Senior Product Manager, Advisor Marketplace
RobinhoodMenlo Park, CA, New York, NY (Hybrid)4 days ago
Full TimeHybridSenior
godata sciencemental healthschedulingcainsurance+8

Join us in building the future of finance. Our mission is to democratize finance for all. An estimated $124 trillion of assets will be inherited by younger generations in the next two decades. The largest transfer of wealth in human history. If you're ready to be at the epicenter of this historic cultural and financial shift, keep reading. About the team +  role We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world's biggest financial problems. We're looking for bold thinkers, sharp problem-solvers, and builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn't a place for complacency – it's where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We're a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards. The Advisory Products team is redefining the advisor experience by bringing the best of Robinhood's technology, design, and infrastructure to Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and the clients they serve. Following our TradePMR acquisition, we're building a modern advisor platform – custody, tools, and a two-sided marketplace that connects Robinhood's investors with trusted, growth-oriented advisors. As the Product Manager for the Advisor Marketplace, you will own the product that helps investors find, meet, and fund accounts with the right advisor – and helps advisors win and onboard those clients efficiently. You'll own the full marketplace funnel, from demand generation and matching through first meeting, onboarding, and funded account, and you'll use data and experimentation to make every step work better for both sides. This is an opportunity to take a new, high-visibility business from early traction to scale, in close partnership with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams. What you'll do Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Advisor Marketplace, balancing the needs of both sides – investors looking for advice and advisors looking to grow their practices. Own the end-to-end marketplace funnel – discovery, matching and routing, scheduling, first-meeting show rate, advisor onboarding, and funded accounts – and drive measurable improvements at each stage. Define and manage marketplace health: supply and demand balance, advisor quality and standards, lead allocation, and conversion, with clear metrics such as meetings booked and completed, accounts funded, assets under management, and net flows. Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to ship products from concept to production, using research, experimentation, and analytics to guide prioritization and measure success. Work with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to embed regulatory and operational requirements directly into product design, advisor vetting, disclosures, and workflows. Integrate the marketplace with the broader RIA platform, including TradePMR and Robinhood's app, so that advisor and client data, accounts, and custody flows connect seamlessly. Drive go-to-market execution with Marketing, Sales, and Operations across launches, advisor acquisition and onboarding, support readiness, and cross-functional communication. Explore how AI can improve the client experience when working with an advisor. Stay ahead of trends in wealth management, advisor technology, and marketplaces to inform long-term strategy. What you bring 4+ years of product management experience, including building and launching marketplace, platform, or complex multi-sided products, ideally in fintech, brokerage, or wealth management. Demonstrated success owning a funnel or growth-oriented product end-to-end, with a track record of improving conversion and engagement through experimentation and analytics. Experience delivering products in a regulated or compliance-heavy environment, balancing innovation with operational and regulatory rigor. Strong analytical skills: you define success metrics, write your own queries or dashboards, and use data to drive prioritization and continuous improvement. Strong technical acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and operations teams on system design, integrations, and scalability. Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders – including executives, advisors, and partner teams – around a shared roadmap. An ownership mindset and a scrappy, self-starter attitude: comfortable with ambiguity, able to define what "great" looks like as you go. Passion for empowering financial advisors and their clients, and for transforming the wealth management industry through modern technology. Bonus points Experience building two-sided marketplaces, lead-generation or referral products, or CRM and scheduling workflows. Experience shipping AI-enabled features in B2B or consumer products. What we offer Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career Performance-driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching Best-in-class benefits, including 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents Lifestyle wallet – a highly flexible benefits spending account for wellness, learning, and more Employer-paid life & disability insurance, fertility benefits, and mental health benefits Time off to recharge, including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, parental leave, and more Exceptional office experience with catered meals, events, and comfortable workspaces In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits. Fuel Oil Commodity Owner
