What is Flagstone? Flagstone is many things. An online savings platform, reinventing how individuals, businesses, and charities manage, protect, and grow their cash. A diverse group of people, bound by a collaborative spirit, and shared purpose. And lastly, a thriving, profitable business – where smart people do their best work. Each definition shares a common thread: our unique culture. It's our pride and joy. And our competitive advantage. A feel for our culture: To revolutionise the savings market, we need to be at our best. But high performance takes more than talent – it takes a culture of kindness, respect, and growth. That's why we're building a diverse, inclusive community, where your voice is heard and valued. Where, with close support and room to develop, you can surpass even your own expectations. And be rewarded for it. We may not change the world, but we can change the world of financial technology. And all it takes is a winning mix of drive, talent, and empathy. Our culture celebrates all three. But enough about us. Let's talk about you. Does this sound like you? You're a senior digital marketing leader who has owned strategy at scale, you're as comfortable presenting to executives as you are getting hands-on with performance data. You know how to turn insight into clear commercial decisions and how to build and develop a high-performing team, and you have the credibility to keep digital front and centre in senior conversations. You're also curious about how AI is changing search, and ready to grow your expertise as it evolves. What you'll do You'll report to the Head of Digital and CRM and own our digital marketing strategy and implementation from end to end. As the senior strategic voice for digital, you'll turn data and market insight into a clear, commercially led strategy, and make sure every channel and partner delivers to a high standard. You'll also be the link between digital performance and the wider business, keeping digital front and centre in executive decision-making. This will include: Owning digital marketing strategy and delivery across all channels, including AI and LLM search visibility, so our approach is joined up and commercial wherever Flagstone shows up Managing our agency and external partner relationships, including performance, commercial terms, and governance Shaping what we need from our marketing technology stack as the landscape evolves Using data and digital expertise to plan budgets, set channel strategy, and guide investment, turning performance insight into clear commercial outcomes Giving senior leaders clear, credible, and timely updates on digital performance and strategy Building and developing a high-performing digital team, with the capability, structure, and culture to make digital a key driver of Flagstone's long-term growth strategy What you'll bring Substantial experience in a senior digital marketing leadership role, with hands-on expertise across digital channels and agency management A track record of setting and delivering digital strategy at scale Strong commercial and data skills, with the ability to turn performance data into clear recommendations and sound investment decisions Confidence and credibility when presenting digital performance and strategy to senior leaders and executives Proven people leadership experience, with a track record of managing, developing, and growing high-performing teams Working knowledge of AI and large language model (LLM) search visibility, or the drive to build this expertise quickly as the landscape evolves Experience of thriving in a high-growth, ambitious business, with financial services experience helpful but not essential How we reward you: At Flagstone, the benefits extend beyond false gifts like "fruit and snacks". Instead, we invest in your health, wealth, and professional development. Here's a selection of our benefits: Hybrid working - Spend at least 1 day a week with your team in our collaborative London office Competitive bonus scheme - designed to reward and recognise high performance Flexible benefits budget - a pot to fund meaningful benefits for you, whether it's hormone or fertility testing, cancer screening, neuro-diversity coaching or something that matters for you. medical codingcrmsalesonboarding

At Parallel, we build AI agents to help healthcare facilities automate their administrative processes and unlock additional revenue, starting with medical coding. Today, up to 25% of healthcare spending is lost in manual, repetitive administrative work. Legacy software hasn't helped, it's made things slower, more complex, and more frustrating for care teams. We believe AI agents can change that. Our technology combines Large Language Models with system-level automation to handle real work inside existing hospital tools. No integrations, no disruption. Our first agent automates coding workflows and frees up time for medical staff to focus on patients. We launched in 2024, are backed by top investors (Index, Frst, Y Combinator, Hexa, Kima Ventures, Better Angle), and we're just getting started. The future of healthcare isn't just digital — it's automated. Come help us build it ! Context We've closed a $20M Series A with Index Ventures and we're deployed in 40+ hospitals across France, with international expansion underway. Our product works, our clients are happy, and the pipeline is growing — but our marketing function doesn't exist yet. This is our first marketing hire. You'll build the function from scratch and report directly to Paul (our CEO), working closely with Victoire on everything that touches Sales. Your mission Build Parallel's marketing from zero: give us real visibility in the healthcare market, and equip our Sales team with the assets they need to close. Outcomes In your first 3 months Parallel has a consistent LinkedIn presence — at least 3 posts a week, founders included Sales has a complete asset library: an up-to-date deck, a one-pager, objection-handling materials A newsletter is live and sent regularly to prospects and clients In your first 6 months Parallel is present and visible at 2–3 key healthcare industry events (SantExpo or equivalent) A content pipeline is running: case studies, op-eds, product announcements Client communication is structured: onboarding emails, release notes, an upsell narrative in place In your first 12 months Parallel is a recognized voice in hospital digital transformation — prospects have heard of us before the first Sales call, and inbound starts coming in organically You you are : This job is for you if: You write well in French and English, and you can get to the point You can produce visuals on your own, without waiting on a designer You're comfortable with email/CRM tools You know how to prioritize in a fast-moving, still-unstructured environment You're curious about the healthcare sector Above all: strong writing, sharp synthesis, and proactivity — these aren't negotiable You'll be embedded in the Sales team, reporting to Paul. There's no fixed plan to hire someone under you on day one, but managing a freelancer or intern down the line is on the table if it makes sense — to free up your time for higher-impact work, not as a given. Hiring process Chat with Wallerand our recruiter - 30' Victoire our Sales Lead - 30' Case study, on-site + Chat with paul Paul - 1h30 Ref calls Offer Why should you join us? You're the first marketing hire — everything you build, from positioning to process, is yours to define Direct access to the CEO and a real seat at the table on Sales-impact decisions No promises on progression, but a real trajectory if you prove your impact Competitive salary + equity, Alan, Swile, and Apple equipment A product that already works, real clients, and a market (hospital finance) where the upside is enormous We care about who you are, not just what's on your CV. If you're drawn to what we're building but don't meet every requirement, we still want to hear from you. Studies show that women in particular tend to apply only when they meet 100% of the criteria. If that's you, please don't let that hold you back. We'd love to receive your application. Find Jobs in France on Arbeitnow
