Health can't wait . Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that's exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can't. Alan exists to end the wait. Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it's coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It's not solely a question of willpower. It's the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way. So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience. We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture . We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR. Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond. We're opening an Enterprise Sales Team Lead role in France to lead a growing team of 4 Senior Account Executives, who are in charge of acquiring customers with more than 3,000 employees, including all CAC40 companies. In this role, you will own acquisition on the Enterprise segment in France and run the business end‑to‑end : you will be hands-on on the field while coaching and scaling a team of Account Executives to win this market. This position sits at the heart of our growth ambition: We have just passed the one million member milestone – and this is only the beginning! We're accelerating acquisition in France and doubling down on our portfolio — and the Enterprise segment is one of the core pillars of that plan . About the Enterprise segment Perimeter: companies of 3000+ employees Verticals: all Verticals (Tech, Retail, Industrial Companies etc) Total Addressable Market: ~ 7M members in France Why Enterprise Sales is exciting at Alan Diverse workforce : Mix of 60% cadres / 40% non-cadres, often with subsidiaries or multi-site operations, ranging from highly tech-savvy employees to those requiring digital adoption support. Critical challenges : Multi-stakeholder decision processes involving HRD, CFO, CEO, Payroll, CSE, Legal, Purchasing, Comp & Ben, Accounting, Brokers, Unions, long sales cycles (multi-year conversations), RFP processes requiring deep audits and product customization, and strong influence from unions/CSE who can co-manage health insurance topics; Company profiles : Flagship companies (widely known brands), groups with standalone entities or subsidiaries, often with focus on employee wellbeing (QVT programs, Great Place to Work), modern company culture, and strategic communication about digitization or employer brand attractiveness; HR priorities : Increasing productivity, obtaining fair and competitive pricing, contributing to employee well-being through customized health plans, simplifying HR processes with digital platforms, and managing change management concerns when implementing new health insurance (biggest fear for large companies) Critical business characteristics : This segment requires breadth & depth of expertise to navigate complex organizations, account-based strategies with Key Account Management approach, early engagement in company roadmaps, face-to-face meetings, co-creation of insurance and digital products (tailored offers considering past results, specific regimes, demographics, payroll system integration), and ability to work through RFPs and with brokers. Sales cycles are volatile with high stakes: 1 deal = 50% of annual target for Enterprise Account Executives. Our approach for Enterprise companies positions Alan as a strategic partner in health rather than just an insurance provider, emphasizing our digital platform for fluid UX, customized health plans at fair pricing, and health/well-being services. Success requires leveraging high-level connections, building professional materials, and potentially creating exclusive "Health Clubs" or labels for early adopters. ⭐ What you will do ⭐ You will be the Sales leader of the Enterprise Sales team in France, responsible for both hitting the numbers and scaling the machine . More precisely, you will: Own the Enterprise acquisition plan in France. Design and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for 3000 employee customers, from targeting to closing, to reach ambitious acquisition targets and scale the segment . Lead & coach a team of 4 Account Executives (and likely more to come) Drive hiring, onboarding, and career development as we scale the crew and the segment. Help each team member reach their targets with clear expectations , rigorous follow‑up , and ongoing coaching on methodology, deal execution, and pipeline management. Be on the field with the team : prospecting, joining key meetings, supporting tough negotiations, and owning strategic opportunities to maximize win rates. Empower every member of the team: Create the conditions for everyone to reach and exceed their goals : strong feedback culture, coaching, clear ownership, and autonomy. Ensure market fit and remove blockers: Surface customer expectations, patterns, and blockers, and ensure they're addressed through the right strategic and execution plans (product, pricing, ops, marketing, etc.). For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the F-G level range . ⭐ Is it what you are looking for? You may be a great fit at Alan if you... ⭐ Have at least 10 years experience in B2B sales , with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets as an Account Executive and Sales Leader Have experience leading and coaching sales teams , with the ability to set a high bar , give clear direction , and help people grow Have full working proficiency in French , and advanced level in English for internal communication Have a very hands‑on mentality : you love being on the field with your team, joining customer meetings, helping on tough negotiations, and sharing what works Have experience selling to Enterprise level companies (3000+ employees and above) in multi‑stakeholder deals Are comfortable operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments , and can prioritize ruthlessly Are data‑driven and analytical : you know how to leverage KPIs to drive performance, run analyses, and make decisions Have strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and appetite for building things with others (sales ops, marketing, etc.) Are based (or willing to relocate to) the Paris area Nice-to-have: Experience selling to HR or Finance . 🙌 Perks & Benefits At Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need , and it starts with our employees. This is why Alaners are provided with a stimulating environment and perks ensuring they are happy, efficient and spend only high-quality time with co-workers. Therefore, we offer: Fair rewards . Generous equity packages complement your base salary, for permanent contracts only. Flexible Office . Amazing office space at our Paris HQ All the tools you need . Top of the range equipment: Macbook Pro, keyboard, laptop stand, monitor, and Bose noise-canceling headphones. Flexible vacation policy and flexible working hours . Organize your time as you wish. This isn't your regular job. Almedia is a place where those who want to push harder can accelerate their careers faster than anywhere else. We're aiming to become Germany's second bootstrapped unicorn. Almedia is already Europe's #3 fastest-growing company in 2025 (FT1000). We are building the future of marketing by rewarding our community of over 95 million users for engaging with our advertisers' products. We are offering a new way to acquire users for the biggest companies in the world. At Almedia, you'll: Own way more, way earlier — you'll be trusted with responsibility fast. Push harder, get further — this isn't a 9–5. We highly reward intensity. Join a rare environment — you will work with ambitious high-speed, high-ownership people. Fully present — we're 5 days a week in the office to build the energising momentum we need. We're looking for a Director of Finance to own Almedia's entire finance function and make the company investment- and exit-ready. You'll take a profitable, fast-growing business and build the finance foundation that would hold up to any investor, acquirer or auditor: clean books, a fast close, reliable reporting, sharp planning and full control of cash. