Who We Are Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together . We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn't to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business's system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life's work. About the Role: As a Forward Deployed Architect on Notion's Services team, you will help customers turn AI ambition into operational reality and unlock the full potential of our platform. You will partner directly with customers to design, build, and launch AI-native workflows that drive adoption, usage, and measurable business outcomes. This role sits at the center of Notion's workflow-led GTM motion. You will partner directly with customers to understand their business goals, operating processes, technical environment, governance needs, and adoption barriers, then translate that context into scalable Notion architectures that drive measurable value. You will be hands-on across discovery, solution design, workspace architecture, workflow build, AI implementation, launch planning, adoption and handoff. You will work deeply with customers to define what Notion should own, where it should integrate with existing systems, and how Notion can become a durable operating layer for their teams. The best candidates combine strong consultative discovery, systems thinking, technical fluency, AI-native workflow design, implementation judgment and exceptional customer presence. You should be comfortable reasoning through technical tradeoffs, designing scalable solutions, and partnering closely with Forward Deployed Engineering when deeper engineering support is required. This role will be based in Paris. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We're looking for someone who's excited to work alongside the team during those days. What You'll Achieve: Partner with customers on forward deployed engagements from discovery through launch, translating business goals and workflow requirements into scalable clear solution design and Notion solutions that drive durable adoption. Design scalable Notion architectures that translate customer workflows, permission and governance needs, integrations and AI use cases into optimal workspaces that are easy to adopt, manage and scale. Design and deploy AI-native workflows using Notion AI, custom agents, automations, Workers, Developer Platform capabilities and adjacent AI tools, partnering with Forward Deployed Engineering when advanced technical depth is needed for migrations, API constraints, security architecture or frontier implementation. Help customers navigate change by designing adoption plans, enablement materials and launch approaches that drive sustained usage and measurable business value. Identify repeatable patterns across customer engagements and convert them into packaged solutions, templates, reference architectures, run books, enablement assets and product feedback. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, simplifying complex technical requirements, making practical tradeoff recommendations and helping stakeholders align around a clear implementation path. Partner cross-functionally with GTM, Product, Engineering, PMM, Services leadership and the partner ecosystem to scale what works beyond individual customer engagements. Create clear implementation plans, handoff materials and success measures that align customers and internal teams on the path to value. Skills You'll Need to Bring: 5+ years of experience in tech services/consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, customer engineering, or a similar customer-facing role. Proven ability to translate ambiguous customer goals into clear workflows, implementation plans, solution architectures, and measurable success criteria. Strong consultative discovery skills, including the ability to map current-state workflows, identify customer pain, understand operating models, surface technical constraints, and define practical future-state solutions. Hands-on AI builder mindset, with experience using AI tools to design, prototype, automate, or improve real business workflows. Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data models, automation, enterprise systems, developer workflows and implementation tradeoffs. You do not need to write production code but you should be able to reason through technical constraints and troubleshoot effectively. Strong experience delivering implementations that drive adoption, change management and long-term customer value. Strong project and engagement management skills, including ownership of scope, timeline, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, risks, decisions, dependencies and launch readiness. Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business, technical, and executive audiences. Strong executive presence and customer judgment, with the ability to build trust, frame tradeoffs clearly, and move ambiguous decisions forward. Bias toward action, high learning velocity, and comfort building in fast-changing AI-native product environments. Fluency in English and French. Nice to Haves: Experience designing or deploying Agents, automations or AI-powered workflows with Customers. Experience with Notion, APIs, MCPs, Workers, coding agents or developer platform workflows. Experience developing discovery methodologies, reusable delivery assets, internal tooling, packaged services or reference architectures from the ground up. Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to turn field learnings into roadmap signal, reusable architecture patterns or scalable product improvements. Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment. Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €106,000 - €119,000 per year. By clicking "Submit Application", I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion's Global Recruiting Privacy Policy . #LI-Onsite A Note on AI You don't need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that's the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don't treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on. Equal Opportunity & Accommodations We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. Who We Are You've ordered dinner through Just Eat Takeaway. You've bought and sold on OLX. You've paid with PayU. Chances are, you've already used a Prosus company today. We are Prosus, a global technology company powering some of the world's leading lifestyle ecommerce businesses. Every day, billions of people across India, Latin America, Europe and beyond use our products and services to buy, sell, pay, connect and discover. Our AI-driven ecosystem spans 100+ companies across ecommerce, food delivery, fintech and experiences, serving billions of consumers worldwide. AI powers how we operate and innovate, with more than 60,000 active AI agents helping our teams build, scale and move faster. Through our investment team, we also back the founders and technologies shaping the future: From robotics and autonomous systems to synthetic biology and frontier AI. Guided by our five values Innovation, Results, People, Impact, and Entrepreneurship, culture is our competitive advantage. We thrive with experimentation; we build, we test, we learn, we iterate. Join us in shaping the future of technology at global scale. The Problem You'll Solve Prosus is building an AI-first future across a global portfolio that spans food delivery, e-commerce, fintech, and education. We invest over $100 million annually in AI, run 800+ models in production, and have deployed Toqan — our internal platform for building, testing, and deploying GenAI and agentic workflows — across the organisation. The scale of ambition is real; the challenge now is focus, coherence, and velocity. As Group Product Manager for our AI Platform, you will own the multi-year product strategy for the platform that underpins every AI initiative across Prosus. This means defining and sequencing the roadmap for agent infrastructure, evaluation frameworks, model deployment pipelines, and the shared capabilities that internal teams — from applied science to application engineering — rely on to build and ship AI products. You will balance long-term platform investments against the immediate, high-impact needs of teams across the portfolio who are racing to deliver. You will lead and mentor a team of product managers, instilling product discipline and building the PM talent pipeline that scales with the platform. You will partner closely with engineering and applied science leadership to shape the technical strategy — making the hard trade-offs between model performance, latency, cost, and reliability that determine what we can promise the business. And you will be the connective tissue: the person who turns ambiguous, fast-moving business needs into clear requirements, who aligns stakeholders across functions and geographies, and who ensures that what we build is not just technically impressive but adopted, trusted, and measurably impactful. Who You Are You are a senior product leader who has lived through the messy reality of building platform products for internal teams — and loved it. You measure your success not by features shipped but by the velocity and quality of the teams who build on top of your platform. You are deeply technical. You can engage substantively with engineering and applied science teams on model lifecycle, MLOps, evaluation frameworks, and infrastructure trade-offs — not as a bystander, but as a thought partner. You understand agentic architectures, LLM capabilities and limitations, and the operational realities of running AI in production at scale. You are a people leader. You have managed and mentored product managers, and you take genuine pride in their growth. You set strategic direction, coordinate overlapping roadmaps into a coherent plan, and create the clarity that lets your team operate with autonomy and purpose. You thrive in ambiguity. You have worked in fast-paced, high-scale environments where priorities shift and the path forward is not always clear. You do not wait for perfect information — you run rapid experiments, test hypotheses, and let data and user feedback guide the next step. You are a communicator. You can simplify complex technical concepts for executive leadership one hour and dig into detailed requirements with an engineering team the next. You build trust across functions and geographies, and you are as comfortable pushing back as you are building consensus. You are customer-obsessed — even when your customers are internal teams. You connect frequently with the people who use your platform, validate solutions through product discovery, and treat adoption as a first-class metric. What You Bring 8+ years in product management, with at least 3–5 years in formal people-management roles leading a team of product managers. Demonstrated success owning platform-level or infrastructure products used by internal teams — ideally including AI/ML platform capabilities, MLOps tooling, or developer-facing services. Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, and the model lifecycle (training, fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring) in production environments. Track record of defining and executing multi-year product strategies in fast-moving, high-scale environments. Technical Depth Ability to engage substantively with engineering and applied science teams on architectural decisions, infrastructure trade-offs, and AI system design. Familiarity with agentic workflows, agent frameworks, and the operational patterns that make AI agents reliable at scale. Strong data-driven decision-making: comfortable with analytics tooling, A/B testing, defining and tracking KPIs, and using metrics to measure adoption, accuracy, latency, and ROI. Experience with modern product and engineering tooling (e.g., Databricks, Jira, Confluence, Figma) and agile methodologies. Leadership & Influence Proven ability to mentor and grow product managers, instilling PM best practices and building talent pipelines. Stakeholder management across functions and geographies — aligning engineering, applied science, business teams, and executive leadership around a shared roadmap. A bias toward ownership: you take accountability for outcomes, protect your engineers' focus, and course-correct execution without waiting to be asked. Mindset Customer-first: you translate needs into technical requirements, push back when scope dilutes value, and