Full TimeOn-siteMid
pythongosqlresttradingcompliance+4

We Are Sparta Sparta is the AI leader for commodity trading, home to Leonidas AI, the first operating system for oil and commodity traders. Backed by $42 million in Series B funding led by One Peak, with participation from returning investors FirstMark and Singular, the same investors behind AI leaders like Legora, Dataiku, and Synthesia. Most companies are building a chatbot on top of data. We've built an agent with an actual reasoning layer, grounded in years of proprietary market data and in-house trading expertise nobody else has. We're scaling fast, and it's an exciting time to join. From independents to multinationals, the world's leading commodity teams use Sparta and Leonidas AI to move faster, trade smarter, and stay ahead of the market. At Sparta, you'll be trusted to take ownership, backed by a team who wants you to succeed. AI is how we build here, not just what we sell. Good ideas move fast, and yours could go from staging to production in a couple of hours, whatever department you're in. You'll be challenged, supported, and given room to grow, building the AI that's changing how commodity trading gets done. Your work has reach. From shaping Leonidas AI, to powering smarter decisions for traders around the world, to changing how commodity trading is done. And because we're growing fast, you'll accelerate your career with a level of ownership and impact you simply won't get at bigger, slower-moving companies. Fuel Oil Commodity Owner This role can be based in either London or Singapore. Fuel oil constantly surprises traders with its outsized moves. The question is whether you see it before everyone else does. Sparta is building the data platform that fuel oil and feedstocks traders, analysts and commercial teams use to make faster, better decisions. We cover forward curves, price assessments, market intelligence and trade flows across the global energy complex, and Fuel Oil is one of our most technical verticals. We're looking for someone to own it. This role is an opportunity to own a vertical, build your profile, and be genuinely central to the direction of the business. We want someone who knows heavy product markets deeply and who is not afraid to build new things. Our Fuel Oil vertical already runs on market-leading tools and you will take them even further. The role This isn't an analyst position or a support role. It's the chance to become Sparta's primary Fuel Oil voice, internally and externally, and to shape what we build for the vertical. You'll sit at the intersection of commercial, product, and market expertise. You'll be the internal and external authority on Fuel Oil: responsible for the health, growth, and strategic development of the vertical, while acting as a key face to clients on complex and technical engagements. You'll need to be equally comfortable deep in the market microstructure of Fuel Oil — cash differentials, arbitrage dynamics, blend economics, price relationships across bunkering, power generation and feedstocks — as you are presenting to senior client stakeholders, shaping the product roadmap, being the market authority on the most opaque part of the oil barrel, and harnessing the power of AI to turn your knowledge into the next generation of advanced tools for fuel oil trading. The role reports to our Head of Commodities. What you'll do Fuel Oil vertical ownership and strategy (~35% of role) Own the Fuel Oil vertical end to end: its commercial performance, data integrity and strategic direction Serve as the internal advocate for fuel oil and feedstocks across product, sales, engineering and research teams Define and prioritise the Fuel Oil product roadmap with the product and technology teams Act as the primary subject matter expert for all Fuel Oil decisions across the business Building tools, models and AI agents (~25% of role) Design and build Sparta's next generation of heavy products analytical tools and pricing models Own the fuel oil knowledge base behind our AI products: write the domain rules, test answers against desk judgement and catch errors before clients do Prototype quickly with AI coding tools, then work with engineering to ship the ideas that work Client interactions and technical demos (~15% of role) Lead complex, discovery-focused and technical client conversations and demos Support sales and account management on senior or strategically important Fuel Oil and Feedstocks opportunities Represent Sparta at industry events, conferences and client visits as a Fuel Oil and Feedstocks expert Market commentary and content (~15% of role) Take editorial ownership of Fuel Oil market commentary and content Define the voice and analytical framework for Fuel Oil commentary across client-facing and marketing channels Work with analysts and contributors to keep output accurate, well argued and commercially relevant Process and data quality (~10% of role) Oversee the operational processes behind the vertical: cash differential modelling and uploads, component premiums and landed diffs, new arbitrage routes and price points, blend hub coverage, and ongoing data quality Build scalable processes and delegate or automate