Engage founders, HR leaders, and other key stakeholders, building internal champions and demonstrating the business value of proposed solutions to Finance, Legal, and executive decision-makers. Apply structured qualification methodologies, such as MEDDICC, to assess opportunities, prioritize qualified prospects, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Generate new business through proactive outbound activities, including cold calling, personalized outreach, and targeted prospecting around relevant business events and funding announcements. Collaborate with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to identify and pursue high-value opportunities within the assigned territory. Maintain deal momentum through effective follow-ups, confident negotiations, and clear communication throughout the buying process. Use AI tools to improve prospect research, outreach quality, productivity, and sales execution. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including pipeline activity, opportunity progress, and sales forecasts. Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas while taking accountability for individual performance and continuously improving through feedback. Contribute to team knowledge-sharing, collaborate with colleagues across international markets, and apply lessons learned from successful and unsuccessful deals. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a proactive, commercially minded sales professional with proven B2B SaaS closing experience and the confidence to engage senior decision-makers. You should combine strong discovery and qualification skills with a willingness to prospect independently, manage complex sales conversations, and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, remote environment. At least 1 year of experience closing B2B SaaS deals as an Account Executive, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Ability to substantiate sales performance with clear metrics, including quota attainment and closed-won results. Native-level Swiss German proficiency and business-fluent English for the Swiss German-speaking profile; alternatively, fluency in both German and French for the German- and French-speaking profile. Strong discovery, qualification, and consultative selling skills, with experience using methodologies such as MEDDICC. Confidence and persistence in outbound sales, including cold calling, personalized prospecting, and engaging busy founders and senior stakeholders. Ability to uncover customer needs, communicate business value, address objections, and navigate complex decision-making processes. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proactive approach to maintaining deal momentum and achieving sales targets. Familiarity with AI-powered tools and the ability to integrate them into daily sales workflows. Experience using HubSpot or a comparable CRM, with strong organizational skills and consistent data hygiene. Coachability, adaptability, and a willingness to seek feedback and implement improvements quickly. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and time-management skills in a distributed working environment. An existing professional network among Swiss founders or HR leaders is an advantage. Previous experience in HR technology, payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), or other compliance-intensive solutions is a plus. Additional French language skills are beneficial for engaging customers in French-speaking Switzerland. Creativity and resourcefulness in identifying new ways to reach decision-makers and generate qualified opportunities. Our vision is to change that by building AI companions that seamlessly take over digital workflows. We don't replace humans with technology - we amplify their impact. Our mission is backed with a $50M Series A funding led by Balderton Capital , with support from HV Capital, Y Combinator and other leading VCs. Today, 2,000+ facilities trust voize, and over 200,000 users rely on our AI companion to ease their daily workload. As a dynamic team, we combine first-in-class technology with meaningful social impact. And now, we're looking for you to join us on this mission! 💡 Your Mission: Turn growth into a system! Hi, I'm Jeremy, I lead RevOps at voize. I'm hiring the person who owns sales operations as we scale: new markets, new segments, and a sales team growing fast in all of them. As Senior Sales Operations Manager, you build the GTM engine that carries us past €100M ARR, working in close partnership with our sales leaders, with genuinely good tooling and AI ways of working behind you. Joining at this point in our hyper-growth journey is rare: big enough that the problems are real, early enough that you shape how they get solved. What you build now compounds for years, and so does your scope. This role is roughly 60% building new process and 40% running what exists. If you want a mature machine to optimize, this is not it. If you want to design the machine, for now and for what comes next, it is. 🚀 Your Daily Business - No two days are alike Territory, compensation & capacity. Own the global account, territory and book-of-business model. Carve books for new AEs, keep segmentation honest as we add hospitals and new geos, and build the capacity and quota model that underpins our fiscal plan. Forecasting. Run the forecast process end to end with our VP Sales and team leads: weekly hygiene, submit and roll-up, quarterly commit. Diagnose why deals slip, and stand the process up in the US, France and UK as those teams ramp. Insights the company acts on. Define the sales metrics we run on, then turn pipeline and funnel data into the analysis that steers board meetings, monthly GTM reviews and weekly deal inspection. You define what gets measured; our data and BI team build the layer underneath. Commercial process. Design how non-standard deals are managed at voize. You set the rules and stand the function up; you will not be the approval queue. Process and tool enablement. In close collaboration with sales enablement, you make sure what gets built actually gets adopted, partnering with leaders, AEs and SDRs to prioritize the work with the most impact. The GTM stack, built AI-first. Own the sales side of CRM and the tools around it. Automate the manual layer with Claude, n8n and whatever else earns its place, and take a real position on which tooling we buy next as we scale. 🤝 Your Skillset - What you bring to the table 3+ years in revenue operations, sales operations or GTM strategy , at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company or in strategy/tech consulting, VC or M&A before an operating role. You have seen what breaks as a sales team scales, because you were the one who fixed it. Exceptional stakeholder skills. You partner with VPs and team leads as an equal, push back with evidence, and get change adopted by people who do not report to you. Sharp analytical instincts and deep CRM fluency. Expert in spreadsheets, comfortable reading data in a BI tool, and you have owned a HubSpot or Salesforce instance rather than just worked in one. You go deep on data enrichment and spot the patterns that keep our data model trustworthy. You have supported forecasting. You can talk methodology, where it broke, and what you changed. Same for a territory or quota plan you built and aligned with sales leadership. Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on. You are comfortable with no playbook, you prioritize ruthlessly, and you ship rather than produce recommendations. AI-native as a builder, not just a user. You already use Claude, n8n or similar to remove manual work from your own day, and you can point to something concrete you shipped that way. 🌱 Growing together - what you can expect at voize We are a fast-growing startup, that means you will take on real problems, grow quickly, and make a real impact, giving frontline workers more time for people We foster an open, collaborative culture with regular team events, whether you work from our Berlin office or remotely across Germany Become a co-creator of our success with stock options Generous perks: 30 vacation days plus your birthday off, Germany Transport Ticket, Urban Sports Club, regular company off-sites, and access to learning platforms such as Blinkist and Audible, plus free language courses You decide when you work best, that means flexible working hours and a good hybrid set-up. ✨ Ready to talk?
