About Hilo by Aktiia High blood pressure is the world's most common disease, causing 18M deaths each year. At Hilo by Aktiia, we're building a world where no lives are lost to its effects — with technology that helps people take control of their health. We're a venture-backed scale-up with $96M raised from investors in Europe and the US. Rooted in 18 years of research at the Swiss Center for Electronics and Microtechnology (CSEM), our device is the world's only medically accurate, cuffless, continuous blood pressure monitor for daily use — clinically validated and CE Marked as a Class IIa medical device, now available in 12 countries. In July, we launched in the US. We're a remote-first company headquartered in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, united by our passion for impact and innovation. Applicants must already hold a valid visa or work permit for their country of residence, as Hilo is not able to provide visa sponsorship. Role overview UX is our number one priority. As a Series B scale-up, we are investing heavily in the product experience, and you will be central to it. You will own our biggest new product bets: new features, health insights and early vision work across the app. You will bring ideas to life fast, with polished high-fidelity prototypes and motion, then take them to a shipped result. You will report directly to our Head of Design and work with product and engineering every day. Alongside you are a Lead Product Designer and a Lead UX Writer, who keep the whole product consistent and high quality. You will have real ownership on a health product people use every day, in a business-critical role where UX is our top priority. You join a team with high talent density, people who raise your game, and a shared focus on speed, clarity and craft. Location: Fully remote, open to candidates across the UK and Europe. Core responsibilities Ownership & Outcomes Own your product areas from first idea to shipped result. Set the measures for your work and own whether it succeeds. Turn research, feedback and data into clear decisions. Prototyping & Design Spin up working prototypes with AI tools and our design system, not just static screens. Collaboration & Continuity Work daily with design engineers and product managers, and unblock them fast. Take over existing product design work and keep quality high. Requirements Background & Experience Essential Senior product design experience, ideally in health, consumer, behavior change or regulated products. 1 to 3 shipped case studies that show the problem, your role, your decisions and the measurable impact. Strong UX and UI craft: visual hierarchy, typography, motion and attention to detail. High-fidelity prototypes you can screen-share and walk through (Figma, AI tools such as Claude or Lovable). Daily, practical use of AI tools, and enthusiasm for trying new ones. Fluent Figma, including components, variables and tokens. Close work with engineers, and clear, short communication. A public portfolio website (required with your application). Nice to Have AI-ready design systems, mobile apps, connected devices, simple prototypes in code. How you work AI first — You'd rather show a working thing than describe one. Builder — You ship, starting from nothing if you have to. Bias for action — You don't need to be told what to do or be chased. You spot what could go wrong, pick the one that matters most and fix it. Disciplined — Tokens, not screenshots. Decision logs, not memories. Curious — You want to know why, not just what. Clear under pressure — Medical regulation and different market rules are design problems, not excuses. This isn't for you if You need a finished brief, all the requirements or all the research before you start. You measure screens shipped, not outcomes moved. You'd rather list risks than own one. How we hire Recruiter screen (30 min) Portfolio interview with the Head of Design (60 min) Product thinking and interaction design deep dive Cross-functional conversation with design engineers and product Final conversation with senior leadership What success looks like You take something off our plate and it gets done. If it won't happen, you tell us first. You bring the problem, the root cause and options. You flag risk to dates early, while we can still change it. Benefits What Makes You A Great Fit At Hilo by Aktiia, our values guide everything we do: Move the Needle — You focus on what drives real impact. You understand that a great product experience is fundamental to good decision-making and growth, and you take accountability for the quality and outcomes of your work, from first idea through to shipped result. Move Fast, Learn, Refine — You work with urgency and purpose, balancing speed with craft. You continuously improve the way Design operates, experiment with better tools and processes, including AI, and solve root causes rather than accepting repetitive manual work. Team First — You collaborate effectively with colleagues, engineers, product managers and stakeholders across countries and functions. You build trust by being reliable, clear and constructive, while maintaining high standards for quality and consistency. Why Join Us? Hilo by Aktiia is becoming one of the most important med-tech companies, and you can be part of this exciting story. Work on a mission that matters: transforming cardiovascular health at global scale. Be part of a high-impact, fast-growing, and venture-backed scale-up company. Collaborate with a diverse, passionate, and talented team. Competitive compensation and equity program, and other benefits (depending on location). Ready to Move the Needle? If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact in people's lives and excel in an environment where individuals take ownership and are committed to delivering results, we are happy to receive your application. Senior Product Manager – Account (Europe)