advocate relentlessly for the people who use your platform. Comfort with ambiguity: you structure complex problems, propose pilots to validate direction, and create clarity for new and evolving teams. AI intuition: you stay current on models, frameworks, and evaluation methods — not as a researcher, but with the hands-on curiosity of a builder. Why Prosus? At Prosus, your colleagues include 60,000 AI agents… and your job is to figure out what that actually means. We're one of the largest operators of agentic AI on the planet, inside a $100B+ portfolio across 100+ companies and two billion people. The humans here own what AI can't do alone: judgment, creativity, and the call on what gets built next. Own the impact. Work the ecosystem. Earn your growth. Build with backing. About CreativeX CreativeX is B2B SaaS technology platform that helps global marketing teams make smarter creative decisions and elevate creative expression through the clarity of data. Our technology powers creative decision-making at some of the biggest brands in the world, including Google, Unilever, Pepsi, Bayer, Mondelez, Heineken, and more. We use computer vision and other machine learning techniques to extract creative data from our client's digital advertising copy and transform those previously dark signals into a standardised data model at industrial scale. This creates a new, unique and powerful first party data set that represents the last and most impactful untapped reservoir of advertising performance. That's because multiple studies have shown that the "Creative" itself is responsible for half of sales lift online, higher than reach, targeting, brand, & recency combined. But creative impact has always been the least analysed and least understood component of a complex set of marketing variables. This is the problem CreativeX is focussed on solving. We're an end-to-end solution to ingest, process, and analyse content at scale. We help brands isolate creative elements so they can be analysed against downstream ad impact metrics, from clickthrough rates to brand lift. Our objective is to help marketing organisations power every creative decision with data. Product Design Team As a Product Designer, you'll help shape the next generation of the CreativeX platform, taking problems from discovery through to shipped experiences across defined areas of the product. You'll be the design lead in a product trio alongside a Product Manager and an Engineering Lead, owning whether users want what we build and whether they can figure out how to use it, while sharing discovery, outcomes and trade-offs with your partners. CreativeX is a complex product with rich data, multiple user types and increasingly sophisticated AI capabilities, and as AI increases the volume and speed of creative production, you'll make that complexity work for marketers, helping them measure performance fast, find the patterns behind what's working and see whether their full set of ads is delivering the strategy. Our roadmap is framed as problems to solve, not screens to make, so we expect you to bring a point of view. Product Design is a small, hands-on team in a scale-up: you'll be trusted with real ownership early, and this hire is an important step in growing the team. What you will do Own design for defined product areas, from understanding the problem through to working with Product and Engineering to ship the right experience Get close to marketers and creative teams through customer conversations, research and usability testing, using what you learn to inform design decisions Partner with Product and Engineering in discovery to validate real problems, challenge assumptions and make sensible trade-offs between customer value, business needs and technical constraints Turn creative data, insights and AI-powered capabilities into intuitive workflows, dashboards and decision-making tools Design for the platform, not just the feature, building on existing patterns and connecting experiences across CreativeX Use and extend our design system, creating and documenting patterns and components so they're implemented consistently Raise the quality bar through strong interaction and visual design craft, and by giving and receiving feedback in critiques Learn from what you ship, using customer feedback, product data and research to improve the experience What success looks like In your first 90 days Learn the CreativeX platform, our customers and our design system, and work as the design lead in your product trio Take ownership of a defined product area and ship, or get build-ready, your first piece of work Contribute to our AI-powered product work and add to or improve patterns in our design system Join customer conversations and use what you hear to shape your design decisions In your first year Own design for one or more product areas, taking work from discovery through to launch with little direction Ship work you can point to, using customer feedback and product data to show whether it solved the problem Help build out new parts of our design system and make the product feel more coherent across areas Shape how design works at CreativeX as the team grows, including supporting newer designers Who you are 3–5 years of product design experience, with a portfolio that shows how you framed problems, explored options, made trade-offs and learned from what shipped Strong interaction and visual design craft, confident in Figma, prototyping and design systems, and familiar with Slack and Linear Experience using research, usability testing and customer feedback to inform design decisions A systems mindset and the ability to make complex information, workflows and data easy to understand Clear, collaborative communication: you challenge ideas constructively, take feedback well and know when to ship and learn Experience working closely with Product and Engineering in a product trio or small team, with real ownership Nice to have: B2B SaaS, data-heavy or analytics products; marketing, advertising or martech; AI-powered products; mentoring junior designers; scale-up experience At CreativeX, we encourage applicants of all backgrounds and identities to apply for roles that align with their own interests and career trajectory. If you fit the description above and see yourself in this role, we would love to see your application! Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship at this time. What we offer 🍎 Private Medical Insurance and Health Cash Plan ✈️ Generous time off + bank holidays 📚 Education budget to be used for individual learning experiences or grouped with your team for joint learning 🧘 Annual subscription to Calm and Headspace for your mental wellbeing 🎟 Monthly coaching to talk to a trained professional about career goals, relationships, and personal development 💵 Competitive salary including stock options, as we believe that everyone should have a stake in the business 🍼 4-month full pay parenting leave for all employees who have been with the company for one (1) year CreativeX provides equal employment opportunities for all applicants and employees. About Wolt At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we're building the delivery of (almost) everything and you'll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn't always easy, but it's definitely exciting. Here you'll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You'll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you're a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. Join us in shaping the experience that millions of customers land on every time they open DoorDash, Wolt, or Deliveroo. As part of our Core Consumer organisation, our Homepage team owns one of the single biggest levers we have on what customers find and one of the hardest surfaces in the app to get right. Working at the intersection of ranking, personalisation, and AI/ML, you'll help decide what each customer sees and why, across three brands and dozens of markets. You'll be building on a global stack, and your roadmap will be a mix: global platform problems that apply worldwide, global capabilities we're accelerating into EMEA, and EMEA-specific problems worth solving properly rather than working around. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Homepage team. In this role, you'll shape how customers discover restaurants, grocery and retail venues, dishes and products — and help define what discovery looks like as AI-driven and agentic experiences change the way people decide what to order. What You'll Be Doing You'll be joining a team working on one of the most-used surfaces in the app. Here's what your day-to-day might look like: Building new end-to-end features and user experiences on Homepage that shape how customers discover restaurants, grocery and retail venues, dishes, and products. Working on ranking, personalisation, and AI/ML problems in the Homepage domain, including how we decide what each customer sees and why. Exploring where AI-driven and agentic experiences change the way customers discover what to order. Making discovery work across three brands and many markets, without flattening into one-size-fits-all. What You'll Need to Thrive Our ideal candidate will bring strong product judgment and curiosity to grow into the rest: Proven experience as a Product Manager on consumer-facing products - discovery, homepage, feed, or ranking-driven experiences are especially relevant. You are a product manager more than a feature owner. Someone who finds the customer problems that matter most and makes the case for solving them. You work backwards from the customer problem, and weigh it against what the business needs most right now. You're comfortable holding several business objectives at once and making a call when they pull in different directions. You work well with a wide range of stakeholders and build trust with people whose priorities differ from your own. You think strategically and can move between long-term direction and what we should ship next. You're comfortable with ambiguity and genuinely flexible (this industry is changing fast, AI most of all). You're curious about what AI actually changes for customers, and can tell real value from hype. Next steps The position will be filled as soon as we find the right person, so make sure to apply as soon as you realize you really, really want to join us! Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion We're committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That's why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel. Beware of recruitment scams: DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt will never ask you to pay money or share sensitive financial information during hiring — learn more about our legitimate recruiting process at Recruitment Scam Awareness - DoorDash . A strong understanding of modern web standards and responsive design. Experience creating and managing web design systems and UI component libraries. A track record of designing accessible, inclusive web interfaces aligned with WCAG standards. What success looks like Success means delivering web experiences that feel effortless, consistent, and visually refined. About RA Resident Advisor has been a home for electronic music culture since 2001. Event discovery, ticketing, news and long-form editorial, artist profiles, original films, and a weekly mix series two decades deep. Around 7 million people use the web platform every month, with a wider audience across our apps and other channels. Underneath the platform sits a network of contributors and city managers across dozens of cities, which is how we stay connected to the scenes we cover rather than reporting on them from a distance. RA is 25 years old, independent, B.Corp certified and intent on being indispensable to the artists, promoters and audiences who make this culture. Purpose of the role As our Senior QA Engineer, you'll look after the quality of ra.co , our iOS and Android apps, and RA Scan, the app promoters use to scan tickets at the door. You'll work across five product teams. Each team writes and runs its own tests. You'll help them do it well, keep the automated test suites healthy, and test the riskiest releases yourself. Some of what we ship carries real risk: payments, checkout, and getting people into venues on the night. Other changes are a line of copy. You'll help us tell the two apart and test each one accordingly. We use AI tools across development, and you'll