About Us At The Pharmacy Hub , we collaborate with pharmaceutical brands, manufacturers, health brands, telemedicine providers, and healthcare companies to deliver essential products directly to patients. Our expertise allows us to seamlessly distribute pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and other healthcare products to consumers, ensuring greater accessibility and convenience. About the role We are looking for a senior technical product manager who has built or led healthcare software at scale and wants to own the technology that powers healthcare delivery nationwide. This role is the connective tissue between our technical stack and the rest of the business. Reporting to the CTO, you own the full stack from prescription to a patient's door, and you translate between engineering, finance, account management, and clients so the product solves the right problems. As we grow, you are positioned to build and lead the product function. What you will own The full technology stack. The systems that run fulfillment end to end, pharmacy management, e-prescribing rails, and the data stack. You own every build-vs-buy call and keep building to improve it. The order lifecycle. How an order moves from prescription to shipment, including the edge cases that decide whether a patient gets care on time. Internal tooling and automation. The products that let ops and pharmacy manage every order with full visibility and act independently, and the judgment for where automation creates the most leverage. Metrics, reporting, and updates. Define the KPIs that measure the tech team's health, report on them to leadership monthly, and keep users aware of deliverables and updates as they ship. Reliability and compliance. Performance that holds as volume grows, with observability, auditability, and compliance built in from the start. Qualifications 3+ years in product management, including hands-on experience building technical or platform products in pharmacy, telemedicine or virtual care, healthcare supply chain and logistics, or another regulated, high-volume environment. Built or led healthcare software at scale. You have owned or built the technology behind a high-volume pharmacy, telemedicine, or healthcare logistics operation, not just used it. Technical background. A CS or engineering degree, or equivalent hands-on experience. Fluent in APIs, integrations, event-driven systems, and data models. You write the spec, read the schema, and hold your own with engineering. End-to-end command of the prescription order lifecycle: e-prescribing, adjudication, dispensing, shipping, and refills. Analytics on your own steam. SQL fluency to pull the data and settle the argument yourself. Business, ecosystem, and cross-functional fluency. You read the business logic and model as fluently as the schema, know how product choices move AR/AP, client satisfaction, and cost, and turn technical constraints into plain language that builds consensus across finance, account management, and clients. Bias to action. You ship, you own the outcome, you get it done. Bonus: Surescripts / NCPDP integration experience, multi-tenant or white-label platforms, and building with AI as a real collaborator (bring a repo, PRD, or prototype). How we work This is 100% onsite role. No hybrid or remote options are available. We understand a process deeply before we automate it. Ownership is clear, standards are high, and we say the hard thing early. None of this is easy, but it is work that will help reshape how care is accessed and delivered. If bureaucracy is your comfort zone, this will not feel like home. To apply: send a note, your resume, and one thing you have shipped that you are proud of. Pay Range: $120,000 USD - $300,000 USD The Pharmacy Hub Cares: Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) plan that matches 100% up to 4%, with immediate vesting 7 Holidays + Paid Time Off Accrual + Rollover Plan Commitment matters at The Pharmacy Hub! We're looking for a Technical Sr. Product Manager to identify and own our highest-leverage partner-facing product opportunities, from zero to one. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in ambiguity. You define the roadmap. About Fervo Energy Fervo Energy (NASDAQ: FRVO) is a modern power company developing next-generation geothermal resources to meet the growing demand for affordable, reliable, 24/7 carbon-free energy. Our mission is to transform geothermal into America's most dependable and affordable source of clean, around-the-clock power. By combining innovations in horizontal drilling, fiber-optic sensing, and advanced reservoir engineering, Fervo has developed a repeatable approach to building utility-scale enhanced geothermal systems. Our flagship Cape Station development in Utah is planned to deliver 500 MW of firm, carbon-free power, and we are advancing a development pipeline of more than 50 GW. Join us and work alongside world-class engineers, geoscientists, operators, project builders, and business leaders working to make geothermal a cornerstone of a more reliable, affordable, and sustainable energy future. Position Description The Senior Technical Product Manager, Internal Software will lead the development of internal software tools across Fervo. This role is the connective tissue between our internal users and the engineers building the tools they need, turning ambiguous internal needs into clear, actionable product requirements. Unlike a traditional product role focused on external customers, you will work across engineering, construction, drilling, completions, supply chain, finance, and operations to understand how work gets done and to identify the workflows that slow execution. The ideal candidate is a deeply technical product manager, or a former software engineer who can code, partner credibly with engineers, and move comfortably between product strategy and software execution. Experience in geothermal, energy, drilling, or construction is not required. In the near term, this role will own product direction, technical scoping, delivery, adoption, and build-vs-buy decisions, and over time has the potential to evolve into leadership of Fervo's internal software development team as the function scales. Beyond strong software judgment and product instincts, the ideal candidate brings comfort with ambiguity and the ability to build useful tools quickly in a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities Product Ownership: Own internal software product development from idea to adoption. Work closely with teams across Fervo to understand their workflows, pain points, operating rhythms, and decision-making needs, and translate ambiguous business problems into clear product requirements, technical specs, user stories, and success criteria. Design for a connected software ecosystem rather than one-off applications, ensuring tools integrate with existing systems, data sources, and future internal