Role summary Bluerock TMS builds the autonomous orchestration platform that keeps global logistics moving — orchestrating complex, multi-modal transport networks for customers across fashion, food & beverage, manufacturing, healthcare, and more. Real complexity, at real scale, every single day. We're looking for a Product Manager who has actually lived inside logistics or TMS operations. Someone who can understand operations complexity and who is willing to take on this challenge and contribute hands on to build the next level of TMS. You'll own the products that turn that complexity into clarity, working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, sales, and implementation to make sure what we build actually gets adopted. Responsibilities Product vision, grounded in real user needs You dig past what customers ask for to find the problem underneath, and turn that into a direction for your area the company can rally behind. Market scoping and opportunity-spotting Scanning the logistics landscape, competitor moves, and customer signals to find where Bluerock should build next, not just what's already on the backlog. Logistics know-how turned into product decisions Planning, transport execution, freight, last-mile — decisions that hold up against how operations actually run, not just how they're described to you. The full lifecycle From first idea to adoption. You don't hand off and disappear. The connective tissue across the company When priorities compete or a customer escalation needs an answer fast, you're the one pulling the threads together. The team you'll join You'll join an international product team with complementary skills and a shared passion for a good challenge, real, hands-on experience in logistics paired with genuine enthusiasm for technology. We don't settle for quick patches: we strive for quality, look for the sustainable solution over the easy one, and keep an eye on what next-level TMS should look like, not just what's in front of us today. Life at Bluerock We're a distributed team across the Netherlands, Italy, the US, and Canada that operates like one crew: local insight, global perspective. We're curious by default, self-driven without needing to be told twice, and genuinely joyful about solving hard logistics problems together. We're team-minded because the best answers rarely come from one person alone, and unapologetically reliable because our customers' supply chains don't get a "we'll fix it next sprint." As one of us put it: at the end of the day, it's the people that make Bluerock. 5+ years in product or project management within logistics, supply chain, or TMS — hands-on TMS experience is required. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field required. A track record of delivering complex, high-stakes software implementations , on time and within budget. Genuine ease operating cross-functionally . You connect engineering, sales, implementation, and customers without waiting for permission. An appetite for ambiguity and change : a messy, fragmented workflow reads to you as an interesting problem. Nice to have: API integration experience (WMS, ERP, visibility providers, customs), fluency with Agile tooling (Jira, Asana, Rocketlane), and PMP/PRINCE2 certification. Excellent leadership and team management skills , with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships and stakeholder expectations effectively. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment Our hiring process Hit the Apply button. Join a 30 minute video call in the Introduction Interview A couple of deeper interviews built to be a win-win, not an interrogation. An offer, and the start of your journey with Bluerock TMS. Bluerock TMS is an equal opportunities employer. We take pride in our diverse workforce and inclusive workplace. Within a small team of open-minded talents, we ensure an attractive learning environment that you are looking for! Find more English Speaking Jobs in Netherlands on Arbeitnow

Kraken Customer What we do: build the most AI-driven, innovative, forward-thinking platform for energy management. From optimising resources to delivering cost-effective, exceptional customer experiences through advanced Customer Information Systems (CIS), billing, meter data management, CRM, and AI-driven communications, Kraken is powering the next wave of innovation in the energy industry. Why we do it: future energy will not look like energy as we know it today. We need to not just think about our future, but build for it. Now. 🏠 Where you'll fit in: We have been licensing Kraken since 2019. Throughout this time, the Delivery team has been at the forefront of industry-leading migrations, setting a new standard for what business transformation can look like. These transformations go far beyond technology: we work with clients to rethink their operating models and ways of working, while continuously making the most of Kraken's evolving capabilities. Client Delivery sits at the heart of Kraken's transformation journeys, at the intersection of our clients and the product and engineering teams building Kraken 🚀 We lead conversations around our clients' most important needs, help them unlock the value of Kraken and turn complex challenges into opportunities to evolve the platform, keeping Kraken innovative, relevant and ahead of where the energy market is going. It's a high-impact, hands-on team where you'll influence both how our clients transform and what Kraken becomes next 💡 You'll work alongside other Client Delivery Leads (across the same client and areas of expertise) as well as Transformation Directors and Technical Programme Leads, bringing together the right perspectives to challenge thinking, drive change and deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients. 🚀 What you'll own: As a Client Delivery Lead you will be at the forefront of the transformation journey with our clients. You will be managing the relationship with client counterparts (often product owners and business owners). You will build a deep understanding of Kraken, as well as client needs and priorities, to provide expert advice and identify the best solutions, balancing the use of existing Kraken capabilities with the need for custom-built solutions. You will triage and prioritise incoming requests, clearly articulating client needs, priorities and timelines to the right Kraken teams to support effective delivery and the ongoing development of the platform. You will work closely with product managers and developers to translate client needs into clear priorities and support the delivery of product features. You will challenge clients to think differently about technology development, championing Kraken's iterative approach and shared platform over bespoke solutions. You will be committed to the Kraken way of delivering tech based on simplicity, client benefit and efficiency while bringing stakeholders through a journey of change. 🧠 What you'll bring to the party: Strong client delivery, product ownership/management experience, including client-facing (often senior) stakeholder management. Experience managing technology products, migration/implementation projects or complex delivery in an agile environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex client needs into clear action-plans and impactful solutions. Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge traditional ways of thinking and drive change Experience navigating complex delivery pipelines, competing priorities and changing environments. A proactive, adaptable and hands-on mindset, willing to roll your sleeves up to solve any problem, frequently flexing outside of your typical job role to drive progress for our clients and organization. Resilience and empathy, staying positive and persistent through challenges while understanding the human impact of transformation and supporting clients through change with patience and sensitivity. We are a flat and agile organisation and plan to remain this way. We are looking for open-minded individuals who are comfortable with ambiguity and an ever-changing environment. ⭐ Bonus points: Consulting experience.
