No previous experience in the climate space? Don't worry, we are happy to help you grow into a climate expert at Root! 🌎 What we do We build software that helps companies along the food system get to Net Zero. ~31% of global GHG emissions originate from food-related activities. For the first time in history, climate performance has become an overall business performance indicator. Enterprises are mandated by regulatory bodies to disclose their climate performance, which leads to increasing pressure from investors, competitors, retailers, and consumers to prevent and reduce their CO2e emissions. Over the next 10 years, companies have set ambitious reduction targets that need to be met. Enterprise software and new business processes can help. We raised >€10m in funding in the first 2 years of our existence, we launched our enterprise product, signed and onboarded some of the largest F&B players in Europe, and put together what we believe is the best-suited early stage tech team in Europe. Will you be the next to join us? 🚀 🔭 What this freelance role looks like This is not a full- or part-time position. We're looking for a freelancer to support our Slovenian-speaking customers on a project basis. After an initial onboarding phase, you will take on assignments as needed, primarily running virtual trainings and supporting customers through key phases of our platform. Expect low and irregular hours — this role suits someone who has other engagements and is looking for flexible, project-based work in the sustainability space. Your assignments will typically include: Running virtual trainings with Slovenian-speaking customers, guiding them through the Root Platform (onboarding, data collection workflows, reporting features) Supporting customer projects during active data collection phases — answering questions, ensuring data quality, and driving completion Acting as a trusted point of contact for Slovenian-speaking users (primarily agricultural stakeholders), helping them navigate the platform and understand its value Flagging risks and opportunities to the internal Customer Success team, including churn signals, product feedback, and user engagement patterns 🚀 What you bring along Native-level Slovenian (written and spoken) — this is a hard requirement Professional proficiency in English , our internal working language. Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer-Facing Operations , ideally in a B2B SaaS environment Comfortable with virtual training delivery (webinars, workshops, screen-sharing sessions) Self-organized, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Bonus: familiarity with sustainability, carbon accounting, or agricultural supply chains or experience with data collection platforms or survey/assessment tools You don't feel like you fulfill all the criteria? We get it: confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job. But guess what?! There is no such thing as a 'perfect' candidate. The only thing you need to ensure along the recruiting process and beyond is that the problem that we are solving with Root is one you cannot wait to get out of bed for on Monday morning! 🤗 🦾 How we support you You will collaborate as part of a cross-disciplinary team that brings together sales and account managers, product experts and customer success specialists 🎢 Contracting Process Our ambition is to offer you an end-to-end experience that is fast and uncomplicated - we aim to keep the end-to-end process to 10 working days . If you want meaningful work, visible impact and put something genuinely rare on your CV, keep reading. We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to build Camunda's Dutch Government market. This is a territory-building role for a disciplined, consultative seller who can create demand, shape strategic opportunities, and guide complex buying groups through to executive-level decisions. You will own the full sales cycle across a focused set of government accounts, from account strategy and first conversation through business case, procurement, negotiation, close, and expansion. You will combine commercial ownership with public-sector credibility. The successful candidate will be comfortable engaging senior civil servants, CIO and transformation leaders, procurement, security, architecture, and business stakeholders. You will translate government priorities into a compelling value case for process orchestration, automation, and agentic workflows, while navigating formal procurement processes and the governance expectations of public-sector customers. What you will own Own the Dutch Government territory and create a clear account and coverage strategy across priority national and public-sector organizations. Build and maintain a healthy, self-generated pipeline, targeting at least 2.5x pipeline coverage through focused outbound activity, executive engagement, partner collaboration, and market development. Develop relationships across complex buying groups, including CIOs, CTOs, transformation leaders, enterprise architects, process owners, procurement, security, legal, and executive sponsors. Lead the full enterprise sales cycle: discovery, qualification, value engineering, technical evaluation, business case, procurement, commercial negotiation, and close. Apply MEDDICC consistently to create deal clarity, strengthen qualification, identify gaps early, and improve forecast reliability. Build business cases connected to public-sector outcomes such as service quality, operational efficiency, transparency, resilience, compliance, and cost control. Coordinate account teams across Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and leadership. Developa partner-first motion with relevant global system integrators, regional partners, and public-sector specialists. Expand successful customer relationships by identifying adjacent processes, departments, agencies, and use cases after the initial land. Maintain accurate account, contact, opportunity, and forecast data in Salesforce as the single source of truth. Share market intelligence on government priorities, procurement dynamics, competitors, partners, and customer needs to improve Camunda's Dutch public-sector go-to-market strategy. What success looks like First 30 days Build a working understanding of Camunda's platform, value proposition, sales methodology, customer evidence, pricing approach, and public-sector references. Align with internal stakeholders on territory priorities, account ownership, partner coverage, and available sales resources. Produce an initial account segmentation and stakeholder-mapping plan for the Dutch Government territory. Establish a repeatable operating cadence for pipeline creation, deal inspection, forecasting, and cross-functional account-team collaboration. First 90 days Complete strategic account plans for the highest-priority government accounts, including business priorities, buying groups, whitespace, partners, competition, and next actions. Create qualified pipeline through a balanced mix of net-new opportunities, partner-sourced activity, executive introductions, and expansion plays. Develop a strong network of relevant government and ecosystem stakeholders, with clear relationship and meeting objectives. Demonstrate consistent MEDDICC qualification and accurate Salesforce hygiene across active opportunities. Identify the most relevant public-sector use cases and value narratives for Camunda's Dutch market development. First 180 days and beyond Establish a credible, repeatable pipeline engine for the Dutch Government market. Progress strategic opportunities through well-defined qualification, value validation, technical evaluation, procurement, and commercial stages. Win new government logos and create expansion paths into additional departments, agencies, or processes. Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and public-sector ecosystem partners. Contribute actionable market insight that improves Camunda's positioning, messaging, partner strategy, and investment decisions in the Netherlands. Deliver against quota while protecting long-term customer value, adoption, and expansion potential. What you will bring Must-haves 5+ years of success in a quota-carrying enterprise software or SaaS Account Executive role, owning complex deals end to end. Demonstrated experience selling into the Dutch Government or another highly regulated public-sector environment, with a clear understanding of formal procurement, security, legal, and governance requirements. A track record of creating pipeline through proactive outbound activity and converting multi-stakeholder opportunities into material, preferably multi-year, contracts. Strong command of MEDDICC or a comparable enterprise sales methodology, with the discipline to qualify rigorously, manage mutual action plans, and forecast accurately. Executive presence and communication skills in Dutch and English, with the ability to connect operational problems to strategic, financial, and citizen-impact outcomes. A collaborative, customer-focused, and resilient approach aligned with Camunda's FAITH values and global-first way of working. Nice-to-haves Experience selling process automation, workflow, orchestration, integration, business transformation, or adjacent enterprise technology. Existing relationships across Dutch ministries, executive agencies, municipalities, provinces, public-service organizations, or government-focused partners. Experience working with global system integrators, regional implementation partners, or public-sector framework agreements. Familiarity with Camunda, BPMN, DMN, process orchestration, cloud platforms, or agentic automation. Experience creating quantified value cases for service modernization, compliance, operational resilience, or cost reduction. Why this role matters now Dutch public-sector organizations are under pressure to modernize services, improve efficiency, operate securely, and coordinate increasingly complex technology and regulatory environments. Process orchestration gives them a way to make that complexity visible and manageable while connecting people, systems, and automation. This role is an opportunity to shape a market rather than inherit a mature patch. You will have the ownership and visibility to define where Camunda can create the greatest