The Mission We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and highly proactive Operations Analyst to join our Service Delivery Operations team. This role operates at the intersection of workforce planning, staffing, capacity management, delivery operations, and operational intelligence. The Operations Analyst will help translate business demand into workforce and operational decisions by analyzing capacity, skills, utilization, pipeline, delivery needs, and operational risk. You will partner across Delivery, Sales, Talent, Finance, and other business functions to identify constraints, surface risks, recommend actions, and drive decisions through execution. This role will increasingly focus on exception management, analytical judgment, workforce optimization, and decision support rather than transactional coordination and manual reporting. The ideal candidate is a strong critical thinker who can operate independently in ambiguity, connect information across multiple parts of the business, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and turn data into clear recommendations and action. Your Assignment Manage day-to-day operational activities for an assigned area of the business, developing a strong understanding of its demand, workforce, capacity, staffing needs, delivery risks, and business priorities. Analyze demand, capacity, skills, utilization, availability, pipeline, bench, and delivery requirements to identify risks, constraints, opportunities, and recommended actions. Manage staffing and resource-allocation workflows from demand identification through assignment, applying established governance while balancing customer needs, skills alignment, utilization, and enterprise capacity. Partner with Delivery, Sales, Talent, Finance, and other stakeholders to translate business demand into workforce plans and provide data-driven staffing, capacity, and hiring recommendations. Identify and proactively escalate capacity constraints, staffing conflicts, bench risk, skills gaps, forecast variance, and other operational exceptions with recommended actions—not simply status updates. Develop and maintain workforce and operational intelligence that enables leadership to understand trends, risks, tradeoffs, and decisions required across the business. Use AI, automation, analytics, and operational systems to reduce manual work, improve data quality, identify patterns, and increase the speed and quality of operational decision-making. Identify, design, and implement process and workflow improvements that increase scalability, accountability, and operational effectiveness. Maintain strong operational governance and data integrity across staffing, capacity, forecasting, project lifecycle, and delivery systems. Support end-to-end delivery operations, including Sales-to-Delivery transitions, resource planning, staffing assignments, project setup and closeout, and engagement data integrity. Own recurring capacity, staffing, and forecasting reviews for assigned business areas, ensuring leadership receives decision-ready insights rather than transactional reporting. Work independently within established operating frameworks, proactively resolving issues and escalating exceptions that require broader business tradeoffs or leadership decisions. Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. 3–5 years of experience in an operations, resource management, workforce planning, staffing, or capacity planning role within a consulting or professional services environment. Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze business problems, identify root causes, evaluate tradeoffs, and recommend appropriate actions. Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting utilization, capacity, availability, demand, pipeline, forecasting, and other operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Demonstrated ability to work independently, operate effectively in ambiguity, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and proactively drive work through resolution. Strong business judgment and communication skills, with the ability to connect information across functions and translate data and findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders and leadership. Experience with professional services and resource management systems such as Certinia PSA and Salesforce, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with AWS, cloud consulting, or technology professional services environments. Familiarity with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI. Exposure to GenAI and automation tools used to improve operational workflows, analysis, or decision-making. Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel. Benefits Pay in USD 100% remote work Generous holidays and flexible PTO Competitive phantom equity Paid for exams and certifications Peer bonus awards State of the art laptop and tools Equipment & Office Stipend Individual professional development plan Annual stipend for Learning and Development Work with an amazing worldwide team and in an incredible corporate culture NOTE: This position requires current legal authorization to work in the country where this position is located. The Mission This role is a Functional Consultant - Contact Center focused on contact center modernization, responsible for leading discovery workshops with customer stakeholders and translating business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Amazon Connect implementations. They use call listening and interaction analysis as a core discovery method, mining recorded voice and chat data to surface undocumented processes, score quality, and root-cause self-service containment failures, then convert those findings into AI agent scripts, process maps, and prioritized improvement recommendations. Serving as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders and Caylent's delivery team, they own BRDs, traceability matrices, and UAT facilitation while also mentoring junior BAs and contributing reusable discovery assets to strengthen the CXE practice. Requirements & Discovery Leads structured elicitation workshops with client stakeholders (contact center operations, IT, compliance) to document current-state processes, pain points, and target-state workflows, then breaks business requirements into discrete, ID-tagged functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria before design work is scheduled. Maps legacy contact center processes (e.g. Avaya, Genesys, NICE) to Amazon Connect