Minimaal 4 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met IT- of tech recruitment. Find Jobs in Netherlands on Arbeitnow

Senior Machine Learning Engineer, ML Platform
Full TimeOn-siteSenior€50,000 - €80,000 / Year
pythongcpmachine learningpytorchrestgcp+9

The Senior Machine Learning Engineer, ML Platform is responsible for building, running, and evolving the ML monorepo used by the X-ray, CT, and MRI machine learning group at DeepHealth. The monorepo covers the full path from experimentation to product: dataset and sample definitions, training and evaluation code, experiment tracking, model export, and the inference servers that run in production. Everyone on the team contributes to the monorepo; this role is the single point of accountability for it. This hands-on role owns the architecture, tooling, and engineering standards of that codebase for a distributed team of about twenty machine learning engineers and scientists, working with model developers and software engineers to make the team's work fast, better, and easier to audit. It also leads the team's agentic coding strategy, shaping how AI coding agents are used across the codebase. The role reports to the Leader of the ML for X-ray/CT/MRI group. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Own the architecture and roadmap of the ML Monorepo: Module boundaries, shared abstractions for datasets and samples, training and evaluation loops, configuration, and experiment tracking. Build and run the engineering tooling around the codebase: Continuous integration, testing, dependency management, containers, artifact and model registries, and GPU job scheduling on cloud (GCP) and HPC infrastructure. Own the path from trained checkpoint to deployable model: Model packaging, inference servers with enforced API contracts, reproducibility, and performance and memory budgets on target hardware. Define and enforce engineering standards (code review, testing, documentation) in a way that accelerates research rather than slowing it down. Ensure traceability of data, code, and model versions across experiments and releases. Investigate and resolve performance, reliability, and usability issues in the stack raised by the team and reduce their recurrence through shared tooling. Drive the team's agentic coding strategy: define how AI coding agents are used in the monorepo, set up the tooling, guardrails, and conventions that make them effective, and help colleagues adopt them. Review code, mentor colleagues on engineering practices, and communicate technical decisions and trade-offs clearly. PLEASE NOTE: This is not an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities and requirements of the position described above. Other functions may be assigned and management retains the right to add or change duties at any time. Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (required). 5+ years of software engineering experience, including a significant portion building infrastructure or tooling used by machine learning teams, such as an ML platform or a training framework (required). Strong Python skills and software engineering fundamentals: API design, testing, refactoring, and attention to developer experience (required). Solid PyTorch knowledge and practical experience with model training and profiling (required). Experience running ML workloads on a cloud platform, ideally GCP (Vertex AI, Artifact Registry, IAM, storage), and with containerization (required). Experience taking models to production: model packaging, inference serving, and performance and reliability constraints (required). Ability to work closely with researchers, translate recurring pain points into shared tooling, and push back constructively when needed (required). Ability to work autonomously in a distributed, multi-site team, with clear verbal and written communication in English (required). Medical imaging experience (DICOM, 3D volumes, large images) (preferred). HPC and Slurm experience (preferred). Contributions to open-source ML tooling (preferred). Quality Standards Communicates, cooperates, and consistently functions professionally and harmoniously with all levels of supervision, co-workers, visitors, and vendors. Demonstrates initiative, personal awareness, professionalism and integrity, and exercises confidentiality in all areas of performance. Follows all local, regional and country laws concerning employment. Follows all DeepHealth policies and procedures. Follows data privacy, compliance, safety and confidentiality standards at all times. Practices universal safety precautions. Promotes good public relations on the phone and in person. Adapts and is willing to learn new tasks, methods, and systems. Reports to work regularly as scheduled; consistently punctual with respect to working hours, meal and rest breaks, and maintains satisfactory personal attendance in accordance with DeepHealth guidelines. Completes job responsibilities in a quality and timely manner. Travel This position may require occasional travel between team sites (Paris, the Netherlands, Grenoble/Rennes). Working Environment Office / Hybrid. Paris, Île-de-France, France. Physical Demands The employee must be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Senior Software Engineer (Growth)