Full TimeOn-siteSenior£75,000 - £75,000 / Year
gomental healthtaxinsurancecompliancecompliance+1

Hybrid role based in our London office (3 days a week) About us Seccl is the Octopus-owned embedded investment platform, on a mission to help more people invest, and invest well. We're building the infrastructure behind the next generation of investing. Our technology already powers some of the UK's most ambitious fintechs, banks, financial advisers and wealth firms, with close to a million investors relying on Seccl-powered platforms. And we're now expanding into Europe. We've got a proven product, strong momentum and big ambitions for what comes next: helping more household-name brands launch and scale investment propositions, entering new markets and replacing outdated investment infrastructure with technology that's faster, simpler and built for scale. We're proud to be part of Octopus, one of the UK's most successful privately held investment and technology groups. That gives us the backing and long-term perspective to build something substantial, while keeping the pace and energy of a high-growth business. Seccl and Octopus are both B Corp certified and share a belief that profit and purpose should go hand in hand. If you want to help shape the future of investing in the UK and across Europe, you'll be in good company. Check out the Seccl website to see what we're building and read more about our mission to shape the future of investments. The role We're looking for a Senior product manager to join the Account squad in our European tribe. You'll own the foundations that let us onboard firms, clients and accounts across Europe, and shape the products we build on top of them. Our European strategy has two parts. First, we're going deep in Ireland, building a full proposition with the products, tax wrappers and pensions that Irish firms and their clients need. Second, we're building the foundations to spread at speed into more European countries, with a focused offering for each market rather than a rebuild every time we enter a new one. The Account squad sits at the centre of both. You won't be joining a finished roadmap. You'll help define it, with real ownership over the problems that will decide how far and how fast we can grow in Europe. Working alongside a small, high-impact European team, our Compliance and Commercial colleagues and key European clients, you'll play a central role in taking us from a deep Irish proposition to a scalable European one. What you'll own Launching an Irish Personal Investment Account (PIA). This is a new tax-incentivised product that isn't yet live in the market, which makes it a genuine first mover opportunity for Seccl and our clients. Moving quickly and getting it right will matter. Introducing jurisdiction into the Seccl platform, so products, rules and regulation can vary by country without rebuilding it each time Building the foundations that let us scale onboarding for firms, clients and accounts and expand at speed across Europe Integrating a third-party pension provider, so Irish firms can offer their clients a fuller suite of products Turning Irish and European regulatory requirements into clear product requirements, working closely with Compliance Defining and prioritising the Account squad's roadmap, balancing what Ireland needs today with the foundations Europe will need Breaking down complex problems like jurisdiction into clear, actionable plans with engineers and other stakeholders Adapting and extending UK product and engineering capabilities for European markets Making trade-offs across speed, risk and customer value in a highly regulated environment Using quantitative and qualitative data to make evidence-based decisions This role's for you if... You have a track record of owning a product area end to end, ideally in account, onboarding or customer lifecycle products in a regulated environment (e.g. fintech, banking, investments, pensions or insurance) You have launched regulated products into European markets and understand how requirements can differ from one country to the next You have experience of integrating with third-party providers, platforms or APIs You're comfortable in 0→1 or highly ambiguous environments, making trade-offs across speed, risk and customer value You can bring clarity to complex, undefined problems and turn them into actionable plans You're highly proactive, creating momentum rather than waiting for direction You're customer-obsessed, focused on improving workflows and outcomes You thrive in cross-functional teams, working with Compliance, Commercial and Engineering and communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences Desirable: you've launched regulated products into European markets, or integrated with third-party providers, platforms or APIs This role isn't for you if: You rely on top-down direction. Here, you'll have a lot of freedom and ownership – it's up to you to shape your growth and deliver outcomes. You're uncomfortable in a fast-paced environment. Our ability to move quickly and scale effectively is key to our success – we need people who can adapt and think on their feet. You struggle to follow through on ideas. We value people who not only think big, but also deliver. You resist change. We're growing quickly, and the environment can be ambiguous – you'll thrive here if you see change as an opportunity rather than a hurdle. What's in it for you We offer a generous mix of benefits designed around the things that matter to our people: 💰 As salary between £75,000 and £90,000 , reviewed annually, plus a 6% employer pension contribution and life assurance 🌴 27 days' holiday plus bank holidays , with some flexibility around bank holidays, plus your birthday off 💙 Two volunteering days each year 🌎 