Technical Support Specialist, AU
NashAustralia (Fully Remote)11 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteMid
grafanadatadogdentalinsurancelogistics

Nash is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our global, 24/7 Technical Support team. This role sits at the heart of how Nash stabilizes the platform for our enterprise merchants - owning the investigation, resolution, and clean escalation of complex platform and integration issues across our delivery orchestration system. Technical Support is Nash's intake and stabilization layer for everything beyond high-volume delivery inquiries. You'll be the person customers and internal teams rely on when something unusual is happening on the platform: a stuck integration, an unexpected provider behavior, a configuration question that needs real investigation. You'll resolve what you can, escalate what you can't with the context needed to move quickly, and help build the knowledge base that makes the next occurrence faster. This is a role for someone who enjoys the detective work of complex, ambiguous technical problems, communicates clearly under pressure, and takes ownership seriously. LOCATION Remote in Australia (required) AEST - Friday - Tuesday, 11A - 8P TRAINING 4 weeks, Monday - Friday A note on location This is a remote role, but candidates must be located in Australia. This is a hard requirement driven by contractual data access obligations with our enterprise customers, not a preference - we are not able to make exceptions. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Platform and integration investigation. Diagnose configuration questions, known error patterns, API and webhook issues, and account-specific behavior across the Nash platform. Escalation quality. When an issue needs Engineering or Enterprise Operations, you own the handoff — clear reproduction steps, investigation performed, impact assessment, and severity. Escalations from this team are expected to be actionable on arrival. Incident coordination. Serve as the active shift team for P1 incidents — coordinating communication, engaging Engineering immediately, and keeping customers and internal stakeholders informed through resolution. Proactive monitoring. Watch Datadog dashboards, alerts, and logs for anomalies and emerging risks. Surface issues before they become customer-impacting where possible. Knowledge base contribution. Document resolution patterns for novel issues so the next occurrence becomes a known pattern. Your work directly reduces future escalation volume. Overflow support. Act as overflow for Delivery Support during peak windows when issues exceed their scope. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 5 - 6+ years in Technical Support, Support Engineering, or a related technical role in a SaaS environment Hands-on experience investigating complex platform issues - not just routing tickets, but actually diagnosing what is happening Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and integration troubleshooting in a production environment Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, or similar) Clear, calm written communication — especially during incidents or when customers are frustrated Judgment about when to investigate further versus escalate, and the discipline to document thoroughly either way Located in Australia (remote) NICE TO HAVE Experience supporting logistics, marketplace, or high-volume transactional platforms Prior incident response or post-mortem participation Experience contributing to knowledge bases or support documentation that actually gets used Familiarity with ticketing platforms like Pylon, Zendesk, or similar More about Nash Nash is the platform that powers modern logistics. Commerce has inverted. For decades, customers came to where products and services were. Now products and services come to them, on their terms, in real time. That shift has turned every company into a logistics company, even though almost none of them were built to be one. Couriers, fleets, gig workers, parcel carriers, in-store labor, and increasingly autonomous systems all have to be coordinated in real time, against tighter windows and rising expectations, with hard-fought customer trust on the line. Nash unifies decisioning, execution, and capacity into a single programmable platform. Real-time, AI-native intelligence determines what should happen, operational control executes it, and the platform dynamically orchestrates capacity from any source: a company's own fleets, partners, or the Nash delivery network. Whether a job involves a courier, a gig driver, an internal fleet, a store employee, a technician, or an autonomous vehicle, Nash selects the right resource and manages execution through completion. We power delivery and logistics for some of the most recognizable brands in commerce, including Walmart, Urban Outfitters, 7-Eleven, and Woolworths, alongside platforms like Shopify and Toast. Over the next decade, logistics will become as foundational to commerce as payments, cloud, and connectivity. Nash is the platform that powers it. Nash was founded in 2021 by Mahmoud Ghulman (2x Founder, MIT) and Aziz Alghunaim (2x Founder, 2x YC, Ex-Palantir, MIT) and is backed by Y Combinator, a16z, and other top investors. We are headquartered in San Francisco. What You'll Love About Us ✅ Early-stage, well-funded startup – directly impact the company and grow your career! ✅ Quarterly broader team on-sites to bond with teammates ✅ Competitive compensation and opportunity for equity ✅ Flexible paid time off ✅ Health, dental, and vision insurance for US employees

Technical Program Manager, Inference
AnthropicSan Francisco, United States (Hybrid)11 days ago
InternshipHybridMid$290,000 - $290,000 / Year
kubernetesci/cdsrellmconcretescheduling+8