routine tasks where it makes sense What we're looking for Required Deep Fuel Oil & Feedstocks market expertise — strong working knowledge of fuel oil benchmarks, differentials, blending economics, arbitrage mechanics, refinery economics, and global heavy products flows. Proven experience in a commodity-facing role within energy trading, data/analytics, financial services, or a closely related field Hands-on building experience: working knowledge of Python and SQL (or equivalent) and a track record of tools or models other people actually use Practical experience with AI tools such as LLMs, coding assistants or agents, and good judgement about where they get the market wrong Ability to turn market complexity into clear product requirements, specifications engineers can build from, and client value propositions Confident and credible in client-facing settings, including technical discovery calls and senior stakeholder presentations Strong written and verbal communication, with experience producing or overseeing market commentary Comfortable working across sales, product, technology and research teams Desirable Experience with pricing, data, or analytics platforms in the energy space Familiarity with fuel oil data operations: cash differentials, landed diffs and price curve maintenance Experience shipping work to production alongside an engineering team (version control, code review) Existing network within the Fuel Oil & Feedstocks trading community What success looks like In your first six months, you will have: Taken full ownership of the Fuel Oil vertical and its operational processes Established yourself as the go-to internal and external authority on Fuel Oil and Feedstocks Shipped at least one new tool, model or AI capability that clients or internal teams use Measurably improved the quality of our AI products' fuel oil answers, checked against desk review Built strong working relationships with the content team and begun shaping commentary output Led technical client engagements independently Why Join Sparta? At Sparta, our culture is built on innovation, collaboration, and high performance. We thrive in a fast-paced environment where initiative is celebrated, challenges are embraced, and impact is rewarded. • Equity in a high-growth, VC-backed company • $42M in Series B funding — strong market traction and investment • Early-stage growth — build your career as we scale • Market-leading product — we are redefining commodity trading intelligence • Top-tier tools and technology to support your success What's the Culture Like at Sparta? At Sparta, our culture isn't just a set of values on a wall — it's how we work. We embrace a dynamic environment where initiative is celebrated, challenges are met head-on, and innovation thrives. You'll collaborate with people who are passionate about our mission and committed to building outstanding products and outcomes for our customers. The Sparta Code Understanding is non-negotiable Understanding leads to believing. Believing leads to winning. The 'why' is the difference between compliance and conviction. Before we execute, we ask: why does this matter, who does it serve, what changes if we win? People who understand the mission don't need to be managed. Ask for forgiveness, not for permission Most decisions are reversible. Most fears are not. 90% of decisions are reversible. Make them, ship, iterate. Perfection is the enemy of efficiency. Bias for action means moving before you have all the answers, but it isn't recklessness. The rule: tell the rest of us what you did, what changed, what you learned. Fall in love with the problem The mission wins. Your idea doesn't have to. Solutions flatter our ego. They feel like progress. But solutions without problems are opinions, and opinions don't move customers, markets, or teammates. The goal is to find what's true, not to win the room. If your idea gets killed because a better one comes along, that's the system working. It's your fault. Lucky you. If it's on you, it's in your control. True ownership sounds harsh until you feel how liberating it is. If every problem is yours, you stop spending energy on who to blame and start spending it on how to fix it. Effective leaders default to 'it's on me'. Not out of guilt, but out of agency. Conflict is a gift Honesty is an expression of care. Withholding feedback is choosing comfort over growth, yours and your colleague's. Staying silent deprives others of the chance to learn. We challenge openly and with positive intent. Done with care, this builds trust. Done with ego, it destroys it. Sparta Commodities is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and promotes diversity within its workforce. We are determined that no-one will ever receive less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, age, disability, religion, belief, sexual orientation, marital status, race, veteran status or any basis covered by appropriate law. AdaptyvLausanne / Hybrid / Remote, Germany (Hybrid)4 days ago
Full TimeHybridMid
gotriagevideo editingeditingpartnershipslogistics+1

Adaptyv is building an automated lab that lets AI agents run biology experiments. We're entering the era of agentic science where AI models can now design novel proteins, propose hypotheses, and iterate on experimental results. But they can't run the experiments themselves - that's still a manual, months-long process. We're building the infrastructure that gives AI agents access to the physical world. We are one of the fastest growing biotech companies, trusted by leading biopharmas, frontier AI labs, and the techbio companies pushing the field forward. This is a rare chance to help advance some of the most important work happening in biotech today. Our automated lab is powered by a deep software + hardware stack: lab instruments worth millions of USD reverse-engineered into API-controllable hardware, dozens of devices orchestrated through complex workflows, full observability on everything that happens in the lab, processing pipelines for messy physical-world data, and AI systems that troubleshoot production results and accelerate assay development. We're growing rapidly and are hiring for talented people to scale and support the massive demand for AI-driven wet lab experimentation. About the role You'll be the person who makes sure Adaptyv shows up well in public, every day. That means managing our social presence across X and LinkedIn, running the Proteinbase community, owning the participant side of our open competitions and hackathons, and triaging inbound community and customer messages. Whatever it takes to keep our community-facing surface area healthy as we grow. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You'll be the go-to person for anything community: content, social, events, and the day-to-day rhythm of how Adaptyv talks to the outside world. You'll work closely with the founders and the science team, and you'll have a direct impact on how the protein design and AI bio communities experience us. Responsibilities Manage Adaptyv's day-to-day social presence on X and LinkedIn: product updates, customer wins, blog amplifications, conference content, and reactive posts on what's happening in the field. Run the Proteinbase community day-to-day: newsletter, competition updates, designer spotlights, and the Slack where participants and contributors gather. Own the participant-facing side of our open competitions and hackathons, from applicant communication and rules through to judging logistics and post-event recaps. Turn each event into a public artifact (leaderboard, dataset, blog post). Triage inbound community and customer messages, routing deeper technical questions to the right person on the team. Coordinate with the founders and the science team on what to post, what to amplify, and what to hold. What we're looking for 1-3 years running social, content, or community for a technical company, a science-adjacent media brand, an event series, or a community platform. Self-built audiences and adjacent experience count equally. A strong, distinctive writing voice. You move between LinkedIn announcements, customer replies, and community posts without defaulting to generic AI phrasing. Genuine curiosity about biology and AI. No science degree required, but you should be able to follow technical conversations in protein design and AI without needing them explained. Highly organized. You'll juggle multiple channels, partnerships, and ongoing threads simultaneously, and build the systems to track them. Comfortable with ambiguity. There is no editorial calendar or playbook. You'll decide what's worth posting based on what we're shipping and what the field is discussing. Bonus: existing presence in protein design or AI bio circles, prior experience running a hackathon or competition, short-form video editing, or a track record of building a technical community from scratch. Location: On-site or remote, with timezone overlap with US or Europe. Occasional travel to Lausanne and to events. Application deadline We are reviewing applicants on a rolling basis. Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy. Co-working : If you're not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend. About the role Music is becoming a first-class part of ElevenLabs Creative. You'll own the UI that lets creators make it, working closely with Research to turn new music models into products people use the next day. The open question is what the best interface for AI music creation looks like. Creators come for video, dubbing or ads, and music is part of that flow. Making a song from scratch, scoring a video and localising a track into other languages each need a different flow. You'll form a view on the right experience, build it end to end, and make it easy to adopt each new model as it lands. You'll take an ambiguous problem, decompose it, and carry it through legal, design, engineering and launch with Growth. You'll work in a small, high-ownership team across product, research and go-to-market. Requirements Strong Frontend experience: you've shipped complex, production UIs (React/TypeScript or equivalent) and are comfortable on the backend when the work needs it You've owned ambiguous, zero-to-one product work from problem definition to launch, without a PM or a prescriptive backlog You've worked closely with designers (Figma) and have taste and opinions about UX You've worked across functions such as legal, safety, growth and design to ship, and keep stakeholders updated without prompting You weigh trade-offs and make pragmatic decisions with no single right answer, and build so that new models can be swapped in as they land Bonus Music, audio or creative-tools experience, or music as a hobby (singing, an instrument, production) Experience building media-heavy interfaces such as audio, video or timeline editors Experience working with ML models or research teams Location This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe or on the US East Coast, with the ability to operate in Central European timezones required. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Dublin, London, New York and Warsaw. #LI-Remote We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses. Who we are Melotech is revolutionizing media and entertainment. We create art through technology for humans to enjoy. In just 24 months, our work has been heard, watched and loved for over 4 billion minutes worldwide. Founded by entrepreneur and investor Soheil Mirpour, we are backed by top VCs Cherry Ventures, Speedinvest and GFC, alongside world-class angels from firms such as Spotify, Blackstone and KKR. What you will do Melotech is scaling fast. As Growth Manager, you own our paid growth end to end: the budget, the channels, the creative testing and the numbers behind them. You decide where the budget goes, and you work directly with our founders, product and data team. Your first job is to bring structure to our paid social account: decide what to consolidate and what to split, separate testing from scaling, and segment by geography, age and placement so every number means something. We will walk you through exactly what we are building as you go through the process. On a typical day, your tasks may include: Account structure: deciding what to consolidate and what to split, keeping testing and scaling apart, and segmenting ad sets by geography, age and placement Campaign operations: running the campaigns day to day on Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, including budgets, pacing and the targets behind them Creative pipeline: building a system that keeps new creatives flowing every week, with clear rules for what wins and what gets killed, and briefs that turn last week's numbers into next week's ads Creative partners: directing editors, video producers, UGC creators and agencies to the volume and quality the account needs Budget allocation: moving budget across campaigns on data, weighing upside against risk Measurement: knowing which metric answers which question, for example what CPM tells you that CPC does not, and catching a shift in cost the day it happens Tooling: building the reports, scripts and automations you need, with the ad platform APIs and AI tools as your daily coworkers Who you are We're looking for a hands-on paid operator, or a sharp growth generalist who has done the buying. Either way, you have run real budgets yourself, not through a team or an agency, and you can show the numbers. Typically, your profile will look like this: Experience: 2 to 7 years of hands-on paid buying, ideally in a startup or small team where you set things up yourself Paid social channel ownership: you have owned Meta, TikTok or Snapchat end to end, ideally more than one of them and more than once, and you have run accounts at real volume, so you can explain how you structured a large account without losing control of it Creative testing at scale: you test on a schedule with kill rules, direct creative partners instead of making the ads, and notice when a hook or format is burning out; ideally you bring a network of trusted editors, creators and agencies Budget decisions: you are comfortable allocating a budget across many tests and making structured decisions under uncertainty Measurement: you check what platforms report against your own data, you have run holdout or lift tests, and you know which metric answers which question, for example what CPM tells you that CPC does not Data and tooling: you work in SQL or Python, have used the ad platform APIs, and build your own reporting and automations; a data science background is a plus Pace: you thrive in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment A big plus: you stay close to what works in paid social right now, and you're into music, media, gaming or social What makes this exciting You own a lever the whole company feels, and your work shows up directly in how fast we can grow. You're not a cog in the machine but the captain of your own ship, rewarded for performance and respected for leadership. Flat hierarchies mean that your voice matters, your ideas get implemented, and your impact is immediate. We pay competitive salaries and make you an owner of the business with equity. We work remotely to give you complete freedom over your life, while meeting regularly around the world for global offsites where we strategize, bond, and push boundaries together. What the process will look like We hire on a rolling basis. Earliest starting date is always ASAP. Once you begin our process, you can progress from start to offer within a week, depending on how quickly you can move through each stage: Initial interview: 30-minute introductory call, getting to know you Case interview: 90-minute case discussion, present and debate your skills Founder interview: 90-minute interview with our CEO, going deep on all topics Offer, contract signing and onboarding Note: As we are still in stealth, you will learn more about Melotech as you progress through the stages. By the end of the Founder interview, you will have a full grasp of our business and the details of your role. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
