Who We Are You've ordered dinner through Just Eat Takeaway. You've bought and sold on OLX. You've paid with PayU. Chances are, you've already used a Prosus company today. We are Prosus, a global technology company powering some of the world's leading lifestyle ecommerce businesses. Every day, billions of people across India, Latin America, Europe and beyond use our products and services to buy, sell, pay, connect and discover. Our AI-driven ecosystem spans 100+ companies across ecommerce, food delivery, fintech and experiences, serving billions of consumers worldwide. AI powers how we operate and innovate, with more than 60,000 active AI agents helping our teams build, scale and move faster. Through our investment team, we also back the founders and technologies shaping the future: From robotics and autonomous systems to synthetic biology and frontier AI. Guided by our five values Innovation, Results, People, Impact, and Entrepreneurship, culture is our competitive advantage. We thrive with experimentation; we build, we test, we learn, we iterate. Join us in shaping the future of technology at global scale. The Problem You'll Solve Prosus is building an AI-first future across a global portfolio that spans food delivery, e-commerce, fintech, and education. We invest over $100 million annually in AI, run 800+ models in production, and have deployed Toqan — our internal platform for building, testing, and deploying GenAI and agentic workflows — across the organisation. The scale of ambition is real; the challenge now is focus, coherence, and velocity. As Group Product Manager for our AI Platform, you will own the multi-year product strategy for the platform that underpins every AI initiative across Prosus. This means defining and sequencing the roadmap for agent infrastructure, evaluation frameworks, model deployment pipelines, and the shared capabilities that internal teams — from applied science to application engineering — rely on to build and ship AI products. You will balance long-term platform investments against the immediate, high-impact needs of teams across the portfolio who are racing to deliver. You will lead and mentor a team of product managers, instilling product discipline and building the PM talent pipeline that scales with the platform. You will partner closely with engineering and applied science leadership to shape the technical strategy — making the hard trade-offs between model performance, latency, cost, and reliability that determine what we can promise the business. And you will be the connective tissue: the person who turns ambiguous, fast-moving business needs into clear requirements, who aligns stakeholders across functions and geographies, and who ensures that what we build is not just technically impressive but adopted, trusted, and measurably impactful. Who You Are You are a senior product leader who has lived through the messy reality of building platform products for internal teams — and loved it. You measure your success not by features shipped but by the velocity and quality of the teams who build on top of your platform. You are deeply technical. You can engage substantively with engineering and applied science teams on model lifecycle, MLOps, evaluation frameworks, and infrastructure trade-offs — not as a bystander, but as a thought partner. You understand agentic architectures, LLM capabilities and limitations, and the operational realities of running AI in production at scale. You are a people leader. You have managed and mentored product managers, and you take genuine pride in their growth. You set strategic direction, coordinate overlapping roadmaps into a coherent plan, and create the clarity that lets your team operate with autonomy and purpose. You thrive in ambiguity. You have worked in fast-paced, high-scale environments where priorities shift and the path forward is not always clear. You do not wait for perfect information — you run rapid experiments, test hypotheses, and let data and user feedback guide the next step. You are a communicator. You can simplify complex technical concepts for executive leadership one hour and dig into detailed requirements with an engineering team the next. You build trust across functions and geographies, and you are as comfortable pushing back as you are building consensus. You are customer-obsessed — even when your customers are internal teams. You connect frequently with the people who use your platform, validate solutions through product discovery, and treat adoption as a first-class metric. What You Bring 8+ years in product management, with at least 3–5 years in formal people-management roles leading a team of product managers. Demonstrated success owning platform-level or infrastructure products used by internal teams — ideally including AI/ML platform capabilities, MLOps tooling, or developer-facing services. Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, and the model lifecycle (training, fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring) in production environments. Track record of defining and executing multi-year product strategies in fast-moving, high-scale environments. Technical Depth Ability to engage substantively with engineering and applied science teams on architectural decisions, infrastructure trade-offs, and AI system design. Familiarity with agentic workflows, agent frameworks, and the operational patterns that make AI agents reliable at scale. Strong data-driven decision-making: comfortable with analytics tooling, A/B testing, defining and tracking KPIs, and using metrics to measure adoption, accuracy, latency, and ROI. Experience with modern product and engineering tooling (e.g., Databricks, Jira, Confluence, Figma) and agile methodologies. Leadership & Influence Proven ability to mentor and grow product managers, instilling PM best practices