Jobbeschreibung Hey! Gewinnspiele). Du analysierst Marktdaten (Nielsen, GfK, interne Sell-out-Daten) und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen ab. Du entwickelst starke Trade Marketing Materialien (z.B. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination. n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we're changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact. Since our founding in 2019, we've grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we've: Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world's Top 40 most popular projects Backed by top investors, from Sequoia's first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation That's the company we've built. Now we'd love to see what you can build. If you're applying, try n8n out - whether you're technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register . We're in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us. ABOUT THE ROLE Your mission: drive ARR growth by turning hundreds (soon thousands) of n8n agency partners into a demand engine through scaled marketing programs. Our agency partner network includes automation specialists and small consultancies with most ranging from 1–50 people. They leverage n8n to help their customers automate and transform their business - they have technical skills and customer knowledge but most have limited marketing resources. The goal for this position is to define, build and launch creative marketing programs that our agency partners can utilize to grow their business with n8n. This will include building scalable self-serve programs (one to many) as well as working with some of the larger agency partners on specific marketing programs (one to one). Here's an overview of what this position will be responsible for: Build the program portfolio - Drive adoption Work directly with the agency partner marketing managers to define the overall strategy - what playbooks, what investments, what markets etc. Ship ready-to-run programs: Event-in-a-Box kits for local workshops and seminars, email and social campaigns, industry-specific use-case campaigns, reusable customer stories and simple demand-gen playbooks. Make every program executable without help: clear steps, editable templates and localisable assets that work for a solo consultant and a 50-person agency, in any region. Drive awareness and adoption of the various marketing programs through scaled and creative communications. Measure and multiply Track the full funnel from access to download, execution, customer opportunities and revenue — for partners and for n8n. Use partner feedback and performance data to decide what to scale, what to change and what to stop. Turn each working program into a repeatable model for the next one, and automate your own program operations with n8n where it saves time. Measure the overall business impact and growth from agency partner generated business. Requirements Must-have Partner marketing at scale: You've built one-to-many programs adopted by hundreds or thousands of partners, and can show adoption numbers Self-service program design: You've packaged marketing so non-marketers can run it (kits, templates, playbooks) and know what makes them get used rather than downloaded Small-business empathy: You understand how small consultancies work and design for their limited time, budget and marketing know-how Outcome-driven measurement: You measure execution and pipeline, not asset views, and you're comfortable stopping a program that isn't working Bias for action: You're happy as a first hire with limited design and development support; you ship a pilot quickly and improve it with real data Global mindset: You've run programs across several regions and segments, and know how to localise without rebuilding from scratch Nice-to-have Strategic partner programs: You've also built custom marketing programs with large partners that ran over several months or quarters Channel or ecosystem background: You've worked on an agency, solutions-partner or reseller program at a software company Hands-on with automation: You've built workflows yourself — in n8n or similar tools — and can talk shop with technical partners Local events: You've designed field events or workshops that others delivered Languages: You work professionally in a language beyond English n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work. Our company language is English. You care about diversity and inclusion? We do too! Check out our Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging initiatives at n8n ( https://www.notion.so/n8n/Diversity-inclusion-and-belonging-n8n-c1bec2fff536422d868b1a438d990e35 ). Own competitive landscape analysis, becoming an expert on market trends to help shape the product roadmap. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align teams, deliver effective launches, and maintain trust with high-expectation stakeholders. Champion the voice of the customer in product and commercial decisions via research, feedback, and market analysis, collaborating with external research partners when useful. About you: 5+ years of relevant product marketing experience, including close collaboration with Sales, Product, and Marketing stakeholders. Track record of impact and excellence leading product marketing or strategy initiatives at hyper-growth companies. Proactive, effective communicator who adapts easily to changing priorities within a diverse, distributed team. Motivated by high-expectation stakeholders, with a proven ability to earn and retain trust through challenges. High internal expectations for what is possible, coupled with the ability to bring others along on that journey. Confident user of AI to improve the speed and quality of your work, raising the bar for what is possible within the team. 🌎 What we do Root is Europe's #1 primary data collection platform for F&B companies. We help our customers to measure and reduce farm-level emissions. ~31% of global GHG emissions originate from food-related activities. For the first time in history, climate performance has become an overall business performance indicator. Enterprises are mandated by regulatory bodies to disclose their climate performance, which leads to increasing pressure from investors, competitors, retailers, and consumers to prevent and reduce their CO2e emissions. Over the next 10 years, companies have set ambitious reduction targets that need to be met. Unlike other industries, the vast majority of F&B emissions originate from farms (known as Scope 3.1 emissions) and are highly complex to address. Root exists to help overcome this challenge. We raised >€10m in funding in the first 2 years of our existence, we launched our enterprise product, signed and onboarded some of the largest F&B players in Europe, and put together what we believe is the best-suited early-stage tech team in Europe. Will you be the next to join us? 🚀 🔭 What you will work on Your mission Drive customer success by supporting a customer portfolio, ensuring smooth project execution and tool adoption, and helping build strong, trust-based relationships that maximize long-term value and advocacy. 📅 Over the next months, you will… Drive Customer Success and Long-Term Value for Root's Customers Own the success of a defined customer portfolio , acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor, guiding customers through key success milestones (onboarding, data collection, verification, reporting, reduction readiness) and ensuring they clearly understand and realize the value of the Root Platform Plan, manage, and execute customer projects end-to-end , driving primary data coverage at scale through increased user engagement and data completion, serving as the first point of contact for agricultural users when needed, and ensuring high data quality, clear milestones, and on-time delivery Design and run farmer-facing enablement , including digital webinars to drive participation, improve data quality, and build trust at the farm level Collaborate with Account Management to relay customer feedback while building trust-based customer relationships that drive long-term satisfaction, retention, and advocacy Collaborate with Product to bring agricultural and agronomic expertise into our products, translating practical farming knowledge and farmer needs into actionable product feedback and clear, farmer-facing recommendations. 🧺 What you bring along Agricultural background (practical farm experience, agricultural studies, or prior work with agricultural users such as advisors, cooperatives) Hands-on and detail-oriented, you thrive in fast-changing, early-stage environments, can juggle multiple tasks, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks First experience in Customer Success, Operations or other fast-paced environments, where you supported or executed customer-facing processes end-to-end People-centric and proactive, empathetic, approachable, and able to communicate clearly while keeping customer outcomes and business priorities in mind Comfortable working with data in Excel and digital platforms, with an eye for completeness and consistency Fluent in German and English; additional languages (Polish, French, Portuguese, Spanish) are a plus Work from our Berlin office 5 days a week 🤗 You don't feel like you fulfill all the criteria?