Fanvue.comHybrid (London), Germany (Hybrid)yesterday
Full TimeHybridSenior
typescriptgoreactnode.jsonboarding

Up to £100,000 depending on experience 📍 Salary based on London. Hybrid, with flexible hours. Fanvue is one of the fastest-growing creator monetisation platforms globally. We're an AI-powered, creator-first platform helping creators connect, engage, and earn directly from their audiences at scale. Following our recent Series A, Fanvue has surpassed $200m+ in annual recurring revenue, with triple-digit year-on-year growth, supporting hundreds of thousands of creators and millions of fans worldwide. Growth engineering at Fanvue exists to move core product metrics fast. It's a small team that reads out experiments every week, and the surface area is enormous: signup, onboarding, activation, referral loops, retention, and the funnels underneath all of them. There is far more worth testing than there are people to test it. This role exists to close that gap. 🎯 The Role We're hiring a Full Stack Engineer to work on Fanvue's Growth streams, partnering closely with Product, Design, Data and Marketing to design, ship and iterate on high-impact experiments across acquisition, onboarding, activation and retention. This is highly execution-focused. You'll be testing ideas in production within your first weeks, not writing specs about them. The team runs on a weekly experiment cadence with real readouts, so the loop between an idea and knowing whether it worked is short, and you own both ends of it. It suits someone who wants to be judged on whether the metric moved. 🚀 What You'll Do Design, build and ship growth experiments across signup, onboarding, activation and retention flows Own features end to end, from idea through implementation, measurement and iteration Build and refine growth loops such as referrals, sharing mechanics and viral surfaces Run A/B and multivariate tests, and read the results honestly, including the ones that kill your own idea Partner with Product and Design to prioritise and scope what's worth testing Improve the performance and reliability of growth-critical user journeys Use analytics and data tooling to guide technical and product decisions Continuously find and remove friction in creator and fan funnels 👀 Who You Are Strong full stack engineering experience with a clear bias toward shipping Comfortable across frontend and backend, and willing to go wherever the problem is Experienced with modern web stacks such as TypeScript, Node.js, React and relational databases Familiar with experimentation frameworks, analytics tooling and funnel metrics Comfortable in ambiguity, with a strong bias toward action Data-informed and outcome-driven rather than feature-focused A clear communicator who works well with product, design and growth partners High ownership, high agency, and an appetite for fast iteration Nice to have Experience in the creator economy, consumer subscription, marketplaces or social platforms Hands-on with Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog or similar A track record of growth loops you built that are still running ✨ You'll Thrive Here If You'd rather ship a scrappy test this week than a polished one next quarter You want to be measured on whether the number moved, not on what you delivered You're happy to kill your own experiment when the data says so You go and find the opportunity rather than waiting for it to arrive as a ticket ⚠️ You'll Struggle Here If You prefer long planning cycles to fast iteration You need tightly defined requirements before you can start You optimise for technical purity over measurable impact You're uncomfortable with a roadmap that changes when the results say it should 🌍 Why Join Fanvue? Sunday Times Best Places to Work, two years running. We don't just say we have great culture, we prove it Ship work that directly moves growth, activation and revenue, and see it in the numbers the same week Work at the intersection of product, data and engineering, with high visibility across the business Fanvue supports hundreds of thousands of creators and millions of fans globally. The problems you solve here are real and immediate Series A momentum: triple-digit growth means the work you do now sets the standard for years Unlimited holiday Hybrid working, with flexible hours according to when you work best Salary reviews every six months, we don't wait for annual cycles to recognise your growth Budget for growth and wellbeing, plus support with upskilling and development costs A culture built on innovation, speed, excellence, ownership and transparency ⭐ Fanvue is for Everyone We know that diverse teams build better products. Even if you do not meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply. Potential, mindset, and ambition matter just as much as experience. Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

