Atolls is the world's largest community-driven shopping platform, active in 20+ markets. We help millions make smarter spending decisions across discovery, evaluation, and (re-)purchase by connecting people with the right brands and retailers. Our 1,000+ team across 10 countries builds products used every day at global scale, where you'll have real ownership and see your impact. Want to shape the destinations people rely on to shop with confidence? Keep reading. About This Role: We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our Gift Cards vertical - one of the fastest-growing parts of our alternative offers, spanning gift card purchase, redemption, provider partnerships, and cross-market growth across UK, Germany, and Spain. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role. You'll set the strategy for a business line generating triple-digit YoY growth in some markets, own the commercial relationships with our gift card providers, and work directly with our Fulfilment leadership on where the vertical goes next. You'll also work closely with - and may grow into ownership of - adjacent parts of our Alternative Offers and in-store rewards portfolio. We want a strong senior product leader: someone who has built and scaled products at a leading tech company and/or a startup, who thinks and acts like an entrepreneur, and who can move a commercial product forward with minimal hand-holding. Our Benefits: At Atolls, we believe in nurturing both your professional and personal growth. Here's what you can expect: A culture that values personal and professional development, with internal mobility opportunities. A supportive and open-minded team that embraces diverse perspectives and innovative ideas. 32 days of paid vacation plus your birthday off, giving you the time you need to recharge. A flexible hybrid working scheme to balance work and life. Access to a learning budget and internal training to help you grow in your role. Mental health coaching to support your well-being. Regular global and local get-togethers to celebrate successes and build connections. The possibility of taking a sabbatical after three years with the company. A cloud-based company setup, providing flexibility and collaboration opportunities no matter where you are. These are global benefits that apply to all employees, with additional local perks based on your location. Responsibilities: In this role, you will: Own the gift card product strategy and roadmap - from provider selection and inventory quality to the end-to-end purchase, redemption, and admin experience. Lead commercial and provider negotiations - framework agreements, commission structures, SLAs, and multi-entity contracting with gift card providers (e.g. Finperks, Tillo), in partnership with Operations, Legal and Finance. Drive revenue growth across markets - set and deliver GMV and commission targets across France, Germany, and Spain, backed by rigorous transaction-level analysis. Partner cross-functionally - work daily with engineering, design, data, CRM, and adjacent product teams to ship a coherent gift card experience across web, app, and browser extension. Use data to lead, not just report - build and refine models (e.g. fraud-tier scoring), validate revenue and performance data with Finance, and identify the next highest-impact bet. Represent the vertical at the leadership level - bring clear recommendations and trade-offs to cross-team and leadership forums, and help shape Alternative Offers' broader strategic direction. Build for scale - help expand gift cards from a standalone catalogue page into a fully integrated offer type across the platform. Your Profile: 5+ years in product management , including significant time owning a product or business line end-to-end at a leading tech company and/or a startup. A strong entrepreneurial track record - you've built something from close to zero, made judgment calls with imperfect data, and taken ownership beyond your formal remit. Commercial fluency - comfortable owning revenue targets, running vendor/partner negotiations, and thinking in margin, commission, and unit economics, not just features. Strong analytical skills - fluent working with transaction and revenue data to make and defend decisions; comfortable partnering with data/finance teams on models like fraud scoring. Proven cross-functional leadership - experience leading engineering, design, and data counterparts in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, without formal authority over them. Excellent stakeholder management - able to influence and present confidently to senior/executive stakeholders. A degree from a top-tier university (e.g. Oxford, Cambridge, LSE, HEC Paris, ESSEC, Sciences Po, Bocconi, ETH Zurich, or equivalent); an MBA or further qualification from a leading program is a plus. Fluent English required Our hiring process : TA Call : Meet one of our Talent Experts and get to know Atolls better. About Hilo by Aktiia High blood pressure is the world's most common disease, causing 18M deaths each year. At Hilo by Aktiia, we're building a world where no lives are lost to its effects — with technology that helps people take control of their health. We're a venture-backed scale-up with $96M raised from investors in Europe and the US. Rooted in 18 years of research at the Swiss Center for Electronics and Microtechnology (CSEM), our device is the world's only medically accurate, cuffless, continuous blood pressure monitor for daily use — clinically validated and CE Marked as a Class IIa medical device, now available