Graduate Product Manager - Supply Chain
Full TimeOn-siteMid
goresttaxinsuranceresearch

Always wanted to build the systems behind one of Europe's most advanced supply chains? As part of this Graduate Program, you'll own part of Picnic's supply chain tech products from day one. You'll be end-to-end responsible for developing products that power our operations by understanding operational challenges, analyzing data, working with business teams, designing solutions with engineers, and validating impact through experiments and analytics. You're the one making it happen. The program at Picnic is one of the most ambitious tracks in the industry: from recent graduate to Product Manager. Wondering what problems you'll work on? Think optimising how items are picked in our automated fulfilment center, decreasing waste by optimal ordering, designing a flow how we make sure coolpacks for chilled deliveries get back to the fulfilment center or integrating with robots to automate our operations even more. What you'll be doing Over 18 months you'll learn everything it takes to build a great product by actually doing it. You'll work alongside experienced product managers in our team. You will spend your program embedded deeply in one supply chain domain to see the long-term impact of your products, with options to expand scope into adjacent domains as you scale after 18 months. Every 3 months, you will reflect on your growth and define new learning goals with your mentor to grow you into the Product Manager role as fast as possible. 0-6 months You learn how to solve operational and internal user problems. From day one, you'll help build features used by thousands of users, while getting to know our product end to end. To understand what to build, you'll analyze operational processes through data analysis and interviews. Based on your learnings you'll help shape new features. 6-12 months You build your first features from scratch. This is the first time you'll own the full product development lifecycle. With the help of an experienced Product Manager, you'll scope a supply chain problem, shape the solution across design, engineering, data, and business. You'll drive execution on your plan, ship to customers & see the direct impact of your work. 12+ months You own a product scope end to end. You decide what problems to solve and own the solutions: the research, the analyses, the designs, the stakeholders, the tech. You are in the lead and responsible for the outcome. The Program The launchpad to Product Manager . Learn everything there is about building product & become a PM twice as fast as the industry standard. Ownership from day one . You'll immediately work on improving our Supply Chain, alongside our experienced product teams. You'll get to experience different scopes ranging from warehouse operations to ordering inbound and from optimal planning of deliveries and routing to our in-house built apps used by thousands of our operational colleagues. Tangible impact : Every feature you ship is measured, so you'll see the exact impact of your decisions in real data. If it works, double down. If it doesn't, own it and iterate. Mentorship : You'll have a dedicated mentor accelerating your growth. Your mentor will grow you as a Product Manager, and also be your guide into the domain. But most of what you learn, you learn by actually doing it. Who are you We're looking for future leaders who are hungry to learn, eager to build, and passionate about our mission. You don't need years of product management experience, but you do need to show us you have the raw talent and drive to succeed. Master's degree in a quantitative field like Econometrics, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar. Recent graduate or up to two years of professional experience. Builder at heart. You've taken initiative and created something from scratch, whether that's a side project, a new idea, or your own startup. Highly ambitious, natural curiosity and empathy for users. You want to understand, you're always asking "why", and you always think about how to make things better. Go-getter personality. You're biased toward action and constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery. Many strong candidates talk themselves out of applying because they don't tick every box. If this role excites you and you believe you have what it takes, apply. This vacancy remains open, we hire throughout the year whenever we find the right match. Why Picnic? Invent the future: We're not just improving an industry; we're rebuilding it from scratch. You'll work on challenges no one has solved before. Hands-on from day one: We believe in doing, not just theorizing. You'll get your hands dirty, build real things, and see your impact immediately. Learn by doing, together: We do, we fail, we learn. You'll work side-by-side with top-notch colleagues who will challenge and support you every day. A sustainable mission: Join a company committed to making the world a better place, one electric vehicle at a time. Have fun along the way: We celebrate our successes with legendary parties, team events, and free daily lunches. Ready to build the future with us? Apply now and tell us what you would build first. Lead Product Manager

Constructor LabsRemote (Fully Remote)23 hours ago
Full TimeFully RemoteLead
goagileprocurementcompliancecompliancedata privacy+9

