Harness is the AI Software Delivery Platform company, led by technologist and entrepreneur Jyoti Bansal (founder of AppDynamics, acquired by Cisco for $3.7B). Harness has raised approximately $570M in funding and is valued at $5.5B, backed by leading investors including Goldman Sachs, Menlo Ventures, IVP, Unusual Ventures, Citi Ventures, and more. As AI accelerates code creation, the real bottleneck has shifted to everything after the code – testing, deployments, application security, reliability, compliance, and cost optimization. Harness brings AI and automation to this "outer loop," helping teams ship software faster while maintaining security and governance throughout the entire software delivery lifecycle. Powered by Harness AI and the Software Delivery Knowledge Graph, the Harness Platform applies deep context and intelligent automation across the software delivery lifecycle with governance and policy-driven controls embedded throughout the platform. Over the past year, Harness powered over 185M deployments, 82M builds, 18T flag evaluations, 8M security scans, 9.1B optimized tests, 3T protected API calls, and helped manage $2.8B in cloud spend — enabling customers like United Airlines, Morningstar, and Choice Hotels to accelerate releases by up to 75%, reduce cloud costs by up to 60%, and achieve 10x DevOps efficiency. With a global team across 26 offices and 27 countries, Harness is shaping the future of AI software delivery — and we're looking for exceptional talent to help us move even faster. About You Demo-native and comfortable carrying a number; equally at home in a product spec and on a customer call A technical, sales-engineering-like background — technical enough to earn a customer's trust and win a room — paired with strong educator and communicator instincts Experience with developer experience and developer platforms, with demonstrated thought leadership on AI's impact on DevX; you hold opinionated views backed by experience A growth PM or DevRel background is a plus, though not strictly required Comfortable operating between senior and staff level, with travel flexibility to support field functions Competitive salary Comprehensive healthcare benefits Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Flexible work schedule Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Flexible Time Off and Parental Leave Monthly, quarterly, and annual social and team building events Monthly internet reimbursement The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $165,000 and $215,000 annually. At ClickUp , we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. We're looking for a Technical Implementation Account Manager (TAM) to support our customers as a trusted partner and problem-solver, blending strong relationship management with a growing understanding of ClickUp's platform and capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, solution strategy, and technical enablement, contributing to long-term growth, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. This role operates in an AI-native environment, and we expect TAMs at this level to use AI tools as a daily multiplier across account preparation, workflow analysis, solution design, follow-through, and customer enablement. TAMs at this level manage a defined book of business and own day-to-day execution for their accounts, while working closely with more senior TAMs and cross-functional partners on complex initiatives. You'll use established frameworks, playbooks, and templates to guide onboarding and adoption, monitor account health, and help ensure stakeholders see continuous value throughout their lifecycle. At the L04 level, success means not just understanding AI-enabled features, but showing sound judgment in when and how to use AI to improve execution quality, speed, and customer outcomes. Technical Account Managers are responsible for delivering measurable value and driving meaningful business outcomes across their customer portfolio by focusing on: Customer Enablement & Onboarding: Supporting customers through onboarding and implementation for assigned customers, following established discovery frameworks and implementation plans. Account Health & Engagement: Monitoring adoption and account health within your book, executing standard plays to drive engagement, and escalating risks appropriately. Process Optimization & Solution Design: Collaborating with customers to understand key workflows and configure ClickUp solutions using established best practices, templates, and guidance from senior TAMs. Innovation Adoption & Workflow Automation: Guiding customers in adopting relevant features, including AI and automation, primarily by implementing standard patterns and documented workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes. AI-Native Execution: Using AI in your own day-to-day workflow to synthesize discovery, accelerate account preparation, improve documentation quality, draft clearer recommendations, and increase the consistency and speed of customer follow-through while maintaining strong judgment and accuracy. Core Responsibilities: New Customer Onboarding Support end-to-end onboarding and implementation of ClickUp for assigned customers using established discovery frameworks, templates, and project plans. Translate functional and technical requirements into ClickUp solutions for standard use cases under the guidance of more senior TAMs when needed. Guide customers through setup, integrations, and change management fundamentals, escalating complex scenarios appropriately. Use AI-assisted workflows where appropriate to prepare for discovery, summarize implementation decisions, and improve the speed and quality of customer follow-up. Account Health Management Monitor health for your book of business, including utilization, key feature adoption, and champion/stakeholder engagement. Execute standard adoption plays and account review cadences to maintain or improve health, leveraging existing playbooks and frameworks. Identify risks early and partner with senior TAMs and account teams to build and execute recovery plans. Run recurring meetings with your accounts, sharing usage summaries, recommended next steps, and capturing follow-ups. Connect AI adoption, automation usage, and workflow improvements to measurable customer outcomes such as efficiency gains, stakeholder adoption, and expansion signals. Workflow