Senior PM/Principal PM - Host team Peerspace is the leading and category defining online marketplace for venue rentals for meetings, productions, and events. We open doors to the most inspiring spaces around the world, from lofts and mansions to storefronts and studios. Over $500M has been transacted through the platform, and our investors include GV (Google Ventures) and Foundation Capital. Our people are the heart of Peerspace. We are a team that values inclusion and working cross functionally. Our strategy and objectives are clear and we support one another to exceed expectations. We believe that a healthy company culture creates an environment where people are excited to come into work everyday and contribute to building a successful organization. The Role The Senior Product Manager (level flexible) in this role will own the host (supply) side of our marketplace - everything that helps hosts list, get activated, and run a thriving business on Peerspace. It's a wide-ranging remit spanning host onboarding and activation, listing quality, and the host tools that power day-to-day management (messaging, availability, scheduling). We're looking for someone who has lived and breathed two-sided marketplaces and knows that great supply is what makes them work. You'll get to know our hosts firsthand - their businesses, their workflows, and what's frustrating them - then turn those pain points into solutions that keep them transacting on the platform. As we expand the services and tools we offer hosts, you'll shape the long-term strategy for host success and, just as importantly, drive the execution that turns it into shipped, measurable impact. Our team is small but mighty - so you'll be able to make a ton of impact quickly, and help chart the future direction of the company. What you'll do Get close to our hosts: talk with them regularly, spend time in the data and in CX conversations, and build a deep understanding of their pain points, how our marketplace works today, competitors and market trends. Translate what you learn into creative, well-scoped solutions - balancing host needs with guest experience and overall marketplace health. Proactively engage the right stakeholders - including host-facing teams like CX and Supply Operations - to inform decisions and keep them aligned throughout development, not just at launch. Own business outcomes end-to-end: define the metrics that matter, instrument them, and be accountable for moving them - not just for shipping features. Present multiple options with a clear recommendation, hold your own with executives, and engage in constructive disagreement when it serves the customer and the business. Drive execution and ensure your cross-functional teams deliver customer value and desired business outcomes effectively. Who you are 5+ years of Product Management experience in a two-sided marketplace, ideally focused on the supply side. You understand marketplace dynamics and have shipped products that moved them. Deeply customer-obsessed: you seek out conversations with users, get energized by understanding them, and have a track record of turning those insights into products they love. Creative and entrepreneurial problem solver who can go from high-level opportunity to detailed plan to successful execution. You are great at energizing teams, building product roadmaps and collaborating with engineering, design, marketing and operations to make it happen. Track record of owning measurable business outcomes - able to articulate the "so what" behind past launches and the impact they drove, not just the features shipped. Confident presenting multiple options with a clear point of view, influencing executives and cross-functional partners, and giving and receiving direct feedback. Inclusive, open-minded, self-aware and eager to continuously learn. You have a passion for product and are genuinely excited about Peerspace's mission. Working At Peerspace The annual salary range for this role is $155,000-$170,000 . The actual salary amount will vary depending on the applicant's experience, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and market data. Peerspace is proudly certified as a Great Place to Work™ and we're a remote first company with team members located in cities around the globe. Beyond competitive salary and equity compensation, we provide a range of benefits and perks, including: ● 100% employee coverage of medical, dental and vision insurance ● Discount on all Peerspace bookings ● Laptop, high res display, and stipend to setup home office ● Monthly cell phone and internet credit ● Annual In person all company offsite and team-building events (in Peerspace locations, of course) ● Wellness Days observed company wide Diversity At Peerspace, we're dedicated to creating a team that's diverse, equitable and inclusive. Join the company that's building the telemetry infrastructure for the AI era. At Cribl , we partner with IT and Security teams at many of the world's biggest enterprises, including half of the Fortune 100, to bridge the gap between AI ambition and infrastructure reality. As the AI Platform for Telemetry, we give customers the choice, control, and flexibility to manage and analyze telemetry for both humans and agents, so they can build what's next. We're one of the fastest‑growing private companies and a leading player in a massive, fast‑moving market. With a global workforce, we're remote‑first and grounded in a simple idea: software is a people business. Cribl is the place where curious, collaborative people can do their best work, grow fast, and bring their full selves to the herd. Why You'll Love This Role Cribl just launched Cribl Detect , our SIEM built on the Cribl platform. Detection and response is the foundation. Your job is to figure out what comes next - and then build it. As Director of Product Management for Security Products , you'll own the next wave of Cribl's security portfolio. You'll evaluate the most promising areas beyond Detect. You'll recommend which ones to pursue and in what order, with a clear case for build, partner, or buy. Then you'll lead what we fund, from the first customer conversations to launch and growth. We'll be honest: the exact scope isn't fixed yet. That's the point. This role is for a product leader who wants to shape a portfolio, not inherit one - and who has the security depth to make the right calls. As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will… Drive the strategy for the next wave of security products - market analysis, customer discovery, competitive landscape, and a clear recommendation on what to do first, second, and not at all. Build the business case for each area - the customer problem, market size, why Cribl can win, build / partner / buy options, and what it takes to get there. Lead execution for what we fund - define the product, write the requirements, set success metrics, and drive delivery with engineering from 0 to 1 and beyond. Make it one platform - make sure new capabilities work natively with Cribl Detect (shared data model, detections, alerts, and workflows), not as a set of separate tools. Spend real time with customers - CISOs, SOC managers, detection engineers, and analysts - and work with design partners to validate direction before we commit. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and technology partners on positioning, packaging, launch, and field enablement. Grow the team - as areas get funded, hire and lead product managers to own them. Represent Cribl security externally with customers, analysts, and at industry events. We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones - you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours. If You've Got It - We Want It 10+ years in product management or a closely related role, with 5+ years building security products. Deep understanding of security operations - SIEM, detection engineering, incident response, and how SOC teams actually work day to day. Hands-on product experience in at least one of: security automation and response (SOAR), identity security (ITDR, UEBA), AI or agentic security, or threat detection and response. A track record of taking a product from 0 to 1 - from problem discovery to a product customers pay for and use. Portfolio-level thinking - you have evaluated new markets, built business cases, and made clear recommendations with incomplete information. Leadership - experience leading or mentoring PMs, and leading through influence across engineering, marketing, and sales. Technical depth to go deep with engineers on data architectures, detection logic, and AI/LLM-based systems. Strong written communication - you write clear strategy docs and PRDs, and you make decisions in writing. Good judgment under uncertainty - you can say "we shouldn't build this" as confidently as "we should." Bonus Points Earlier career experience on a security operations team (SOC, detection engineering, or incident response). Experience with security data platforms, data pipelines, or security data lakes. Experience with partner-led product strategy or M&A evaluation. Familiarity with OCSF, KQL, and MITRE ATT&CK. Experience working with security customers in both the US and Europe. Experience in remote-first, distributed organizations. No fear - speak your mind, share your ideas. Good jokes (or better yet, bad ones). A love for goats. #LI-AM #LI-Remote The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location and will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