About us Constructor Labs is the research arm of Constructor Knowledge, based at Campus Ring 1 in Bremen, Germany. Our work is organized around three units: Knowledge Labs, Cyber Labs and Science Labs. We apply computing, software and robotics research to make scientists, teachers and students more effective, working with institutional partners that include CERN, NUS, Carnegie Mellon and Fraunhofer. Constructor Practice is the hands-on practice platform within the Constructor Technology learning suite, alongside Learn, Assess, Proctor, Schedule and Groups. It spans an unusually broad portfolio: curriculum-aligned virtual science labs; the evidence-based intervention products Calcularis (numeracy and dyscalculia), Grafari/Orthograph (literacy and dyslexia); and browser-based Software & IT and Coding labs for technical training. Shared capabilities include cloud-based hands-on environments with no installation, automated assessment and grading, group assignments and instructor assistance, LMS integration, and learner analytics and dashboards. The product is in production across three distinct markets. Higher education and research, schools and public education authorities, and corporate and vocational training. The platform operates under GDPR, FERPA, COPPA and SOPIPA commitments. About the Role You will own Constructor Practice content portfolio of products (currently includes Practice: Science Labs and Practice: Schools Math and Literacy with future extension to other disciplines) end to end: strategy, roadmap, commercial performance and delivery. This is a lead product management position with full accountability for the product line rather than for a single feature area or squad. The scope is wider than a conventional PM role. You will sit in front of clients during presales, shape the go-to-market with sales and marketing, define the roadmap across a portfolio serving three different buyer types, and work with product owners and engineering to bring releases in on time and on budget. Where the product line needs something that has no owner, it is yours. Practice has an established customer base and a portfolio that has grown through acquisition and expansion into markets with little in common: a Swiss canton buying dyscalculia intervention for primary schools has almost nothing in common with Acronis training its partner ecosystem. Bringing coherence to that portfolio, deciding what to invest in, what to standardize and what to retire, is the central problem of this role. Reporting and scope Reports to: Head of SI and Edu, Constructor Labs. Level: Lead Product Manager. You will lead the product team including product owners, engineers and subject matter experts, with a view to building a larger product team as the line grows. Product surface: all Constructor Practice content products, namely Science Labs, Calcularis, Grafari/Orthograph, Software & IT and Coding, in cooperation with the shared platform layer covering assessment, analytics, LMS integration and deployment. Markets: higher education and research institutions, schools and public education authorities, and corporate and vocational training providers. Interfaces: engineering and product owners, presales and sales, marketing, customer success and support, Constructor Tech engineering and product teams, Nexademy content team, Constructor Labs research, and Constructor Labs Solutions as an integration channel. The role is both outward and inward facing. You are expected to be in client conversations and in sprint reviews in the same week, and to carry what you learn in one into the other. Duties & Responsibilities : Product strategy. Set the direction for Practice across its three markets: where to invest, where to standardize on shared platform capability, and where a module should be sustained rather than developed. Maintain a defensible view of the competitive position against virtual lab providers, intervention software and hands-on technical training platforms. Roadmap and prioritization. Own a published roadmap with a clear rationale for sequencing, balancing client commitments, platform debt, regulatory requirements and new capability. Say no in a way that holds up, and keep the roadmap current as commitments change. Discovery and requirements. Work directly with teachers, learning designers, lab administrators, IT staff and corporate training leads to establish what the product needs to do. Translate that into specifications, acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes rather than feature lists. Delivery with engineering. Work with product owners and development teams through planning, sprint reviews and release. Hold scope, schedule and budget together, escalate early when one of the three has to give, and make the trade-off explicit rather than absorbing it quietly. Presales support. Act as the product authority in qualified opportunities: demonstrations, solution design, technical objection handling, RFP and tender responses, security and compliance questionnaires. Judge which client-specific requests are viable and which are not. Go-to-market. Own positioning, messaging and the launch plan for each release and module, working with marketing and sales enablement. Produce the materials that let the sales team sell Practice without you in the room. Client relationships. Run a regular cadence with reference and strategic accounts, gather structured feedback, manage expectations on committed features and turn successful deployments into case studies and references. Pricing and commercials. Own the pricing and packaging model across modules and market segments, with input on licensing, bundling within the Constructor learning suite, and the commercial terms of custom work. Compliance and trust. Keep the product aligned with GDPR, FERPA, COPPA and SOPIPA obligations and with accessibility requirements, working with legal and security. Child-facing products in public education carry a higher bar, and meeting it is part of the roadmap. