ABOUT BEAMERY With the rapid expansion of AI and automation, the future of work has never been more challenging for organizations. Beamery's unique jobs, skills and tasks data platform helps organizations navigate these challenges and make more informed decisions across Talent Lifecycle Management. Our solutions power recruitment, mobility, upskilling, diversity, work architecture and workforce planning for some of the world's most forward-thinking companies. We believe that where you work is much more than just a job. Millions of people are being left behind every day in their careers, and we're on a mission to fix this by creating equal access to meaningful work, skills and careers for all. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a representative Beamery, creating an equitable, inclusive and engaging environment for our people. So, what are you waiting for? Join us and help us transform the future of work once and for all. What's ahead — and why it's an exciting time to join the team: Building agentic AI with advanced orchestration (multi-agent workflows, tool use, evaluation loops) that turns complex talent data into decisions. Training and fine-tuning our own models on unique data about jobs, skills and tasks, and benchmarking them against the best in our market. Joining an award-winning AI team (ACM RecSys Challenge 2026) that turns new ideas into innovative solutions with scientific rigour. Sharing our work and learning from industry peers through challenges, conferences and publications. But it's not all about creating high-quality products, we also very much value the company culture we have worked hard to create; built on trust, empathy & honesty ensuring our workforce is able to bring their full selves to work. About the Team The Data Science team builds the AI models behind Beamery's Data Foundry, the common data and AI layer powering all Beamery products, and works hand in hand with the product teams to empower their features with AI (such as Talent Match and recommendations). At the heart of our work is the Beamery taxonomy, the language of work (skills, role titles and tasks) that every Beamery product speaks, built on more than a decade of research and kept current by the Taxonomist, our agentic system, so it reflects the real pulse of the job market. We combine LLMs, Transformers and embedding models with classic machine learning, always choosing the best balance between quality, latency and cost. We see ourselves as pioneers in AI for HR Tech: in 2026 the team finished 1st in the industry track and 2nd overall out of 40 teams at the ACM RecSys Challenge. About the Role You will join the team as a Senior Data Scientist and own our matching, recommendation and taxonomy mapping models, working closely with the product engineering teams that bring them to our customers. You will be responsible for the full cycle of your work, from defining how quality is measured and designing the models to running robust scientific experiments, tracking technical and business metrics, and writing and reviewing code. You will also advise the product teams on how to implement AI features with an evaluation-first mindset, and keep pushing the boundaries of Beamery's AI. Key Responsibilities Build, improve and own our matching and recommendation models (e.g. candidate to job matching, internal mobility recommendations etc.). Apply an evaluation-first mindset: build golden datasets from real recruiter and user decisions, define quality metrics, design and run robust scientific experiments, track and report both technical and business metrics (using LLM-as-a-judge and human feedback), and communicate results and metrics clearly to the product teams. Write clean and tested Python code using AI coding agents (such as Claude Code or Codex), and review code with care, both from your peers and from AI agents, so the team's codebase stays consistent, readable and safe. Follow recent research (e.g. LLMs, embeddings, recommender systems, explainability, model evaluation) and bring the most relevant ideas into our product roadmap. Document your work and present it clearly to product, engineering and business stakeholders, and contribute to the team's research visibility (such as challenges, conferences and publications). Required Skills and Experience A minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Data Scientist, Senior Data Scientist (or a similar role) in an AI startup or an AI team, with a dynamic environment and a variety of use cases. Strong experience with recommender systems, search, ranking or matching (e.g. learning-to-rank, scoring models, Gradient Boosting Trees, embedding models). Fluency in evaluation: designing datasets and quality metrics (such as AUC, NDCG, precision and recall), and using LLM-as-a-judge and human feedback. A strong foundation in NLP and GenAI, including Transformers, LLMs and embedding models (training or fine-tuning them is a strong plus). High-quality software development skills in Python (clean design, testing, packaging, maintainable code etc.), practical knowledge of CI/CD, and hands-on experience with agentic coding, with the judgement to know when AI-generated code is right or wrong. The ability to simplify complex problems, to work with ambiguity, and to collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product managers and business stakeholders. A Master's degree or PhD, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or a related field. Nice to Have Experience with explainable or conversational recommendations. Experience in HR Tech, talent acquisition or workforce data. Publications, open-source contributions