Haut.AI is a pioneering BeautyTech startup at the forefront of personalized skincare solutions. We combine scientific research with artificial intelligence to deliver innovative solutions that actually work. Backed by leading European VCs and founded by AI scientists, we are positioned at the intersection of two explosive growth markets: AI and beauty tech. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the experience of our core product: an AI-powered skin analysis SaaS platform used by beauty brands, retailers, clinics, and wellness and longevity apps. Own end-to-end design for the SaaS platform: discovery, user flows, prototypes and shipped UI. Design the consumer-facing skin analysis experience: capture, results, skin scores and product recommendations. It has to work across web and mobile, and stay customizable for each client's brand. Turn complex AI and scientific output into interfaces people understand and trust. This includes the moments where the AI is uncertain or needs better input from the user, such as photo quality or lighting. Design the B2B side of the product: client dashboards and analytics, configuration and customization tools, recommendation management, and team access. Make integration easy: work with Engineering on the experience of embedding our solution into client websites and apps. Prototype fast, using AI tools to test ideas with users, clients and engineers before they reach the backlog. Run usability tests and competitive research, and back design decisions with data: product analytics, session recordings, client feedback. Evolve and maintain our design system so the team ships consistently across products and platforms. What Will Help You Thrive in This Role: 5+ years of hands-on product design experience, with a portfolio of end-to-end work that shipped on web and/or mobile. Experience designing B2B or B2B2C SaaS products, including complex dashboards, admin tools or configurable, white-label experiences. Experience designing AI-powered products, such as AI analysis, recommendation or personalization experiences. Strong command of AI tools in your own work. You use LLMs and AI design or prototyping tools (e.g. Figma AI, v0, Lovable, Cursor, Claude) to research, explore options, prototype and automate routine work, and you can show us what that changed in your output. Product thinking: you define success metrics with the PM, measure the impact of your work, and iterate based on it. Strong written and spoken English: you present your work clearly to both internal teams and clients. Highly autonomous and proactive, with a strong bias for action in fast-paced startup environments. Why Join Haut.AI ? Be part of a pioneering company revolutionizing the BeautyTech space. Work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and user-centered design in beauty, with a talented, forward-thinking team. Make a tangible impact on product development and company growth. Competitive compensation based on experience and skills. Fully remote, with flexibility across UK and EU time zones. Paid PTO. Company-issued MacBook and other equipment. Senior Full Stack Engineer, AI Toronto, ON Hybrid, 4 days per week in office Full-time Department: Engineering Reports to: Engineering and Studio Leadership About Big Viking Games Big Viking Games is a Canadian gaming company focused on building, operating, and growing long-standing online game communities. Our games have entertained players for years, supported by loyal audiences, live operations, evolving content systems, product innovation, and deep player-driven economies. Our flagship titles, YoWorld and FishWorld, have served millions of players over their lifetime. These are enduring live-service virtual worlds with rich in-game economies, virtual goods, social interaction, and long-term player engagement at their core. We are entering a new phase of modernization and growth, with a focus on practical AI adoption, stronger internal tooling, faster content production, better workflow automation, and scalable systems that help our games and teams perform at a higher level. About the Role Big Viking Games is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build AI-enabled products, workflows, tools, and systems that help turn creative direction into production-ready game content at scale. This is a hands-on product engineering role for someone who can own a vertical end to end, from the data model and backend services to APIs, orchestration logic, human review workflows, and the user interface the team operates from. You will not be working on a small slice of someone else?s codebase. You will be expected to take ambiguous goals, turn them into clear technical plans, build practical systems, and own the quality of the result. This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in modern full stack development, understands how to work with AI coding tools and generative AI systems, and has the judgment to know where automation helps, where human review is required, and where quality cannot be compromised. This is a hybrid role based in Toronto, with an expectation of working in office three days per week. What You?ll Build You will build internal AI-enabled products, tools, systems, and workflows that help our teams create, review, approve, manage, and ship game content more efficiently. This may include: · Tools that turn creative direction into structured production workflows. · AI-assisted content generation systems with human review and approval gates. · Internal products that help designers, artists, product managers, and live operations teams produce and manage content. · Data models, APIs, queues, orchestration layers, and UI surfaces that support repeatable workflows. · Agentic workflows that break complex production tasks into reliable, reviewable steps. · Systems that track inputs, generated outputs, approvals, revisions, quality checks, and production