At ClickUp , we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. We're looking for a Technical Implementation Account Manager (TAM) to support our customers as a trusted partner and problem-solver, blending strong relationship management with a growing understanding of ClickUp's platform and capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, solution strategy, and technical enablement, contributing to long-term growth, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. This role operates in an AI-native environment, and we expect TAMs at this level to use AI tools as a daily multiplier across account preparation, workflow analysis, solution design, follow-through, and customer enablement. TAMs at this level manage a defined book of business and own day-to-day execution for their accounts, while working closely with more senior TAMs and cross-functional partners on complex initiatives. You'll use established frameworks, playbooks, and templates to guide onboarding and adoption, monitor account health, and help ensure stakeholders see continuous value throughout their lifecycle. At the L04 level, success means not just understanding AI-enabled features, but showing sound judgment in when and how to use AI to improve execution quality, speed, and customer outcomes. Technical Account Managers are responsible for delivering measurable value and driving meaningful business outcomes across their customer portfolio by focusing on: Customer Enablement & Onboarding: Supporting customers through onboarding and implementation for assigned customers, following established discovery frameworks and implementation plans. Account Health & Engagement: Monitoring adoption and account health within your book, executing standard plays to drive engagement, and escalating risks appropriately. Process Optimization & Solution Design: Collaborating with customers to understand key workflows and configure ClickUp solutions using established best practices, templates, and guidance from senior TAMs. Innovation Adoption & Workflow Automation: Guiding customers in adopting relevant features, including AI and automation, primarily by implementing standard patterns and documented workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes. AI-Native Execution: Using AI in your own day-to-day workflow to synthesize discovery, accelerate account preparation, improve documentation quality, draft clearer recommendations, and increase the consistency and speed of customer follow-through while maintaining strong judgment and accuracy. Core Responsibilities: New Customer Onboarding Support end-to-end onboarding and implementation of ClickUp for assigned customers using established discovery frameworks, templates, and project plans. Translate functional and technical requirements into ClickUp solutions for standard use cases under the guidance of more senior TAMs when needed. Guide customers through setup, integrations, and change management fundamentals, escalating complex scenarios appropriately. Use AI-assisted workflows where appropriate to prepare for discovery, summarize implementation decisions, and improve the speed and quality of customer follow-up. Account Health Management Monitor health for your book of business, including utilization, key feature adoption, and champion/stakeholder engagement. Execute standard adoption plays and account review cadences to maintain or improve health, leveraging existing playbooks and frameworks. Identify risks early and partner with senior TAMs and account teams to build and execute recovery plans. Run recurring meetings with your accounts, sharing usage summaries, recommended next steps, and capturing follow-ups. Connect AI adoption, automation usage, and workflow improvements to measurable customer outcomes such as efficiency gains, stakeholder adoption, and expansion signals. Workflow Mapping (IER Framework) Conduct Intake → Execution → Reporting (IER) cycles for core customer workflows using established discovery guides and templates. Recommend optimizations based on documented best practices and apply workflow templates to support scale and consistency. Maintain clear documentation of customer workflows, data models, and configuration decisions following team standards. Use AI to help analyze repetitive workflow patterns, identify process friction, and sharpen recommendations — while validating outputs before using them with customers. AI Enablement & Agent Deployment Support adoption of ClickUp AI across relevant customer workflows by configuring and testing standard AI workflows and automations aligned to published best practices. Provide training and consultation on how to use existing AI and automation patterns; escalate novel or complex use cases to senior TAMs or specialists. Track and report AI usage and credit consumption against plan, surfacing straightforward opportunities to deepen adoption. Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, usefulness, and business relevance before sharing recommendations or enabling them in customer workflows. Help customers move from feature awareness to practical workflow transformation by identifying where AI can remove manual work, improve reporting quality, or speed execution in repeatable ways. Customer Success & Expansion Serve as the technical partner for assigned accounts, connecting usage to business value using established value frameworks and artifacts. Identify expansion signals (e.g., usage patterns, feature interest) and pass qualified leads and insights to the account team for follow-up. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support renewals, expansions, and AI upsells, aligning your work to the broader account strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with account teams, Product, and Services to maintain alignment between delivery and success for your accounts. Share customer feedback and insights to improve delivery and customer experience, focusing on clear problem statements and reproducible examples. Collaborate with more senior TAMs and internal stakeholders on complex initiatives, contributing execution and customer context. Core Skills & Competencies: Technical Acumen Solid understanding of ClickUp platform capabilities, automation logic, integrations, and AI Agent functionality, with a focus on applying documented solutions to customer use cases. Learns and adopts new features and patterns quickly. AI Expertise Uses AI and Agents as a daily multiplier, not just an area of awareness. Comfortable with generative AI concepts, prompt design, and automation frameworks, and able to show examples of AI improving work quality, speed, or consistency in a customer-facing environment. Able to implement standard AI use cases and identify when to bring in senior partners for more complex or novel scenarios. Consultative Discovery Strong at workflow analysis for core, well-understood processes. Uses structured discovery guides to identify friction points and map customer needs into ClickUp using existing best practices. Project & Program Management Strong project and time management for your account load. Able to juggle multiple accounts and workstreams with regular check-ins and guidance from your manager or senior TAMs. Data & Reporting Comfortable using dashboards and metrics to communicate health, adoption, and ROI at the account level. Interprets usage data to support clear, actionable recommendations within established frameworks. Customer Engagement Executive presence and strong communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, expectation setting, and follow-through. Builds trust with customer stakeholders by reliably executing agreed plans. Account Ownership Accountable for day-to-day execution for your book of business: proactive in follow-through, organized, and focused on achieving measurable outcomes while escalating higher-risk or highly strategic decisions. Collaboration & Influence Works cross-functionally with account teams, Product, and Sales to align on outcomes. Influences through clear data, customer stories, and consistent execution, while relying on senior leaders for major strategic decisions and escalations. AI-Native Candidate Expectations: Can demonstrate examples of using AI tools, prompts, automations, or agent-assisted workflows to improve personal productivity, customer delivery quality, or workflow outcomes. Can speak concretely about where AI added value, where human judgment was still required, and how success was measured. For this level, we are looking for evidence of strong applied AI fluency in execution — not necessarily novel model development or highly complex custom agent architecture. Interview Signal: Be prepared to walk through how you use AI in your work. Our interview process will assess practical AI capability, including how you apply AI to workflow analysis, customer execution, judgment, agentic workflows, and measurable outcomes. Hello! I'm Allie, Head of Support at Ashby . I'm excited to share that we're hiring a Support Engineer in APAC We're expanding our global Support team to provide 24/7 coverage across time zones. You'll join a global team while establishing the technical Support Engineering presence in APAC, with the ownership and visibility that come from being one of the first Support Engineers in the region. We staff across regions rather than relying on on-call rotations; we'll discuss the specific schedule for this opening during the process. Not sure which Support role is right for you? We're hiring for both Product Support Specialist and Product Support Engineer roles. Support Specialist owns cases and customer communication end-to-end. Troubleshoots complex issues by navigating internal tooling — audit logs, user experience testing, and API testing — to help customers reach successful outcomes. Support Engineering serves as the escalation point between Support Specialists and Product Engineering. Owns integrations, supports data mapping and data migrations for customers, and resolves escalated tickets that don't require product code changes. Please choose the role that best reflects your experience and interests rather than applying to both. If another Support role seems like a closer match, we'll consider that in our review. About the role Support Engineering is the technical layer between frontline Support and Engineering. You'll take on complex issues involving integrations, APIs, permissions, data, reporting, migrations, and workflows—using application behavior, logs, databases, and customer context to determine whether an issue can be resolved through Support or represents a product defect. You'll investigate issues end to end using tools such as Plain, GitHub, Datadog, databases, and the codebase. You won't write the fix; you'll give Engineering a well-validated escalation with reproduction steps, relevant evidence, customer impact, and a root-cause hypothesis when possible. You'll also identify recurring issues, improve documentation and enablement, and partner with Product and Engineering on improvements. As one of the first Support Engineers in APAC, you'll help define how the global team collaborates across time zones, build practical handoffs with EMEA and AMER, and bring APAC customer context into how we scale Support Engineering. What you'll own: Own complex technical issues from intake through resolution or escalation, investigating APIs, integrations, logs, data, configuration, and workflows to determine whether Support can resolve them or Engineering should be involved. Set a high bar for complex technical investigations and ensure Engineering receives clear, actionable, well-validated product issues. Build trusted working relationships with frontline Support, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and customers. Identify recurring problems and turn them into documentation, enablement, tooling, process improvements, or product feedback. Partner with Product and Engineering on recurring product improvements by synthesizing customer patterns, validating defects, and sharing the technical context needed to choose between a product change, documentation, tooling, or process improvement. Build the APAC coverage and handoff model with teammates in EMEA and AMER, while bringing regional customer patterns to the global Support Engineering team. Track and improve the outcomes that matter: resolution speed, escalation quality, fewer avoidable Engineering escalations, frontline self-sufficiency, reduced customer effort, and customer confidence. You should apply if: You've worked in a hands-on, customer-centric technical role where you independently investigate ambiguous issues involving APIs, integrations, logs, data, and application behavior. You're comfortable moving between customer conversations, APIs, logs, databases, product