capabilities, identifying gaps, configuration options, and where custom development is required - favoring configuration over customization. Builds and maintains the live link between every requirement ID, the design decision addressing it, the epic/story implementing it, and the test case validating it. Runs the review gate before design starts and the verification gate before release (i.e. no ticket enters a sprint, and no story closes, without a traced requirement ID) Owns the intake of requirement changes, logs impact to the RTM, and hands schedule/budget impact to the technical PM rather than letting scope drift silently.. Runs requirement walkthroughs with architects and engineers before design starts, and with QA before test design - catching ambiguity before it becomes code. Caring deeply about our customers is one of our favorite Ashby Operating Principles in Support. As we continue to grow our Product Support Team with the customer experience at the heart of everything we do, we're excited to hire our first Manager of Product Support in the APAC region. In this role, you'll lead an incredible group of Technical Support Specialists, collaborate closely with a high-performing team of Support Managers, and help shape how we scale exceptional customer support globally. About this role: This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a region. As our first regional manager in APAC, you won't just be managing a team. You'll be building and shaping how Support operates within an emerging region. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, has a passion for building and can balance strategic foresight with operational execution. You'll need to be both a strong advocate for our customers and for your team, as we continue to grow Support in line with our ambitious company goals. You will partner with other Support leaders and Support Engineers to develop and implement effective support strategies, monitor key performance indicators, and resolve escalated customer issues. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and the broader Customer Success Teams to address customer needs, maintain support documentation, and uplevel the customer experience. You will stay current with industry trends to continuously improve support processes, foster a positive team environment, and drive professional growth and development within the support team. When you start, you'll work closely with our Director of Support, and alongside our Head of Support and VP of Customer Success . You'll inherit a team of ~5 Product Support Specialists and will grow this team further once you're ramped. ABOUT NASH Nash is last-mile delivery infrastructure. We help the world's largest retailers and commerce companies orchestrate, optimize, and manage their delivery operations. Founded in San Francisco in 2021, backed by Andreessen Horowitz and Y Combinator, Nash works with enterprise customers across North America, Europe, APAC, and the Middle East. Our platform sits at the center of complex delivery operations: connecting carriers, optimizing routes, managing fleets, and giving operators the visibility and control they need to run delivery at scale. We're not a marketplace. We're the infrastructure layer that makes the whole system work. Every enterprise customer presents a different operational reality. A grocery chain running same-day delivery from hundreds of stores has different constraints than a retailer consolidating three carrier networks into one. Nash doesn't sell a fixed product off a price sheet. We design and configure the system around how each customer actually operates, then deploy with dedicated engineering and product support. THE OPPORTUNITY Nash's ANZ business is anchored by some of the region's largest retail and grocery brands: multi-product, multi-year partnerships in which delivery is core infrastructure. This role owns a small number of those relationships in full. In International, customer success and solutions consulting are one seat. The person who designs the technical approach in a deal runs the launch that follows, then manages the account through adoption, performance, and renewal. You'll carry two to three enterprise accounts and the launches that come with them, from the sales cycle through go-live to the multi-year account work after it. This is one of two seats we're opening now in an established ANZ team, alongside two colleagues already in the role. The accounts are large, the operations are complex, and the customer expects the person across the table to know their delivery operation as well as they do. WHAT YOU'LL DO LEAD TECHNICAL DISCOVERY AND DESIGN Own the technical and operational depth in enterprise sales cycles for your accounts. Run discovery with the customer's engineering and operations teams, define the integration approach, configure the demonstrations and pilots that validate it, and resolve questions on architecture, data, and scale before they reach contract. The designs you produce become the launches you run, so they need to be correct at the point of proposal. RUN LAUNCHES FROM SIGNATURE TO STEADY STATE Own implementations for your accounts: requirements, configuration, integration, cutover, operator training, go-live, and the stabilization period that follows. Coordinate the customer's stakeholders and Nash's central engineering and specialist teams where a build requires them, and remain accountable for delivery performance until the operation runs without intervention. MANAGE THE BOOK Build durable relationships across your accounts, from the operators running stores and fleets to the executives funding the roadmap. Run the operating rhythm: business reviews, success plans, escalation paths. Track adoption, delivery performance, and platform health, and use them to identify what is underused, what is underperforming, and where the next workstream should be. This role carries no quota. Commercial expansion is owned by sales; this role owns the relationship, the adoption that justifies expansion, and the renewal. FEED THE ROADMAP Represent your customers inside Nash. Identify which gaps recur, which requests reflect one account's configuration versus a regional pattern, and what would change a customer's cost structure if Nash built it. Turn account knowledge into specific, prioritized product requests. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE First 6 months: Full ownership of your accounts, with operating rhythms running and stakeholder maps built At least one launch run from signature to steady state Your technical designs in the proposals for every active deal on your accounts Account health reporting that internal teams use First 12 months: Measurable adoption and delivery performance gains across your accounts Renewals delivered and expansions landed in partnership with sales Improvements to how ANZ runs accounts, adopted across the team WHO YOU ARE You have 5+ years in customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, or product roles in SaaS or logistics, and you've managed large, complex customer relationships with commercial outcomes attached: renewals, renegotiations, expansions, or major implementations delivered. You are technically capable of running the design half of this role. You can lead discovery with an engineering team, define an integration approach, write basic SQL, and troubleshoot a configuration issue before escalating it. You may have started as an engineer or product manager; either way, you're comfortable in the technical detail. You understand delivery operations. You know why completion rate, cost per order, and ETA accuracy move the way they do, and you can explain it to an executive in a sentence. You communicate quickly, clearly, and concisely, and you're as comfortable with an engineering team as with a C-suite. You handle ambiguity well. The team has an established way of running accounts, but the accounts are large, the product moves quickly, and you will regularly do things for the first time. This role is probably not right for: Customer success managers whose job has been renewals and quarterly reviews, with a separate technical team doing the design and implementation. Here that work is yours. HOW THIS ROLE WORKS You join Nash's ANZ team alongside two colleagues already in the role, the regional sales lead, and the regional sales team, with direct access to Nash's product and engineering teams. The role reports to the VP & GM, International. Nash is a startup. The team is lean. You'll have significant autonomy and direct access to Nash's founders, product leaders, and engineering team, and you'll be in product discussions regularly, shaping what Nash builds based on what you learn in your accounts. The role is based in Sydney, hybrid, with travel to customer sites across Australia and New Zealand. Scope grows with the book: more accounts, larger launches, and regional responsibility over time. Posted by NASH DELIVERY TECHNOLOGIES AUSTRALIA PTY LTD ABN: 86 662 959 766 More about Nash Nash is the platform that powers modern logistics. Commerce has inverted. For decades, customers came to where products and services were. Now products and services come to them, on their terms, in real time. That shift has turned every company into a logistics company, even though almost none of them were built to be one. Couriers, fleets, gig workers, parcel carriers, in-store labor, and increasingly autonomous systems all have to be coordinated in real time, against tighter windows and rising expectations, with hard-fought customer trust on the line. Nash unifies decisioning, execution, and capacity into a single programmable platform. Real-time, AI-native intelligence determines what should happen, operational control executes it, and the platform dynamically orchestrates capacity from any source: a company's own fleets, partners, or the Nash delivery network. Whether a job involves a courier, a gig driver, an internal fleet, a store employee, a technician, or an autonomous vehicle, Nash selects the right resource and manages execution through completion. We power delivery and logistics for some of the most recognizable brands in commerce, including Walmart, Urban Outfitters, 7-Eleven, and Woolworths, alongside platforms like Shopify and Toast. Over the next decade, logistics will become as foundational to commerce as payments, cloud, and connectivity. Nash is the platform that powers it. Nash was founded in 2021 by Mahmoud Ghulman (2x Founder, MIT) and Aziz Alghunaim (2x Founder, 2x YC, Ex-Palantir, MIT) and is backed by Y Combinator, a16z, and other top investors. We are headquartered in San Francisco. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. We're looking for a Technical Implementation Account Manager (TAM) to support our customers as a trusted partner and problem-solver, blending strong relationship management with a growing understanding of ClickUp's platform and capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, solution strategy, and technical enablement, contributing to long-term growth, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. This role operates in an AI-native environment, and we expect TAMs at this level to use AI tools as a daily multiplier across account preparation, workflow analysis, solution design, follow-through, and customer enablement. TAMs at this level manage a defined book of business and own day-to-day execution for their accounts, while working closely with more senior TAMs and cross-functional partners on complex initiatives. You'll use established frameworks, playbooks, and templates to guide onboarding and adoption, monitor account health, and help ensure stakeholders see continuous value throughout their lifecycle. At the L04 level, success means not just understanding AI-enabled features, but showing sound judgment in when and how to use AI to improve execution quality, speed, and customer outcomes. Technical Account Managers are responsible for delivering measurable value and driving meaningful business outcomes across their customer portfolio by focusing on: Customer Enablement & Onboarding: Supporting customers through onboarding and implementation for assigned customers, following established discovery frameworks and implementation plans. Account Health & Engagement: Monitoring adoption and account health within your book, executing standard plays to drive engagement, and escalating risks appropriately. Process Optimization & Solution Design: Collaborating with customers to understand key workflows and configure ClickUp solutions using established best practices, templates, and guidance from senior TAMs. Innovation Adoption & Workflow Automation: Guiding customers in adopting relevant features, including AI and automation, primarily by implementing standard patterns and documented workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes. AI-Native Execution: Using AI in your own day-to-day workflow to synthesize discovery, accelerate account preparation, improve documentation quality, draft