public value, build the ecosystem around those opportunities, and establish a durable foundation for growth in the Netherlands. You will join a global, distributed team that values initiative, transparency, customer impact, and practical collaboration. The role offers the chance to work at the intersection of public-sector transformation, enterprise technology, process orchestration, and the next generation of agentic automation. This role is an existing vacancy #LI-AG1 #LI-Remote What We Have to Offer: Compensation We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Accelerating embodied AGI. The next ten years of AI will not be won in software. They will be won in the physical world: in factories, hospitals, kitchens, fields, and homes. The companies that own that data will own the century. microagi is building it. We are a data research and deployment lab. Atlas captures the manual work inside Europe's industrial champions, trains foundation models on it, and deploys the right robot onto the floor, with no teleoperation and no interruption to the line. Shift records how physical work actually happens and turns it into training-ready data. We were founded by former Formula 1 engineers from Red Bull Racing and Mercedes, together with a researcher from the Alan Turing Institute. Our $55M seed round, the largest in German history, was led by Hummingbird with Northzone, LocalGlobe, Village Global, and redalpine. We are based in Munich, with our research centre in Zürich and teams in London, New York, and Istanbul. We are now building the engineering and research teams that will take Atlas into new industries. Most sales roles hand you a territory, a playbook and a quota. This one hands you a market that does not exist yet. We are looking for a builder: someone who would rather create a market than inherit one. Our first enterprise customers are live and the signal is clear. Everything after that is yours to build. Putting physical AI onto a production line is not a software sale. It reaches the plant manager, the COO, the works council, safety and compliance, IT, procurement, and often the CEO. Deals take time, run through site visits and technical assessments, and are won on trust. Your job is to close our first deals in DACH and turn them into a market we own. We look for ownership, high agency and low ego, someone who wants to shape both our customer base, shape how we sell and succeed. What You Will Do Close our first enterprise deals in DACH. Own each one end to end, from first conversation to signed contract. Run the full cycle: discovery, NDAs, use cases and footage, site visits, and a technical deployment assessment covering hardware, data, investment and timeline. Seek the truth on every deal. Find out what Atlas can and cannot do on each customer's line, say it plainly, and never sell what we cannot deliver, even when it costs the deal. Navigate the whole buying group: plant managers, COOs, works councils, safety and compliance, procurement, and the board. Bring each of them along. Build your own pipeline. Find the industrial champions in your market and get in the room. Develop the playbook as you go: who we sell to, how we price, what wins and what does not. The next ten sellers will run on what you build. Take what you learn on the floor back to product, research and deployment. Requirements A track record of building, wherever you earned it: a market, a team, a company, a product line. Something that exists because you made it. Enterprise sales experience. You have closed long, complex deals with many stakeholders, and you know how to keep them moving when they stall. At your best in ambiguity. No map, no precedent, no one to ask. You sell a vision and people trust you with it. Honest, likeable, low ego, high standards. Willing to get your hands dirty. You build the account lists, write the proposals, and go to site yourself. Fluent German and English. Based in Munich, in the office, with regular travel to customer sites. Nice to Have You have sold to operations buyers: plant or site managers, COOs, heads of manufacturing or logistics. You have run pilots, POCs, or hardware-plus-software deals. You have been early somewhere: founding AE, first sales hire, or early Head of Sales. A background in operations consulting, VC, or as a founder. Who Will Thrive at microagi Everyone we hire is assessed on the same four traits: Mission and vision: you care about what we are building and why it matters, and your past choices show it. Intensity: you work at a pace that matches the size of the opportunity, and you sustain it. Entrepreneurial: you start things nobody asked for, and you finish them. Raw IQ: you learn fast, reason from first principles, and get sharper when the problem changes. This is for you if: You would rather own a problem end to end than wait for a spec. You use AI every day, and you can tell a correct answer from a plausible one. You want to work in person, in the office, with people who are very good at what they do. This is not for you if: You are looking for a predictable 9-to-5. You would forward output you cannot explain. "That's not my job" feels like a