Your program will include revamping our data transformation and semantic layers, as well as evolving our data governance and data quality capabilities across the entire business. You'll coordinate Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Scientists, Analysts, and business owners through migration, validation, adoption, and operational handoff. You'll have the opportunity to shape how Oscar delivers enterprise data programs and help build a strong TPM team. Coordinate data reconciliation, testing, cutover and rollback plans, adoption, and operational readiness. Ensure technical and business owners agree on validation evidence, go/no-go criteria, and required security, privacy, and compliance reviews. Support program planning and give Data and executive leaders a clear view of migration progress, readiness, unresolved decisions, and outcomes. Drive business acceptance and clear operational ownership for migrated domains. Help build a strong TPM team: share useful practices, challenge unnecessary processes, support colleagues, and turn lessons from delivery into improvements. Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.  Other duties as assigned.  Requirements: 5+ years of technical program or project management/process-oriented operations work experience.  2+ years of experience using coding languages such as SQL to analyze project performance and risks and develop erports for management and business owners.  Experience independently leading complex software development programs across multiple teams, from planning through launch and operational handoff. Technical fluency in data pipelines, transformation layers, data models, semantic layers, lineage, and integrations, with the judgment to challenge migration plans, validation approaches, and implementation tradeoffs. Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous enterprise programs, manage cross-domain dependencies and competing priorities, and coordinate data validation, cutover readiness, and business continuity. A record of building trust and influencing decisions across Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Scientists, Analysts, and business owners, and executive stakeholders without direct authority. We are proud to have the support of the best investors in the game who believe in our mission, solutions and people. Ready to tackle global challenges that impact business, society, and the environment? Come join us. Protecting Flexport's global operations and assets, enabling secure trade worldwide. The opportunity: Join Flexport's dynamic Compliance Program as the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Protection & Loss Intelligence. This critical role serves as the single point of accountability for both supply chain protection and loss prevention across Flexport's entire footprint — offices, fulfillment centers, and partner sites worldwide. The Manager will be responsible for protecting Flexport employees, visitors, assets, and facilities through the design and execution of security programs, while simultaneously driving a proactive loss prevention strategy across the Omni fulfillment network. Day-to-day, this means managing a team of 50+ contracted security officers across multiple locations, overseeing electronic security infrastructure (CCTV, access control), conducting investigations, and managing the security ticketing system. Strategically, it means building the analytical foundation to identify loss trends and security gaps before they become incidents, authoring the policies and SOPs that standardize how Flexport protects its people and assets globally, and ensuring every new facility launches with security infrastructure and protocols in place from day one.  You will partner closely with operations, facilities, and leadership to design, implement, and scale security programs for existing and future locations, ensuring our people, assets, and reputation are safeguarded as Flexport rapidly expands into new markets. This is a unique opportunity to build a unified security strategy, moving beyond reactive incident management to a data-driven, proactive approach. You will: Develop and maintain security and loss prevention metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to measure program effectiveness across all facilities and regions Analyze incident data to identify trends, loss patterns, root causes, and emerging risks — translating findings into actionable recommendations for leadership Build reporting frameworks that support data-driven resource allocation, vendor performance evaluation, and security investment decisions Provide regular analytical reports to senior management on security posture, loss prevention outcomes, and program ROI Author, maintain, and enforce global security and loss prevention policies, ensuring consistency across all Flexport locations and compliance with local regulatory requirements in each jurisdiction Develop and implement SOPs for key security scenarios (Active Shooter, Emergency Response, High Value Cage procedures, Product Disposal, etc.) Create site-level security plans for new and existing facilities, tailored to local risk profiles and operational requirements Design and deliver training programs across physical security and loss prevention topics (emergency response, office security, travel security, incident reporting, etc.) Develop audit frameworks and LP checklists for site leads to execute on a recurring basis Manage physical security programs across all Flexport facilities globally (offices, warehouses, and partner sites), including new locations as Flexport and the Omni fulfillment network expand into new markets Lead security planning and infrastructure stand-up for new facilities and market entries, including site assessments, vendor selection, and system deployment Administer and maintain electronic security systems, including CCTV surveillance and access control platforms, and evaluate new technology deployments Serve as the crisis management coordinator, providing real-time threat assessments and coordinating emergency response across regions Coordinate with HSE, HR, Legal, and Compliance on cross-functional security and safety matters Drive loss prevention strategy and investigations for the Omni fulfillment network, including cargo theft, employee theft, unauthorized sellers, workplace violence, and empty package findings Manage the security and loss prevention ticketing syste, including triaging, updating, and resolving tickets with accurate documentation Identify root causes of supply chain losses and develop recommendations to reduce future risk Review, collect, and preserve CCTV evidence to support investigations and legal proceedings Manage third-party guard services across all locations, including oversight of 50+ security officers, performance tracking, and operational discipline Manage relationships with security integrators and onboard new vendors as required for geographic expansion Oversee vendor contracts, MSAs, and NDAs for all security-related service providers Conduct regular