platforms. Measure success through adoption, workflow improvement, and business impact, not just shipped features. Engineering Partnership: Partner closely with software engineers, contractors, and technical partners to scope, sequence, and deliver internal tools. Bring enough software fluency to evaluate technical tradeoffs, ask tough questions, and make pragmatic implementation decisions. Write clear technical product requirements, and own delivery cadence, backlog management, sprint planning, stakeholder updates, and risk escalation. Contribute technically when helpful, especially in early prototyping, agentic coding workflows, technical review, or lightweight implementation support. Tools for Fast-Moving Teams: Develop software that improves how Fervo manages complex work across engineering, construction, project execution, documentation, scheduling, modeling, procurement, and operations. Identify where teams rely on manual processes, disconnected data, or inefficient tools, and build products that are simple, usable, and practical. Sit with users before and after launch, and create feedback loops that drive continuous product improvement. Build-vs-Buy Decisions: Audit Fervo's current internal software stack and identify where existing tools are sufficient, where they need better integration, and where purpose-built software would create meaningful leverage. Recommend build, buy, integrate, or retire decisions based on business value, implementation cost, maintainability, and long-term scalability. Serve as Fervo's internal expert on the resource requirements and tradeoffs of developing software in-house, avoiding both overbuilding and tolerating broken workflows. AI-Enabled Workflows: Partner with Fervo's AI and machine learning team to integrate internal data, models, and automation into the tools you build. Identify practical, high-value opportunities for LLMs and agentic workflows to reduce repetitive manual work, including document parsing, report generation, data entry, workflow automation, and decision support. Use modern coding and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate prototyping and delivery. Building the Software Function: Establish an early operating model for internal software development at Fervo, including product and delivery practices that future engineers, product managers, and software leaders can build upon. Help determine which capabilities should be built internally versus contracted externally over time and, as the function proves value, help build and potentially lead a small internal software development team serving the broader company. Qualifications Required 6+ years of experience across software engineering, technical product management, internal tools, platform product, software delivery, or related roles Prior experience as a software engineer, technical founder, technical product manager, engineering lead, or similarly hands-on software builder Ability to code well enough to prototype, evaluate implementation tradeoffs, and work credibly with software engineers Experience owning software products or tools from discovery through launch and iteration Strong product judgment: able to translate user pain points into clear requirements, prioritize competing needs, and define success Experience working directly with end users to understand workflows, gather feedback, and drive adoption Strong execution orientation: able to manage ambiguity, sequence work, unblock progress, and ship quickly Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with limited structure and high ownership Clear written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate tradeoffs, risks, and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Experience building internal tools, scheduling software, enterprise applications (such as ERP), operational systems, or platform products Experience in a startup, scale-up, or small high-ownership technical team Experience working with or managing software engineers, contractors, or technical vendors Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar platforms Experience integrating software with third-party systems, APIs, databases, internal data platforms, or business applications Experience supporting teams that manage complex operational workflows, such as construction, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, or capital projects Interest in eventually helping build and lead an internal software development team Location This role may be based in Fervo's Houston, TX or Oakland, CA office. Hybrid work is available. Some travel between Fervo offices and project sites may be encouraged. Compensation Fervo provides a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, short-term and long-term disability, flexible paid time off, and paid parental leave. Additionally, Fervo offers an incentive stock options program, a bonus incentive program, and a 401(k) plan with an employer match. Fervo Energy is providing the compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that the company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and geographic location. Expected Salary: $180,000 – $250,000 based on location and experience. Fervo Energy reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law. Benefits & Perks Fervo offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial well-being, and life outside of work. Benefits for eligible employees include: Medical, dental, and vision plan options Employer-paid basic life insurance and short-term and long-term disability coverage A 401(k) plan with up to 6% match Flexible paid time off and paid parental leave Family-building, fertility, hormonal health, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting support through Carrot A dependent care FSA for eligible child and elder care expenses An annual Lifestyle Spending Account for eligible wellness expenses, including fitness, financial planning, pet insurance, and pet care Employee ownership opportunities through Fervo's Employee Stock Purchase Program, as well as LTI and bonus opportunities for eligible roles Benefits and programs are subject to eligibility requirements and may change. Our Workplace Fervo Energy highly values having employees work in the office to foster collaboration and strengthen our company culture. This role follows a hybrid schedule, with team members expected to work in the office three days per week. Fervo considers this in-office schedule an essential function of the role. Your recruiter can share more information about the schedule. Equal Opportunity Employer Fervo Energy is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, gender, religion, marital status, registered domestic partner status, age, national origin, ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, sex, genetic information, sexual orientation, military or veteran status, or any other consideration made unlawful by federal, state, or local law.
