The role Are you passionate about driving customer growth through smart, data-driven CRM? As the Senior CRM Manager for Referrals, you will play a critical role in scaling HelloFresh Group's Referral program - one of our highest-ROI acquisition channels - across our global brand portfolio. Your mission: make sure every HelloFresh Group brand benefits from the best referral journeys we build. This role goes beyond executing campaigns. You will design E2E customer journeys across Email, Push, and in-product touchpoints; build segmented communication strategies that turn happy customers into active referrers; and contribute directly to the CRM strategy for our global RAF program - helping shape how we reach and activate customers across 16 countries. You will work closely with CRM Operations, Product, Analytics, Pricing & Discounting and Creative - and you will lead the way in applying AI-driven solutions to make the referral CRM pipeline faster, smarter, and more scalable. Above all, we are looking for people who will make HelloFresh better. We believe there are many different ways of developing skills and we love diverse experiences! So even if you don't "tick all the boxes" but think you'd thrive in this role, we would really like to learn more about you. What you'll do Design and own E2E referral customer journeys Customer Journey Ownership: Design and execute end-to-end referral journeys - from first invite trigger to friend conversion - across Email, Push Notifications, and in-product touchpoints. Build journeys that feel personal, timely, and brand-right for each market. Benchmark against market best practices in referral, CRM, and lifecycle marketing - and proactively bring new ideas into the team. Segmentation: Develop segmentation strategies to target the right customers with the right referral message at the right moment. Use behavioural, lifecycle, and value-based signals to identify high-potential referrers across the brand portfolio. Communication Strategy: Define channel mix, message timing, and creative direction for each brand and segment. Own the full campaign lifecycle - briefing, setup, QA and post-campaign analysis - with high precision and independence. Bring a strong creative perspective to referral communications: develop messaging concepts and campaign ideas that stand out and drive action. Localisation: Coordinate with local market teams and brand managers to ensure campaigns are culturally relevant, on-brand, and timed to local moments and seasonality. Partner with Creative teams to brief and develop assets that land effectively across different brands and markets. Drive performance through data and automation Performance Optimisation: Monitor key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, referral invite rate, CVA) regularly, identify gaps, and act on them. A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B testing strategies to refine messaging, timing, offer framing, and channel mix - continuously improving referral performance across the portfolio. Use self-serve analytics tools and Iterable reporting to produce campaign readouts and share actionable insights with the wider team. Lead the adoption of AI tools for campaign creation, personalisation, and automation - finding ways to work smarter without sacrificing quality or brand relevance. What you'll bring CRM Craft: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing. Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns across multiple CRM channels. Iterable experience is a strong plus; familiarity with Braze, Klaviyo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud also valued. Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable reading performance dashboards, running analyses, and drawing actionable conclusions from campaign data. You know what the numbers mean and what to do about them - without needing to be a data scientist. Creative Instinct: A genuinely creative perspective on CRM — you have opinions on what makes great referral communications, follow the industry, and bring fresh thinking to briefs rather than recycling templates. AI & Automation Curiosity: Familiarity with or strong interest in AI tools for marketing: prompt-based content creation, personalisation at scale, campaign automation — and a drive to push these capabilities further. Collaboration: Strong communicator, used to working across Creative, Analytics, Operations, and local teams. You can translate strategy into clear recommendations for any level of stakeholder. Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. Nice to have Experience with referral or virality programs. Level: Senior. Du planst und koordinierst: Kanäle, Budget, Timing, Briefings. Die Texte schreibst du selbst. An deiner Seite: unser Senior Performance Marketing Manager. Kurze Wege, schnelle Entscheidungen. Perspektive: Head of Brand mit eigenem Team. Was du machst Kampagnen, die hängen bleiben . Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

