Born from the Stanford AI Lab, Cresta has raised more than $270 million from the world's leading investors, including a16z, Greylock, and Sequoia. Cresta's leadership includes some of the leading minds in AI today. Our CEO, Ping Wu , founded and led Google's Contact Center AI and Vertex AI platforms before joining Cresta to build the future of AI-driven customer experiences. Over the next few years, AI is going to redefine how people all over the world interact with businesses every day. Come build that future at Cresta. About the Role: This is a senior individual contributor role on Cresta's Customer Strategy team, a small, high-impact group that operates at the intersection of AI strategy, contact center transformation, and enterprise sales. We show up as operators, not software vendors. Our job is to turn AI anxiety into AI confidence for the enterprises ready to lead the next era of customer experience. You'll engage at the C-suite and executive level with Cresta's largest and most strategic accounts, acting as a trusted advisor who can make the value of AI concrete and stay accountable to real, measurable outcomes. You'll partner closely with Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success, and serve as a thought leader both in customer engagements and internally across product, marketing, and GTM. East or Central US strongly preferred. This role involves regular customer travel (1-2 days/week) and the majority of Cresta's largest strategic accounts are concentrated in the Eastern time zone. What You'll Do: Vision & Thought Leadership Open strategic enterprise engagements with executive-level vision sessions, not pure product pitches, establishing Cresta's point of view on how AI will reshape contact center operations Help customers see where AI is taking their business, not just what's available today Represent Cresta at external events as a credible voice in AI and CX transformation Strategic Customer Engagement Lead business value discovery, stakeholder alignment, and use-case scoping across complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts Guide customers through operational readiness, change management, and deployment planning, including Center of Excellence models and governance structures Support pilot and Conversational Assessment design, goal-setting, and executive readouts Facilitate business case development as a collaborative exercise with the customer, rather than a Cresta-owned spreadsheet, so customers internalize and own the value story Scope & Deal Strategy Partner with Sales to push deals toward full platform adoption where warranted, expanding beyond initial narrow use cases Advise on pricing strategy and business models for non-standard deal structures Own positioning and sale of professional services as part of a broader engagement strategy Internal Contribution Serve as voice of the customer for Product, Marketing, and Partner teams Build repeatable playbooks, frameworks, and executive assets that scale the team's approach across the Enterprise segment Help Cresta stay ahead of AI trends and their implications for customers and our own GTM What We're Looking For: Deep credibility in AI agents: you understand the technology, its current limitations, and the competitive landscape well enough to advise customers making real transformation decisions Contact center domain expertise, whether from operating inside one or selling into them at enterprise scale Exceptional executive presence and storytelling ability; you can hold a C-suite room, make complex AI strategy legible, and leave customers with conviction, not just information A visionary orientation; customers are anxious about AI and overwhelmed with options, you're the person who gives them clarity and a path forward Strong product and technical fluency; PM background is a strong signal, you need to engage credibly on integration tradeoffs, deployment architecture, and model behavior without necessarily being an engineer Proven experience leading large, complex enterprise engagements with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles Comfort with an IC role and a high-travel cadence; this is not a team management position, the leverage comes from depth of customer engagement Perks & Benefits: We offer a comprehensive and people-first benefits package to support you at work and in life: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with plans to fit you and your family Flexible PTO to take the time you need, when you need it Paid parental leave for all new parents welcoming a new child Retirement savings plan to help you plan for the future Remote work setup budget to help you create a productive home office Monthly wellness and communication stipend to keep you connected and balanced In-office meal program and commuter benefits provided for onsite employees Compensation at Cresta Cresta's approach to compensation is simple: recognize impact, reward excellence, and invest in our people. We offer competitive, location-based pay that reflects the market and what each individual brings to the table. The base salary range represents what we expect to pay for this role in a given location. Final offers are shaped by factors like experience, skills, education, and geography. In addition to base pay, total compensation includes equity and a comprehensive benefits package for you and your family. This role is variable target compensation eligible. There is potential to exceed target earnings when goals are surpassed. Our use of AI in recruiting: We may use AI tools in our recruiting process, which require human review and oversight. If you have questions about our use of AI or wish to opt out, please contact recruiting@cresta.ai (if you are opting out, please use the subject 'Opt-Out' in your email). Recording & AI transcription: We do not authorize candidates to record or use AI transcription of any interview by phone, notetaker app, AI glasses, or other device. Candidates may request an exception or accommodation for review during the interview process as needed. Recruiting impersonation scams: We have noticed a rise in recruiting impersonations across the industry, where scammers attempt to access candidates' personal and financial information through fake interviews and offers. All Cresta recruiting email communications will always come from the @cresta .ai domain. Any outreach claiming to be from Cresta via other sources should be ignored.