Mapping (IER Framework) Conduct Intake → Execution → Reporting (IER) cycles for core customer workflows using established discovery guides and templates. Recommend optimizations based on documented best practices and apply workflow templates to support scale and consistency. Maintain clear documentation of customer workflows, data models, and configuration decisions following team standards. Use AI to help analyze repetitive workflow patterns, identify process friction, and sharpen recommendations — while validating outputs before using them with customers. AI Enablement & Agent Deployment Support adoption of ClickUp AI across relevant customer workflows by configuring and testing standard AI workflows and automations aligned to published best practices. Provide training and consultation on how to use existing AI and automation patterns; escalate novel or complex use cases to senior TAMs or specialists. Track and report AI usage and credit consumption against plan, surfacing straightforward opportunities to deepen adoption. Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, usefulness, and business relevance before sharing recommendations or enabling them in customer workflows. Help customers move from feature awareness to practical workflow transformation by identifying where AI can remove manual work, improve reporting quality, or speed execution in repeatable ways. Customer Success & Expansion Serve as the technical partner for assigned accounts, connecting usage to business value using established value frameworks and artifacts. Identify expansion signals (e.g., usage patterns, feature interest) and pass qualified leads and insights to the account team for follow-up. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support renewals, expansions, and AI upsells, aligning your work to the broader account strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with account teams, Product, and Services to maintain alignment between delivery and success for your accounts. Share customer feedback and insights to improve delivery and customer experience, focusing on clear problem statements and reproducible examples. Collaborate with more senior TAMs and internal stakeholders on complex initiatives, contributing execution and customer context. Core Skills & Competencies: Technical Acumen Solid understanding of ClickUp platform capabilities, automation logic, integrations, and AI Agent functionality, with a focus on applying documented solutions to customer use cases. Learns and adopts new features and patterns quickly. AI Expertise Uses AI and Agents as a daily multiplier, not just an area of awareness. Comfortable with generative AI concepts, prompt design, and automation frameworks, and able to show examples of AI improving work quality, speed, or consistency in a customer-facing environment. Able to implement standard AI use cases and identify when to bring in senior partners for more complex or novel scenarios. Consultative Discovery Strong at workflow analysis for core, well-understood processes. Uses structured discovery guides to identify friction points and map customer needs into ClickUp using existing best practices. Project & Program Management Strong project and time management for your account load. Able to juggle multiple accounts and workstreams with regular check-ins and guidance from your manager or senior TAMs. Data & Reporting Comfortable using dashboards and metrics to communicate health, adoption, and ROI at the account level. Interprets usage data to support clear, actionable recommendations within established frameworks. Customer Engagement Executive presence and strong communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, expectation setting, and follow-through. Builds trust with customer stakeholders by reliably executing agreed plans. Account Ownership Accountable for day-to-day execution for your book of business: proactive in follow-through, organized, and focused on achieving measurable outcomes while escalating higher-risk or highly strategic decisions. Collaboration & Influence Works cross-functionally with account teams, Product, and Sales to align on outcomes. Influences through clear data, customer stories, and consistent execution, while relying on senior leaders for major strategic decisions and escalations. AI-Native Candidate Expectations: Can demonstrate examples of using AI tools, prompts, automations, or agent-assisted workflows to improve personal productivity, customer delivery quality, or workflow outcomes. Can speak concretely about where AI added value, where human judgment was still required, and how success was measured. For this level, we are looking for evidence of strong applied AI fluency in execution — not necessarily novel model development or highly complex custom agent architecture. Interview Signal: Be prepared to walk through how you use AI in your work. Our interview process will assess practical AI capability, including how you apply AI to workflow analysis, customer execution, judgment, agentic workflows, and measurable outcomes. Hello! I'm Allie, Head of Support at Ashby . I'm excited to share that we're hiring a Support Engineer in APAC We're expanding our global Support team to provide 24/7 coverage across time zones. You'll join a global team while establishing the technical Support Engineering presence in APAC, with the ownership and visibility that come from being one of the first Support Engineers in the region. We staff across regions rather than relying on on-call rotations; we'll discuss the specific schedule for this opening during the process. Not sure which Support role is right for you? We're hiring for both Product Support Specialist and Product Support Engineer roles. Support Specialist owns cases and customer communication end-to-end. Troubleshoots complex issues by navigating internal tooling — audit logs, user experience testing, and API testing — to help customers reach successful outcomes. Support Engineering serves as the escalation point between Support Specialists and Product Engineering. Owns integrations, supports data mapping and data migrations for customers, and resolves escalated tickets that don't require product code changes. Please choose the role that best reflects your experience and interests rather than applying to both. If another Support role seems like a closer match, we'll consider that in our review. About the