Role Description As the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing, you will own Dropbox's lifecycle marketing strategy across onboarding, engagement, retention, monetization, expansion, cross-sell, and re-engagement. You will lead a team of lifecycle marketers and build a portfolio of programs that help customers discover value, expand their use of Dropbox, and deepen their relationship with our products over time. This is a senior people leadership role with direct accountability for business outcomes. Partner with Product Growth, Product Marketing, Data Science, Marketing Operations, and other cross-functional teams to connect lifecycle communications with activation, in-product discovery, monetization, and expansion while maintaining clear ownership across teams. Establish a strong experimentation and measurement approach, using controlled tests, holdouts, cohort analysis, customer behavior, and revenue to determine what creates incremental impact. Build the operating model for lifecycle marketing, including prioritization, planning, governance, and the technical and data capabilities required to execute reliably at scale. Requirements 10+ years of experience across lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention, growth marketing, customer engagement, or closely related disciplines, ideally in a SaaS, subscription, or product-led business. Significant people-management experience, with a track record of hiring, coaching, and leading high-performing teams. Demonstrated experience setting lifecycle strategy and translating it into programs that improve customer adoption, retention, monetization, expansion, or revenue. Deep experience with customer segmentation, behavioral triggers, personalization, experimentation, and marketing automation. Strong technical fluency across CRM and lifecycle systems, customer data, campaign orchestration, measurement, deliverability, and related operational requirements. Strong business judgment and experience working across Product, Product Growth, Data Science, Marketing Operations, Engineering, and Product Marketing to turn complex inputs into clear priorities and decisions. Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Software-Focused)
ContractHybridSenior$31,000 - $36,000 / Year
pythontypescriptgoscalaawseks+14

We're looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer who brings strong software engineering skills and a deep understanding of production systems. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys building systems that make infrastructure more scalable, reliable, and easy to operate – using code, not runbooks. You'll work with a highly collaborative team to design and build the internal platforms that power all of Asana, from product features to AI systems to offline analytics. Our tech stack includes: AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), MySQL (RDS), OpenSearch, DynamoDB, Redis, Terraform, Datadog, TypeScript, Scala, Go, and Python. We're especially interested in people who think like backend engineers but care deeply about systems – things like failure modes, operational cost, debuggability, and performance. This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do, and your recruiter can share more about the in-office requirements. We offer a Contract of Employment (UoP) for our employees in Poland. What you'll achieve: Design and build frameworks, tools, and services that improve the reliability, observability, and scalability of Asana's infrastructure. Lead end-to-end projects, from scoping and design through to rollout, across multiple systems and teams. Improve the operability of stateful infrastructure like MySQL, OpenSearch, and DynamoDB – and help drive Asana's long-term vision for storage reliability. Debug production issues across the stack. Yes, there's an on-call rotation – but this isn't a pager monkey role. You're here to fix things properly and make sure they don't break again. Partner with product teams to shape a service-oriented architecture that enables fast, reliable development. Share knowledge through code reviews, design discussions, and mentorship. About you: Strong software engineering background – you're comfortable writing production code and designing systems (we use Go, Python, Scala, TypeScript). 5+ years of experience building and operating backend systems at scale. Familiarity with distributed systems and storage technologies (SQL, NoSQL, Search), especially in cloud environments. Experience with AWS services (e.g. RDS, EKS, IAM), Terraform, and monitoring tooling like Datadog or similar. Solid understanding of SRE principles (e.g. SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, incident response), but you approach reliability as a software problem first. Clear communicator and strong collaborator – you're comfortable navigating trade-offs with stakeholders across the stack. Important: If you're only comfortable with scripting, this isn't the right role . We're looking for engineers who build and ship real systems. Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making Why this role? Founding team: You'll be one of the first SREs in Warsaw – and a key player in a growing team. Drive real change: This isn't a role where you'll just patch up legacy systems. We are expecting (and supporting) real architectural changes to improve reliability, scalability, and long-term operability. Big impact: Our product is scaling fast, and reliability is a top company priority. Room to grow: As this team grows, so will your influence – whether you want to lead projects, mentor others, or help shape how we scale. Global collaboration : Work closely with experienced engineers in San Francisco, Reykjavik, and Warsaw, while helping build the future of SRE at Asana. What we'll offer: Generous, transparent and fair compensation system (base salary and generous Restricted Stock Unit for Asana Inc.). Contract of Employment ( with 50% tax deductible costs for author's rights usage for Engineers). Health insurance with dental and travel coverage (Lux Med). Lunch catering on the days that you work from the office. Career growth budget. Home office setup budget. Gym/Fitness reimbursement. Fertility healthcare and family-forming support with Carrot . Mental health support in Modern Health. Group life insurance. MacBooks with all necessary accessories. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 31,000 - 36,000 PLN gross monthly on the contract of employment (UoP). The actual base salary will vary based on various factors and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base compensation range for this role may be modified. Our total compensation consists of base salary and equity (RSUs). #LI-Hybrid #LI-AZ About us Asana is a leading platform for human + AI collaboration. Millions of teams around the world rely on Asana to achieve their most important goals, faster. Asana has been named to Fortune's Best Workplaces for 7+ years and recognized by Fast Company, Forbes, and Gartner for excellence in workplace culture and innovation. All full-time employees receive competitive base pay, benefits, and equity (RSUs) — because everyone who helps build Gusto should share in its success. Offer amounts are determined by role, level, and location. Learn more about our Total Rewards philosophy . AI is a fundamental part of how work gets done at Gusto. We expect all team members to actively engage with AI tools relevant to their role and grow their fluency as the technology evolves. AI experience requirements vary by role and will be assessed during the interview process. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced L4 People Technology Developer to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday solutions that power our HR and payroll processes. The ideal candidate brings advanced, wide-ranging Workday expertise, applies creative and effective solutions to complex business problems, and guides the development of new approaches and best practices. This role operates with a high degree of independence, mentors others on Workday functionality, and partners closely with the People Team, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure Workday delivers scalable, business-ready outcomes. About the Team: The People Operations, Services, and Technology team is transforming how Gusto supports its people by pairing cutting-edge AI with smart automation. We optimize workflows, enhance service delivery, and free up teams to focus on meaningful, high-impact work to support a more responsive, efficient, and future-ready people experience. Day To Day:   Workday Configuration & Enhancements Lead configuration of Workday modules (e.g., Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, HCM, Talent, Compensation) on complex business requirements, applying in-depth evaluation to determine optimal approaches. Architect and guide development of Workday Business Processes, calculated fields, condition rules, and security roles; exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques on new assignments. Lead evaluation and adoption of new features with each Workday release; identify creative solutions and guide policy development for optimization across modules. Reporting & Analytics Develop and own advanced, matrix, composite, and dashboard reports in Workday; apply in-depth analytical judgment to surface actionable workforce insights for senior stakeholders. Lead regression and functional testing for biannual Workday releases; determine procedures and guide team approach to ensure quality and business continuity. Collaboration & Support Network with key contacts across functions; adapt communication style to diverse audiences and frequently advise others—including senior partners—on complex Workday matters, using persuasion and judgment to drive alignment. Demonstrated ability to work on complex, ambiguous issues requiring in-depth evaluation; exercises independent judgment in selecting approaches, with work reviewed upon completion rather than in progress. Preferred Qualifications Workday certifications (Payroll, Absence, HCM, Benefits, Time Tracking, Reporting). Experience in HR, payroll, benefits, or related domains. Experience working in an agile environment; track record of guiding new policy development and mentoring junior team members on system best practices. Compensation: At Gusto, we strive to provide rewards that empower employees to achieve their financial and personal goals. We offer competitive compensation packages with a strong emphasis on equity based compensation (ownership in Gusto). To learn more about Gusto's compensation philosophy and benefits offerings please view our Total Rewards Approach page. Our cash compensation range for this role is $128,000/yr to $160,000/yr in Denver & most remote locations, and $154,000/yr to $193,000/yr in San Francisco, Seattle & New York. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above. At Gusto, we don't use titles the traditional way, as a signal of rank or hierarchy. Instead, our titles describe two things at once — your craft (what you do, e.g. Engineering, Design) and your scope of ownership (what you're accountable for) — which is why you'll see something like "Head of X" instead of a rank word like "Director" that tells you neither. Because of this, the title on this posting may look different from what you'd expect based on the scope and seniority of the role, and from how similar roles are typically titled elsewhere. If you have questions about how this role compares to your current title or level, your recruiter can help translate. Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale. Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.  When approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office, a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required. This includes non-office days for hybrid employees. Reliable, consistent presence: We expect regular and predictable attendance, whether you're working in-office, hybrid, or fully remote, so that you stay closely connected to your team, customers, and stakeholders in real time and ensure colleagues and customers receive the timely support and responsiveness they deserve. Our customers come from all walks of life and so do we. We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it's the right thing to do, but because it makes our company stronger. If you share our values and our enthusiasm for small businesses, you will find a home at Gusto.  Gusto is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Gusto considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Gusto is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. We want to see our candidates perform to the best of their ability. If you require a medical or religious accommodation at any time throughout your candidate journey, please fill out this form and a member of our team will get in touch with you. Gusto takes security and protection of your personal information very seriously. Please review our Fraudulent Activity Disclaimer . Personal information collected and processed as part of your Gusto application will be subject to  Gusto's Applicant Privacy Notice .