Job Title: Defence Account Director Location: London; full in-office working as default Start date: ASAP Reports to: CCO Compensation: Salary and Equity options available for discussion Clearance: Must be eligible to hold UK Security Vetting Clearance SC or above (no prior clearance required) Application deadline: 01/11/26 at 23:59 UK time ___________________________________________________________________________ Help make sovereign AI operational for UK Defence Cosine is a UK AI lab building models, applications and infrastructure for mission-critical organisations. We build coding agents, specialised Lumen models, AI-native security products and the infrastructure required to deploy advanced AI in demanding environments. We are also training Lumen Sovereign, the first frontier large language model trained in the UK, with the support of the UK Government. Defence is a strategic priority for Cosine. AI will change how Defence operates, from software engineering and intelligence analysis to cyber security, command and control, logistics and frontline operations. The challenge is turning advanced AI into capability that is trusted, secure, sovereign and useful in the real world. We are looking for a Defence Account Director to help build that business. This is not a traditional defence sales role. You will understand where Cosine can make a genuine operational difference, identify the right customers and programmes, shape credible opportunities and help turn early conversations into funded pilots, programmes and long-term customer relationships. You will work closely with Cosine's Defence Lead, technical teams and senior leadership. You will build relationships across the MOD, the Armed Forces, wider Government and the UK defence industry, while helping define Cosine's position in the emerging sovereign AI market. ___________________________________________________________________________ What you'll do Build and own a prioritised Defence account and opportunity strategy. Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the MOD, Front Line Commands, wider Government and defence industry. Identify operational problems, programmes and capability gaps where Cosine can make a material difference. Translate customer needs into clearly defined use cases, propositions, pilots and programmes. Navigate Defence stakeholders, budgets, acquisition routes, procurement processes and decision-making structures. Lead opportunities from initial conversation through demonstration, technical evaluation, commercial agreement and delivery. Work with Cosine's technical teams to create credible customer propositions without overpromising. Develop relationships with primes, strategic partners and specialist technology companies where this creates a stronger route to market. Maintain disciplined account planning, pipeline management, qualification and forecasting. Bring structured customer and market insight back to Product, Engineering, ML and senior leadership. ___________________________________________________________________________ What we're looking for You may have served in the UK Armed Forces or worked closely with Defence in engineering, capability development, acquisition, procurement, digital transformation or technology adoption. You may subsequently have worked in consulting, technology, industry or an advisory role. What matters is that you understand how Defence works and can turn a customer need into commercial momentum. You should have: Meaningful experience of the UK Defence ecosystem. Strong existing relationships across Defence, Government or industry, and the ability to build new ones. Experience introducing, acquiring or adopting complex technology. The ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into actionable opportunities. Strong commercial judgement and comfort being accountable for pipeline, opportunities and revenue. The confidence to engage with operators, engineers, procurement teams, senior civil servants, military leaders and industry executives. Genuine technical curiosity and the ability to learn enough about AI to have credible conversations with technical teams and customers. The resilience to work through long Defence sales cycles while maintaining urgency and focus. The independence and judgement to operate in a scale-up where the playbook is still being written. You do not need to be an AI expert when you join. You do need to be intellectually curious, technically literate and able to communicate clearly without hiding behind jargon. ___________________________________________________________________________ What success looks like Success ultimately means winning business and building enduring customer relationships. We aim to onboard at least 10 new client logos within the Defence account over the next 12 months and increase revenues by at least 300%. We expect that growth to come through credibility, judgement, customer insight and persistence rather than transactional selling. In your first few months, you will: Build a clear view of Cosine's Defence proposition, capabilities and priorities. Establish a focused account and stakeholder map. Develop