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll set the strategy with the founders and still be close enough to the numbers to fix a reconciliation yourself. You'll start as a strong individual owner and build the team as the company grows. Salary: 120-150k • Total Comp: 200k • Includes Equity What you'll Do 🎯 Own the finance function end to end. Accounting, month-end close, controlling, tax and audit, working with our external partners and building the in-house team over time. Make Almedia investment- and exit-ready. Build the reporting, controls, data room quality and financial narrative a top-tier investor or acquirer would expect, and lead any financing or transaction process when it comes. Lead FP&A. Run budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning, and turn them into clear, decision-grade input for the founders and team leads. Run cash, treasury and unit economics. Manage liquidity, payment flows and working capital across a global, high-volume marketplace, and keep margins and payout economics under tight control. Build systems that scale. Choose and implement the tooling, processes and controls that let finance keep pace with a company growing this fast. Partner on strategic decisions. Support M&A, partnerships and build-vs-buy evaluations with the financial analysis needed to decide quickly. What you'll bring 💡 You've owned a finance function. 8+ years in finance, including several years as Head of Finance, VP Finance, Finance Director or CFO at a scale-up of roughly 30–1,000 people. You've made a company investment- or exit-ready. You have led a company through a funding round, due diligence, an audit or an exit, and built what that required. You're well-rounded. Hands-on experience across accounting and close, controlling, FP&A and cash management. Strategic finance, fundraising or M&A experience is a strong plus. You're a builder. You've set up finance processes, systems and reporting from scratch, not just maintained them. You're hands-on and fast. You'll own the numbers yourself and stay pragmatic and high-ownership in a fast-moving environment. You communicate clearly. You can explain the numbers simply to founders, team leads, investors and auditors. What makes you a Great fit 🌟 You've been the person who turned "the books are a bit messy" into "we're ready for any investor or buyer." You're as comfortable in a close checklist as in a board deck. You want full ownership and the speed of a founder-led company, not a large finance organisation. Bonus: experience with marketplace, adtech, gaming or other high-volume payment businesses. Why Almedia? 🎁 Own Our Growth: We offer all Berlin-based employees equity in Almedia to truly be a part of our success. Scale With Almedia: Grow alongside a startup that has been profitable from day one. Central Berlin Office: Work from a fully-stocked modern office built for collaboration, accessible from all around Berlin. You will sit in board meetings from day one, own the equity story, lead our future financing rounds and capital markets strategy, and run an AI-first operations function that becomes a case study in how lean a modern finance organization can be. You'll join a small, talented, highly ambitious executive team – and the equity package is designed so that when we win, you win meaningfully. We want a hands-on operator on the edge of AI development who automates before hiring, works in the models and tools personally, and proves that a lean, AI-augmented team can outperform a traditional org several times its size. You'll drive the insights that tell us where to invest: which segments, motions, and product bets deliver the strongest combined growth and efficiency profile. Finance at deskbird is a value driver in pricing, packaging, NRR economics, and unit-economics decisions - not just a scorekeeper. International structure and tax efficiency. You'll own our multi-entity group structure across Europe, introduce transfer pricing, and ensure we operate in a tax-efficient, fully compliant setup as we scale internationally. The cap table and investor-grade financials. You'll keep our cap table and VSOP clean, well-modeled, and always ready for the next financing round, and bring our accounting to the standard any institutional investor expects - SaaS revenue recognition (local GAAP) done right, smooth statutory audits, and, where a future process demands it, conversion to the relevant GAAP. Board and investor relations. You'll run the reporting rhythm, build trust with our existing investors, and represent deskbird credibly to future ones - from day one, alongside the founders. Cash, risk, and the operational backbone. Treasury, FX, and runway discipline, scenario planning, audit readiness, and oversight of legal, procurement, and insurance. (Exceptional candidates from transaction advisory (e.g. Big4) or top-tier strategy consulting with strong deal exposure will also be considered.) Deep fluency in finance processes and B2B SaaS mechanics: ARR/NRR, cohort economics, CAC payback, Rule of 40, the ARR-to-cash bridge. Experience at our scale and complexity (>€10M ARR, ~100+ employees) - and ideally, you've already seen what comes next (>€25M ARR), so you know what to build now and what to deliberately skip. Fundraising and/or liquidity event exposure , ideally where the story was efficient, profitable growth rather than growth at all costs. A builder's ego profile: you measure yourself by enterprise value created per person on your team, not by headcount or budget owned. You're hands-on and want to stay that way. Genuine excitement about AI-native ways of working - you're already using these tools daily and want to push further. Based in or willing to work from one of our hubs - Zurich, Berlin, Munich, or London (remote within Europe is possible for an outstanding candidate, but hub-based is our strong preference given the closeness to founders and board). Full working proficiency in English; German is strongly preferred. Nice to have Experience owning or partnering closely with People & Culture. Multi-entity European operations: Swiss/EU accounting, VAT, transfer pricing, cross-border payroll. Venture debt, structured financing, or buy-side M&A experience. What's in it for you? A rare stage - big enough to matter (>€10M ARR, enterprise customers, proven playbook), small enough that your fingerprints will be on everything. Meaningful equity upside - a package built for a founder-like profile in a capital-efficient business, where the value you help create is value you share in. A real seat at the table - board meetings from day one, direct partnership with the founders, and full ownership of your domain. An AI-first culture - the freedom (and expectation) to build the most modern finance function in European SaaS. A high-talent, low-ego executive team that moves fast and debates openly.