reasonable answer. How We Hire We read every application and reply within five working days. Talent Screen (30 min): a first conversation, both ways. Technical or Functional Interview (60 min): how you think when the problem changes. Your Work (60 min): bring something you are proud of and walk us through it. Leadership (30 min): a conversation with our CEO. Coworking Day (engineering and research roles): a day building with the team on a real problem. Then a decision, usually within a few days. Pay Transparency Compensation includes base salary and equity. The salary range for this role is shown on this posting. What We Offer Agency: real ownership from day one, and decisions that actually matter. Freedom: to choose how you solve the problem, without layers of approval. A seat on a rocketship: one of Europe's fastest-growing deep-tech companies, at the earliest stage. Free food and drinks in the office. Equal Opportunity microagi welcomes applications from everyone. Location : Dublin or London, hybrid, minimum 2 days per week in office Full-time, permanent About Kota Kota is making insurance and retirement benefits as accessible as modern software. We do this across two products: Kota Platform, the first fully integrated benefits platform, and Kota Embed, our embedded insurance and retirement product for other platforms. Today we power benefits for tens of thousands of employees at companies including Carwow, Tines, Zoe and Remote. Founded in 2022, we've raised more than €20M from investors including EQT Ventures, Eurazeo, Northzone and Frontline, along with founders and executives from Workday, Remote, Personio and OpenAI. The Role Kota Embed powers the benefits layer inside other platforms, mostly employers of record and HR platforms with employees across multiple countries. Partner launches and growth require best-in-class delivery: integration build, benefits set up market by market, data migration, seamless end-customer product experience, and support readiness. We're hiring an Implementation Manager to own those launches end to end, plus the renewals that follow. You'll run around five at once working alongside Embed Sales and Account Management teams. This is a delivery role with real teeth. Partners tell their own clients when benefits are going live based on what we tell them, so the dates matter and the person who owns them has to be able to hold a line and change it early when it needs changing. What You'll Do Own new partner launches from signature to live: scope, plan, cadence, dependencies, blockers, the lot Run roughly five concurrent projects, and know which one needs you this week Align product, engineering, benefits and commercial around the same plan and the same dates Define what go-live actually means for each launch, and get everyone using the same definition Chase blockers rather than report them, including with people who don't work for you Join partner calls alongside the Account Executive or Account Manager, and lead the delivery half of them Keep internal tracking in Asana and the partner-facing view in sync Spot a slipping date early and say so, to us and to the partner What We're Looking For Experience running multiple customer-facing implementations at once rather than one large programme Either technical depth, comfortable with APIs and integration conversations, or a strong data and analytics background. We're open on which A track record of getting things delivered through people who don't report to you Calm and process-driven, with the judgement to know when the process is in the way Comfortable in front of customers, including when the news isn't good Able to hold a date, defend it, and change it early rather than late Highly organised and proactive - enough to run five things properly rather than five things approximately Comfortable with pace and with processes that are still being built Benefits, HR tech, payments, fintech, cross-border or migration experience is a plus. You don't need to know anything about insurance or pensions before you start. Our Values Have Integrity. We care deeply about our why and it won't jeopardise our how. Care Deeply. Our products are our story, we look at the details, go the extra mile to delight customers. Own Your Ship. Ask why, do the work, get the data, solve the problem, be an owner. Raise the Bar. We continuously look to push past good enough. Expect more, move faster, and never stop raising your and the team's standards. Play to Win. We exist because we decided to say no to the norm, now we do this everyday. Our Hiring Process Recruiter screen, 30 mins. Cover the basics and make sure we're aligned Competency interview, 45 mins. With our Strategy & Operations Associate Task, 60 mins. A real implementation scenario. We'll send it in advance and work through it together on the call with GM + 1 Final, 45 mins. With our CEO and COO Benefits Health insurance via Kota Workplace pension with matched contributions up to 5% via Kota (location dependent) Group life assurance via Kota (location dependent) WFH stipend for your home office setup Annual company-wide offsite We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
