About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic's Inference organization serves Claude to millions of users and enterprise customers, across our own products and the world's largest cloud platforms, with the speed, reliability, and efficiency that frontier AI demands. The stack that makes this possible is deep and tightly coupled: accelerator kernels, an in-house inference engine that manages the entire token path for both production and research workloads, distributed routing, autoscaling, and capacity management. Every layer affects the others, often in ways that are hard to see in isolation. We build across GPUs, TPUs, and Trainium, and the complexity of building, testing, and shipping inference software grows with every platform we add. We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive the programs that scale it. The work spans four closely coupled areas: Scaling and infrastructure. Routing, autoscaling, and capacity management for the serving fleet, and bringing new capacity online. Velocity. The toolchains, development environments, and CI/CD that let inference engineers build, test, and ship across every accelerator platform. Inference engine. The software between the accelerator kernels and the routing layer that serves every request. Performance. Improving throughput, latency, cost, and reliability across the stack, with correctness treated as part of performance. This is not a status-tracking role. You'll own outcomes end to end, often where no single team is accountable for the whole picture. Much of your value comes from crossing boundaries into Research, Safeguards, Security, Compute, Infrastructure, API, and our cloud and silicon partners, and bringing back the requirements and dependencies that no team sees from inside its own space. There is little process to inherit, and we want to keep it that way: you'll build the minimum machinery the work needs and remove it when it stops helping. And because this is Anthropic, you'll have Claude as a collaborator. We expect TPMs on this team to push hard on what AI-assisted program management and fleet operations can look like. Key responsibilities Own the programs that scale Claude's serving fleet across accelerator and cloud platforms, from early direction through delivery. Drive new capacity online end to end, working across compute, infrastructure, security, networking, and inference teams so one person is accountable for the whole path. Build visibility into supply, demand, and utilization with capacity and finance partners, and drive trade-offs among utilization, cost, latency, and reliability to a clear decision. Lead reliability programs and large migrations without disrupting production traffic or research, and make sure incident follow-ups land in team roadmaps. Drive the programs that make inference engineers faster: define the productivity metrics that matter, find the bottlenecks, and improve how software is built, tested, and released across platforms, in step with Anthropic's central Infrastructure org. Coordinate roadmaps and priorities across the production, research, and safeguards needs that depend on the same teams. Track performance and efficiency work from opportunity to measured impact in production, with correctness held as a release criterion. Own inference readiness for model launches alongside our launch TPMs. Minimum qualifications 7+ years of experience as a TPM, or in an equivalent engineering or SRE lead role, owning large multi-team infrastructure programs end to end in production distributed systems, ML infrastructure, or cloud platforms. You can speak to the outcomes in detail, including where a program slipped and what you did about it. Technical fluency in large-scale serving infrastructure, including request routing and load balancing, autoscaling, capacity planning, cluster orchestration, deployment and rollout, and observability. You know enough to challenge a design, find the real risk, and add value beyond tracking. A working understanding of how LLM inference uses hardware (prefill and decode, batching, caching, compute versus memory bandwidth versus interconnect), or a track record of getting deep in an unfamiliar technical domain quickly. A track record of building program mechanisms from scratch on ambiguous, fast-moving efforts, and of retiring process that has stopped earning its keep. The ability to drive outcomes across organizations you don't manage, with competing priorities and unclear decision ownership. You read people and rooms well, know when to push and when to listen, and earn the trust of senior engineers and researchers. Strong written communication, including plans, reviews, and executive updates that many teams depend on. Low ego and high ownership. You do whatever the program needs, whether that is writing a script, running an incident bridge, or chasing a quota, and you care more about the outcome than about scope or credit. Care about Anthropic's mission and about serving frontier AI safely and reliably. Preferred qualifications Direct experience with LLM or ML inference serving at scale, such as model