in 12 countries. In July, we launched in the US. We're a remote-first company headquartered in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, united by our passion for impact and innovation. Applicants must already hold a valid visa or work permit for their country of residence, as Hilo is not able to provide visa sponsorship. Role overview UX is our number one priority, and we need a design leader who consistently turns design into business outcomes. As Lead Product Designer, you set the quality bar for our app, own our design system and drive our biggest product bets from first idea to shipped result. You are hands-on: you prototype, you craft, you ship. You will report directly to our Head of Design and work with product and engineering every day. You will be the design partner who keeps the whole product consistent and high quality, together with our Lead UX Writer and a Senior Product Designer. You will have real ownership on a health product people use every day, in a business-critical, high-visibility role where UX is our top priority. You join a team with high talent density, people who raise your game, and a shared focus on speed, clarity and craft. Location: Fully remote, open to candidates across the UK and Europe. Core responsibilities Direction & Outcomes Set the design direction and quality bar across the app, from new features to health insights and early vision work. Define the success measures for your work and own the business results. Design System & Prototyping Own our design system, built to work with AI tools, and keep it consistent through tokens and clear decisions. Show instead of tell, with high-fidelity prototypes and motion built with AI tools and our design system. Leadership & Collaboration Raise the bar for the team. Support, coach and unblock other designers, and give clear feedback. Challenge product and engineering with evidence, persuade stakeholders and make clear, documented decisions. Work daily with product managers and design engineers. Requirements Background & Experience Essential Proven design leadership, with a track record of consistently delivering strong business outcomes. 2 to 3 shipped case studies that demonstrate high impact: the problem, your hypothesis, your decisions, the measured result. Outstanding visual design craft: hierarchy, typography, motion and attention to detail. High-fidelity prototypes and videos of your work, ideally built with AI tools such as Claude or Lovable. Daily, practical use of AI tools and experience with AI-ready design systems. Fluent Figma, including components, variables and tokens. Strong product thinking: you work with data, hypotheses and measurements. Ideally health, consumer, behavior change or regulated products. A public portfolio website (required with your application). Nice to Have Mobile apps, connected devices, simple prototypes in code. How you work AI first — You are already playing with AI tools and you are excited about what they make possible. Builder — You ship, and you can spin up something from nothing. Bias for action — You are autonomous and self-sufficient. You don't wait for a brief and you don't need chasing. Disciplined — Tokens, not screenshots. Decision logs, not memories. Curious — You want to know why, not just what. You can explain who made each decision and how. Clear under pressure — Medical regulation and different market rules are design problems, not excuses. This isn't for you if You need all requirements, research and data before you start. You measure screens shipped, not outcomes moved. You'd rather list risks than own one. How we hire Recruiter screen (30 min) Portfolio interview with the Head of Design (60 min): visual craft, prototyping, AI fluency Product thinking and interaction design deep dive Cross-functional conversation with design engineers and product Final conversation with senior leadership (finalists) What success looks like You take something off our plate and it gets done. If it won't happen, you tell us first. You bring the problem, the root cause and options. You flag risk to dates early, while we can still change it. The product feels consistent, fast and high quality, and design outcomes show up in the numbers. Benefits What Makes You A Great Fit At Hilo by Aktiia, our values guide everything we do: Move the Needle — You focus on what drives real impact. You understand that a great product experience is fundamental to good decision-making and growth, and you take accountability for the quality and outcomes of your work, from first idea through to shipped result. Move Fast, Learn, Refine — You work with urgency and purpose, balancing speed with craft. You continuously improve the way Design operates, experiment with better tools and processes, including AI, and solve root causes rather than accepting repetitive manual work. Team First — You collaborate effectively with colleagues, engineers, product managers and stakeholders across countries and functions. You build trust by being reliable, clear and constructive, while maintaining high standards for quality and consistency. Why Join Us? Hilo by Aktiia is becoming one of the most important med-tech companies, and you can be part of this exciting story. Work on a mission that matters: transforming cardiovascular health at global scale. Be part of a high-impact, fast-growing, and venture-backed scale-up company. Collaborate with a diverse, passionate, and talented team. Competitive compensation and equity program, and other benefits (depending on location). Ready to Move the Needle? If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact in people's lives and excel in an environment where individuals take ownership and are committed to delivering results, we are happy to receive your application. AIT Systems Integration Engineer
