Applications teams, combining technical problem-solving with a strong customer focus. This is also an opportunity to help shape our global service function from an early stage, introducing the processes, tools, and standards that will support our growing international installed base. Who we are Founded in 2022 as a spin-off of TU Munich, QD leverages quantum sensors to rapidly capture three-dimensional current maps within multi-layer chips. Our strong, international team of over 70, including physicists, engineers, data scientists, and other experts, works side by side with major semiconductor manufacturers, supporting chip debugging and accelerating yield analysis. Backed by top-tier deep tech investors, semiconductor experts, and strategic public programs, we have ensured long-term stability, shifting from breakthrough to scale - and shaping the next chapter in chip testing. Why join Quantum Diamonds? Picture this: Quantum sensors that see inside the most advanced chips on Earth, right where two frontier fields collide. Nobel-Prize physics aimed at real customers with real problems, in production now, not someday. Physicists, data scientists, and engineers building side by side, turning deep science into tools the industry actually runs on. An international team that runs at hard problems for fun, where knowledge moves fast and so do you. Still unsure about why joining us? You'll get to build a company together with a brilliant and welcoming team on a product that has never been done before. From Day 1, you'll own your own topics end to end and see the direct impact of your work on how the world sees QuantumDiamonds. Our technology is the cutting edge of tomorrow, starting today and not in 10 years. You'll be part of a high-growth company backed by top-tier investors. Let's make the invisible visible! What will you do Install, commission, and qualify our quantum sensing systems at customer sites across Europe, the US, and Asia, working closely with our Munich-based engineering teams. Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs across optical, laser, mechanical, electronic, and software subsystems. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues systematically, collaborating with Engineering and R&D when deeper technical expertise is required. Take ownership of system reliability and technical service, working closely with Field Application Engineers who focus on measurement execution and customer applications. Manage spare-parts availability for your installed base, including inventory tracking, consumption planning, replenishment, and coordination of service logistics. Document service activities, technical findings, and root causes, feeding recurring issues and improvement opportunities back into Product Development. Build trusted relationships with customers by providing clear technical communication, reliable support, and professional service in demanding semiconductor environments. Help establish and continuously improve our global service processes, including maintenance procedures, troubleshooting guides, documentation, and training materials. What is expected of you 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Field Service Engineer, Equipment Engineer, or in a comparable technical service role, ideally working with semiconductor, optical, laser, inspection, or metrology equipment. Strong practical troubleshooting skills across complex electromechanical systems, ideally combining optics, lasers, precision mechanics, electronics, and control software. Experience working in semiconductor fabs, cleanrooms, or similarly demanding technical environments, with an understanding of relevant safety and operating procedures. Familiarity with laser safety and interlocked systems, or willingness to complete the necessary technical and safety qualifications. Experience with spare-parts management, service documentation, and ERP or service ticketing systems is an advantage. A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to technical challenges, even when working under time pressure. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and build trust with different stakeholders. Willingness to travel internationally for approximately 80% of your working time, primarily supporting customer installations across the US, Europe, and Asia. Fluency in English; German, Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean would be a plus. A degree in Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics, or a related field, or equivalent technical training and relevant practical experience. About CircuitHub CircuitHub is reshaping electronics manufacturing with The Grid, a factory-scale robotics platform that makes small-batch, high-mix electronics assembly radically more efficient. Think semiconductor-fab precision applied to the chaotic world of prototyping and low-volume production: a 10x throughput improvement in one of the world's most foundational industries. We've raised $45M from top-tier investors including Plural, Y Combinator and Google Ventures, and we're already profitable. Our customers include a major EV maker, a top AI lab and many of the worlds largest companies. The Grid isn't a prototype. It's live, scaling fast and delivering real revenue, and we're building the team that will scale it further. What We're Looking For We are assembling a team of system build engineers to scale the production of our factory automation systems. We are looking for people who are excited to build robotics, whether that be high speed gantries, novel end effectors, custom assembly tooling, laser enclosures, chemical handling systems and everything in between. If you love to build things, this role could be for you! Critically, you should be comfortable interpreting 3D CAD assemblies and building from them directly. We use Fusion 360, but a basic familiarity with Fusion 360 or other leading CAD systems (Solidworks, Inventor, Creo, Catia, NX, Onshape) in a professional or hobbyist setting is a must. Experience with PLC commissioning/debugging, particularly Beckhoff TwinCAT, CNC machining and cabinet wiring would be bonuses here. This role would be excellent for (but not limited to!) recent graduates, newly qualified apprentices, maintenance technicians, machinists, makers and more. If you want to build things and can spin CAD we want to hear from you. We are flexible on how you want to work; this is a hands-on, onsite role but the hours and schedule aren't rigid. We would be delighted to accommodate part time or adjusted schedules to suit caring/childcare or other obligations outside of work. Would you prefer a non-traditional work schedule? Talk to us! What you'll do Build up full automation systems from a mixture of custom and off-the-shelf parts, anything from hand-held end effectors to multi-tonne high speed gantries Take a role in commissioning and testing Liaise with logistics partners for system shipment Work through any design issues by feeding back to the design team and making your own design changes General workshop tasks such as tidying, consumable stocking and machinery cleaning What CircuitHub Can Offer Salary, £35,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience A candidate at the lower end of this range might be expected to: Be able to build mechatronic assemblies from 3D CAD Carry out basic troubleshooting tasks such as selecting the correct fasteners, torquing to the correct values, pressing bearings and feeding back design issues to the wider team. Work safely in a dynamic, constantly evolving workshop environment A candidate at the higher end of this range might additionally be able to do some of the following: carry out small component design changes as part of assembly troubleshooting Carry out some TwinCAT drive commissioning Be confident in basic troubleshooting of a wiring cabinet Set up/program a CNC mill Think you can do more than this? Great! The salary range is not a hard limit, if you are an expert on all of the above we still want to talk to you. Not quite so experienced, but passionate and want to learn? Also great! Talk to us, we might be able to find a place for you. Location This is an onsite role out of our site in central Cambridge working alongside a driven team of automation engineers who are designing, building and supporting the expansion of our Grid PCB assembly system.