and building talent pipelines. Stakeholder management across functions and geographies — aligning engineering, applied science, business teams, and executive leadership around a shared roadmap. A bias toward ownership: you take accountability for outcomes, protect your engineers' focus, and course-correct execution without waiting to be asked. Mindset Customer-first: you translate needs into technical requirements, push back when scope dilutes value, and advocate relentlessly for the people who use your platform. Comfort with ambiguity: you structure complex problems, propose pilots to validate direction, and create clarity for new and evolving teams. AI intuition: you stay current on models, frameworks, and evaluation methods — not as a researcher, but with the hands-on curiosity of a builder. Why Prosus? At Prosus, your colleagues include 60,000 AI agents… and your job is to figure out what that actually means. We're one of the largest operators of agentic AI on the planet, inside a $100B+ portfolio across 100+ companies and two billion people. The humans here own what AI can't do alone: judgment, creativity, and the call on what gets built next. Own the impact. Work the ecosystem. Earn your growth. Build with backing. About CreativeX CreativeX is B2B SaaS technology platform that helps global marketing teams make smarter creative decisions and elevate creative expression through the clarity of data. Our technology powers creative decision-making at some of the biggest brands in the world, including Google, Unilever, Pepsi, Bayer, Mondelez, Heineken, and more. We use computer vision and other machine learning techniques to extract creative data from our client's digital advertising copy and transform those previously dark signals into a standardised data model at industrial scale. This creates a new, unique and powerful first party data set that represents the last and most impactful untapped reservoir of advertising performance. That's because multiple studies have shown that the "Creative" itself is responsible for half of sales lift online, higher than reach, targeting, brand, & recency combined. But creative impact has always been the least analysed and least understood component of a complex set of marketing variables. This is the problem CreativeX is focussed on solving. We're an end-to-end solution to ingest, process, and analyse content at scale. We help brands isolate creative elements so they can be analysed against downstream ad impact metrics, from clickthrough rates to brand lift. Our objective is to help marketing organisations power every creative decision with data. Product Design Team As a Product Designer, you'll help shape the next generation of the CreativeX platform, taking problems from discovery through to shipped experiences across defined areas of the product. You'll be the design lead in a product trio alongside a Product Manager and an Engineering Lead, owning whether users want what we build and whether they can figure out how to use it, while sharing discovery, outcomes and trade-offs with your partners. CreativeX is a complex product with rich data, multiple user types and increasingly sophisticated AI capabilities, and as AI increases the volume and speed of creative production, you'll make that complexity work for marketers, helping them measure performance fast, find the patterns behind what's working and see whether their full set of ads is delivering the strategy. Our roadmap is framed as problems to solve, not screens to make, so we expect you to bring a point of view. Product Design is a small, hands-on team in a scale-up: you'll be trusted with real ownership early, and this hire is an important step in growing the team. What you will do Own design for defined product areas, from understanding the problem through to working with Product and Engineering to ship the right experience Get close to marketers and creative teams through customer conversations, research and usability testing, using what you learn to inform design decisions Partner with Product and Engineering in discovery to validate real problems, challenge assumptions and make sensible trade-offs between customer value, business needs and technical constraints Turn creative data, insights and AI-powered capabilities into intuitive workflows, dashboards and decision-making tools Design for the platform, not just the feature, building on existing patterns and connecting experiences across CreativeX Use and extend our design system, creating and documenting patterns and components so they're implemented consistently Raise the quality bar through strong interaction and visual design craft, and by giving and receiving feedback in critiques Learn from what you ship, using customer feedback, product data and research to improve the experience What success looks like In your first 90 days Learn the CreativeX platform, our customers and our design system, and work as the design lead in your product trio Take ownership of a defined product area and ship, or get build-ready, your first piece of work Contribute to our AI-powered product work and add to or improve patterns in our design system Join customer conversations and use what you hear to shape your design decisions In your first year Own design for one or more product areas, taking work from discovery through to launch with little direction Ship work you can point to, using customer feedback and product data to show whether it solved the problem Help build out new parts of our design system and make the product feel more coherent across areas Shape how design works at CreativeX as the team grows, including supporting newer designers Who you are 3–5 years of product design experience, with a portfolio that shows how you framed problems, explored options, made trade-offs and learned from what shipped Strong interaction