relationships with priority customers and partners. Identify and qualify the most promising opportunities. Create a disciplined approach to account planning, pipeline and forecasting. Over time, you will help convert those opportunities into funded demonstrations, pilots and programmes, while shaping how Cosine is understood and adopted across UK Defence. ___________________________________________________________________________ Why this role matters Defence does not need more AI demonstrations that remain disconnected from operations. It needs technology that can work across real missions, real systems, real security constraints and real acquisition processes. You will help make that happen. This is an opportunity to build Cosine's Defence business from the ground up, with direct access to leadership and technical teams and genuine influence over our product, market strategy and customer relationships. If you understand Defence from the inside, have strong customer instincts and want to help make sovereign AI operational, this is an opportunity to have significant impact. ___________________________________________________________________________ Why join Cosine Build a strategically important business from the ground up. Work at the intersection of frontier AI, Defence and national capability. Sell a genuinely differentiated product into mission-critical environments. Influence product direction and go-to-market strategy. Work closely with a small, technically deep and ambitious team. Receive meaningful early equity with genuine upside. ___________________________________________________________________________ Compensation, Benefits & Ways of Working We're an in-office team, five days a week, by design. We believe the work we're doing benefits from being together, collaborating closely, and building shared context. What you can expect: Competitive salary , benchmarked to the market Equity / share options , so you share in the upside you help create 30 days' holiday + bank holidays Work hard in the office, collaborate closely, and switch off properly Dog-friendly office — bring your dog to work Weekly team breakfast & lunch Monthly socials Pension High-quality equipment to do your best work We care about focus, sustainability, and doing great work — not performative overwork. We value people who show up, contribute thoughtfully, collaborate well with their colleagues, and then go home. This role won't suit everyone. But if you're looking for a fast-moving environment, close collaboration, and a team that takes both the work and work-life balance seriously, it's a great place to be. ___________________________________________________________________________ Agency & Data Protection Notice To comply with UK GDPR and our internal data-protection and equal-opportunity obligations, we only accept candidate applications and agency submissions via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Senior HW Engineer – PCB Layout

LumaiOxford HQ, Germanyyesterday
Full TimeOn-siteSenior
gomachine learningrestcadmanufacturingdrilling+1

The Opportunity Lumai's optical engine only works if the electronics around it hold up. Our boards carry large FPGAs and custom ASICs, multi-gigabit links and fine-pitch packages, and they have to be laid out to tolerances that leave no room for guesswork. This role takes the designs coming out of our hardware and SI/PI teams and turns them into manufacturable, high-layer-count boards. The Role You will own board layout from schematic handoff to fabrication release. That covers stackups and HDI structures, controlled-impedance routing, differential pairs, length and phase matching, BGA breakout for large fine-pitch devices, and the full manufacturing package: Gerber/ODB++, drill files, assembly drawings and fabrication notes. You will also own the footprint and symbol libraries, the design rules and the CAD standards the rest of the team works to. What is genuinely hard about it is that the constraints are real and they conflict. Signal integrity, power integrity, thermal and mechanical requirements all land on the same square centimetres, and the fabricator's process limits decide what is actually buildable. You will be the person who turns simulation output into layout rules and who can defend a stackup to a fabricator. By month six, you will have taken at least one board through to fabrication release, set the libraries and design rules the team works from, and be the first point of contact for our fabricators and assembly houses. What You'll Do Lay out dense, high-layer-count PCBs from schematic through to fabrication release, using constraint-driven flows. Implement controlled-impedance routing, differential pair and length/phase matching, and HDI structures including microvias, via-in-pad and back-drilling. Plan BGA breakout and component placement for large FPGAs, custom ASICs and fine-pitch packages, balancing SI, PI, thermal and mechanical requirements. Translate SI/PI and hardware constraints into layout rules, and iterate quickly with engineers on simulation feedback. Run DFM, DFA and DFT