help the teams use them to write better tests, faster. Key responsibilities Keep the web end-to-end test suite healthy: fix flaky tests, add coverage for new features, and make sure a failing suite gets fixed quickly Grow automated testing for our iOS and Android apps and RA Scan with the app developers, so mobile tests run on every change Test high-risk releases yourself, such as payments and checkout, including edge cases and what happens when things fail Review the test plans teams write, and help them improve Use AI tools to write and maintain tests, help developers do the same, and check what the tools produce Brief our external testing partner and review the results they send back Report bugs clearly, and follow them through with developers and product managers Track a few simple measures, such as bugs that reach production and how reliable the automated tests are We're looking for Several years in QA or test engineering, typically four or more, testing web and mobile products Hands-on test automation: you've built and maintained automated tests that run in CI, for web (for example Playwright, Cypress or Selenium) and ideally mobile. We use XCUITest on iOS and Espresso with Kotlin on Android Enough coding to write and fix tests alongside developers, in a language such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Kotlin or Swift You can test APIs and check data with SQL Good judgement about risk: what to test deeply, what lightly, and what not at all You've used AI tools in your testing work, and know where they help and where they don't Clear writing: bug reports and test plans other people can act on If you meet most of these but not all, we'd still like to hear from you. Nobody arrives with all of it, and we'll help you grow into the rest. Nice to have CircleCI or a similar CI tool Working with an external testing partner Payments, checkout or ticketing systems Testing apps used at live events, with poor networks Test management tools such as Qase or TestRail What we offer you Generous annual leave policies aimed at promoting work-life balance. Matched pension, or 401k for US staff. Comprehensive staff wellbeing initiatives, featuring regular activities and workplace programmes to support mental and physical health. This includes discounted ClassPass memberships and custom-fitted earplugs. Company-led social events, team lunches, and discounts on merch. Paid annual volunteering allowance, encouraging contributions to community projects and charities you care about. A transparent internal company culture committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (see: https://ra.co/about/diversity ). Active involvement in community projects within the electronic music community (see: https://ra.co/about/community ). More about RA We are independent and we intend to stay that way. 25 years in, RA answers to the culture it came from rather than to outside stakeholders. That is what enables us to make decisions on a long-term basis. Our staff, contributors and international teams are not observers. They are part of the scenes we cover, and that is what we hire for. Craft first, and then a genuine stake in this music rather than just a job in it. RA has been B Corp certified since 2024, which holds us to standards on social and environmental impact we would want to meet regardless of the badge. We especially welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, abilities, ethnicities, experiences, gender identities, and sexual orientations. Our values Electronic music is art. We celebrate the progressive values that underpin electronic music. We advocate for a more inclusive and equitable electronic music community. We honour the past, present and future of electronic music. We use innovation to empower the community. We choose honesty over gain and purpose over profit. We're always front left. Listing details This role is a full-time, permanent position, based in Berlin. Please note: this position requires applicants to be based in Berlin and to work from the office three days per week. The annual salary range for this role is €60,000 to €72,000. If you have questions about the role, please contact Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

Integrate automated testing into continuous integration pipelines where relevant. Reproduce, document and track defects through resolution, verify fixes and assess regression risks. Maintain clear traceability between requirements, test cases, defects and test results. Produce test reports, quality metrics and technical documentation to support validation and release decisions. Collaborate closely with software, hardware, systems and industrialization engineers to improve overall product quality. Requirements Around 5 years of experience in software QA, system validation, verification & validation, test engineering or a similar role. Hands-on experience testing systems combining software and hardware . Strong experience with test automation and scripting , ideally using Python. Ability to understand, test and troubleshoot hardware/software interactions and communication protocols. Experience with automated testing frameworks and reporting tools; experience with Behave and/or Allure is a plus. Experience working within structured software development and QA processes, including requirements traceability, documented testing, defect management and release validation. An interest in building and improving testing processes, rather than only executing existing test plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to produce clear and structured technical documentation. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Professional proficiency in English , both written and spoken. Experience in industrial environments such as robotics, embedded systems, scientific instrumentation, photonics, semiconductor equipment, medical devices, automotive, aerospace or other complex hardware/software systems would be particularly relevant. Knowledge of quality standards such as IEC 61508 or ISO 9001 would be appreciated but is not mandatory. An engineering degree or equivalent technical background is welcome, but we value relevant hands-on experience and demonstrated technical skills above all.