and visual design craft, confident in Figma, prototyping and design systems, and familiar with Slack and Linear Experience using research, usability testing and customer feedback to inform design decisions A systems mindset and the ability to make complex information, workflows and data easy to understand Clear, collaborative communication: you challenge ideas constructively, take feedback well and know when to ship and learn Experience working closely with Product and Engineering in a product trio or small team, with real ownership Nice to have: B2B SaaS, data-heavy or analytics products; marketing, advertising or martech; AI-powered products; mentoring junior designers; scale-up experience At CreativeX, we encourage applicants of all backgrounds and identities to apply for roles that align with their own interests and career trajectory. If you fit the description above and see yourself in this role, we would love to see your application! Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship at this time. What we offer 🍎 Private Medical Insurance and Health Cash Plan ✈️ Generous time off + bank holidays 📚 Education budget to be used for individual learning experiences or grouped with your team for joint learning 🧘 Annual subscription to Calm and Headspace for your mental wellbeing 🎟 Monthly coaching to talk to a trained professional about career goals, relationships, and personal development 💵 Competitive salary including stock options, as we believe that everyone should have a stake in the business 🍼 4-month full pay parenting leave for all employees who have been with the company for one (1) year CreativeX provides equal employment opportunities for all applicants and employees. Wolt - EnglishLondon, United Kingdom3 days ago

About Wolt At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we're building the delivery of (almost) everything and you'll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn't always easy, but it's definitely exciting. Here you'll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You'll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you're a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. Join us in shaping the experience that millions of customers land on every time they open DoorDash, Wolt, or Deliveroo. As part of our Core Consumer organisation, our Homepage team owns one of the single biggest levers we have on what customers find and one of the hardest surfaces in the app to get right. Working at the intersection of ranking, personalisation, and AI/ML, you'll help decide what each customer sees and why, across three brands and dozens of markets. You'll be building on a global stack, and your roadmap will be a mix: global platform problems that apply worldwide, global capabilities we're accelerating into EMEA, and EMEA-specific problems worth solving properly rather than working around. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Homepage team. In this role, you'll shape how customers discover restaurants, grocery and retail venues, dishes and products — and help define what discovery looks like as AI-driven and agentic experiences change the way people decide what to order. What You'll Be Doing You'll be joining a team working on one of the most-used surfaces in the app. Here's what your day-to-day might look like: Building new end-to-end features and user experiences on Homepage that shape how customers discover restaurants, grocery and retail venues, dishes, and products. Working on ranking, personalisation, and AI/ML problems in the Homepage domain, including how we decide what each customer sees and why. Exploring where AI-driven and agentic experiences change the way customers discover what to order. Making discovery work across three brands and many markets, without flattening into one-size-fits-all. What You'll Need to Thrive Our ideal candidate will bring strong product judgment and curiosity to grow into the rest: Proven experience as a Product Manager on consumer-facing products - discovery, homepage, feed, or ranking-driven experiences are especially relevant. You are a product manager more than a feature owner. Someone who finds the customer problems that matter most and makes the case for solving them. You work backwards from the customer problem, and weigh it against what the business needs most right now. You're comfortable holding several business objectives at once and making a call when they pull in different directions. You work well with a wide range of stakeholders and build trust with people whose priorities differ from your own. You think strategically and can move between long-term direction and what we should ship next. You're comfortable with ambiguity and genuinely flexible (this industry is changing fast, AI most of all). You're curious about what AI actually changes for customers, and can tell real value from hype. Next steps The position will be filled as soon as we find the right person, so make sure to apply as soon as you realize you really, really want to join us! Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion We're committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That's why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel. Beware of recruitment scams: DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt will never ask you to pay money or share sensitive financial information during hiring — learn more about our legitimate recruiting process at Recruitment Scam Awareness - DoorDash . Senior QA Engineer - Berlin
Full TimeOn-siteSenior
javascripttypescriptswiftkotlincypressplaywright+3