servers, batching and scheduling, KV caching, quantization, speculative decoding, or multi-model routing. Experience with accelerator infrastructure (GPU, TPU, or Trainium), including cluster bring-up, hardware qualification, or running one workload across more than one accelerator platform. Experience managing capacity across multiple clouds or regions, including demand forecasting, headroom policy, cost modeling, or unit economics for compute-heavy services. Experience with developer productivity, release engineering, or CI/CD at scale, especially for hardware-dependent workloads, and with using engineering metrics to measurably raise velocity. Experience running performance or efficiency programs, with enough grounding in rooflines, kernels, ML compilers (XLA, Triton, Neuron), numerics, or collective communication to reason about trade-offs with the engineers doing the work. Familiarity with Kubernetes-based orchestration and job scheduling. Experience working with research teams and turning their needs into infrastructure requirements. Practical experience using AI tools in your own workflow, including building automations or agents, and clear ideas about where they help and where they don't. Program Overview Some of our world's grand challenges, from resolving long-open problems in mathematics to designing medicines for neglected diseases, require deep expert judgment that today's AI still lacks. We're working toward an AI scientist, a system capable of the long-horizon reasoning and experimental judgment needed to push the frontier on problems like these. We believe frontier AI, developed safely, can meaningfully accelerate progress across science and engineering. Getting there requires close collaboration with people who have spent years at the frontier of their fields. The Anthropic STEM Fellows Program brings researchers and experts from across science and engineering into Anthropic for four months to take on the grand challenges of their fields with Claude. Working in small pods of Fellows from related fields, you will pair deep domain expertise with our frontier models and internal tooling to define the hardest open problems in your discipline, build the datasets and simulations that let us test and train Claude on them, and find exactly where it falls short. We're looking for Fellows across science and engineering. Prior machine learning experience is helpful but not required. Scientific judgment and a willingness to learn quickly matter more. Our first cohort of more than 20 STEM Fellows across mathematics, physics, the life sciences, and engineering, ran from June to September 2026. The problems they built now feed Claude's training and one of our internal science evaluations. What to Expect: A place in a small pod of Fellows working on related problems in your domain. Your pod meets weekly with Anthropic researchers to share methods, pressure-test ideas, and build on each other's work. A grand challenge at the frontier of your field: an ambitious, open-ended problem scoped with our research team so you can make real progress in four months. Access to frontier Claude models and internal evaluation tooling. Compensation: $100,000–$167,000 USD for the four-month fellowship (equivalent to $300,000–$500,000 USD annualized), and other benefits. Key responsibilities Setting grand challenges for your field: identifying long-horizon open problems where Claude falls short of expert judgment, and defining what real progress on them looks like. Building comprehensive datasets, simulations and rigorous, hard-to-game evaluations that test whether models can plan experiments, interpret data and reason about mechanisms, and systematically finding where they're confidently wrong. Applying Claude to open problems in your domain, using test-time compute strategies and integrating the scientific tools and software your field relies on. Minimum qualifications Are excited about the potential for AI to reason well about hard questions in their field where expert judgment matters. Hands-on experience using Claude and Claude Code in your day-to-day workflow. Hold a PhD in a STEM field and have several years of experience (eg post-doc or faculty). Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-agency atmosphere for a few months and delivering concrete results. Existing authorization to work in the United States for the duration of the program. Logistics - Fellows The program runs from January 12th to May 8th 2027 , and is full-time for the duration; some fellowships may be considered for an extension. Applications are open until October 28, 2026 , and we plan to make offers by November 20th. Later stages will typically include a take-home exercise and conversations with our research team about your research interests and possible project directions. We ask that all Fellows attend a one-week in-person orientation in San Francisco. The default location is in San Francisco. We will consider remote engagements within the United States in certain circumstances. We are not currently able to sponsor visas for fellows. To participate in the Fellows program, you need to have or independently obtain full-time work authorization in the United States. This is a fixed-term contract position. Fellows are engaged through an employer of record, rather than employed directly by Anthropic. The below are Anthropic's policies for full time roles. These do NOT apply to the Fellows Program. Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. Background Nash powers the logistics infrastructure behind some of the most recognizable brands in commerce, including Walmart, Urban Outfitters, and 7-Eleven, along with platforms like Shopify and Toast. We are scaling fast, the category is forming around us, and we are building the product marketing function from scratch. We're hiring our first Product Marketing Lead to own positioning, narrative, launches, and the strategic voice of the platform that is becoming foundational to modern commerce. The Role This is the strategic seat where positioning, narrative, customer truth, competitive worldview, and launch craft come together. It is also where the next chapter of Nash's product strategy is shaped. Product marketing can take many different forms in different organizations... It can be a function to spit out whitepapers and datasheets, a megaphone for product management, or… it can be something very different: a force multiplier for the whole organization. We're looking for the latter. You'll report directly to our Chief Growth Officer (whose career has been building and leading marketing, growth, and product organizations at companies like Twilio, Plaid, and Salesforce). You'll work as a peer to our Product Team, and alongside our CEO, our CTO, and a small, senior, fast-moving cross-functional group across product, engineering, sales, and growth. The bar for taste, craft, and strategic thinking on this team is high, and the trajectory for someone strong in this seat is significant. How We Think About PMM The best PMMs sit at the intersection of three rare skills: technical curiosity, business acumen, and creativity. You don't need to be a coder, but you need to understand technical implementation, tradeoffs, and be able to talk to a technical audience credibly enough to know what they'll ask next. You don't need to be a salesperson, but you need to read buying behavior, understand the worldview of the decision-maker, and articulate the value of the problem we're resolving (not the value of our product). You talk in the language of the customer, not the language of our company. You don't need to be a designer or a copywriter, but you need to write narratives with emotional resonance, position with clear differentiation, and find the experiment, the data, or the execution model that actually moves the needle. The skills are hard enough to find in one person. The harder bar is what you do with them. Great PMM teams are not measured on what they did. They are measured on what they got the company to achieve together. They don't ask the org to enable them. They enable the org. They earn strategic influence by inspiring the company with a common vision, and then get the whole company pulling together in the same direction. How We Work: AI-Native, By Default Product marketing at Nash is AI-native and builder-led. We're looking for a PMM who has fundamentally rewired their workflow around AI, not someone who occasionally uses ChatGPT to clean up an email. Someone who reaches for Claude, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Replit, and whatever ships next week as instinctively as they reach for a Google doc. The reason is straightforward: the speed and surface area of what one product marketer can produce has changed by an order of magnitude in the last eighteen months. Customer interview synthesis, competitive teardowns, narrative iteration, message testing at scale, launch asset production, sales enablement, internal narrative documents: every loop has compressed. We want someone who feels that in their bones and uses it to compound their craft, not replace it. We still deeply value the soul, the originality, the conviction, and the taste that can only come from a real product marketer who has actually sat with hundreds of customers and built a worldview. But we need to pair that with the velocity AI brings, so insight reaches the org and the market while it still matters. In practice this looks like having Claude synthesize forty customer calls into the real patterns (and dampening the lone noisy ones) before you write the narrative, running ten message variants against synthetic personas before you brief the real ones, prototyping a launch landing page in Replit on the same day you finalize the positioning, building a competitive intel system that updates itself, and treating prompt craft, model choice, and tool-chaining as part of your PMM practice. If your reaction to a new AI tool is curiosity and a Saturday afternoon experiment, you'll fit here. If you believe AI will never replace , you probably won't. What You'll Do - Own Nash's positioning and narrative across audiences: enterprise retailers, grocers, pharmacies, restaurants, healthcare, platforms, partners, and the broader