business reviews with key vendors and evaluate service delivery against contractual obligations You should have: 8+ years of progressive experience in a rike that combined physical security or loss prevention responsibilities with data analytics, policy development, or program design. Traditional security experience alone is not sufficient — this role requires a candidate who has built metrics programs, authored policies, or used data to drive security strategy. Demonstrated ability to manage security operations across multiple locations and geographies, including hands-on experience with electronic security systems (CCTV, access control platforms). Demonstrated experience building and analyzing security and loss prevention metrics, with comfort working in data platforms and translating incident data into actionable insights and executive-level reporting Proven ability to author global policies, SOPs, security plans, and program documentation from scratch. Experience managing third-party guard services and security vendor contracts, as well as conducting complex investigations (theft, workplace violence, supply chain security). Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including HR, Legal, Operations, and Compliance An analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to identify root causes and solve problems Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed You will get: The opportunity to build and scale global security and loss prevention programs from the ground up in a rapidly expanding, tech-forward logistics company. Direct impact on protecting Flexport's people, assets, and reputation across a vast international footprint. A collaborative and innovative environment where your data-driven insights will directly inform strategic decisions. AnthropicNew York City, NY, San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)7 days ago
InternshipHybridMid$405,000 - $405,000 / Year

About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Every change to Anthropic's software has to reach production somehow: new code, runtime configuration, feature flags, infrastructure changes. Our team builds the systems those changes travel through. Our mission is to give every team at Anthropic a fast, safe, and predictable path from change to production. We sit within Anthropic's Infrastructure organization and own pipelines, staged rollouts, health-gated promotion, and rollback, along with runtime configuration, feature flags, and the systems that deliver code and artifacts to machines across a very large fleet. You'll own a meaningful part of this end to end, from design through operating it in production. If you want your work to shape how fast and how safely Anthropic ships, this could be a great fit. Key responsibilities Set technical direction for major parts of the deployment platform and own them end to end: design, implementation, and operations Build rollout safety into the platform, including progressive delivery, health-gated promotion, automatic pause and rollback, and deploy controls that teams manage themselves Design APIs and abstractions that work equally well for engineers and for AI agents Extend the platform to new workload types and runtimes, from Kubernetes to serverless and edge platforms Build and operate runtime configuration and feature flag systems with validation, gradual rollout, and fast rollback Build infrastructure-as-code workflows that many teams rely on for safe, routine changes Scale artifact distribution so code and configuration reach machines quickly and efficiently Partner with Security so that the path to production is secure by default, with verifiable builds, least-privilege access, and auditable changes Work directly with teams across Anthropic to understand their deployment needs and bring their workloads onto the platform Take part in on-call and incident response, and turn what you learn into guardrails that prevent the same problem from recurring Minimum qualifications Proficiency in at least one backend or systems programming language, such as Rust, Go, C++, or Java Experience leading the design, building, and operation of distributed systems or infrastructure in production, including technical direction across teams Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerized workloads, such as Kubernetes on AWS or GCP Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred qualifications Experience building deployment, release, or change management systems at large scale Experience with production on-call and incident response Experience with Rust in production Experience with progressive delivery and GitOps tooling, such as Argo CD or Argo Rollouts Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, including controllers and operators Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code systems at scale, including state management and locking Experience building feature flag, experimentation, or dynamic configuration systems Experience with artifact or package distribution, such as OCI registries, Nix, or content-addressed storage Experience with software supply chain security, such as signed build provenance Experience building high-throughput workflow engines or control planes backed by relational databases Experience building internal developer platforms and leading adoption across many teams Experience using AI agents in your own engineering work, or building systems that agents operate Representative projects Build operator controls for progressive rollouts, including pause and resume that preserve rollout state Design a deployment engine built on fine-grained targets and their dependencies, so each change rolls out exactly where it needs to Build cluster-health-aware rollouts that steer around unhealthy clusters Add a new workload type to the platform, including its rollout, verification, and rollback behavior Design a deployment control plane that handles sharp bursts of agent-driven traffic Design a distribution system that delivers configuration and artifacts to every machine in the fleet as demand grows The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.  For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $405,000 — $485,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study:  A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship:  We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed.  Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit  anthropic.com/careers  directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Senior Partner Systems Analyst
AnthropicSan Francisco, United States (Hybrid)7 days ago
InternshipHybridSenior$215,000 - $215,000 / Year
devopssqlllmtriageconcretearchitecture+8