About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic's Inference organization serves Claude to millions of users and enterprise customers, across our own products and the world's largest cloud platforms, with the speed, reliability, and efficiency that frontier AI demands. The stack that makes this possible is deep and tightly coupled: accelerator kernels, an in-house inference engine that manages the entire token path for both production and research workloads, distributed routing, autoscaling, and capacity management. Every layer affects the others, often in ways that are hard to see in isolation. We build across GPUs, TPUs, and Trainium, and the complexity of building, testing, and shipping inference software grows with every platform we add. We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive the programs that scale it. The work spans four closely coupled areas: Scaling and infrastructure. Routing, autoscaling, and capacity management for the serving fleet, and bringing new capacity online. Velocity. The toolchains, development environments, and CI/CD that let inference engineers build, test, and ship across every accelerator platform. Inference engine. The software between the accelerator kernels and the routing layer that serves every request. Performance. Improving throughput, latency, cost, and reliability across the stack, with correctness treated as part of performance. This is not a status-tracking role. You'll own outcomes end to end, often where no single team is accountable for the whole picture. Much of your value comes from crossing boundaries into Research, Safeguards, Security, Compute, Infrastructure, API, and our cloud and silicon partners, and bringing back the requirements and dependencies that no team sees from inside its own space. There is little process to inherit, and we want to keep it that way: you'll build the minimum machinery the work needs and remove it when it stops helping. And because this is Anthropic, you'll have Claude as a collaborator. We expect TPMs on this team to push hard on what AI-assisted program management and fleet operations can look like. Key responsibilities Own the programs that scale Claude's serving fleet across accelerator and cloud platforms, from early direction through delivery. Drive new capacity online end to end, working across compute, infrastructure, security, networking, and inference teams so one person is accountable for the whole path. Build visibility into supply, demand, and utilization with capacity and finance partners, and drive trade-offs among utilization, cost, latency, and reliability to a clear decision. Lead reliability programs and large migrations without disrupting production traffic or research, and make sure incident follow-ups land in team roadmaps. Drive the programs that make inference engineers faster: define the productivity metrics that matter, find the bottlenecks, and improve how software is built, tested, and released across platforms, in step with Anthropic's central Infrastructure org. Coordinate roadmaps and priorities across the production, research, and safeguards needs that depend on the same teams. Track performance and efficiency work from opportunity to measured impact in production, with correctness held as a release criterion. Own inference readiness for model launches alongside our launch TPMs. Minimum qualifications 7+ years of experience as a TPM, or in an equivalent engineering or SRE lead role, owning large multi-team infrastructure programs end to end in production distributed systems, ML infrastructure, or cloud platforms. You can speak to the outcomes in detail, including where a program slipped and what you did about it. Technical fluency in large-scale serving infrastructure, including request routing and load balancing, autoscaling, capacity planning, cluster orchestration, deployment and rollout, and observability. You know enough to challenge a design, find the real risk, and add value beyond tracking. A working understanding of how LLM inference uses hardware (prefill and decode, batching, caching, compute versus memory bandwidth versus interconnect), or a track record of getting deep in an unfamiliar technical domain quickly. A track record of building program mechanisms from scratch on ambiguous, fast-moving efforts, and of retiring process that has stopped earning its keep. The ability to drive outcomes across organizations you don't manage, with competing priorities and unclear decision ownership. You read people and rooms well, know when to push and when to listen, and earn the trust of senior engineers and researchers. Strong written communication, including plans, reviews, and executive updates that many teams depend on. Low ego and high ownership. You do whatever the program needs, whether that is writing a script, running an incident bridge, or chasing a quota, and you care more about the outcome than about scope or credit. Care about Anthropic's mission and about serving frontier AI safely and reliably. Preferred qualifications Direct experience with LLM or ML inference serving at scale, such as model servers, batching and scheduling, KV caching, quantization, speculative decoding, or multi-model routing. Experience with accelerator infrastructure (GPU, TPU, or Trainium), including cluster bring-up, hardware qualification, or running one workload across more than one accelerator platform. Experience managing capacity across multiple clouds or regions, including demand forecasting, headroom policy, cost modeling, or unit economics for compute-heavy services. Experience with developer productivity, release engineering, or CI/CD at scale, especially for hardware-dependent workloads, and with using engineering metrics to measurably raise velocity. Experience running performance or efficiency programs, with enough grounding in rooflines, kernels, ML compilers (XLA, Triton, Neuron), numerics, or collective communication to reason about trade-offs with the engineers doing the work. Familiarity with Kubernetes-based orchestration and job scheduling. Experience working with research teams and turning their needs into infrastructure requirements. Practical experience using AI tools in your own workflow, including building automations or agents, and clear ideas about where they help and where they don't. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.  For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $290,000 — $435,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study:  A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship:  We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed.  Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. Anthropic STEM Fellow

machine learningconcreterecruitinglogisticsresearchbiology+1

About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. Program Overview Some of our world's grand challenges, from resolving long-open problems in mathematics to designing medicines for neglected diseases, require deep expert judgment that today's AI still lacks. We're working toward an AI scientist, a system capable of the long-horizon reasoning and experimental judgment needed to push the frontier on problems like these. We believe frontier AI, developed safely, can meaningfully accelerate progress across science and engineering. Getting there requires close collaboration with people who have spent years at the frontier of their fields. The Anthropic STEM Fellows Program brings researchers and experts from across science and engineering into Anthropic for four months to take on the grand challenges of their fields with Claude. Working in small pods of Fellows from related fields, you will pair deep domain expertise with our frontier models and internal tooling to define the hardest open problems in your discipline, build the datasets and simulations that let us test and train Claude on them, and find exactly where it falls short. We're looking for Fellows across science and engineering. Prior machine learning experience is helpful but not required. Scientific judgment and a willingness to learn quickly matter more. Our first cohort of more than 20 STEM Fellows across mathematics, physics, the life sciences, and engineering, ran from June to September 2026. The problems they built now feed Claude's training and one of our internal science evaluations. What to Expect: A place in a small pod of Fellows working on related problems in your domain. Your pod meets weekly with Anthropic researchers to share methods, pressure-test ideas, and build on each other's work. A grand challenge at the frontier of your field: an ambitious, open-ended problem scoped with our research team so you can make real progress in four months. Access to frontier Claude models and internal evaluation tooling. Compensation:  $100,000–$167,000 USD for the four-month fellowship (equivalent to $300,000–$500,000 USD annualized), and other benefits. Key responsibilities Setting grand challenges for your field: identifying long-horizon open problems where Claude falls short of expert judgment, and defining what real progress on them looks like. Building comprehensive datasets, simulations and rigorous, hard-to-game evaluations that test whether models can plan experiments, interpret data and reason about mechanisms, and systematically finding where they're confidently wrong. Applying Claude to open problems in your domain, using test-time compute strategies and integrating the scientific tools and software your field relies on. Minimum qualifications Are excited about the potential for AI to reason well about hard questions in their field where expert judgment matters. Hands-on experience using Claude and Claude Code in your day-to-day workflow. Hold a PhD in a STEM field and have several years of experience (eg post-doc or faculty). Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-agency atmosphere for a few months and delivering concrete results. Existing authorization to work in the United States for the duration of the program. Logistics - Fellows The program runs from January 12th to May 8th 2027 , and is full-time for the duration; some fellowships may be considered for an extension.  Applications are open until October 28, 2026 , and we plan to make offers by November 20th. Later stages will typically include a take-home exercise and conversations with our research team about your research interests and possible project directions. We ask that all Fellows attend a one-week in-person orientation in San Francisco. The default location is in San Francisco. We will consider remote engagements within the United States in certain circumstances. We are not currently able to sponsor visas for fellows. To participate in the Fellows program, you need to have or independently obtain full-time work authorization in the United States. This is a fixed-term contract position. Fellows are engaged through an employer of record, rather than employed directly by Anthropic.       The below are Anthropic's policies for full time roles. These do NOT apply to the Fellows Program.       Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study:  A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. Product Marketing Lead
NashUSA (Fully Remote)11 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteDirector
llmdentalinsuranceprototypingeditingcrm+4

Background Nash powers the logistics infrastructure behind some of the most recognizable brands in commerce, including Walmart, Urban Outfitters, and 7-Eleven, along with platforms like Shopify and Toast. We are scaling fast, the category is forming around us, and we are building the product marketing function from scratch. We're hiring our first Product Marketing Lead to own positioning, narrative, launches, and the strategic voice of the platform that is becoming foundational to modern commerce. The Role This is the strategic seat where positioning, narrative, customer truth, competitive worldview, and launch craft come together. It is also where the next chapter of Nash's product strategy is shaped. Product marketing can take many different forms in different organizations... It can be a function to spit out whitepapers and datasheets, a megaphone for product management, or… it can be something very different: a force multiplier for the whole organization. We're looking for the latter. You'll report directly to our Chief Growth Officer (whose career has been building and leading marketing, growth, and product organizations at companies like Twilio, Plaid, and Salesforce). You'll work as a peer to our Product Team, and alongside our CEO, our CTO, and a small, senior, fast-moving cross-functional group across product, engineering, sales, and growth. The bar for taste, craft, and strategic thinking on this team is high, and the trajectory for someone strong in this seat is significant. How We Think About PMM The best PMMs sit at the intersection of three rare skills: technical curiosity, business acumen, and creativity. You don't need to be a coder, but you need to understand technical implementation, tradeoffs, and be able to talk to a technical audience credibly enough to know what they'll ask next. You don't need to be a salesperson, but you need to read buying behavior, understand the worldview of the decision-maker, and articulate the value of the problem we're resolving (not the value of our product). You talk in the language of the customer, not the language of our company. You don't need to be a designer or a copywriter, but you need to write narratives with emotional