About Wolt At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we're building the delivery of (almost) everything and you'll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn't always easy, but it's definitely exciting. Here you'll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You'll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you're a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. About the Support Group As the name Support Group implies, this group is responsible for the core part of the customer experience journey that has got Wolt top-notch ratings in app stores. During the years we've invested a lot in the in-house built support tooling as we believe that it's the only way we can ensure the satisfaction of all of our customers and partners in each of the 25 countries that we operate in. We take huge pride in our customer operations' quality, so on top of building delightful support experiences in our consumer app we also want to proactively identify and solve issues even before our customers and partners even notice something might be wrong. About the Support Analytics Team Our Support Analytics team's main goal is to deliver an amazing Customer, Merchants & Courier support experience while optimizing our operations by providing actionable insights and quantifying the impact of those actions on the overall business. 💡 You'll be part of this team working with top Data Science and Analytics Engineering professionals. What you'll be doing As a Senior Data Scientist at Wolt, your role involves diving into our data to solve crucial business problems. The scope of this role ranges from diagnosing problem areas to identifying solutions to designing experiments and ultimately influencing decision-making. This is a rare, operational, and actionable data-driven experience. When you join this team, you will be driving action from the frontlines, rather than just doing yet another analytics role. Your job will mainly focus on driving operational efficiency with the Workforce Management (WFM) team and optimizing resource allocation by creating accurate scheduling and intraday forecasts, simplifying forecasting processes, building and supporting KPI dashboards, conducting root cause analysis for SLA improvements, exploring cost optimization opportunities, managing the capacity plan framework, enhancing the WFM data pipeline, and uncovering data-driven insights to refine planning, scheduling, reporting, and intraday management. Our humble expectations Required: 5+ years of experience in a data science or analytics position Experience building forecasting models and time series analysis (Prophet, SARIMA, Holt-Winters or similar) Experience in Cost Analysis and What-if Scenario Analysis Deep knowledge of statistical packages in Python or R Proficiency in writing structured and efficient SQL queries for large data sets Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders Good to have: Experience using ML for forecasting Experience working with ML engineers/ML platform Building data pipelines using Airflow or similar tools What we offer The online delivery platform that Wolt is building will offer you interesting and complex challenges, together with the opportunities to create a big impact with your skills. Lots of geolocational and temporal data in real-time, combined with differences in the economics and dynamics of the cities we operate in, make Wolt both a challenging and interesting company to practice analytics. You have the chance to decide the ways of working: a hybrid, at the office, or remote in Berlin. 💙 You would get to work in a company culture where we take ownership beyond the obvious, do common things uncommonly well, we think big but stay humble, do right by people, we treat others kindly and justly, recognize that if we don't learn, we won't stay still but fall behind and keep in mind that Luke was Yoda's greatest achievement. Next steps The position will be filled as soon as we find the right person, so make sure to apply as soon as you realize you really, really want to join us! For any further questions about the position, you can turn to Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Zhanna Filintseva via Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion We're committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. About Nscale Nscale is the GPU cloud engineered for AI. We provide cost-effective, high-performance infrastructure for AI start-ups and large enterprise customers. Nscale enables AI-focused companies to achieve superior results by reducing the complexity of AI development. Our GPU cloud bolsters technical capabilities and directly supports strategic business outcomes, including cost management, rapid innovation, and environmental responsibility. We thrive on a culture of relentless innovation, ownership, and accountability, where every team member takes pride in their work and drives it with excellence and urgency. As an Nscaler, you'll build trust through openness and transparency, where everyone is inspired to do their best work. If you join our team, you'll be contributing to building the technology that powers the future. About the Role We're seeking a Director of Technical Program Management – Networking to build and lead the team of Technical Program Managers who deliver Nscale's network infrastructure across Europe. This team sits within our Deployment organisation, a build org that owns every step from hardware arrival on site through to customer acceptance. You'll own the delivery of cluster networking, data centre networking, and WAN programmes across our European sites, leading TPMs who partner with Network Engineering, Data Centre Operations, Supply Chain, and external carriers and vendors. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has delivered networks at hyperscale and knows how to turn complex, multi-site builds into predictable, repeatable execution. The role involves regular travel to our sites and partners. What You'll be Doing Build, lead, and mentor a team of Technical Program Managers covering cluster networking, data centre networking, and WAN delivery across Europe. Own the end-to-end network delivery plan for new GPU cluster builds and expansions, from hardware arrival through installation, validation, and customer acceptance. Set the operating model for network programme delivery: planning standards, milestone gates, risk and dependency management, and reporting. Partner with Network Engineering on design readiness, BOMs, and build sequencing for Ethernet and InfiniBand fabrics, front-end networks, and WAN interconnects. Drive alignment across Deployment, Data Centre Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, SRE, and Commercial teams so network delivery never blocks customer handover. Manage strategic relationships with carriers, IXPs, colocation providers, and network hardware vendors. Establish metrics for delivery speed, quality, and predictability, and use them to drive continuous improvement. Communicate status, risks, and trade-offs clearly to executive leadership and customers. Hire top TPM talent in a highly competitive market and grow a high-performing, accountable team culture. About You 12+ years of experience in technical programme management, network engineering, or infrastructure delivery, including 5+ years leading TPM or engineering teams. Track record delivering large-scale network infrastructure at a hyperscaler or major network vendor (e.g. Microsoft, AWS, Oracle/OCI, Cisco, or similar). Strong technical grounding in cluster and data centre networking, WAN, and routing (BGP, EVPN/VXLAN, Ethernet and InfiniBand fabrics). Experience running multi-site, multi-country builds with complex hardware, vendor, and carrier dependencies. Proven ability to build programme management frameworks that scale with a fast-growing organisation. Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable influencing without authority. Willingness to travel regularly across Europe to sites and partners. Nice to Have Experience delivering networking for large GPU clusters or AI training environments. Familiarity with HPC network topologies (Fat Tree, Rail) and high-speed optics (400G/800G). Experience with network automation and infrastructure-as-code in a deployment context. PMP, PgMP, or similar certification. Why this role matters Every GPU we deploy is only as useful as the network that connects it. This role sets how quickly and reliably Nscale turns hardware into capacity our customers can use, and shapes how network delivery scales as we expand across Europe. About CuspAI CuspAI is the frontier AI company on a mission to solve the breakthrough materials needed to power human progress. While nature took billions of years to perfect molecules, we are harnessing AI to unlock trillion-dollar materials breakthroughs in months, not millennia. Our founding team is the most cited in the world, comprised of world-class researchers in AI, chemistry and engineering. We are working on some of the hardest and most important challenges including energy, clean water, the future of compute, and carbon capture, and this is just the start of what our 'search engine' for next-generation materials will unlock. We invite you to be part of a diverse, innovative team at the intersection of AI and materials science, working to create impactful partnerships that drive innovation, scalability, and industry collaboration. This work matters. Your work matters. We're on the cusp of the on-demand materials era. Join us. The Role Due to rapid growth in our partner lab network, we are seeking a Scientific Product Manager to join our Product team and bring partner labs and their experimental workflows onto the CuspAI platform. Your impact This is an exciting opportunity to join the product team at CuspAI, working closely with materials scientists, ML researchers and platform engineers to make AI-driven experimentation work in real laboratories. As one of a small team of Scientific Product Managers, you will take ownership of a set of partner labs and the lab integration work around them, translating what each lab actually needs into requirements our engineers and ML researchers can build against. Alongside the product work, you will spend real time with your partners' teams and their experimental data. What You Will Do Product Requirements & Roadmap Shape and prioritise the roadmap for how experimental data, protocols and campaigns get into the CuspAI platform, together with your fellow Scientific Product Managers, the engineering lead and the wider product team. Write requirements, specifications and acceptance criteria that engineers can build from, covering experiment types, instrument integrations and LIMS/ELN connections, and work with the data team on the underlying data models and provenance. Contribute to decisions on what we build, what we integrate, and what we leave to partners' existing systems. Partner Lab Onboarding Lead technical discovery with the partner labs you take on: map their workflows, instruments, sample logic and data systems, and pin down the true experimental unit and the parameters that matter. Own onboarding for your partner labs from scoping to the first closed-loop campaign, and turn each onboarding into reusable patterns and documentation shared across the team so the next one is faster. Act as the main scientific counterpart for the partner labs you look after, and represent the product in partner meetings, workshops and conferences. Closed-Loop Campaigns Work with ML researchers to design optimisation campaigns (e.g. Bayesian optimisation) that respect real experimental constraints such as throughput, noise and failed samples. Define how platform-driven campaigns are validated, including benchmarks against manual or legacy workflows, success metrics and the evidence we bring to partners. Must Have Skills and Qualifications: PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering or a related experimental discipline, or equivalent experience in scientific research. Hands-on experience with high-throughput or automated experimentation (e.g. robotic synthesis, combinatorial libraries, automated characterisation, or self-driving / closed-loop labs) in industry, a national lab or research institute, or academia. Proven track record of translating scientific or process needs into requirements for engineers, software teams or automation vendors, and of validating that what was built works in the lab. Firsthand understanding of how experimental data is produced and where it fails: which metadata and provenance matter, instrument quirks, data quality issues, and what makes a dataset usable for machine learning. Depth in at least one materials domain (e.g. semiconductors and thin films including photovoltaics, catalysis and electrochemistry, energy materials including batteries, polymers and formulations, or separations and surfaces) and the curiosity to work across others. Working knowledge of Python for data handling and analysis; comfortable working with APIs and data schemas. Strong communicator and a proven collaborator, comfortable working directly with external partner labs as well as multidisciplinary science, ML, product and engineering teams. Bonus Points (But Not Critical): Direct experience with closed-loop optimisation in an automated setting, such as Bayesian optimisation, active learning or design of experiments. Experience with research data management, LIMS/ELN systems, FAIR data or metadata schemas, and familiarity with lab data standards (e.g. SiLA 2, AnIML, Allotrope). Instrument integration experience, including vendor software, data formats, and scheduling or orchestration. Product or project management experience, such as roadmaps, user research, external research collaborations or vendor relationships. We are equally open to strong experimental scientists making their first move into product. Experience working in industry at a materials, chemicals, energy or deep-tech company, or closely with industry at a research institution or national lab. Experience coordinating work across multiple labs, sites or countries. Additional Considerations This role could be based in any of our locations with the expectation of being in the office three days per week. Additionally, there may be regular travel required to partner labs and other locations for collaboration and project work. What We Offer A competitive salary: We value and reward impact and growth Equity in CuspAI: You have a stake in the success of the company Time off to stay fresh: 28 days holiday (DE, NL, UK) or 21 days holiday (JP, SG, US), in addition to local public holidays 'Gold Standard' parental leave: 26 weeks (primary caregiver) and 12 weeks (secondary caregiver) at full pay - we look after you and your family while we work on the most important materials discovery problems together Professional development budget: We invest in your career development so you can stay up to date with the latest industry knowledge or add to your skills to increase impact and growth Solve meaningful problems: See how your work has a direct impact on advancing materials science and solving sustainability and climate-related problems through the creation and application of bleeding-edge SOTA technology and revolutionary techniques True interdisciplinary teamwork: Be part of a deeply collaborative environment bridging AI research, computational chemistry, and experimental science - work with world-class researchers and engineers who enjoy sharing knowledge and supporting each other Join us in shaping the future of materials with AI.