About RA Resident Advisor has been a home for electronic music culture since 2001. Event discovery, ticketing, news and long-form editorial, artist profiles, original films, and a weekly mix series two decades deep. Around 7 million people use the web platform every month, with a wider audience across our apps and other channels. Underneath the platform sits a network of contributors and city managers across dozens of cities, which is how we stay connected to the scenes we cover rather than reporting on them from a distance. RA is 25 years old, independent, B.Corp certified and intent on being indispensable to the artists, promoters and audiences who make this culture. Purpose of the role As our Senior QA Engineer, you'll look after the quality of ra.co , our iOS and Android apps, and RA Scan, the app promoters use to scan tickets at the door. You'll work across five product teams. Each team writes and runs its own tests. You'll help them do it well, keep the automated test suites healthy, and test the riskiest releases yourself. Some of what we ship carries real risk: payments, checkout, and getting people into venues on the night. Other changes are a line of copy. You'll help us tell the two apart and test each one accordingly. We use AI tools across development, and you'll help the teams use them to write better tests, faster. Key responsibilities Keep the web end-to-end test suite healthy: fix flaky tests, add coverage for new features, and make sure a failing suite gets fixed quickly Grow automated testing for our iOS and Android apps and RA Scan with the app developers, so mobile tests run on every change Test high-risk releases yourself, such as payments and checkout, including edge cases and what happens when things fail Review the test plans teams write, and help them improve Use AI tools to write and maintain tests, help developers do the same, and check what the tools produce Brief our external testing partner and review the results they send back Report bugs clearly, and follow them through with developers and product managers Track a few simple measures, such as bugs that reach production and how reliable the automated tests are We're looking for Several years in QA or test engineering, typically four or more, testing web and mobile products Hands-on test automation: you've built and maintained automated tests that run in CI, for web (for example Playwright, Cypress or Selenium) and ideally mobile. We use XCUITest on iOS and Espresso with Kotlin on Android Enough coding to write and fix tests alongside developers, in a language such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Kotlin or Swift You can test APIs and check data with SQL Good judgement about risk: what to test deeply, what lightly, and what not at all You've used AI tools in your testing work, and know where they help and where they don't Clear writing: bug reports and test plans other people can act on If you meet most of these but not all, we'd still like to hear from you. Nobody arrives with all of it, and we'll help you grow into the rest. Nice to have CircleCI or a similar CI tool Working with an external testing partner Payments, checkout or ticketing systems Testing apps used at live events, with poor networks Test management tools such as Qase or TestRail What we offer you Generous annual leave policies aimed at promoting work-life balance. Matched pension, or 401k for US staff. Comprehensive staff wellbeing initiatives, featuring regular activities and workplace programmes to support mental and physical health. This includes discounted ClassPass memberships and custom-fitted earplugs. Company-led social events, team lunches, and discounts on merch. Paid annual volunteering allowance, encouraging contributions to community projects and charities you care about. A transparent internal company culture committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (see: https://ra.co/about/diversity ). Active involvement in community projects within the electronic music community (see: https://ra.co/about/community ). More about RA We are independent and we intend to stay that way. 25 years in, RA answers to the culture it came from rather than to outside stakeholders. That is what enables us to make decisions on a long-term basis. Our staff, contributors and international teams are not observers. They are part of the scenes we cover, and that is what we hire for. Craft first, and then a genuine stake in this music rather than just a job in it. RA has been B Corp certified since 2024, which holds us to standards on social and environmental impact we would want to meet regardless of the badge. We especially welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, abilities, ethnicities, experiences, gender identities, and sexual orientations. Our values Electronic music is art. We celebrate the progressive values that underpin electronic music. We advocate for a more inclusive and equitable electronic music community. We honour the past, present and future of electronic music. We use innovation to empower the community. We choose honesty over gain and purpose over profit. We're always front left. Listing details This role is a full-time, permanent position, based in Berlin. Please note: this position requires applicants to be based in Berlin and to work from the office three days per week. The annual salary range for this role is €60,000 to €72,000. If you have questions about the role, please contact Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