The option to work abroad for up to six weeks a year 🌟 Secclbrate , our recognition programme offering flexible rewards including extra pay, additional holiday and increased learning budget 🏅 One-month paid sabbatical after eight years 🏥 Private medical insurance with AXA Health 👪 Enhanced parental leave 💻 MacBook and up to £500 towards your home office set-up 📖 Annual learning budget 🌻 Health and wellbeing support , including free therapy through Wellness Cloud and mental health support through Headspace 🌱 Financial wellbeing benefits , including Octopus Money, the Octopus Share Incentive Plan and will writing through Octopus Legacy 🎁 Perkbox , with flexible points and a range of discounts and perks 🚲 Access to Cycle to Work and Octopus Electric Vehicle Leasing Our culture We put people first and try hard to create an environment where people feel trusted, heard and able to do their best work. We value openness, curiosity and different perspectives. You'll have the freedom to challenge how things are done, experiment with better ways of working and take real ownership of your impact. Check out our Glassdoor page for the latest reviews or our LinkedIn for company updates and insights from the team. Interview process Interviewing is a two-way process. Our interviews are conversational, with plenty of time for you to get to know us and ask questions too. First stage – 45 mins competencies-based interview with the hiring manager + team member Second stage – one-hour technical focused interview, we will share a case study task in advance for you to present back to us on Final stage – 45 mins bar-raiser culture-based interview We review applications as they come in and may close the role once we have enough candidates to move forward. Head of Product
trawaBerlin HQ, Germany6 days ago
Full TimeOn-siteDirector€150,000 - €150,000 / Year
procurementtradingsalescustomer successonboardingprocurement

Head of Product Our mission for you European energy costs are 2x compared to US and China. Electricity demand is expected to double by 2050. Market price volatility & complexity are here to stay. The backbone of Europe's industrial economy is at risk — and companies need to act now. trawa is building the solution: the first integrated B2B energy platform that orchestrates procurement, energy management, and flexibility steering in one product. Supply, Manage, Flex — combined. That integration unlocks up to 30% in recurring electricity cost savings — all while helping companies switch to renewable energy. We're the fastest-growing B2B energy platform in Europe. Active in Germany and Austria now, and expanding operations to a third market in 2027. We're on the road to European scale and move fast — the market window is open and we intend to own it. trawa is a scale-up based in Berlin with ~100 FTE, ~30 of whom work in Product & Tech. We've raised over €35M to date, including a €24M Series A in May 2025, backed by Balderton, Headline, Speedinvest, AENU, Magnetic, and Tiny VC. All three founders are on board and 100% committed to build the utility of the future. We're looking for a Head of Product to own vision, strategy, and execution across the entire customer journey. You'll report directly to the CEO, with close collaboration with the CTO and COO. You will join the leadership team alongside other department leaders. You'll shape the product that makes European industry competitive again — and you'll do it at pace. This role is based in Berlin. trawa is an "office first" company, which means you will work from the headquarters in Berlin with our international, dynamic team. Your team You will lead a well-established team of 6 Product Managers and Designers embedded in 6 interdisciplinary teams in Product & Engineering. You will be the key decision-maker for what the teams work on. Our main customer segment is the German Mittelstand, therefore fluent German is required for this position. You'll drive the evolution of three key areas: Product Vision & Strategy: Own the product vision for the customer-facing products and roadmap across Supply, Manage, and Flex. Turn market dynamics and customer pain into a clear, prioritized strategy that compounds value across products. Internal products such as Trading platform as well as Energy Utility Platform are out of scope for this role. Value Delivery at Scale: Drive execution across teams, products, and geographies. Own the metrics that matter. Turn data into decisions and trade-offs into momentum. Team & Organisation: Build and lead high-performing product teams. Partner with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Operations. Create an environment where exceptional people do their best work. Who we are looking for Product Vision Leader: You deeply understand customer problems and translate them into a compelling product vision that aligns the entire company. You communicate strategy with clarity and conviction. You rally cross-functional teams around shared goals. Product Excellence: You have excelled as a Product Leader (Staff, Head of, VP) at a fast-paced scale-up. Proven track record of shipping products customers love that drive measurable business results. Value Delivery at Scale: You lead teams that deliver value at scale — shipping regularly, holding themselves accountable to outcomes, not just output. You set the bar for execution quality and speed across products, teams, and markets. Software Builder: Expert in building B2B software products, ideally experienced with working with customers in the Commercial & Industrial segment. You understand and master software product dynamics — activation, retention, pricing and upsell along the full customer lifecycle. Seasoned Executor: You deliver in high-paced environments with clear target achievement. You thrive in uncertainty — creating structure, driving momentum, and