resonance, position with clear differentiation, and find the experiment, the data, or the execution model that actually moves the needle. The skills are hard enough to find in one person. The harder bar is what you do with them. Great PMM teams are not measured on what they did. They are measured on what they got the company to achieve together. They don't ask the org to enable them. They enable the org. They earn strategic influence by inspiring the company with a common vision, and then get the whole company pulling together in the same direction. How We Work: AI-Native, By Default Product marketing at Nash is AI-native and builder-led. We're looking for a PMM who has fundamentally rewired their workflow around AI, not someone who occasionally uses ChatGPT to clean up an email. Someone who reaches for Claude, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Replit, and whatever ships next week as instinctively as they reach for a Google doc. The reason is straightforward: the speed and surface area of what one product marketer can produce has changed by an order of magnitude in the last eighteen months. Customer interview synthesis, competitive teardowns, narrative iteration, message testing at scale, launch asset production, sales enablement, internal narrative documents: every loop has compressed. We want someone who feels that in their bones and uses it to compound their craft, not replace it. We still deeply value the soul, the originality, the conviction, and the taste that can only come from a real product marketer who has actually sat with hundreds of customers and built a worldview. But we need to pair that with the velocity AI brings, so insight reaches the org and the market while it still matters. In practice this looks like having Claude synthesize forty customer calls into the real patterns (and dampening the lone noisy ones) before you write the narrative, running ten message variants against synthetic personas before you brief the real ones, prototyping a launch landing page in Replit on the same day you finalize the positioning, building a competitive intel system that updates itself, and treating prompt craft, model choice, and tool-chaining as part of your PMM practice. If your reaction to a new AI tool is curiosity and a Saturday afternoon experiment, you'll fit here. If you believe AI will never replace , you probably won't. What You'll Do - Own Nash's positioning and narrative across audiences: enterprise retailers, grocers, pharmacies, restaurants, healthcare, platforms, partners, and the broader category we're shaping - Lead launches end to end, from shaping what gets built and when, through messaging, assets, sales enablement, and post-launch measurement of whether the launch actually moved the business - Be the most authoritative voice on the customer inside Nash. Distill the full breadth of customer signal into the patterns that matter, so Product can build against truth and Sales can sell against reality - Own competitive intelligence: a living worldview on every competitor that matters, refreshed continuously, that a Sales rep can use in a deal at 4pm on a Friday - Build the launch system itself (the cadence, the rituals, the templates, the prompts, the playbooks) so each launch compounds rather than getting reinvented - Partner with Sales as a strategic peer. Be the deepest student of our market, our buyers, and the problems they're actually trying to solve, and the best teacher of it across the org. But also build the system so your knowledge scales without you: living competitive intel, talk tracks grounded in real customer signal, enablement that a rep can pull from at 4pm on a Friday without pinging anyone. The best PMM isn't the one who answers every ping. It's the one who built the system that made most of them unnecessary. - Partner with Product as a peer. Challenge the roadmap with customer signal, shape what we build, not just how we describe it - Equip the org. Pricing, packaging, deal desk, content, web, sales plays: make Nash collectively faster and sharper at every customer touchpoint - Build and grow the PMM function over time as Nash scales Requirements - 8+ years in product marketing or adjacent roles, with shipped work at a high-growth B2B technology company that you can defend in detail (the decisions, the tradeoffs, the outcomes) - Demonstrated ability to operate at the intersection of technical, business, and creative, not just one of the three - Has owned positioning and launches for a complex platform product (infrastructure, fintech, devtools, data, logistics) where the buyer is technical and the stakes are real - Active, daily use of Claude (or equivalent LLM) and AI prototyping tools like Replit as the core of your workflow of how you actually get things done, not just a copy editing tool. - Strong narrative and writing craft. You can hold a worldview in your head and turn it into copy that sticks - Comfortable in the data. Funnel, deal, pipeline, win/loss; happy to sit in a CRM and pull the truth yourself rather than wait for a dashboard - Customer-obsessed. You measure your week by how many real customer conversations you had, not how many decks you produced - Strong opinions, communicated clearly, updated quickly when the evidence changes - Has built or scaled a PMM function before, or is genuinely ready to do so for the first time - Bonus: prior experience in logistics, commerce infrastructure, or B2B platforms with a technical buyer; time spent as a PM or in a customer-facing role earlier in your career; built and shipped your own side project using AI tools - Location: Hybrid remote/in-office, Bay Area preferred, Fully remote considered for right candidate. How to Apply Send us your resume, a portfolio or links to launches and positioning work you've owned, and a short note on the launch or narrative you're most proud of and why. If you'd rather skip the cover letter and send a Loom walking us through a piece of work, or a Replit prototype of the Nash homepage you'd build instead of ours, that is very much encouraged. Want to grab our attention and bypass the Recruiting platform? Record a video introducing yourself at testimonials.nash.ai with code JOIN-NASH - you'll get the benefit of your application instantly notifying us via Slack, and we'll get some much needed testing coverage on our latest PMM-focused claude build:) More about Nash Nash is the platform that powers modern logistics.

