At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. Vanta is growing quickly, and we consistently outpace our growth targets while maintaining very strong NPS. Our Sales team is leading the charge in growing market share as the industry leader in compliance and security. Winning in international markets is critical to Vanta's next chapter, and we're building our EMEA presence from the ground up. We're looking for customer-focused French-speaking Account Executives and true market builders who are excited to open up the largely untapped French market. You'll be among the first to shape how Vanta shows up in the region: partnering with Marketing and Partnerships to build brand presence, initiating events that generate pipeline, and owning your full sales cycle from first outreach to closed-won. As we move up-market, you'll also help define our sales motion and establish Vanta as the best-in-class choice in an increasingly competitive landscape. This role is based in our London office with an office-centric hybrid schedule, with standard in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. You'll work side by side with our EMEA landing team, where the energy, collaboration, and early-stage impact are hard to replicate remotely. What you'll do as a Account Executive, Growth at Vanta: Own your pipeline from the ground up. Identify, research, and prioritize high-potential accounts and verticals, and build a consistent outbound motion to create new opportunities. Turn inbound demand into closed-won business. Convert interest into long-term Vanta customers who see lasting value. Run a world-class sales process. Qualify deeply, forecast accurately, and progress deals using MEDDPICC or a similar methodology to drive predictable outcomes. Show the business value of Vanta. Deliver compelling demos and tailor recommendations to each customer's goals. Communicate with executive presence. Engage confidently with founders, CEOs, and technical leaders, translating complex security and compliance concepts into clear business value. Build Vanta's presence in France. Partner with Marketing and Partnerships to build brand awareness, and explore partnership opportunities that open up new and existing markets. Initiate and own event success. Identify the right events in your market, rally internal partners, and drive them from planning through pipeline. Work cross-functionally. Partner with SDRs, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, and Solutions Engineers to source, run, and win deals. Be a voice for the customer. Share prospect and market insights with Product to inform our roadmap. Keep sharpening your craft. Act on feedback, seek coaching, and contribute to team playbooks, messaging, and outbound best practices. How to be successful in this role: 5+ years of full-cycle closing experience in a quota-carrying role, consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly targets. B2B SaaS experience, preferably selling into SMB and Mid-Market accounts. Experience self-sourcing pipeline through outbound prospecting. Fluency in English and French. Experience partnering cross-functionally with partnerships and marketing to build brand presence in a new market. A track record of initiating events and owning their success, from planning through pipeline. You'll be expected to do the same in your territory. The technical competency to understand Vanta's product and build strong relationships with highly technical prospects. Deep curiosity about customers and their needs, with empathy and a track record of building long-term relationships and retention. Entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and autonomy to make a major contribution to our EMEA landing team and have a big impact early at a start-up. Uses AI in day-to-day work to amplify their skills and strengthen their outcomes, applying it across routine workflows, actively building fluency through experimentation, and exercising sound judgment to ensure AI-assisted work meets a high quality bar. What you can expect as a Vanta'n: Industry-competitive salary and equity 100% covered medical, dental, and vision benefits with dependents coverage 16 weeks paid Parental Leave for all new parents Health & wellness stipend Remote workspace, internet, and mobile phone stipend Commuter benefits for team members who attend the office Pension matching 25 days of Annual Leave per year and unlimited sick time 8 company-paid holidays Virtual team building activities, lunch and learns, and other company-wide events! Offices in SF, NYC, London, Dublin, Tel Aviv, and Sydney #LI-hybrid At Vanta, we are committed to hiring diverse talent of different backgrounds and as such, it is important to us to provide an inclusive work environment for all. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender identity, age, religion, sexual orientation, veteran or disability status, or any other protected class. As an equal opportunity employer, we encourage and welcome people of all backgrounds to apply. About Vanta We started in 2018, in the wake of several high-profile data breaches. Online security was only becoming more important, but we knew firsthand how hard it could be for fast-growing companies to invest the time and manpower it takes to build a solid security foundation. Vanta was inspired by a vision to restore trust in internet businesses by enabling companies to improve and prove their security. From our early days automating security monitoring for compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 to creating the world's leading Trust Management Platform, our vision remains unchanged. Now more than ever, making security continuous—not just a point-in-time check— is essential. Thousands of companies rely on Vanta to build, maintain and demonstrate their trust— all in a way that's real-time and transparent.