reviews, and act as the main technical contact with PCB fabricators and assembly houses. Generate complete manufacturing outputs (Gerber/ODB++, drill files, assembly drawings, fabrication notes) and manage design revisions. Own and maintain the footprint and symbol libraries, CAD standards and design templates, compliant with IPC standards. What We're Looking For Must-have Extensive professional experience laying out complex, high-speed, high-layer-count boards, with a portfolio of designs that went into production. Expert proficiency in Cadence Allegro, including Constraint Manager. Equivalent Altium experience will also be considered. Hands-on experience with HDI technologies: microvias, via-in-pad, stacked and staggered vias, and back-drilling. Proven BGA breakout and placement for large, fine-pitch devices such as FPGAs and ASICs. Thorough working knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-2221, IPC-7351, IPC-6012) and of DFM/DFA/DFT principles. Strong preference for Boards carrying 56G+ SerDes, PCIe Gen5/6 or DDR5 interfaces. Working closely with SI/PI simulation engineers. Rigid-flex, RF or mixed-signal layouts. ECAD/MCAD collaboration on thermal and mechanical integration. Experience setting up CAD standards, libraries and design templates in a growing team. About Lumai Lumai is the optical compute company building the next generation of AI infrastructure. Spun out of optics research at the University of Oxford in 2021, we compute with light instead of electrons. Our 3D optical technology carries out the matrix multiplications at the heart of AI inside beams of light travelling through free space, which lets it go beyond the limits of both silicon GPUs and integrated photonics. In April 2026 we launched Iris Nova, the world's first optical computing system to run billion-parameter large language models in real time, using up to 90% less energy than conventional GPU-based systems. Iris Nova, the first server in the family, is now available for evaluation by hyperscalers, neoclouds, enterprises and research institutions. Aura and Tetra will follow. Our work won the Falling Walls Award for Science Breakthrough of the Year 2025 and 'Best Overall Technology' at the OCP Future Technologies Symposium. We are headquartered in Oxford. Why Lumai You'll work on a new kind of computer. Optical computing for AI has been promised for decades. We have a working system running real models, and the hard part left is taking it to volume. Your work ships. We are moving from first product to volume production, so what you build this year goes into the servers our customers run. You'll work across disciplines. Optical engineers, machine learning researchers, and hardware and software engineers solve problems together. You will learn things that don't appear on your job description. The work matters beyond Lumai. AI's appetite for energy is one of the defining constraints of the next decade. Our mission is sustainable intelligence at global scale: AI that is faster, cheaper to run and far less power-hungry. You'll join early. You'll have a real say in how we build the product, the team and the way we work. Equal Opportunity Lumai is an equal opportunity employer. We make hiring decisions based on skills, experience and potential, and we welcome applications from people of all backgrounds. If you need an adjustment at any stage of the hiring process, let us know and we will do our best to support you. Find more English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

As an Implementation Engineer for Plaid Europe, you'll own customer integrations from the moment a contract is signed to the moment they're live in production and growing. You'll write the integration plan, run the kickoff, debug alongside the customer's engineers, validate their sandbox implementation, and see them through go-live, keeping their Account Manager up to date with notes that make the relationship easy to continue. You'll do the same for existing customers adding a new product, use case, or market. Solutions Architect

Zelara.aiBerlin, Germanyyesterday
Full TimeOn-siteMid
goarchitecturehubspotklaviyocrmsalesforce+4

About Zelara Most CRM marketing still blasts generic messages at scale and calls it "personalization." Our founders experienced this firsthand in senior roles at HelloFresh, Salesforce, Uber, and others. Backed by top-tier VCs, they decided to build a better way. Zelara is an agentic lifecycle marketing platform that improves with every interaction. It works with the CRM infrastructure our customers already use, replacing static journeys and manual segmentation with a system that creates content, makes individual-level decisions, and learns from every outcome. With bunq, Europe's second-largest neobank, we delivered +7.4% activation and +66% reactivation uplift, measured against a control group. We raised a €3M pre-seed and are generating revenue with paying enterprise customers. We are growing our Solutions Architecture team to make the path from integration to measurable value repeatable across more customers. The Role This is a deeply technical