Full TimeOn-siteMid
pythonagiledentalpropulsioninsurancetechnical writing+1

Company NewOrbit builds satellites that fly in very low Earth orbit, below 300 km, along with the electric propulsion that keeps them there. Flying closer to Earth means sharper imagery from smaller optics, and an orbit that cleans itself: our satellites de-orbit within a month at end of life, leaving no debris. Our AURA family of RF gridded ion thrusters powers our own NEO-1 satellite, with first flight planned for Q3 2028, and is also offered to other operators. Electric propulsion is what lets our satellites hold very low orbits, and our AURA RF gridded ion thruster is at the centre of it. Role The AIT Systems Integration Engineer owns functional and system-level testing of our spacecraft and the verification tracking for each satellite campaign. Working within the Assembly, Integration & Test (AIT) team, you will take the satellite from integrated subsystems to a flight-ready, fully verified vehicle. You will bridge systems engineering, subsystem teams and the AIT Engineering Functions. You will turn requirements into test procedures, run and lead test campaigns, and make sure every requirement is closed out with traceable evidence before launch. The role suits someone who knows SmallSat development approaches, is hands-on with Hardware and Ground Support Equipment (GSE), and understands how satellite subsystems behave together. Responsibilities Functional and system testing Own the functional and system test programme for the spacecraft, from unit-level acceptance, integration, thought to whole System End-to-End Testing. Write, review and run test specifications and procedures, including basic functional testing, FDIR, end-to-end tests and mission/day-in-the-life simulations. Lead test readiness reviews and test review boards, and sign off test reports. Run tests before, during and after environmental campaigns (vibration, thermal vacuum, EMC) to confirm spacecraft health. Diagnose anomalies, raise and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and drive root-cause investigations with subsystem engineers. Develop and maintain automated test scripts and telemetry/telecommand (TM/TC) databases used for testing. Verification tracking Own the verification matrix (VCRM) for the satellite campaign, mapping each requirement to its method: test, analysis, inspection or review of design. Plan the verification approach with Systems Engineering and keep it current through the campaign. Collect and link verification evidence, and report close-out status against milestones. Prepare verification data packages for key reviews (e.g. CDR, TRR, QR, PSR/FAR) and customer acceptance. GSE and test infrastructure Specify, integrate and validate Electrical GSE, including power supplies, battery simulators, RF test sets, umbilicals and break-out boxes. Maintain the spacecraft checkout software and ground segment interfaces used on the AIT floor. Make sure GSE is calibrated, configuration-controlled and safe for use with flight hardware. Integration and campaign support Support subsystem and payload integration, including electrical interface checks, harness verification and safe-to-mate procedures. Plan and schedule system test activities within the wider AIT campaign. Support launch campaign activities, including transport, launch site checkout and launch vehicle interface testing. Work to cleanroom, ESD and flight hardware handling standards, and contribute to lessons learned for future missions. Requirements Degree in Aerospace, Electronic, Electrical or Systems Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience. Typically 3+ years in spacecraft AIT, systems integration or test engineering. Hands-on experience with functional and system-level testing of satellites or space subsystems. Familiarity with SmallSat development approaches: agile, rapid iteration, protoflight models, and pragmatic use of COTS components. Working knowledge of satellite subsystems: EPS, OBC/C&DH, ADCS, communications (TT&C and payload RF), propulsion, thermal, structures and payloads. Experience using and setting up GSE, including EGSE, checkout systems and RF test equipment. Experience with requirements verification and maintaining a verification matrix through to close-out. Comfortable with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters, spectrum analysers, logic analysers. Familiarity with common spacecraft interfaces and protocols (e.g. CAN, I2C, SPI, RS-422, SpaceWire, CCSDS). Clear technical writing for procedures, test reports and NCRs. Desirables End-to-end involvement in at least one satellite mission that reached launch. Test automation and scripting in Python or similar, and experience with spacecraft control or checkout software (e.g. OpenC3/COSMOS, Yamcs, SCOS-2000). Experience planning or supporting environmental test campaigns (vibration, TVAC, EMC). Knowledge of ECSS standards (e.g. ECSS-E-ST-10-02 Verification, ECSS-E-ST-10-03 Testing) or NASA equivalents. Requirements management tools (e.g. DOORS, Jama, Polarion, Valispace). Launch campaign experience at a launch site. Cleanroom and ESD-certified flight hardware handling. Eligibility for UK security clearance, or the ability to obtain it, if required by the programme. Personal attributes Takes ownership: drives tests