category we're shaping - Lead launches end to end, from shaping what gets built and when, through messaging, assets, sales enablement, and post-launch measurement of whether the launch actually moved the business - Be the most authoritative voice on the customer inside Nash. Distill the full breadth of customer signal into the patterns that matter, so Product can build against truth and Sales can sell against reality - Own competitive intelligence: a living worldview on every competitor that matters, refreshed continuously, that a Sales rep can use in a deal at 4pm on a Friday - Build the launch system itself (the cadence, the rituals, the templates, the prompts, the playbooks) so each launch compounds rather than getting reinvented - Partner with Sales as a strategic peer. Be the deepest student of our market, our buyers, and the problems they're actually trying to solve, and the best teacher of it across the org. But also build the system so your knowledge scales without you: living competitive intel, talk tracks grounded in real customer signal, enablement that a rep can pull from at 4pm on a Friday without pinging anyone. The best PMM isn't the one who answers every ping. It's the one who built the system that made most of them unnecessary. - Partner with Product as a peer. Challenge the roadmap with customer signal, shape what we build, not just how we describe it - Equip the org. Pricing, packaging, deal desk, content, web, sales plays: make Nash collectively faster and sharper at every customer touchpoint - Build and grow the PMM function over time as Nash scales Requirements - 8+ years in product marketing or adjacent roles, with shipped work at a high-growth B2B technology company that you can defend in detail (the decisions, the tradeoffs, the outcomes) - Demonstrated ability to operate at the intersection of technical, business, and creative, not just one of the three - Has owned positioning and launches for a complex platform product (infrastructure, fintech, devtools, data, logistics) where the buyer is technical and the stakes are real - Active, daily use of Claude (or equivalent LLM) and AI prototyping tools like Replit as the core of your workflow of how you actually get things done, not just a copy editing tool. - Strong narrative and writing craft. You can hold a worldview in your head and turn it into copy that sticks - Comfortable in the data. Funnel, deal, pipeline, win/loss; happy to sit in a CRM and pull the truth yourself rather than wait for a dashboard - Customer-obsessed. You measure your week by how many real customer conversations you had, not how many decks you produced - Strong opinions, communicated clearly, updated quickly when the evidence changes - Has built or scaled a PMM function before, or is genuinely ready to do so for the first time - Bonus: prior experience in logistics, commerce infrastructure, or B2B platforms with a technical buyer; time spent as a PM or in a customer-facing role earlier in your career; built and shipped your own side project using AI tools - Location: Hybrid remote/in-office, Bay Area preferred, Fully remote considered for right candidate. How to Apply Send us your resume, a portfolio or links to launches and positioning work you've owned, and a short note on the launch or narrative you're most proud of and why. If you'd rather skip the cover letter and send a Loom walking us through a piece of work, or a Replit prototype of the Nash homepage you'd build instead of ours, that is very much encouraged. Want to grab our attention and bypass the Recruiting platform? Record a video introducing yourself at testimonials.nash.ai with code JOIN-NASH - you'll get the benefit of your application instantly notifying us via Slack, and we'll get some much needed testing coverage on our latest PMM-focused claude build:) More about Nash Nash is the platform that powers modern logistics. Commerce has inverted. For decades, customers came to where products and services were. Now products and services come to them, on their terms, in real time. That shift has turned every company into a logistics company, even though almost none of them were built to be one. Couriers, fleets, gig workers, parcel carriers, in-store labor, and increasingly autonomous systems all have to be coordinated in real time, against tighter windows and rising expectations, with hard-fought customer trust on the line. Nash unifies decisioning, execution, and capacity into a single programmable platform. Real-time, AI-native intelligence determines what should happen, operational control executes it, and the platform dynamically orchestrates capacity from any source: a company's own fleets, partners, or the Nash delivery network. Whether a job involves a courier, a gig driver, an internal fleet, a store employee, a technician, or an autonomous vehicle, Nash selects the right resource and manages execution through completion. We power delivery and logistics for some of the most recognizable brands in commerce, including Walmart, Urban Outfitters, 7-Eleven, and Woolworths, alongside platforms like Shopify and Toast. Over the next decade, logistics will become as foundational to commerce as payments, cloud, and connectivity. Nash is the platform that powers it. Nash was founded in 2021 by Mahmoud Ghulman (2x Founder, MIT) and Aziz Alghunaim (2x Founder, 2x YC, Ex-Palantir, MIT) and is backed by Y Combinator, a16z, and other top investors. We are headquartered in San Francisco. What You'll Love About Us ✅ Early-stage, well-funded startup – directly impact the company and grow your career! ✅ Quarterly broader team on-sites to bond with teammates ✅ Competitive compensation and opportunity for equity ✅ Flexible paid time off ✅ Health, dental, and vision insurance for US employees