About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Our Partner Experience team is building an AI-native operating model on top of a growing set of partner-facing systems: Salesforce, PEM, the partner portal, enablement and certification platforms, and the integrations that connect them. Our systems lead owns the architecture and data model. Our GTM Systems team builds and releases changes in Salesforce. Our AI Operations Engineer builds the agentic workflows that run on top of it. This role connects the business to all of them: a senior business systems analyst who runs discovery, captures requirements, leads UAT, and publishes release notes for every bug fix, improvement, enhancement, and new build, and who is hands-on enough as a Salesforce admin to keep the platform healthy in production. You'll use Claude every day to draft requirements, write test cases and release notes, and keep documentation current, and you'll be the person who spots which recurring requests should become automations. As our Senior Partner Systems Analyst, you'll own how change happens on the partner systems stack. When a partner program launches, a partner manager needs a new workflow, or a partner can't see their deal registration, you're the first call. You'll sit down with the people who raised it to understand the problem, write requirements the GTM Systems team or the AI Operations Engineer can build from, run UAT with the people who will use it, and publish release notes so nobody has to ask what changed. For smaller fixes, you'll make the change yourself as a Salesforce admin. This is a senior analyst role with real ownership. You'll set up the intake, discovery, UAT, and release processes rather than inherit them, decide what gets worked on first, and make sure nothing ships without agreed requirements, UAT sign-off, and release notes. Key responsibilities Lead discovery for new requests: meet with partner managers, partner operations, and other stakeholders to understand the problem, map the current process, and size the change before anything is built. Capture requirements for bug fixes, improvements, enhancements, and new builds: user stories, process flows, field and access definitions, acceptance criteria, and edge cases, precise enough that the systems lead, the GTM Systems team, the AI Operations Engineer, or an implementation partner can build from them. Work with the GTM Systems team and the AI Operations Engineer through the full delivery cycle for enhancements, improvements, new builds, and bug fixes: hand over requirements, answer questions during the build, review what was built against the acceptance criteria, and coordinate the release. Own UAT for every change: write the test plan and test cases from the acceptance criteria, coordinate testers from the partner team, log and retest defects, collect sign-off, and smoke test in production after each release. Write and publish release notes for every release: what changed, who it affects, and what users need to do differently, in language partner managers can act on. Prioritize the backlog with stakeholders, weighing partner impact, risk, and effort, and keep a clear, visible view of what's coming next and why. Serve as the point of contact for bugs, enhancement requests, and system questions across Salesforce, PEM, and the partner portal, and own the intake queue end to end. Triage production incidents: reproduce the issue, assess impact and severity, resolve it or route it to the right owner, and keep affected teams updated until it's closed. Administer Salesforce for the partner org: objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, permission sets, reports, and dashboards. Understand how data moves between Salesforce and PEM, monitor integration health, and diagnose sync failures, mapping errors, and access issues. Document the platform: system documentation, data dictionary, integration maps, and admin runbooks. Identify repeatable admin and support requests, log them as automation candidates, and partner with the AI Operations Engineer to move them off the manual queue. Minimum qualifications Experience running discovery and requirements sessions with business stakeholders, and turning what you hear into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. A track record of working with a systems or engineering team through a build, from requirements handover to release. Disciplined testing habits: you have planned and run UAT with business users, with test cases written from acceptance criteria, defects tracked to closure, and sign-off before release, and you don't consider a change done until it has been smoke tested. Clear written communication: your requirements get built correctly the first time, your release notes tell non-technical users what changed and what to do, and your documentation is something people actually use. You already use LLM tools like Claude in your day-to-day work and can show where it changed how you gather requirements, test, or document. A track record of owning a production Salesforce org or business systems stack, including the intake, triage, and release processes around it. Strong Salesforce admin skills: declarative configuration, flows, validation rules, the security and sharing model, and reporting. Working knowledge of integrations: how records sync between systems through APIs or middleware, how to read an error log, and how to trace a data issue back to its source. A structured approach to incidents: you separate symptoms from root cause and communicate clearly while things are broken. Judgment about priorities: you can say "no" or "not yet" and explain why. Preferred qualifications 5+ years as a business systems analyst, Salesforce administrator, or in a similar role where you owned discovery, requirements, and UAT for business systems, ideally supporting a partner, sales, or customer success organization. Experience working in a sprint-based delivery model, with a shared backlog and regular sprint reviews. Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) platforms, partner portals, or channel programs such as deal registration, certifications, or MDF. Salesforce release management experience: sandboxes, change sets or DevOps tooling, and deployment checklists. SQL or scripting skills for data investigation and cleanup. Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Business Analyst certification. How this role works with the team You'll work day to day with our Partner Business Systems Lead, who owns systems architecture and the partner portal, the GTM Systems team, who build and release changes in Salesforce, and our AI Operations Engineer, who builds the agentic workflows that run across those systems. The systems lead designs the platform, the GTM Systems team and the AI Operations Engineer build on it, and you connect the business to the build: you run discovery, capture the requirements, lead UAT, and publish the release notes for enhancements, improvements, new builds, and bug fixes. You'll also be the main point of contact for partner managers and other internal teams who depend on these systems. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.  For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $215,000 — $300,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study:  A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship:  We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate.