At Affirm, we exist for the moments that matter—giving people a clear, predictable way to pay over time, with no hidden fees, no surprises, and no tradeoffs on what matters most. About the People team  The People team helps Affirmers cultivate a high-performing, inclusive organization. We focus on three core areas: attracting talent aligned to our mission, enabling growth through people and team development, and retaining employees through thoughtful experiences and rewards. We develop Affirm's people programs and systems to create a workplace where all employees can thrive and contribute meaningfully. By investing in our people, we create a long-term advantage for the business. About the Role Affirm is seeking an experienced, people-focused, and hands-on Manager to lead a distributed Workplace team and the day-to-day operations and evolution of our Workplace function within the broader Places & Experiences team. Based out of our San Francisco HQ office and reporting to the Senior Manager of Real Estate & Workplace, this role will focus on delivering exceptional workplace experiences that support connection, productivity, and flexibility in a remote-first environment. This leader will play a critical role in ensuring our spaces are thoughtfully operated, consistently engaging, and aligned with Affirm's culture and ways of working. What You'll Do Own the North America workplace strategy and operating model, aligning office experience with business priorities, headcount planning, and ways of working. Translate company and team needs into workplace plans, including capacity, service levels, and programming across all locations. Make and drive decisions on workplace standards, policies, and investments, balancing employee experience, cost, and scalability. Establish and track key performance metrics (e.g., employee experience, utilization, vendor performance, budget adherence) and drive continuous improvement. Provide functional leadership across locations, ensuring consistency while adapting to local needs. Develop and implement workplace programs, standards, and initiatives that bring consistency, functionality, and delight to our spaces. Ensure offices are operated to foster collaboration, connection, and productivity for a primarily remote workforce. Oversee workplace policies, procedures, and service delivery to ensure operational excellence and scalability. Manage vendor relationships across workplace services (e.g., facilities, hospitality, office services), ensuring strong performance and cost efficiency. Partner cross-functionally with teams such as People, IT, and Finance to deliver holistic workplace solutions. Support office activations, events, and programming that strengthen culture and employee engagement. Partner with the Senior Manager of Real Estate & Workplace and broader team on workplace and real estate projects, taking hands-on ownership of operational workstreams such as coordinating vendors and installations, scheduling construction activity, and supporting office refreshes and improvements.  Lead, coach, and empower a distributed Workplace team across North America by providing strong in-person and remote leadership, setting clear priorities and expectations, developing team members, and creating meaningful ownership and accountability across the team. What We Look For 6–10 years of experience in workplace, facilities, hospitality, or office operations roles, ideally in a dynamic and hybrid/remote-first environment. Demonstrated success managing and developing distributed teams, with strong remote and in-person leadership skills. A proven track record of empowering team members through clear expectations, coaching, feedback, and delegated ownership. Experience owning multi-site or regional operations. A hands-on, team-first approach and willingness to step into adjacent operational needs when necessary, particularly where Workplace and Real Estate intersect.  Strong expertise in workplace operations, employee experience, and service delivery. Exposure to scaling operations or building programs from scratch. Excellent operational and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. Experience managing vendors and workplace budgets, with a focus on quality and efficiency. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels. Comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving workplace strategies in a hybrid environment.