or strong results in ML challenges (e.g. RecSys, Kaggle). What We Offer The chance to own core AI models that are used by some of the world's most forward-thinking organisations. A team that publishes, competes and is recognised in the research community, while shipping real products. Work with the latest AI technologies and tools, including AI coding agents as part of the daily workflow. Close collaboration with experienced data scientists, QA, platform and product engineers. At this time, we are unable to provide Visa sponsorship for this role. Beamery is for Everybody. Diversity and open expression are fundamental to us. We acknowledge the challenges in our industry and strive to develop an inclusive culture where everybody can contribute. We are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment for everyone, regardless of ethnicity, religion, color, sexual orientation, gender identity, race, national origin, age, disability status, or caregiver status. Senior Product Manager - Parental Leave Cover (Fixed-Term, 12 Months)
Full TimeOn-siteSenior
concrete

About Staffbase We inspire people to achieve great things together. Our mission is to help organizations unlock the power of inspirational communication with the first AI-native Employee Experience Platform . Our industry-leading and award-winning agentic AI communications channels - intranet, employee app and email solutions - create engaging experiences that connect and empower employees. Headquartered in Chemnitz, Germany and New York City, with offices in Berlin, London, Sydney, Tokyo, Prague, and Minneapolis–St. Paul, our diverse team of 550+ employees supports 1,500+ customers—reaching over 14 million employees—in transforming their employee experience. We are proud to be a Unicorn company—privately valued at over $1 billion—demonstrating strong growth, innovation, and lasting impact in our industry. Together, we're shaping the future of workplace communication. At Staffbase, we're moving beyond communication into a new frontier: helping millions of frontline and deskless employees not just find information, but actually get things done . The Actions team owns that execution layer - the bridge between employees, Staffbase AI, and the real operational work happening in stores, warehouses, hospitals, and in the field. Our biggest bet right now is Tasks - the product that lets an enterprise's HQ push operational standards to thousands of locations and see them executed on the ground, driven by a major new partnership. Around it sits a portfolio of agentic actions, forms, and HR workflows that make Staffbase a place where work happens, not just where it's announced. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to seize this moment. This is a 12-month fixed-term role - and we mean that as a feature. It's a rare chance to make an outsized, visible impact on Staffbase's expansion into operational territory, with senior leadership attention and real revenue behind it, without signing up for the long corporate haul. If you're a builder who loves 0-to-1 energy and wants to point it at a concrete, high-stakes problem for a year, this is for you. You're a commercially-minded generalist, comfortable in ambiguity, fast-moving, and able to hold the whole picture - customer, business case, and build - in your head at once. What you'll be doing Own Tasks as your primary focus - shaping it from an early build into a solution that scales to thousands of frontline locations, and driving the roadmap and prioritization calls Partner with an operational-retail domain expert and our internal solution designers to turn a complex real-world problem into the right solution on the Staffbase foundation Work directly with flagship enterprise customers - talking eye-to-eye about their operational reality and turning it into product Keep the wider Actions surface healthy - forms, HR actions, and the existing widget/plugin estate - steering maintenance priorities with the Actions Core team rather than owning the backlog yourself Define what success looks like for operational products: adoption by busy frontline workers first, corporate reporting second Bring an AI-native lens throughout - where an intelligent layer genuinely unblocks a worker, and where it's just noise Help land open strategic calls (e.g. how deeply Tasks integrates into the core vs. lives as a plugin) with senior stakeholders What you need to be successful 5+ years in product management, with a strong commercial / business orientation - you think in customer value and outcomes, not just features A genuine generalist who owns products end-to-end across discovery, delivery, GTM, and stakeholders You thrive in ambiguity and greenfield - you'd rather shape a fuzzy new problem than optimize a mature one B2B SaaS background - you understand enterprise customers and what it takes to roll something out at scale Fast and pragmatic under a real deadline, without losing the end user Confident and opinionated - you hold your own with a senior engineering team on priorities and with leadership on strategy AI-native in how you work and how you think about the product Highly desirable Exposure to deskless / frontline or operational-workflow products (task management, retail/hospitality ops, field service) Hands-on understanding of the action surfaces we work with - Microsoft 365 actions, ServiceNow, HRIS or task-management products specifically Experience taking a product from early build into scaled enterprise rollout Familiarity with permissions / hierarchy models (who creates, assigns, and executes across an org) - a core challenge here What you'll get Competitive Compensation - we offer an attractive salary Flexibility - we offer flexible working time models and the option of hybrid work, and support this with a yearly flex work allowance of €1560 Recharge - with 31 vacation days annually (incl. one floating holiday), plus pro rata fully paid Fridays off during August Volunteers Day - you'll get one day off per year for supporting a social project Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