This is a net-new, individual-contributor role — you'll build the operating rhythm, reporting, and processes these functions need as they scale, and you'll flex your focus as priorities shift across the business. Who you are This role will be a strategic partner to leaders within the SDR, Solutions Consulting, and Partnerships org. On any given week, you might be investigating breakdowns in pipeline generation for SDR leadership, standing up a process to track Solutions Consultant deal coverage and win rates, and defining how partner-sourced deals get registered and reported. You bring strong Salesforce and reporting fundamentals, a bias toward action, and the judgment to know when to build a lightweight process versus a fully scaled system. This new role reports directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations and will have significant latitude to shape how the function is built. As a Revenue Operations generalist, you will collaborate closely with the field and central Revenue Operations teams. We believe AI will fundamentally change how revenue organizations operate. The ideal candidate is actively incorporating AI and automation into their workflow to build reports faster, surface insights, and scale their impact. Your impact In this role, you will: Serve as the primary Revenue Operations point of contact for SDR, Solutions Consulting, and Partnerships leadership — running point on reporting, process design, and day-to-day support Track and report on SDR activity and pipeline generation, Solutions Consultant deal coverage and win rates, and partner-sourced/influenced pipeline and revenue Articulate the strengths and opportunities of pipeline funnel conversion, especially as it relates to what SDRs and SCs can influence Facilitate the operating cadence (e.g., weekly business reviews) for supported GTM functions to bring executive leaders up to speed on the health of the business Design and improve the workflows, tools, and processes that let each team scale without adding operational overhead — from lead routing to deal registration Define deal registration processes and the operational rules for how partner deals are tracked Take on strategic, transformational projects that redefine how Fleetio's GTM orgs operate in partnership with the CRO, Sales leaders, and other cross-functional leaders Prioritize and sequence your own work across various GTM functions with competing demands — bringing structure and judgment to a role without an established playbook Partner with the GTM systems team to prioritize and implement improvements to the tech stack that serve GTM functions, and act as their voice in the broader Revenue Operations roadmap Leverage AI and automation tools to accelerate reporting, summarize trends, and reduce manual work Your experience 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS environment Experience supporting either a SDR, Solutions Consulting, and/or Partnerships org Proven ability to support multiple stakeholder groups or functions at once, prioritizing effectively amid competing, shifting demands Strong hands-on experience building reports and dashboards and navigating workflows in Salesforce; experience with engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft) is a plus Strong analytical skills with a track record of turning data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI-powered tools into day-to-day workflows to improve efficiency and accelerate analysis Proven track record of operating with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment — setting your own priorities and driving outcomes without waiting to be directed Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI-powered tools into day-to-day workflows to improve efficiency and accelerate analysis Benefits Multiple health/dental coverage options (100% coverage for employee, 50% for family) Vision insurance Incentive stock options 401(k) match of 4% PTO - 4 weeks (increases at year two!) 12 company holidays + 2 floating holidays Parental leave - birthing parent (16 weeks paid) non-birthing (4 weeks paid) FSA & HSA options Short and long term disability (short term 100% paid) Community service funds Professional development funds Wellbeing fund - $150 quarterly Business expense stipend - $125 quarterly Mac laptop + new hire equipment stipend Fully stocked kitchen with tons of drinks & snacks (BHM only) Remote working friendly since 2012 #LI-Remote Fleetio provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants and prohibits discrimination and harassment. You will help turn years of fleet maintenance and operational data into trusted, actionable intelligence that helps customers anticipate what is ahead and make better decisions about usage, cost, availability, maintenance risk, and asset lifecycle. This is an applied role at the intersection of data science, machine learning, analytics engineering, and product development. You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Software Engineers, and Data partners to identify valuable prediction problems, develop practical models, and bring them into customer-facing workflows. Your goal is to deliver intelligence that changes a decision, arrives early enough to act on, and communicates uncertainty honestly. Your initial mandate will be grounded in confirmed Fleet Intelligence work: utilization and tire intelligence, ROI measurement, existing predictive models, and the analytics foundations needed to support customer-facing intelligence. You will assess current model quality, establish credible baselines, and help the team ship useful capabilities while strengthening its data-science practices. Over time, you will help evaluate and shape opportunities for Predictive Fleet Intelligence, including projection, anticipation, and