Camunda is the enterprise platform for agentic orchestration , enabling organizations to coordinate AI agents, people, and systems across complex, end-to-end business processes. With built-in governance, auditability, and human oversight, Camunda gives enterprises the control they need to move AI from pilots to production — safely and at scale. Trusted by over 700 organizations worldwide , including 9 of top 10 US banks, Camunda helps enterprises boost operational efficiency, accelerate time-to-value, and deliver better customer experiences. Fully remote and global, we are in the middle of something bigger: transforming into an AI-first organisation, built on our own platform . We use Agentic AI to automate, orchestrate intelligent processes, and elevate human contribution across every team. Named GP Bullhound's Top 100 Next Unicorn list, 2025 Great Place to Work certified. Visionary in 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies. ranked 3rd in Flexa's 2026 Most Flexible Companies , We're growing fast and looking for top talent to join our team. If you want meaningful work, visible impact and put something genuinely rare on your CV, keep reading. About the Role: Hi there! We're hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team. We're a group that cares about getting the story right, not just getting it out the door. We work closely with product, sales, and demand gen, and we hold ourselves to a high bar because our work directly shapes how the market understands what we build. This role gives you real ownership. You'll shape positioning and messaging for a meaningful piece of our product portfolio, build the competitive intelligence that keeps our field teams sharp, and work directly with sales leaders who depend on your materials to close deals. It's a role with visible impact, not one where your work disappears into a shared drive. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll drive go-to-market strategy for your area, from positioning through launch through enablement, while partnering with product and sales to make sure the message actually lands. This role matters because clear, credible product marketing is what turns a strong platform into a business result. Camunda operates in a technical, complex space, and getting that translation right is not optional. What You Will Do Own positioning and messaging for your product area, translating technical capability into a clear value proposition for both technical and business buyers. Build and maintain a competitive intelligence program that sales actually uses, not just battlecards that sit in a folder. Lead go-to-market execution for launches in your area, coordinating across product, sales, and demand gen so the message is consistent everywhere it shows up. Arm the field with content that works in real conversations: pitch decks, demos, solution briefs, and objection handling. Use market and customer research to inform product and positioning decisions, not just to validate ones already made. Mentor and support other marketers on your team, sharing what you've learned without being asked. What You Will Bring to the Role Significant experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in enterprise software, with a track record of owning positioning and messaging end to end, not just contributing pieces of it. A real competitive intelligence practice under your belt. You've built and maintained a program that sales relied on, not just responded to research requests as they came in. Comfort marketing technical products to technical buyers. You can go deep enough into a technical concept to be credible with a developer, and simplify it enough to be clear to an executive. Field enablement experience at scale. You've built programs that changed how a sales team talked about a product, and you know how to tell if it worked. Strong cross-functional instincts. You know how to build trust with product and sales without relying on authority, and how to bring people along on a positioning decision rather than just announcing it. Comfort using AI tools in your day to day work. This isn't a checkbox, it's part of how the role actually operates. This role is an existing vacancy #LI-JS1 #LI-Remote #C1 What We Have to Offer: Compensation We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition. The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills , experience , and location , and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth: United States: $131,300.00 to $211,600.00 United Kingdom: £82,400.00 to £135,600.00 Singapore: S$163,000.00 to S$244,500.00 If you're based elsewhere, you'll be hired via Remote.com (our global employer partner), and your Talent Acquisition Partner will provide a personalized Total Rewards Calculator after your first interview. Equity: We also offer equity (where applicable) through our Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP) . Benefits & Perks We invest in your wellbeing, growth, and ability to connect, along with perks that support you no matter where you're based. Our benefits are globally designed and locally delivered where applicable. Remote & Flexible: Work from anywhere with the setup that suits you, home office budget, co-working space support, and flexible time off to recharge when you need it. In Person Connection: We invest in meaningful face time through our Annual Kickoff (Vienna in 2025, Madrid in 2026!), team offsites, and Camundi Connection Budgets , including contributing to meetups while travelling,, and local gatherings with fellow Camundi. Health & Wellbeing: Access locally tailored healthcare, Modern Health for global mental wellbeing, and our Live Well Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA), a flexible, global benefit that puts you in control of your whole life, not just work, from: staying active, to caring for family, exploring personal passions, meaningful experiences, and investing in your financial wellbeing. Financial Security: Retirement and pension plans (often with company contributions), plus life and disability insurance where relevant.