and verification to close-out without waiting to be asked. Methodical and detail-focused, with a strong sense of safety and quality around flight hardware. Calm, structured problem-solver when anomalies appear under schedule pressure. Communicates clearly across disciplines, from subsystem engineers to programme managers and customers. Comfortable in a fast-paced SmallSat environment, balancing rigour with pace. Willing to work flexibly during test and launch campaigns, including occasional travel. Why NewOrbit Space? Pioneering space technology - Your work on our RF gridded ion thrusters and VLEO satellite platform will redefine satellite operations and challenge traditional LEO. Ownership and impact - You'll have a level of ownership that's rare in the space industry, and you'll take part in the full lifecycle of satellite technology. Equity and competitive salary - Alongside a competitive salary you receive a company ownership stake, so you share in the technology you help build and in our collective success. Comprehensive benefits - Private health insurance with dental and optical cover, and annual health check-ups. Hybrid working - One dedicated remote day per week. Visa sponsorship and relocation support - We sponsor visas and provide relocation support for candidates moving to join us. Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

Join Axon and be a Force for Good. At Axon, we're on a mission to Protect Life. We're explorers, pursuing society's most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Like our products, we work better together. We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities and each other. Life at Axon is fast-paced, challenging and meaningful. Here, you'll take ownership and drive real change. Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter. Your Impact Axon's RF sensors detect and locate drones so public safety and critical infrastructure teams can protect airspace. You will own the test strategy and independent verification approach for RF sensor capabilities — spanning regression, integration, and real-world validation — so those systems are trustworthy in the lab and in the field. You will work closely with RF Engineering at the intersection of software, hardware, and real-world RF, helping turn technical evidence into confident product decisions. Work Location: This role is based out of our Kassel, Germany office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. We believe that connection fuels innovation, and our in-office culture is designed to foster meaningful teamwork, mentorship, and shared success. What You'll Do Own the test strategy and independent verification approach for RF sensor software from design through release, adding rigor through regression, integration, and real-world validation. Design and own test strategies spanning feature, regression, integration / interface, system, and field validation. Combine automated coverage with targeted manual validation based on risk and technical feasibility. Develop in-depth functional tests for individual components of the RF sensor software, and keep those tests maintainable as the product evolves. Reproduce, isolate, and characterize issues on real sensor hardware and in test environments; capture clear reproduction steps, logs, and environment details. Build and maintain hardware-backed automated regression tests and supporting test tooling. Monitor and improve development and test systems and test hardware so environments stay stable, observable, and ready for daily use. Partner closely with RF Engineering and independently verify behavior in realistic environments and across system interfaces. Execute system, release, field, and acceptance testing with release stakeholders. Document test results and defects clearly, and contribute to software design reviews and after-action reviews for the work you own. Share knowledge with the wider team, give actionable feedback, and support newer engineers and interns through pairing, reviews, and onboarding. Use approved agentic AI tools regularly to design tests, analyze results, and draft documentation and review AI output against quality, security, and performance standards before you rely on it. What You Bring A degree or vocational qualification in electrical engineering, computer science, embedded systems, or a related field 3+ years of experience testing software that runs on or with hardware (embedded products, devices, sensors, or similar systems), including independently owning the test and quality approach for that work. Experience with RF, embedded, sensor, or similarly hardware-integrated systems, with the technical aptitude and curiosity to develop deep expertise in RF sensor technologies. Hands-on experience building and maintaining automated tests or test tooling, ideally in Python pytest, with the ability to independently support hardware-backed regression testing. Comfort working in Linux-based systems (SSH, Networking). A collaborative, quality-focused working style: you Join Forces with others, Own It on the quality of the work you take on, and speak up with candor when something is unclear or broken. It's a plus if you have experience with drones or hardware-in-the-loop / continuous integration test setups and an interest in supporting others as they grow. Don't meet every single requirement? That's ok. At Axon, we Aim Far. We think big with a long-term view because we want to reinvent the world to be a safer, better place. We are also committed to building diverse teams that reflect the communities we serve.