Senior Product Manager – Digital Clients: Growth & Expansion
Full TimeOn-siteSenior
godatabricksarchitectureprivate equitycompliancecompliance+4

Your Role As Senior Product Manager – Private Wealth (f/m/d) you build the product for LIQID's most demanding clients: entrepreneurs, families and executives whose relationship with us runs through a personal Relationship Manager. You design for two users at once – the client and the RM – and your mandate is twofold: make our Relationship Managers radically more effective, and design the end-to-end hybrid service, sales and relationship model for our most complex offerings. Our private clients hold portfolios that include private equity funds from KKR, EQT, CVC and Permira and venture stakes in companies like SpaceX, OpenAI, Stripe and Anduril. You make sure that advising on, investing in and living with these portfolios feels like the best of private banking – with the speed and clarity of a digital product. What you'll do End-to-End Segment Ownership: Own the private client journey from introduction and first advisory meeting through onboarding, investment and long-term servicing to the next allocation. You define the segment's North Star and KPI tree – net new money, share of wallet, time from advisory to investment, private markets adoption, retention, RM book capacity and cost-to-serve – and develop it further where you see sharper signals. RM Enablement & Advisory Tooling: Treat Relationship Managers as users, not stakeholders. You build the tools that give them more time for advice and less for administration: a client 360 view, meeting preparation and follow-up, next-best-action signals, pipeline visibility and AI copilots that draft, summarize and document – within the requirements of MiFID II on suitability, cost transparency and record-keeping. Hybrid Service & Sales Design: Blueprint the service model end-to-end: which moments are digital, which are personal, and which are both. Together with RM and Sales leadership you design seamless handovers, a shared view between client app and RM workspace, and service tiers that scale high-touch quality to more clients without diluting it. Complex Offerings, Made Simple: Make sophisticated products understandable and executable: private markets with capital calls, distributions and J-curves, and the underlying funds and companies, from Cinven and Advent to Mistral and Databricks, as well as bespoke mandates, company and holding accounts, family structures and consolidated reporting across portfolios. You work closely with the Investment team, Compliance and Operations so every journey is compliant by design. Discovery, Data & Experimentation: Join advisory meetings, shadow RMs and run continuous discovery with clients for whom every interaction matters. You combine qualitative depth with rigorous measurement in a small-n, high-value segment, define tracking schemas for client and RM journeys, and use AI-assisted prototyping to converge on solutions in few iteration cycles. Thought Leadership with Hands-on Mentality: Act as Product Manager and Product Owner for a cross-functional team of Engineering, Design and Product Ops. You drive adoption of what you ship inside the RM organization, prioritize transparently by impact and effort – which also means saying no – and grow into the thought leader for hybrid wealth management at LIQID. What you bring Background: 7+ years in Product Management, ideally in wealth management, private banking, FinTech or another trust-driven, advice-led domain. Experience building for internal expert users such as advisors, sales or service teams alongside end clients is a strong plus. Service Design & Hybrid Thinking: You think in service models, not just screens. You have designed journeys that span people, processes and software, and you know how to drive adoption and behavior change inside an organization, not only ship features to it. Domain Depth & Regulatory Fluency: Solid understanding of investing and wealth management (capital markets, private markets, portfolio construction), and the ambition to build regulatory fluency in a supervised environment (MiFID II, BaFin). Experience with private market products or advisory processes is a strong plus. Analytical & Technical Fluency: You define metrics before you build and attribute impact credibly, even with small samples. You are comfortable with CRM and workflow integrations, discussing architecture and API trade-offs with engineers, and using AI tooling to prototype and to build AI-assisted workflows. Communication & Language: Fluent in German and English , with the presence to earn credibility with experienced Relationship Managers and with clients who expect the highest standard – and to represent your roadmap toward leadership. Drive & Motivation: Comfortable in fast-paced, high-ownership scale-up environments. You want to own outcomes, not backlogs, and you are excited to define what a premium hybrid private client experience looks like in an AI-native product organization. What we offer Diversity : Flat hierarchies and cultural openness make you an integral part of our diverse team of international talents from day one. Flexibility : We don't complicate your life. You'll find the right balance with flexible work models, working hours, and remote work options. 