clearer recommendations, and increase the consistency and speed of customer follow-through while maintaining strong judgment and accuracy. Core Responsibilities: New Customer Onboarding Support end-to-end onboarding and implementation of ClickUp for assigned customers using established discovery frameworks, templates, and project plans. Translate functional and technical requirements into ClickUp solutions for standard use cases under the guidance of more senior TAMs when needed. Guide customers through setup, integrations, and change management fundamentals, escalating complex scenarios appropriately. Use AI-assisted workflows where appropriate to prepare for discovery, summarize implementation decisions, and improve the speed and quality of customer follow-up. Account Health Management Monitor health for your book of business, including utilization, key feature adoption, and champion/stakeholder engagement. Execute standard adoption plays and account review cadences to maintain or improve health, leveraging existing playbooks and frameworks. Identify risks early and partner with senior TAMs and account teams to build and execute recovery plans. Run recurring meetings with your accounts, sharing usage summaries, recommended next steps, and capturing follow-ups. Connect AI adoption, automation usage, and workflow improvements to measurable customer outcomes such as efficiency gains, stakeholder adoption, and expansion signals. Workflow Mapping (IER Framework) Conduct Intake → Execution → Reporting (IER) cycles for core customer workflows using established discovery guides and templates. Recommend optimizations based on documented best practices and apply workflow templates to support scale and consistency. Maintain clear documentation of customer workflows, data models, and configuration decisions following team standards. Use AI to help analyze repetitive workflow patterns, identify process friction, and sharpen recommendations — while validating outputs before using them with customers. AI Enablement & Agent Deployment Support adoption of ClickUp AI across relevant customer workflows by configuring and testing standard AI workflows and automations aligned to published best practices. Provide training and consultation on how to use existing AI and automation patterns; escalate novel or complex use cases to senior TAMs or specialists. Track and report AI usage and credit consumption against plan, surfacing straightforward opportunities to deepen adoption. Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, usefulness, and business relevance before sharing recommendations or enabling them in customer workflows. Help customers move from feature awareness to practical workflow transformation by identifying where AI can remove manual work, improve reporting quality, or speed execution in repeatable ways. Customer Success & Expansion Serve as the technical partner for assigned accounts, connecting usage to business value using established value frameworks and artifacts. Identify expansion signals (e.g., usage patterns, feature interest) and pass qualified leads and insights to the account team for follow-up. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support renewals, expansions, and AI upsells, aligning your work to the broader account strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with account teams, Product, and Services to maintain alignment between delivery and success for your accounts. Share customer feedback and insights to improve delivery and customer experience, focusing on clear problem statements and reproducible examples. Collaborate with more senior TAMs and internal stakeholders on complex initiatives, contributing execution and customer context. Core Skills & Competencies: Technical Acumen Solid understanding of ClickUp platform capabilities, automation logic, integrations, and AI Agent functionality, with a focus on applying documented solutions to customer use cases. Learns and adopts new features and patterns quickly. AI Expertise Uses AI and Agents as a daily multiplier, not just an area of awareness. Comfortable with generative AI concepts, prompt design, and automation frameworks, and able to show examples of AI improving work quality, speed, or consistency in a customer-facing environment. Able to implement standard AI use cases and identify when to bring in senior partners for more complex or novel scenarios. Consultative Discovery Strong at workflow analysis for core, well-understood processes. Uses structured discovery guides to identify friction points and map customer needs into ClickUp using existing best practices. Project & Program Management Strong project and time management for your account load. Able to juggle multiple accounts and workstreams with regular check-ins and guidance from your manager or senior TAMs. Data & Reporting Comfortable using dashboards and metrics to communicate health, adoption, and ROI at the account level. Interprets usage data to support clear, actionable recommendations within established frameworks. Customer Engagement Executive presence and strong communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, expectation setting, and follow-through. Builds trust with customer stakeholders by reliably executing agreed plans. Account Ownership Accountable for day-to-day execution for your book of business: proactive in follow-through, organized, and focused on achieving measurable outcomes while escalating higher-risk or highly strategic decisions. Collaboration & Influence Works cross-functionally with account teams, Product, and Sales to align on outcomes. Influences through clear data, customer stories, and consistent execution, while relying on senior leaders for major strategic decisions and escalations. AI-Native Candidate Expectations: Can demonstrate examples of using AI tools, prompts, automations, or agent-assisted workflows to improve personal productivity, customer delivery quality, or workflow outcomes. Can speak concretely about where AI added value, where human judgment was still required, and how success was measured. For this level, we are looking for evidence of strong applied AI fluency in execution — not necessarily novel model development or highly complex custom agent architecture. Interview Signal: Be prepared to walk through how you use AI in your work. Our interview process will assess practical AI capability, including how you apply AI to workflow analysis, customer execution, judgment, agentic workflows, and measurable outcomes.
