Build a Safer World. TRM Labs provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime. TRM's platforms enable investigators to trace illicit activity, build cases, and construct operating pictures of threat networks. Leading agencies and businesses worldwide rely on TRM to make the world safer and more secure. "At TRM, we believe the people we hire will determine how far and how fast we can go in our mission to build a safer world for billions of people. That's why we're building a Talent team that sees recruiting as a craft and a competitive advantage, people who challenge assumptions, move with urgency, and are energized by building exceptional teams to solve incredibly hard problems. If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet you." – Alicia Strait , VP of Talent, TRM Labs As TRM expands across EMEA and other global markets, our ability to hire the right sellers, compliance experts, and go-to-market talent in-region determines how fast our blockchain intelligence reaches the institutions and agencies fighting illicit finance worldwide. As an International Sales Recruiter , you'll own high-priority searches across EMEA and beyond — Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and broader business roles — partnering closely with hiring managers and Talent leadership to define strategy, map regional markets, engage passive candidates, and drive high-quality hiring decisions with speed and precision. Your success is measured by the quality, velocity, and business impact of the hires you make across TRM's international business functions. The impact you'll have: Own full-cycle recruiting for international roles across Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and other functions. Act as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers, including advising on market dynamics, candidate calibration, sourcing strategy, and close approach. Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies that identify, engage, and close exceptional talent across EMEA and other global markets. Develop regional talent maps across priority markets that include high-performing companies, competitive talent, referral networks, and specialized candidate communities. Create an exceptional candidate experience where every touchpoint reflects TRM's talent bar, mission, and operating principles. Use data, market insight, and funnel conversion metrics to diagnose search health, influence hiring teams, and adjust strategy in real time. Drive urgency and decision quality through clear calibration, structured feedback, and timely hiring decisions. Continuously improve international recruiting including intake quality, scorecard alignment, sourcing strategy, debrief rigor, and offer execution. Partner cross-functionally with Talent, People, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to navigate international hiring considerations and keep searches moving. What we're looking for: 7+ years of recruiting experience, with strong experience supporting international sales hiring in high-growth technology companies. Proven success hiring across Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and other business functions. Strong knowledge of EMEA talent markets, with the ability to adapt strategy by region, function, and candidate profile. Strong search fundamentals including market mapping, talent intelligence, passive candidate engagement, candidate assessment, and closing. The ability to quickly understand complex business roles across GTM, compliance, marketing, and operations. Strong analytical ability to interpret recruiting metrics, funnel health, conversion rates, and pipeline quality and translate them into action. Exceptional stakeholder management that includes building trust, influencing hiring managers, pushing back thoughtfully, and operating as a strategic advisor. Excellent written and verbal communication, including synthesizing market insight, candidate tradeoffs, and search progress clearly for stakeholders. High ownership, autonomy, persistence, and judgment in navigating ambiguous, specialized, business-critical searches. The ability to operate effectively in a remote, globally distributed environment with strong overlap across EMEA and U.S. business hours. About the team: Our talent team is fully remote and async-first. We keep work moving across time zones through Slack, thorough documentation, and proactive updates. We stay tightly aligned through weekly hiring syncs, team sourcing syncs, and bi-weekly team meetings where we solve challenges together. We care deeply about our craft: we continuously refine best practices and data quality to deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and internal stakeholders alike, backed by precise, reliable reporting. We're globally distributed but most of us overlap between 7am–12pm PST for real-time collaboration. Headquartered in Silicon Valley, California, Archer is a leader in the next-gen aerospace sector building an end-to-end advanced air mobility platform that delivers air taxis, unmanned aircraft systems ("UAS"), aviation-related physical artificial intelligence ("AI") solutions, and other technologies to customers worldwide across the commercial aerospace and defense sectors. Our sights are set high and our problems are hard, and we believe that diversity in the workplace is what makes us smarter, drives better insights, and will ultimately lift us all to success. We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members. Archer is best known for Midnight, our electric air taxi. This role isn't on that program. The AI Products Org is building consumer software for people who love to fly: mobile apps, websites, and web apps for flyers, flight enthusiasts, and pilots. We haven't announced what we're building, and we're not going to spoil it in a job posting. What we can tell you: it's a consumer app with a large user base, and the design decisions made in the next year will define the next chapter of growth for the product. That's why we're hiring a UX Product Designer; specifically, someone who has shipped consumer apps that real people download, rate, and decide to keep or delete, and who can take a loosely defined problem and come back with something worth building. What You'll Do: End-to-end product design for consumer aviation apps on iOS and Android, along with the websites and web apps that support them Design for a wide range of users, from casual flyers and aviation enthusiasts to working pilots who need information that's fast, accurate, and trustworthy Run product explorations: sketch out directions, pressure-test them with users and the team, and kill the weak ones early You'll get context and constraints from Design Leadership, PM and engineering, but the design leadership on your projects is yours Ship to the App Store and Google Play, then keep refining based on how people actually use what you shipped: analytics, experiments, reviews, and user research Raise the bar on craft across the org, through your own work and through feedback on everyone else's What You Need: 5+ years of product design experience minimum. A track record of shipping features for consumer mobile apps on the App Store and Google Play, ideally at a startup, a big tech company, or both Products you've designed that are live and in users' hands. We will ask about them, in detail: what you decided, what you got wrong, what you'd change Deep fluency in native iOS and Android design (Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design) and strong systems thinking across mobile and web. You know when a pattern should be shared across platforms and when it shouldn't Experience using data to shape design decisions, from engagement and retention metrics to App Store feedback Comfort with ambiguity. If you need a fully scoped ticket before you can start, this won't be a fit A portfolio that shows your thinking, not just polished final screens Bonus Qualifications: You're a pilot, student pilot, plane spotter, or all-around aviation nerd. You'd be designing for people like you, and that matters Experience designing consumer apps built around real-time data, maps, or location Experience growing a consumer app: onboarding, retention, subscriptions, or monetization, social posting and marketing collateral Experience working alongside AI/ML teams, or designing products with AI-driven features You've shipped consumer products in a domain with real-world constraints (regulated industries, safety-adjacent, hardware-adjacent) and know how that shapes design About The Team: AI Products is a roughly 100-person software org inside a company of aerospace engineers, and we expect to grow substantially over the next year. You get the resources and momentum of a real org, but the product development startup culture of a smaller team based in the UK – building for an audience that genuinely cares about flying. If you want to hear more about what we're building before you apply, you can't. Apply, and we'll tell you plenty. Win lighthouse customers and turn them into market momentum by making them wildly successful, telling their story locally, and using those wins to influence peer companies across Germany. Embed Notion's AI-era GTM model across the team, including agent-enabled customer journeys, first-agent workflow activation, AI/agent demo proficiency, and stronger "build with the customer" motions. Make agentic transformation central to the German GTM motion: help customers identify high-value workflows, build and deploy Notion Agents, automate cross-functional work, and measure outcomes from AI adoption. Partner tightly with Solutions Consultants, Outcomes Architects, Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers, Professional Services, and Channel to reduce handoffs and deliver faster, more durable customer value. Build "sell with" partner motions in Germany, including partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell plays, enablement, AI/agentic solution packages, and joint account planning. Establish Notion as a visible force in the German ecosystem through executive dinners, field events, startup and community engagement, partner activations, and customer advocacy. Represent the voice of German customers back to Product, PMM, Marketing, and EMEA leadership, especially around AI transformation, enterprise requirements, security, compliance, localization, and competitive dynamics. Create a talent destination in Germany by hiring builder-oriented leaders and ICs, raising the craft bar, and developing the next generation of AI-native GTM talent. Drive operational excellence across forecasting, pipeline quality, territory planning, inspection cadence, performance management, and cross-functional execution. Who We're Looking For: A strategic and hands-on GTM operator who has scaled enterprise SaaS or AI businesses in Germany and knows how to build a market, not just inherit one. You have led through managers, owned complex revenue outcomes, and created local market momentum through customers, partners, community, and talent. You combine second-line leadership with builder energy. You can set a crisp country strategy, install the operating system to execute it, and step into the field when needed — whether joining an executive customer conversation, sharpening a pipeline plan, coaching a manager, or helping the team translate a customer problem into an AI-powered, agentic workflow. You are excited by Notion's shift to an AI-native, country-first GTM model and believe the best GTM teams will increasingly be builders: BDRs who identify transformation opportunities, Solutions Consultants who build with customers in the room, Outcomes Architects who turn early workflows into durable adoption, and Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers who design the technical systems behind complex agentic workflows. Skills You'll Need to Bring: 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years SaaS or AI sales & GTM teams in Germany. Proven second-line leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing frontline managers and high-performing IC teams. Track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets across new business, expansion, and renewal/churn dynamics. Deep knowledge of the German enterprise and startup ecosystem, including executive buyer networks, local partner channels, and market-specific buying dynamics. Experience building or scaling a regional/country business in a high-growth or ambiguous environment. Experience selling, implementing, or leading GTM teams around AI, automation, agentic workflows, collaboration, productivity, developer, or data products. Strong strategic judgment: ability to define a country plan, segment the market, prioritize accounts and plays, and align cross-functional teams around outcomes. Operational rigor across forecasting, pipeline generation, inspection, performance management, territory planning, and sales process. Executive presence with CIO, CTO, CPO, COO, and business transformation buyers, with the ability to shape a compelling AI and agentic workflow narrative. Strong understanding of modern GTM motions across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, Professional Services, Channel, Marketing, RevOps, and Product. Builder mentality and deep AI curiosity: comfortable learning, demoing, and coaching teams on agent-first workflows, proof-of-value motions, and customer co-building. Fluency in German and English. Nice to Haves: Experience launching or scaling a country-first or regional GTM operating model. Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, APIs, webhooks, connectors, data residency, AI governance, and technical evaluation processes. Experience scaling partner, channel, marketplace, or consultant-led GTM motions around AI or workflow transformation.
