We bring together two complementary capabilities: DS Analytics, which improves decision quality and reduces decision latency, and DS Algorithm, which directly optimizes product and business outcomes in real time. You'll build systems of decision that help teams understand what changed, determine what to do next, and learn whether the action worked. This means owning the AI analytics harness around the analysis—including semantic layers, context retrieval, evaluation infrastructure, validation gates, and governance—so decisions remain reliable, contextualized, and trustworthy at scale. You'll also build systems of action that use machine learning and AI to shape product behavior, ranking, pricing, risk, allocation, and customer experiences. The work extends beyond training models to designing how intelligent systems reason, use tools, operate within guardrails, execute workflows, and measure their incremental impact. As AI makes ad hoc analysis increasingly accessible, the remaining advantage is scale, scientific method, and rigor. You'll structure ambiguous problems, design experiments, identify confounding factors, challenge misleading conclusions, and build production systems that produce reliable outcomes repeatedly—not just one-off answers. The work is moving up the stack: from analysis to system, from model to harness, and from answering a question once to building something that answers it correctly over time. If you want to create data science systems that compound decision quality and turn intelligence into measurable action, this is where that work happens. Role Overview Diabolocom is looking for a Senior SEO Manager to own organic growth across SEO and GEO. This is a commercially focused role. You will be expected to turn search visibility into qualified demand, sales opportunities, pipeline and revenue — not simply report on traffic and rankings. You will own Diabolocom's international SEO/GEO strategy, lead an SEO team, and decide where to invest across markets, content, technical SEO and AI search to maximize business impact. You will also lead SEO strategy for a major website redesign and migration. The role combines commercial leadership, SEO/GEO expertise, demand generation, team management and hands-on execution in an international B2B technology environment. Key Responsibilities Own SEO/GEO as a growth channel Own the global SEO/GEO strategy, roadmap, KPIs, investment priorities and business case. Set commercial objectives for organic growth and hold the channel accountable for qualified leads, opportunities, pipeline and revenue contribution. Prioritize markets, audiences, keywords, topics and initiatives based on expected business impact. Turn SEO data into clear decisions on where to invest, optimize or change direction. Partner with Marketing, Demand Generation and Sales leadership to align organic growth with wider revenue goals. Lead international SEO, content and conversion Grow organic performance across Diabolocom.com, six subdomains, six languages and multiple markets. Build keyword and content strategies by country, language, buyer intent and commercial priority. Develop high-intent landing pages, comparison pages, use cases, industry pages and other conversion-focused assets. Ensure content is localized rather than simply translated. Optimize existing content based on traffic, conversion potential and business value. Improve conversion through stronger CTAs, forms and user journeys. Track organic leads, conversion rates, qualified opportunities and pipeline alongside traditional SEO metrics. Build visibility across AI search and LLMs Own Diabolocom's GEO and AI-search strategy across ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and emerging platforms. Define how AI visibility supports authority, demand creation and commercial growth. Track mentions, citations, source visibility and share of voice across priority queries. Improve topical authority through expert content, earned mentions, digital PR, partnerships, citations and link acquisition. Monitor competitor visibility and adapt strategy as AI search evolves. Lead the SEO team and agency ecosystem Manage and develop a team of two SEO specialists, including one SEO Manager and one DACH-focused SEO Specialist. Set priorities, objectives and KPIs tied to business outcomes. Review and challenge recommendations to ensure initiatives have measurable commercial impact. Coordinate Content, Demand Generation, Sales, Product and Web teams. Manage collaboration with external SEO and web agencies. Lead SEO for the website redesign and migration Act as the internal SEO lead for Diabolocom's website redesign. Ensure SEO supports both organic visibility and future acquisition performance. Own requirements across architecture, URLs, internal linking, metadata, structured data and international SEO. Lead migration planning, including URL mapping, redirects and pre-/post-launch validation. Protect existing SEO equity while creating a stronger platform for future growth. What We're Looking For 6–8+ years of direct SEO experience, including ownership of SEO strategy in B2B technology, SaaS or a similarly complex digital business. Demonstrated experience running SEO as a commercial growth channel, with accountability for leads, opportunities, pipeline or revenue. Strong business judgment and ability to prioritize initiatives based on commercial return and strategic importance. 2+ years managing SEO specialists or a dedicated SEO team. Proven experience with international, multilingual and multi-market SEO. Strong hands-on expertise across keyword strategy, content, technical SEO, on-page optimization and conversion. Direct experience leading or playing a major role in at least one website redesign or SEO migration. Practical knowledge of AI search, LLM visibility and GEO. Advanced working knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or equivalent tools. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior marketing, sales and product leaders. Fluent English and French; additional European languages are an advantage. Success in the Role Success will be measured by: Increased qualified demand, pipeline and revenue contribution from organic channels. Stronger performance across priority international markets. Better allocation of SEO investment toward the highest-value opportunities. Increased brand visibility across traditional and AI-powered search. Successful website migration with minimal loss of SEO equity. A scalable SEO/GEO operating model and a high-performing team. Why join Diabolocom? Join a French tech company with global ambitions and an expanding international presence. Explore the future of search by working with AI-driven products, GEO and emerging LLM technologies. Shape the SEO/GEO strategy and make a direct impact on the company's digital growth and lead generation. Lead a major website redesign and migration project, with the opportunity to influence a key digital asset. Grow with the company, take on new responsibilities and help shape the future of SEO as Diabolocom expands internationally. Join a team that is big enough to offer expertise and collaboration, yet small enough for your work to have a visible impact on the business. Recruitment process Introductory call with Talent Acquisition Technical interview with the SEO manager Nada Practical case study Interview with the SEO team, followed by a case study presentation to the team and Head of Marketing Jim.