28 days of vacation and two additional days off on December 24 and 31 ensure you have ample time to unwind. Appreciation : You'll help shape the future of digital wealth management with us in an innovative, multi-award-winning company on a growth trajectory, with high market relevance and plenty of space for your ideas. Development : We support your personal and professional growth with an annual development budget up to €1,500. Additionally, at the start of your tenure at LIQID, you'll receive high-quality equipment, including a MacBook, headphones, and a display. Smart Money : As a LIQIDian, you'll enjoy attractive terms for our investment strategies, a monthly lunch allowance, and exclusive discounts with various providers. Well-being : Regional organic products keep you fit in the office, and our health initiatives or Health Assistance Program go far beyond that. What happens next An excellent candidate, experience and transparency are our top priorities in the interview process. The different stages help us understand how a potential collaboration could look. Initial Call with our Talent Partner : A casual introduction and discussion to align your expectations with the role. Video Call with Head of Product : You will learn more about the performance expectations and specific role requirements from our leadership team. Take-home Assessment with live Presentation round : A take home task, followed by a 90-minute live session with two team members. In-Person Meeting : You will meet some team members onsite, tour our office and sit down with our Head of Product to discuss final alignments. About us We are LIQID, one of the fastest-growing fintechs in Europe. Our purpose is to provide creators, entrepreneurs, and thinkers shaping our future with access to the same opportunities as the world's most successful investors while balancing the demands of people, planet, and profit. Few people get to build a bank from scratch. Even fewer get to build one at a moment when banking itself is being reinvented. The Dollar is the best product in the history of the world - there is infinite global demand. But International Fintechs and non-US banks are left with two unsatisfying options to access it: Either they build on legacy clearing banks that are slow and unreliable, or they interface with middleware providers that don't move and hold the dollars directly, but themselves rely on underlying legacy banks. Augustus collapses this stack by combining two things: A real, national bank charter (in organization), and Marble, our proprietary core banking system, built around intelligence, made of code. We are a group of operators, unicorn early employees, ex-founders and people who walked away from degrees because they believe this is an industry and career defining opportunity. We are backed with more than $200M from Peter Thiel's Valar Ventures, Tiger Global, Hummingbird, QED, Creandum, and the founders of Nubank, Ramp, Deel, Circle, Fluidstack, Fuse, and n8n. We are regulated in Europe and live with Euro and Stablecoin clearing today. Now, we are building the US team from the ground up, while continuing to grow rapidly in Europe. The Role You own Banking Experience: the accounts at the center of customer's relationship with the bank, and the API and dashboards they use to manage them. In this role you're responsible for redefining what beautiful software in banking looks like. You'll define account structures that give customers powerful building blocks for their products, and craft intuitive interfaces grounded in a deep understanding of their use cases and workflows. You report to Will, Head of Product, and work closely with Simon, our CTO. You're expected to operate with full autonomy on your team's roadmap, collaborating with design and engineering. Your First Six Months Months 1-2: Take over day-to-day ownership of the Banking Experience team - the roadmap, the ways of working, the hard decisions. Establish yourself with customers and how they use our accounts. You define and ship your first project. Months 3-4: Execution mode. You're unblocking engineering daily, making hard prioritization calls, and shipping your roadmap to customers. You're proactively raising the bar across accounts, API, and dashboard by feeding what you learn from customers into the product. Months 5-6: You're working with live customers on the products you've built. Deposits and number of account holders are scaling. You've moved from execution to platform mode - evolving the roadmap based on what our customers are building on top of Augustus. Who Will Thrive At Augustus We believe that throwing smart people with high agency at big problems produces the best outcomes. We're building a modern correspondent bank, and we win by having a better team. The people who succeed here share the following traits: American Dream: You'd rather shoot for gold than settle for mediocrity. You pick the harder goal and stay optimistic when the odds are against you. If it feels easy, we aimed too low. Live Player: You don't need permission. You rebuild what's broken without being asked, challenge how things are done, and move before the perfect moment. Ever to Excel: You can't accept good enough and you take your work personally. When it matters, you do what it takes and keep raising the bar for yourself and your team. Genuine: You play for the company, not your title or turf. Low ego, low drama, no politics. You say it straight, also upwards and always assume good intent. This role is for you if: You want to