customer role centered on post-sales value realization, with involvement in pre-sales discovery. It is not reactive customer success, nor a pre-sales role that hands off at signature. You own technical value realization for a portfolio of customers, from discovery and onboarding through live experiments, measured results, and scaled adoption. You and the commercial lead run each account as a pair. They own pricing, contracts, expansion, and renewal. You own the technical plan and the evidence behind those decisions: before signature you lead technical discovery alongside them, after signature you are the customer's named technical lead for solution design, data mapping, the experiment plan, and go-live. There is no separate customer success manager; the two of you hold the whole relationship. Product, Engineering, and Science own the platform, the integrations, and the measurement standards. You turn their work into a working customer solution and bring them in when a requirement crosses those lines. Our customers are mid-market and enterprise B2C companies across Europe: fintech, e-commerce, travel, and employee benefits. What You Will Do Lead technical discovery before signature: how the customer makes money, which metric moves it, and what the pilot can credibly promise Own onboarding: align stakeholders, define the data mapping and acceptance criteria, and take the customer live on its existing CRM stack Design and pre-register each experiment to Zelara's scientific standards, because a success bar set after seeing the data is not a result Own the customer-facing readout: reconcile our analysis with the customer's data, and say clearly when the evidence is not decision-ready Enable the customer's team to run campaigns independently Partner with the commercial lead on annual contracts, expansion, and renewal Drive the product loop: turn recurring customer needs into product opportunities and research questions, backed by evidence from live accounts, and use agents to build the scripts and prototypes that unblock an account in the meantime Your First 90 Days 30 Days: Learn the platform and the portfolio, join the active accounts, and take over your first technical customer relationship. 60 Days: Lead one onboarding independently, with the integration, experiment design, and measurement plan agreed before launch. 90 Days: Own a small portfolio and deliver your first evidence-backed results readout. Who You Are You have led deployments, implementations, or technical accounts for mid-market or enterprise customers at a B2B SaaS company, and your work has influenced adoption, renewal, or expansion. You judge a customer's business before you design for it: which metric their leadership is held to, and what matters that nobody has said out loud. You have led real customer integrations and know that a successful import is not the same as usable data. You turn a business question into an analysis plan and understand experiments: control groups, effect sizes, statistical power, and why the design is frozen before it runs. You know the lifecycle marketing stack (Braze, Bird, Iterable, Klaviyo, Customer.io , Emarsys, HubSpot) and how a CRM team works inside it. You are credible with a Head of CRM and their data engineer in the same hour. You say the uncomfortable thing early, and a commitment with a date on it is a commitment. You are AI-native. A software engineering background is not required, but building with agents is: the script that reshapes a customer's export, the prototype that shows a CRM team what we mean. You are fluent in English. German is a strong advantage given our current market focus. Bonus You have run lifecycle or CRM programs in-house, so you know what we ask a customer's team to change. You have experience with experimentation platforms, bandits, or applied ML in production. You have converted pilots or POCs into multi-year contracts and can say what moved the decision. How We Work We are an AI-first team. We adopt what makes us faster and drop what does not, and we value evidence, speed, and clear ownership over process theater. What We Offer Work alongside founders who have built and sold an AI-driven SaaS business and led large-scale B2C operations from the customer's side of the table. A senior individual-contributor role in a small Solutions Architecture team, with real influence on how we deliver. Autonomy over onboarding, pilots, and technical value realization, and a tight working relationship with Product, Science, and Engineering. Direct access to real customers and real production data. Based in Berlin, with regular travel to European customers. A competitive salary and a meaningful equity stake. Your choice of a Deutschlandticket or bike subscription, plus a gym membership. Our Compass We are guided by four core values: Seek Truth: We ground decisions in evidence. When the facts change, we change our mind. Act with Integrity: We build trust through transparency, reliability, and ownership. Put Customers First: We succeed only when they succeed. Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