readiness. · Workflow automation that reduces manual work while keeping creative and quality standards high. You will own the quality of what the system produces, not just the plumbing that moves data around. What You?ll Do · Design, build, test, and maintain full stack applications that support AI-enabled game production workflows. · Own features end to end, including data modeling, backend logic, API design, frontend implementation, deployment, and ongoing improvement. · Build structured generation workflows that produce reliable, reviewable outputs from AI models. · Create human-in-the-loop review systems so teams can steer, approve, reject, edit, and improve generated content. · Translate ambiguous creative or operational goals into clear specifications, scoped plans, and production-ready systems. · Build internal tools that improve speed, consistency, visibility, and quality across content production wo
About the Role At OLX, Design is more than aesthetics, it's how millions of people build trust, discover opportunities, and connect with their communities. You understand how to create memorable brands—and how to evolve and steward them over time. You think in systems You build frameworks, governance models, templates and design systems that enable organisations to produce consistently exceptional work. You know that the best design creates lasting capability, not just individual deliverables. You bring strategy to life through Design You're comfortable partnering with Marketing, Brand Strategy and executive stakeholders, translating positioning, customer insights and business objectives into creative systems that deliver measurable business impact. You're fluent in AI-enabled Design You already incorporate AI into your creative practice and understand where emerging technologies create value, and where human judgement remains essential. You can translate those insights into scalable workflows that improve quality, speed, experimentation and consistency across teams. You influence without authority You communicate with clarity, build trusted relationships and bring people together around a shared creative vision. You're equally comfortable presenting to executives, collaborating with marketers or mentoring fellow designers. You bring depth of experience You'll likely have: 10+ years of experience in brand design, or visual design Experience building or evolving brands at scale across multiple products or markets Expertise in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite Experience with motion design, storytelling, and digital brand experiences Experience building or contributing to enterprise design systems Deep familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Why join OLX OLX operates some of the world's most recognized online marketplaces, connecting millions of people every day to buy, sell, find jobs, discover homes, and build businesses. As an experienced claims examiner, you understand how important proper claims handling is to an insurance provider's reputation and stability. You treat each customer with empathy, patience, and respect. You recognize that, although you may handle hundreds of claims a year, this is likely the customer's first claim ever (or at least in a while). You also recognize that it's important to only pay what's afforded under the policy wordings; otherwise, the premiums for all are negatively affected. Your success in this role comes from your solid home insurance claims examining experience as well as your superior analytical and decision-making skills. You can quickly determine what claims are and aren't covered. You have strong communication skills, which you use to share decisions and findings with, and provide direction to, others. While you don't enjoy conflict, you handle it effectively. You are both detail-oriented and organized, handling multiple files and tasks with ease. And you take pride in your work and in assisting others. Over 80% of your day is spent settling home insurance claims. You work closely with independent adjusters, reviewing their recommendations and providing them with clear direction. You also identify policies requiring underwriting review. One of the things you enjoy most about Square One is the supportive team environment. You know you're never set up for failure; instead, you get all the coaching, mentoring, training, and tools you need for continued success. Your Responsibilities Working in Square One's claims department, you are the main point of contact for customers who have suffered losses and filed claims. As such, you have many important responsibilities, including: Assigning claims to independent adjusters. Reviewing the claims process with customers and helping them submit the required information. Determining whether specific claims are covered and explaining why. Reviewing independent adjuster reports, answering questions and providing direction. Assisting customers with repairing or replacing lost or damaged property. Negotiating settlements, arranging payments and finalizing claims. Securing feedback from customers and sharing that feedback with management. Maintaining your training and industry knowledge. Your Qualifications As a member of the Square One team, you have a desire to contribute to the overall success of the company. You do this by becoming an expert at what you do, directing your own work, and working with a team that has a broader purpose than just making profit. You and those who you work with would describe you as someone who: Possesses superior analytical and decision-making skills. Communicates effectively when explaining decisions and providing direction. Uses active listening and questioning skills to understand issues and needs. Handles conflict effectively and avoids taking things personally. Pays close attention to detail and has superior organizational skills. Provides and receives constructive feedback.