Your main focus will be on validating the integration between software and physical hardware: ensuring that our software interfaces correctly control, communicate with, and monitor equipment such as photon sources, laser control systems and other optical and electronic components. You will design and automate integration and end-to-end testing, while helping structure robust validation processes as Quandela moves from low-volume, highly complex systems toward more scalable and repeatable production. Experience with automated testing frameworks and reporting tools; experience with Behave and/or Allure is a plus. Experience working within structured software development and QA processes, including requirements traceability, documented testing, defect management and release validation. An interest in building and improving testing processes, rather than only executing existing test plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to produce clear and structured technical documentation. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Professional proficiency in English , both written and spoken. Experience in industrial environments such as robotics, embedded systems, scientific instrumentation, photonics, semiconductor equipment, medical devices, automotive, aerospace or other complex hardware/software systems would be particularly relevant. Knowledge of quality standards such as IEC 61508 or ISO 9001 would be appreciated but is not mandatory. An engineering degree or equivalent technical background is welcome, but we value relevant hands-on experience and demonstrated technical skills above all. Benefits Competitive salary, flexible based on your experience Profit-sharing & company savings plan 100% health coverage (Alan) 50% transport reimbursement or sustainable mobility bonus Meal vouchers (Swile), Gymlib fitness support Childcare assistance & referral bonuses (€1,000–€2,000) What we offer: A meaningful role with real ownership, from day one A team eager to collaborate and grow with you A hybrid work model (3 days/week onsite in Massy, 1 day in Paris, 1 to 2 days remotely) Daily exposure to the entire quantum stack — from high-level APIs to low-level firmware, and everything in between. Building the Future of Open Finance Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system. Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page to understand what drives us and how we work. The team Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients. Growth at Kraken is being rebuilt around an AI-native platform. Instead of people manually building audiences, writing copy, adjusting budgets, and scheduling sends, agents find opportunities, make decisions, and execute across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels. They learn from every result and keep going. People still run the system. Operators use a central hub to set the rules the agents follow, review and approve what they produce, and handle exceptions when something doesn't fit. The platform also has to work across many markets and languages, and it operates in a regulated industry, so there are compliance checks and approval steps built in. The team is a small, cross-functional group of growth, product, and engineering people who build this platform and run it day to day. We ship often, learn fast, and raise the quality bar with every release. You will work most closely with the engineers building the platform, the product team defining how operators use it, and the operators who rely on it every day. QA and operations is how the whole team knows the platform can be trusted. The opportunity You will own day-to-day operations and QA for our internal growth platform. You test it, catch problems before our customers do, keep approvals and exception queues moving, and report on how it's performing. You will work closely with product, engineering and operators to make sure the platform works and keeps working. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role. You will spend your days in the product, testing what's new, checking what should already work, and writing up what you find so it gets fixed. Test the platform regularly. Cover new releases, rule changes, and edge cases, and run regression checks to make sure existing features still work. Find bugs and document them clearly, with steps to reproduce, severity, and impact. Follow them through until engineering fixes them and you've verified the fix. Monitor platform performance and agent activity, flag anything that looks wrong, and escalate it to the right person. Work the approval queues daily. Keep items moving and make sure nothing is left unreviewed. Check agent output against defined checklists and standards, and escalate anything unclear or risky.Note where flows are confusing or inconsistent, and flag them to the team. Write and maintain documentation: test plans, QA checklists, runbooks, and release notes. What you bring Experience in QA, testing, operations, support, or analytics, ideally on a software product or complex system Exceptional attention to detail. You notice what others miss and double-check your work. A structured approach to testing. You can create and follow a test plan, and think about what could break. Clear written communication. Your bug reports and documentation should be easy for anyone to follow. Comfort with data. You can read a dashboard and tell when a number looks off. Fast learner. You pick up new tools and systems quickly and ask thoughtful questions. AI-native habits. You use AI tools in your own work every day, and you're curious about where they get things wrong. Prompt engineering curiosity, you don't need to be an engineer, but you are willing to learn how to communicate with AI systems precisely and improve their outputs Reliability. You keep to a routine, keep your queues clear, and tell people early when something is stuck. Nice to haves Experience testing software products or AI and LLM-based tools Familiarity with Jira, Mixpanel, or similar tools Exposure to marketing, CRM, or lifecycle messaging workflows Interest in fintech or crypto Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution. We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance. Our commitment Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto. We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision. As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.