spend time with customers to intimately understand and then innovate on their workflows. You're a structured and relentless problem solver. You combine first-principles thinking with deep domain knowledge to make complex processes simple. You have taste and care deeply about the quality of what you build. You leverage AI to push the boundaries of what a PM can do. You're excited about building a programmable bank and helping shape what that means. Hard Requirements Experience end-to-end owning and building banking, fintech, or developer platform products. Technical enough to spar on architectural decisions with engineers - you're comfortable in API design discussions, not just UI reviews. You have experience with control planes, dashboards, or console products at infrastructure, finance, or developer tools companies. You have strong opinions on information architecture and how to organize complex products so they feel simple Comfortable in customer-facing roles - you've pitched, demoed, and closed early adopters yourself. Based in New York or Berlin, or willing to relocate. Pay transparency Compensation packages at Augustus include base salary, equity, and benefits. New hire offers are made based on a candidate's experience, expertise and geographic location. The annual US base salary range for this role is $180,000-$230,000 + equity. What We Offer Career Growth: You will be given more responsibility and pushed to grow faster than ever before. Network: Your peers are brilliant, highly motivated people. These people will be foundational in your future opportunities. Real Participation: Employees are shareholders. You will think and act like an owner. Perks & Benefits: Relocation support, visa support, the latest Apple gear (MacBook + AirPods), lunch benefit, gym benefit, a beautiful office in the heart of the city, 4x on-/offsites per year, and an annual development budget. Additional to the global benefits above, we offer localized benefits such as comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance and a 401(k) retirement plan for our US team. Augustus is committed to creating an inclusive environment where people from all backgrounds can thrive and where different viewpoints and experiences are valued and respected. Augustus will consider all applications for employment without regard to race, ethnicity, national origin, religious beliefs, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, neurodiversity, disability, age, parental or veteran status. AI Tech Lead, Remote (based in Europe)
ContractFully RemoteLead
pythonfastapiazurellmmlopsarchitecture+3

Virtusan is a Swiss based health coaching platform for sleep, stress and recovery that works with any wearable, including our own smart ring. We're hiring our first AI Tech Lead to build the intelligence behind our coach: turning biometric and behavioural signals into personalised programmes that help people sleep better and stress less. You'll be the technical authority for AI across engineering; you make the calls on architecture and approach, set the standards others build to and stay hand-on in the code. What you'll be doing 1) Signal interpretation: Turn wearable and in-app data into recovery, stress and sleep insights, using personal baselines and trend detection. 2) Multi-device data: Normalise metrics across vendors, weight sources by reliability, and handle missing data and device switches. 3) Recommendation engine: Personalise protocol sequences by dose and timing with classical ML (e.g. contextual bandits, sequential recommenders or RL). 4) Feedback loops: Learn from real user behaviour and biometric responses which protocols work, and for whom. 5) Evaluation: Offline metrics, online experiments and production monitoring for every model and LLM feature. 6) AI platform: Own the roadmap, training and serving pipelines, data quality and architecture on our Python and Azure stack. 7) Technical leadership: Make and own the key architecture and modelling decisions, and write them down (RFCs, ADRs etc.) so the team can build them. 8) Privacy: Make secure handling of sensitive health data part of the design from the start. 9) Collaboration: Help product, design and marketing shape AI features and understand what the models can and can't do. Hands on: This is a builder role. You'll be prototyping, evaluating and taking code through to production. Requirements 6+ years in ML/AI engineering incl. 2+ years in a lead role, with at least one product taken from zero to production Python, FastAPI and production MLOps on Azure or another major cloud Time series, recommender systems, causal/uplift methods and strong statistics A/B testing, model evaluation and production monitoring LLMs and LangGraph (or similar) on Azure OpenAI, and knowing when not to use them Experience as a tech lead or staff engineer, making technical decisions that a team of engineers followed. Privacy-aware handling of health data Based in Europe and fluent in English Nice to have: bandits, RL or off-policy evaluation; health or wearable data; literature mining; AI in engineering workflows (coding agents, AI-assisted testing, CI). Application process Instead of a cover letter, please send us the answers to 2 of the following 3 questions together with your CV. 1) Tell us about an ML product you took from zero to production. What did you own, and what changed because of it? 2) You have a recommendation engine and want to know whether a protocol actually improves users' sleep. How would you measure that? 3) Tell us about a technical decision you made for a team that others disagreed with. How did you get alignment, and how did it turn out?