risk inference. You will help determine which opportunities are technically credible, valuable to customers, and ready to become durable product investments. Who You Are You are an applied data scientist who enjoys working on ambiguous, high-value product problems. You can translate a customer or business decision into a measurable modeling problem, establish a credible baseline, and iteratively improve it. You know when straightforward statistics or deterministic projection is the right answer and when a machine learning approach is warranted. You care deeply about correctness, explainability, and trust. You are comfortable communicating confidence intervals, limitations, and data gaps to technical and non-technical partners. You collaborate well with software and data engineers, but you can independently explore data, build production-quality models, define evaluation methods, and guide how model outputs should appear in a product experience. You are pragmatic, product-minded, and outcome-oriented. You would rather ship a useful, well-calibrated forecast than an impressive model that does not change a customer decision. Your Impact Help deliver near-term Fleet Intelligence initiatives, including tire intelligence, utilization intelligence, ROI measurement, existing predictive models, and the analytical foundations that support customer-facing intelligence. Evaluate and develop credible projections or predictive models for fleet usage, maintenance cost, availability, condition and failure risk, and asset lifecycle decisions as product direction and evidence mature. Translate product questions into clear hypotheses, target variables, baselines, evaluation plans, and incremental delivery milestones. Explore Fleetio's maintenance, usage, cost, work-order, telematics, warranty, and asset-history data to identify predictive signals and material data gaps. Build, validate, and operationalize models from experimentation through production monitoring and iteration. Define model-quality metrics, confidence thresholds, drift detection, and feedback loops appropriate to the cost and reversibility of the customer decision. Partner with Product and Design to make model outputs understandable, explainable, and actionable inside the workflows where customers already make decisions. Establish reusable practices for experimentation, model documentation, validation, monitoring, and responsible claims about predictive performance. Communicate findings, tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations clearly to technical partners, product leaders, and executives. Share knowledge through design reviews, documentation, pairing, and mentorship across Fleet Intelligence and adjacent teams. Your Experience 5+ years of experience in applied data science, machine learning, statistical modeling, or a closely related role. A track record of developing and shipping models or decision-support systems that influenced real customer or business outcomes. Strong proficiency with DBT, Python, and SQL, including exploratory analysis, feature engineering, model development, and evaluation on large datasets. Strong grounding in statistics and machine learning fundamentals, including model selection, validation, calibration, uncertainty, bias, and error analysis. Experience with time-series forecasting, regression, classification, ranking, anomaly detection, survival or reliability analysis, or optimization; depth in several of these areas is more important than breadth across all of them. Experience taking models beyond notebooks into reliable production workflows, including versioning, testing, deployment, observability, performance monitoring, and retraining or refresh strategies. Experience using modern cloud data platforms and transformation workflows such as Snowflake, dbt, and orchestration tools in support of applied modeling work. Ability to identify data-quality limitations, recommend improvements, and collaborate with data engineers on pipelines and source reliability. Excellent written and verbal communication, particularly when explaining complex methods, uncertainty, and tradeoffs to non-specialists. Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Design, Software Engineering, and Data Engineering. Considered a Plus Experience with fleet, transportation, maintenance, reliability, asset management, insurance, logistics, or another operational domain. Experience modeling maintenance cost, equipment failure, remaining useful life, warranty exposure, utilization, demand, or asset replacement decisions. Familiarity with semantic layers and analytics tools such as ThoughtSpot or Cube. Experience designing experiments or evaluating recommendations when randomized testing is impractical. Experience contributing to customer-facing software products or collaborating closely with full-stack product engineers. Graduate study in statistics, data science, computer science, operations research, applied mathematics, economics, or a related quantitative field. Benefits Multiple health/dental coverage options (100% coverage for employee, 50% for family) Vision insurance Incentive stock options 401(k) match of 4% PTO - 4 weeks (increases at year two!) 12 company holidays + 2 floating holidays Parental leave - birthing parent (16 weeks paid) non-birthing (4 weeks paid) FSA & HSA options Short and long term disability (short term 100% paid) Community service funds Professional development funds Wellbeing fund - $150 quarterly Business expense stipend - $125 quarterly Mac laptop + new hire equipment stipend Fully stocked kitchen with tons of drinks & snacks (BHM only) Remote working friendly since 2012 #LI-Remote Fleetio provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants and prohibits discrimination and harassment.