turning ambiguity into action. You prioritize with clarity and ship relentlessly. AI-Native Builder: At trawa, we embrace new technology and use it to our competitive advantage. Core decision processes in trading and energy operations run on AI-based predictions. Customer success, sales enablement as well as Operations are fueled by agentic workflows. We are reinventing what a modern utility looks like — driving cost-to-serve toward €0 and increasing trading profits through AI-based signal processing. You will have the mandate and the environment to reinvent product development, tooling, and ways of working with AI across the organization. Energy Expert (Strong Plus): Deep energy market expertise is beneficial — but not a prerequisite. At trawa, we're dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace. If you're excited about this role but your experience doesn't align perfectly, we encourage you to apply — you may be the right fit for this or another opportunity. 90 Day Goals After 6 Weeks (Onboarding): You deeply understand trawa's business and product You have established your philosophy of running Product & Tech teams' delivery You shape new quarterly roadmap and OKR plans for your teams Month 3 (Ramp-Up): You have assembled the company around your product vision for the entire customer journey Your vision for the customer journey comes to live - first key metrics are moved Your teams follow your rhythm of value delivery in fast measurable iterations Why us? Impact: European SMEs spend between €150k and €10M per year on electricity — most are overpaying and locked into outdated procurement. Your product will directly change how thousands of companies buy, manage, and use energy. The impact is measurable, the market is massive, and the timing is now. The Role: This is a rare opportunity to own product end-to-end at a company where product is the business. You won't be managing a feature backlog — you'll be shaping a platform that spans energy trading, real-time asset steering, and enterprise software. Few product roles in Europe offer this combination of complexity, commercial impact, and speed. Responsibility & Support: You'll join the leadership team with direct impact on company strategy. We support you through regular leadership sessions, cross-department leadership initiatives, and experienced mentors who want to see you succeed. Ownership: We empower our team members to take ownership of their work and drive results, regardless of background or experience level. Learning & Growth: We provide an annual budget and dedicated time for professional development. You'll have opportunities for mentorship, learning, and career progression. Diversity and Inclusion: We're an equal opportunity employer, and our team reflects that. Our organisation brings together over 15 nationalities, contributing a variety of languages, experiences, and perspectives. At trawa, we're family-friendly with parents across all levels, and our diversity is represented throughout the company, including leadership. We're committed to an inclusive environment where everyone can do their best work. Package & Benefits: We offer a competitive compensation package including salary and stock options, 30 days of vacation, and a range of benefits including subsidies for home internet and lunches, a Sports Club membership, dedicated learning days with an annual learning budget, plus a weekly team lunch and regular team events. Atolls is the world's largest community-driven shopping platform, active in 20+ markets. We help millions make smarter spending decisions across discovery, evaluation, and (re-)purchase by connecting people with the right brands and retailers. Our 1,000+ team across 10 countries builds products used every day at global scale, where you'll have real ownership and see your impact. Want to shape the destinations people rely on to shop with confidence? Keep reading. About This Role: We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our Gift Cards vertical - one of the fastest-growing parts of our alternative offers, spanning gift card purchase, redemption, provider partnerships, and cross-market growth across France, Germany, and Spain. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role. You'll set the strategy for a business line generating triple-digit YoY growth in some markets, own the commercial relationships with our gift card providers, and work directly with our Fulfilment leadership on where the vertical goes next. You'll also work closely with - and may grow into ownership of - adjacent parts of our Alternative Offers and in-store rewards portfolio. We want a strong senior product leader: someone who has built and scaled products at a leading tech company and/or a startup, who thinks and acts like an entrepreneur, and who can move a commercial product forward with minimal hand-holding. Our Benefits: At Atolls, we believe in nurturing both your professional and personal growth. Here's what you can expect: A culture that values personal and professional development, with internal mobility opportunities. A supportive and open-minded team that embraces diverse perspectives and innovative ideas. 32 days of paid vacation plus your birthday off, giving you the time you need to recharge. A flexible hybrid working scheme to balance work and life. Access to a learning budget and internal training to help you grow in your role. Mental health coaching to support your well-being. Regular global and local get-togethers to celebrate successes and build connections. The possibility of taking a sabbatical after three years with the company. A cloud-based company setup, providing flexibility and collaboration opportunities no matter where you are. These are global benefits that apply to all employees, with additional local perks based on your location. Responsibilities: In this role, you will: Own the gift card product strategy and roadmap - from provider selection and inventory quality to the end-to-end purchase, redemption, and admin experience. Lead commercial and provider negotiations - framework agreements, commission structures, SLAs, and multi-entity contracting with gift card providers (e.g. Finperks, Tillo), in partnership with Operations, Legal and Finance. Drive revenue growth across markets - set and deliver GMV and commission targets across France, Germany, and Spain, backed by rigorous transaction-level analysis. Partner cross-functionally - work daily with engineering, design, data, CRM, and adjacent product teams to ship a coherent gift card experience across web, app, and browser extension. Own delivery end to end - set the roadmap, own the backlog, and take each bet from discovery to launch with engineering, design and data: frame the problem, write the specs and user stories, prioritise sprint by sprint, make the scope calls, and measure what shipped. This is a hands-on build role, not a coordination role. Use data to lead, not just report - build and refine models (e.g. fraud-tier scoring), validate revenue and performance data with Finance, and identify the next highest-impact bet. Represent the vertical at the leadership level - bring clear recommendations and trade-offs to cross-team and leadership forums, and help shape Alternative Offers' broader strategic direction. Build for scale - help expand gift cards from a standalone catalogue page into a fully integrated offer type across the platform. Your Profile: 5+ years in product management , including significant time owning a product or business line end-to-end at a leading tech company and/or a startup. A strong entrepreneurial track record - you've built something from close to zero, made judgment calls with imperfect data, and taken ownership beyond your formal remit. Commercial fluency - comfortable owning revenue targets, running vendor/partner negotiations, and thinking in margin, commission, and unit economics, not just features. Strong analytical skills - fluent working with transaction and revenue data to make and defend decisions; comfortable partnering with data/finance teams on models like fraud scoring. Proven cross-functional leadership - experience leading engineering, design, and data counterparts in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, without formal authority over them. Hands-on product delivery - you have recently (last 2 to 3 years) taken features from problem to production yourself, working day to day with engineers and designers: running discovery, writing the specs, owning backlog and sprint priorities, and making trade-offs when scope, time or data ran short. You are as comfortable in the detail as at the roadmap level. Excellent stakeholder management - able to influence and present confidently to senior/executive stakeholders. A degree from a top-tier university (e.g. Oxford, Cambridge, LSE, HEC Paris, ESSEC, Sciences Po, Bocconi, ETH Zurich, or equivalent); an MBA or further qualification from a leading program is a plus. AI Product Manager Intern - (AI x Greentech) (m/f/d)
InternshipOn-siteMid
triage

As an AI Product Manager Intern at Reonic, you'll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and our customers. You'll help make sure new features are tested thoroughly, releases run smoothly, and customer feedback continuously makes its way back into the product development process. This is not a coffee-run internship: you'll take on real ownership from day one and work closely with engineers and other teams to improve both our product and the way we build and release it. Please note: This is a fully onsite internship in Augsburg for 4–6 months. What you'll do Support release testing: Help coordinate testing for upcoming releases and continuously test new features during development. Identify issues early and give clear, actionable feedback to engineering. Help coordinate software releases: Keep track of features, changes, dependencies, and release timelines. Act as a communication hub between product, engineering, and other teams. Improve product quality: Look beyond whether a feature technically works. Think about edge cases, usability, customer workflows, and how changes affect the overall product experience. Turn feedback into action: Triage user feedback and bug reports, investigate and reproduce issues, and translate your findings into clear, well-described tickets for engineering. Communicate what's new: Write release notes, help run internal demos, and make sure colleagues understand what has changed and how new functionality works. Work closely with engineering: Collaborate with engineers throughout the development process, ask the right questions, and help remove ambiguity before features reach customers. Understand our customers: Build a deep understanding of the businesses using Reonic and use that context to contribute to better product decisions. What makes you a great fit Product mindset: You naturally think beyond checklists. You want to understand why something is being built, who it is for, and what makes it useful. Attention to detail: You spot inconsistencies, edge cases, and potential issues before they become customer problems. Strong communication: You communicate clearly with engineers, product colleagues, and other stakeholders. Professional fluency in English (C1+) is required. Technical curiosity: You enjoy understanding how software works and aren't afraid to dig into technical details, investigate bugs, or learn new concepts. Hands-on with AI tools: Coding isn't required, but you've already vibe-coded a thing or two. You can quickly build a rough prototype to show engineers how a more complex feature could work, so they get a clear picture before the real build starts.