behavior, and code-level context to find root causes. You can distinguish a configuration, data, documentation, or enablement issue from a true product defect—and explain your reasoning clearly. You write precise investigations that others can quickly understand and act on, and communicate thoughtfully with technical and non-technical audiences across time zones. You naturally look beyond the immediate ticket and improve the systems around it through documentation, enablement, tooling, or process design. You want to be an early technical owner for APAC and are energized by building structure across a broad set of time zones within a global team. You should not apply if: You're looking primarily for a high-volume support role centered on predefined troubleshooting steps, rather than open-ended technical investigation and ownership. Most of your experience is in internal IT, help desk, endpoint, hardware, network, infrastructure, cloud operations, systems administration, infrastructure maintenance, or service deployment—and you haven't worked extensively with customer-centric SaaS applications, APIs, logs, or data-backed troubleshooting. You prefer to pass difficult issues to another team rather than reproduce, investigate, and explain them yourself. You're looking for a role focused mainly on writing production code; this role diagnoses and escalates bugs but does not own code changes. You prefer clear-cut problems and predefined answers over working through ambiguity with careful documentation, focused questions, and evidence-based decisions. You want a narrowly defined role without regional operating ownership or projects that improve how the broader Support team works. With support from your manager and onboarding buddy, you'll take on increasingly complex investigations as you build context, with regular check-ins throughout your first 90 days. We welcome experience from internal architecture teams as well as partner-facing organizations. You have deep experience personally authoring reference architectures and data flow diagrams, with clear documentation that technical teams can use to build and implement solutions. You have direct experience building integrations, data pipelines, or other substantive solutions with AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks, beyond using their interfaces or consuming reports. You can work hands-on with APIs, SDKs, SQL, and a programming language such as Python or JavaScript to validate designs and troubleshoot integrations. You can explain how a solution works, where it can fail, and why an approach may be unsuitable, grounding your recommendations in implementation experience and technical validation. About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the Role Every dollar Anthropic earns and every dollar it spends on compute has to reach the books correctly, and the volume grows with Claude usage. That data comes from across the company and from partners: usage and billing, compute, infrastructure assets, leases. Products and pricing models keep launching, and each one adds another path into the books. Our goal is a continuous close with zero material issues, with audit-grade controls. We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the engineers who build the platform that gets us there: one front door for every finance event, an append-only ledger, and an accounting engine that posts each event exactly once. You'll hire and grow the team, and hold the bar for how the platform is built and run in production. Its users include Claude agents, which read and write through the same APIs and controls as people. You'll partner with engineering teams in Billing, Compute and Infra on shared contracts and APIs, and with product owners and finance operations, who set the priorities and define the needs. You don't need a finance background. If you have led teams that build backend systems where correctness matters, we will teach you the domain. Responsibilities Lead and grow a team of engineers: hire, coach and hold a high bar for engineering quality Own delivery of the front door for finance events and its governed contracts, and the accounting ledger and engine, so every event is posted exactly once and can be traced back to its source Be accountable for the production services that other engineering teams call in real time, such as the tax and collections services in the billing flow Make sure finance apps and agents have the platform support they need: SDKs and frameworks, scoped access, SOX guardrails, observability, and the capabilities finance needs that claude products do not provide out of the box Define and own the reliability and correctness bar: SLOs on the services other teams call, tests that check key upstream calculations on every change, and daily accuracy and completeness checks from source to books Align on technical design, data contracts and APIs with engineering leaders in Billing, Compute and Infra Drive down the time it takes finance to support a new product, program or compute buildout Minimum qualifications Have led teams that build and run high-volume backend systems where correctness matters, such as ledgers, billing, payments, metering or other systems of record Have built or run event-driven systems with idempotent processing, replay and backfill, and know what it takes to keep them correct in production Have sound judgment on platform boundaries, data contracts and API design Have hired and grown engineers, and set engineering standards for platforms Work well across functions, with upstream engineering teams, finance and auditors, and explain technical trade-offs clearly to non-engineering partners, in writing and in the room Preferred qualifications Have 3+ years of engineering management experience, with 8+ years total in the industry Built developer platforms or paved paths used by other builders Worked with Go and with streaming systems such as Pub/Sub or Kafka Built with LLMs and agents, including MCP Built or run a ledger or sub-ledger, with a working knowledge of double-entry accounting Managed teams through audit and compliance work, such as SOX change management, segregation of duties and audit trails Worked with ERP or financial systems, such as Workday Financials or Oracle Financials The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $320,000 — $405,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