Morgan, CapitalG, and Lead Edge Capital. Learn more at grafana.com and follow us on LinkedIn and X . We're scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do. You may not meet every requirement, and that's okay. If this role excites you, we'd love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity. This is a remote position. We are considering candidates in Germany, Sweden, Spain, Ireland and the UK only. The opportunity: Grafana Cloud is our composable observability platform that integrates metrics, logs, traces, and profiles with Grafana. It allows our customers to leverage the best open source observability software – including Prometheus, Mimir, Loki, Tempo, and Pyroscope – without the overhead of installing, maintaining and scaling their own observability stack. The Observability department is focused on enabling developers to understand the health and performance of their applications and infrastructure in any environment by providing tools to instrument their code, ingest observability data into Grafana Cloud and visualize and explore it. What is the Ingest team? We build and maintain the configuration and deployment tooling that bridges the gap between "I want observability" and "I have observability,". To achieve this the team owns Fleet Management , the Kubernetes Monitoring Helm Chart , and the Instrumentation Hub . Fleet Management is the cloud-based central control plane our customers use to manage hundreds of thousands of Observability Collectors in the wild. The Kubernetes Monitoring Helm Chart is used to effectively deploy Observability Collection in Kubernetes based environments. The Instrumentation Hub seamlessly combines Fleet Management and the Kubernetes Monitoring Helm Chart to achieve a magic 1-command instrumentation experience. What You'll Be Doing: Manage and develop the team of backend and frontend engineers, providing regular feedback and supporting each person's growth through career conversations. This is a remote team, distributed between EMEA and NASA. Collaborate closely with go-to-market to ensure customers and prospects are successful with their Observability collection journey. Work closely with product and engineering leadership to ensure Fleet Management, the Kubernetes Helm Chart, and the Instrumentation Hub fit seamlessly into the end-to-end user experience for Grafana cloud products. Provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle from early ideation through planning, execution and post‑launch guiding the team to deliver high‑quality results consistently. Foster a psychologically safe environment where engineers can learn, experiment and iterate quickly, encouraging innovation and a culture of continuous improvement. Work across team boundaries by contributing to projects outside your team's scope and partnering with other functions to solve customer problems. As a company we are remote-first and global, we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a new perspective to the software. We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always paired with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. What Makes You a Great Fit: Experience in either of these areas is a strong advantage: Observability (especially OpenTelemetry), or building a central control plane that manages fleets of collectors. You will be comfortable working with engineering teams who have a strong sense of autonomy in their decision-making, be it technical or product focused. While you're great with people and adept at managing relationships, you still keep up-to-date with the latest technical trends and shifts in order to maintain and enhance your understanding of the challenges your teams face. Comfortable collaborating across time zones and cultures in a fully remote environment, using clear, empathetic communication to build trust, connection, and psychological safety. Demonstrated ability to manage complexity, align stakeholders, and elevate team performance to deliver meaningful, high-quality results. Deeply customer-focused, consistently grounding decisions and technical choices in user needs and real-world impact. Solid understanding of distributed systems principles, including scalability, fault tolerance, consistency, and observability. Comfort with AI-assisted tooling. We embrace AI and agentic development so we expect you to be curious and comfortable using AI-powered tools and ideally have practical experience folding them into a team's workflow.
