About H: H Company is a next-generation AI research and product company pioneering the future of autonomous, agentic AI. Founded to build intelligence that acts, H Company is creating the foundational infrastructure for autonomous AI systems that drive real-world outcomes across industries. The Role Today, H is known for its story: its founders, its funding rounds, its press. We want it to be known for its value. Content is how that shift happens, one piece at a time: the case study a CIO forwards to their COO, the white paper a board reads before a steering committee, the article an engineer shares because it is precise. You will be our first Content Manager and reporting to the head of marketing. You'll own the global content strategy and production, hands in hands with the brand, lead gen and product marketing stakeholders, from thought leadership to customer proof. Our brand stance is that of a pragmatic visionary : bold on vision, precise and evidence-led on capability. You'll write and edit in both registers, a bold "vision voice" and a precise "capability voice", so that every piece speaks the language of the boardroom and holds up to the scrutiny of a CTO/builder. You'll work hand in hand with Product Marketing, Growth, Research, Sales, our FDE teams and Communications, and with our external agencies and freelancers. What You'll Do Build the content engine (Foundations) Turn the new brand platform (positioning, tone of voice, messaging house) into a content strategy, an editorial line and a calendar by market (France, UK, US) and by audience (business C-levels and builders). Own the core brand content: website copy, company narrative, brand and product pages, decks and event content, in line with the brand guidelines. Set up the content system: templates, style guide, review and approval flows with Product, Research and Legal, and a library the whole GTM team can reuse. Make value visible (Reputation) Build our proof library: customer case studies, use-case stories and outcome numbers, working with Sales, FDE teams and customers. Shift the content mix from founders and funding to product, value and customer outcomes. Carry trust through proof: reliability, ownership, resilience and our research-first approach (we own our models, we are not a wrapper), explained without jargon. Feed awareness and pipeline (Awareness) Produce content for the brand plan: campaigns, flagship events, recurring PR moments and the brand side of our US launch. Equip Growth with content that turns awareness into qualified relationships: ABM assets for target accounts, social selling content for our ambassadors, post-event follow-ups. Work with Demand Generation on SEO/GEO so our content ranks in search and in AI answers. Earn authority (Authority) Run our thought leadership on the execution gap in enterprise AI and "AI that actually works". Lead the content of our academic and expert references: the Institute Polytechnique de Paris partnership, the COMEX40 white paper, and research with analysts and consulting firms (Gartner, HBR, BCG/McKinsey). Run the content of our "AI at work" Program: articles, interviews and the editorial behind its executive dinners. Work across the team Partner with Product Marketing, who own use-case families and sales enablement: you shape the stories, they own the battlecards. Partner with Communications, who own corporate communications and executive social media: you supply the substance, they amplify it. Brief and manage freelancers and agencies (writers, designers, video) within your content budget. What We're Looking For 5+ years in content, editorial or content marketing, in B2B tech enterprise (AI, SaaS, cloud or enterprise software). You have built a content strategy and an editorial calendar from scratch, and you can show what it delivered (pipeline, rankings, reach, reuse by Sales). You write exceptionally well, and you edit others just as well: you can make a researcher's idea readable for a board and a CEO's vision precise enough for an engineer. You have produced long-form content for enterprise decision-makers: white papers, case studies, research reports, thought-leadership articles. You are curious about deep tech and comfortable interviewing researchers, engineers and customers to get the real story and the real numbers. You are organized and autonomous: you run several pieces at once, manage freelancers, and ship on time. Fluent English is required; French is a strong plus. You Might Be a Great Fit If... You have written for an emerging category, where the words themselves were still being defined. You have produced content for both European and US audiences and know how a story needs to flex from one market to the other. You care about proof: case studies, customer voices and numbers matter more to you than slogans. You know how content performs in search and in AI answers (SEO/GEO). You are low ego and high ownership, and you like being the first member of a team that is being built. Location Paris/London, hybrid: 3 days a week on average in our office (8 rue Sainte-Cécile, 75009) or with customers. Occasional travel to London and the US. What We Offer Join the early days of one of Europe's most ambitious AI companies, and shape the stories the world reads about it. Real ownership: the first content role in a Brand team being built, with direct access to our researchers, engineers and leadership. A team of world-class researchers, engineers and operators who ship. Competitive salary and equity. Benefits: health insurance, meal vouchers, transport Find Jobs in France on Arbeitnow

We are the creators of Flipper Zero — a portable device for tech enthusiasts and engineers. It's a gadget with an awesome community that brings together millions of people around the world. We're building a new product — Flipper One . It's a full-featured ARM-based computer running Linux in a compact form factor, powered by the Rockchip RK3576 SoC. We've decided to make the entire development process completely open and public. That's why we're looking for a Developer Portal & Community Manager to own and manage the entire Flipper One Developer Portal: maintaining the wiki, collecting tasks from all development teams, managing all GitHub projects and repositories, and proactively communicating with the community. This role is perfect for you if you want to be close to the product, see firsthand how it's built, and help turn that process into a clear and valuable entry point for the community. This is not a "content manager" role — you'll need to fully understand the development process, track all ongoing tasks, and connect the team with the community to make things happen. What is the Developer Portal? The Developer Portal is a public wiki + a set of GitHub projects built around Flipper One. It documents how the project works as a whole, explains the architecture of its major subsystems, and provides contribution guides for the community — showing how people can contribute to each sub-project. Anyone reading the Developer Portal wiki should come away with a complete understanding of the project structure, each feature, and what exactly we are building. Requirements: You write clearly, concisely, and without fluff, and can show examples of your work: guides, instructions, READMEs, how-tos, or similar materials Basic understanding of hardware, software, and development workflows (Git, commits, branches, pull requests) Able to explain complex technical topics in simple language and visualize them with flowchart sketches Strong verbal communication skills; you know how to listen, ask precise questions, and quickly extract the key points from chaotic discussions Keep communication with the community productive — without toxicity, unnecessary softness, or bureaucracy Comfortable collaborating closely with engineers and navigating technical contexts Discern useful feedback and constructive disagreement from noise and spam Value structure, logic, clarity, and information quality Genuinely interested in developer-facing products, hardware, documentation, open communities, and the build-in-public approach Proficiency in Russian and English for communication with other departments in the company and the external community Nice-to-have: Experience in DevRel, technical writing, community operations, or an editorial role Experience working with documentation, wikis, knowledge bases, or developer portals Understanding of the culture of technical communities, open-source, and hardware projects Ability to work across topics at the intersection of interfaces, electronics, product architecture, and internal development Responsibilites: Own and develop the Flipper One Developer Portal Turn the team's internal context into clear public documentation, notes, updates, and explanations Join team calls to understand what's actually happening in the project and maintain a complete picture of it Translate technical discussions into clear, human language without losing meaning or accuracy Moderate community comments, pull requests, and contributions Filter out spam, reduce noise, and keep discussions productive Help users understand how the portal works and how to provide useful feedback Collect signals from the community and bring them back to the team Make sure the portal stays structured, up to date, and genuinely useful What we offer: Fully remote from anywhere in the world You will be provided with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable working environment Benefits such as VHI, corporate sports, foreign language courses, and therapy sessions A five-day workweek with a flexible start of the working day Find more English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

You turn complex manufacturing data into interfaces factory teams rely on every day, working side by side with our engineers. Ethon was built to eliminate the trillion-dollar waste problem in manufacturing. We are the technology leader in Industrial AI, building agentic workflows that help manufacturers optimize cost, quality, and speed of production. We are a fast-growing team driving massive impact in one of the largest and most under-served industries in the world. We serve the world's top manufacturers across the globe. From Siemens and Bosch to Lindt and Roche, our customers trust us to make their factories run better. We are backed by leading investors like Index Ventures, General Catalyst, and Earlybird. Our team draws from Google, Meta, Palantir, MBB, and top manufacturing companies, all here for the same reason: giving manufacturers the technology to run every factory at unprecedented productivity. WHAT IS THIS JOB ABOUT? You'll join our small design team and work directly with our engineers. At first you'll focus on UI: building screens, components and flows for our platform, and helping our design system grow. Over time you'll take on larger parts of the product end to end. This is what you'll do: Turn flows and concepts into detailed production-ready screens. Create and maintain components in Figma, keep them in sync with what's in code, and notice when patterns start to drift. Pair with developers, review builds, and make quick trade-offs when something doesn't fit the sprint. Your designs ship; you don't just hand off Figma files. When a shortcut hurts the experience, you say so, explain why, and propose an alternative. And you know when good enough is good enough. Join customer calls and factory visits, test ideas with our forward deployed engineers, and bring what you learn back into the product. Help where a startup needs it: website updates, sales decks and marketing visuals now and then. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING? First and foremost, we believe in curious people who are eager to learn and grow. If you're passionate about cutting-edge tech and driving major impact in manufacturing, we want to hear from you. You don't need to have done it all. We can teach you manufacturing, our product, and a lot about designing complex B2B software. We can't teach you to care about the details, or to be curious about how things work. Must-haves: You're fluent in English and comfortable with changing priorities. You know when to be scrappy and when to be thorough. You have 1–3 years of professional experience designing digital products. Internships and working-student roles count if you shipped real work. You have strong UI craft and have hands-on experience with a design system. You're fluent in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, variables) and comfortable using AI tools for quick iterations and prototypes. You enjoy working closely with developers and understand enough about frontend to design things that can be built. You can explain and stand behind your design decisions, and you change your mind when someone has a better argument. You're curious about users, technology and how things get made, and you actively look for feedback so you can grow. Bonus: Experience with B2B SaaS, dashboards or data-heavy products WHY IS ETHON RIGHT FOR YOU? We work from our office in the center of Zürich. You will be here three days a week, because the hardest problems get solved in person. You'll work alongside two senior designers, get regular design critiques, and sit close to the engineers who build what you design. Feedback loops are short, access to founders is direct. Additionally, we offer: Performance-based career & growth paths On-site work with significant scope for flexible schedules Competitive compensation including stock options giving you a stake in Ethon's long-term success Vacation bonus if you take two consecutive weeks of vacation Flexible parental leave Learning budget for courses, conferences, and coaching If this sounds like your kind of work, we would like to meet you. We're committed to building a team that reflects the diverse world we live in. We encourage applications from all backgrounds, and we especially welcome voices traditionally underrepresented in tech. HOW TO APPLY Send us your CV and a portfolio with 2–3 case studies, at least one showing detailed UI work. Tell us briefly what you did yourself and what the team did. Our interview process includes a short design challenge during the on-site, so you can show us how you work. Find more English Speaking Jobs in Switzerland on Arbeitnow