role Support Engineering is the technical layer between frontline Support and Engineering. You'll take on complex issues involving integrations, APIs, permissions, data, reporting, migrations, and workflows—using application behavior, logs, databases, and customer context to determine whether an issue can be resolved through Support or represents a product defect. You'll investigate issues end to end using tools such as Plain, GitHub, Datadog, databases, and the codebase. You won't write the fix; you'll give Engineering a well-validated escalation with reproduction steps, relevant evidence, customer impact, and a root-cause hypothesis when possible. You'll also identify recurring issues, improve documentation and enablement, and partner with Product and Engineering on improvements. As one of the first Support Engineers in APAC, you'll help define how the global team collaborates across time zones, build practical handoffs with EMEA and AMER, and bring APAC customer context into how we scale Support Engineering. What you'll own: Own complex technical issues from intake through resolution or escalation, investigating APIs, integrations, logs, data, configuration, and workflows to determine whether Support can resolve them or Engineering should be involved. Set a high bar for complex technical investigations and ensure Engineering receives clear, actionable, well-validated product issues. Build trusted working relationships with frontline Support, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and customers. Identify recurring problems and turn them into documentation, enablement, tooling, process improvements, or product feedback. Partner with Product and Engineering on recurring product improvements by synthesizing customer patterns, validating defects, and sharing the technical context needed to choose between a product change, documentation, tooling, or process improvement. Build the APAC coverage and handoff model with teammates in EMEA and AMER, while bringing regional customer patterns to the global Support Engineering team. Track and improve the outcomes that matter: resolution speed, escalation quality, fewer avoidable Engineering escalations, frontline self-sufficiency, reduced customer effort, and customer confidence. You should apply if: You've worked in a hands-on, customer-centric technical role where you independently investigate ambiguous issues involving APIs, integrations, logs, data, and application behavior. You're comfortable moving between customer conversations, APIs, logs, databases, product behavior, and code-level context to find root causes. You can distinguish a configuration, data, documentation, or enablement issue from a true product defect—and explain your reasoning clearly. You write precise investigations that others can quickly understand and act on, and communicate thoughtfully with technical and non-technical audiences across time zones. You naturally look beyond the immediate ticket and improve the systems around it through documentation, enablement, tooling, or process design. You want to be an early technical owner for APAC and are energized by building structure across a broad set of time zones within a global team. You should not apply if: You're looking primarily for a high-volume support role centered on predefined troubleshooting steps, rather than open-ended technical investigation and ownership. Most of your experience is in internal IT, help desk, endpoint, hardware, network, infrastructure, cloud operations, systems administration, infrastructure maintenance, or service deployment—and you haven't worked extensively with customer-centric SaaS applications, APIs, logs, or data-backed troubleshooting. You prefer to pass difficult issues to another team rather than reproduce, investigate, and explain them yourself. You're looking for a role focused mainly on writing production code; this role diagnoses and escalates bugs but does not own code changes. You prefer clear-cut problems and predefined answers over working through ambiguity with careful documentation, focused questions, and evidence-based decisions. You want a narrowly defined role without regional operating ownership or projects that improve how the broader Support team works. Our mission is simple: make really high quality essentials for really low prices, fairly and sustainably. We deliver on that mission through a unique manufacturer-to-consumer (M2C) model eliminating the layers of traditional retail that add cost and result in consumers paying more than they need to. We find, build relationships with, and work directly with the manufacturing partners behind some of the world's finest products. From there, our teams design smart, efficient operational processes and build and deploy proprietary technology, AI, and analytics to help us scale fast. We dream big and chase the hard problems others shy away from. Rejecting long-held assumptions is part of our company's DNA. Our pace is fast and the bar is high because our customers expect a lot from us and we refuse to let them down. We believe the best results come from challenging ourselves, learning from one another, and building on each other's strengths. Here, responsibility is not determined by role, tenure, or seniority. Every team member - no matter their level - has the opportunity to drive our business and shape our trajectory. If you're someone who likes to imagine new possibilities and build better systems rather than plug-in to outdated ones, Quince is the place for you. About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the Role Every dollar Anthropic earns and every dollar it spends on compute has to reach the books correctly, and the volume grows with Claude usage. That data comes from across the company and from partners: usage and billing, compute, infrastructure assets, leases. Products and pricing models keep launching, and each one adds another path into the books. Our goal is a continuous close with zero material issues, with audit-grade controls. We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the engineers who build the platform that gets us there: one front door for every finance event, an append-only ledger, and an accounting engine that posts each event exactly once. You'll hire and grow the team, and hold the bar for how the platform is built and run in production. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
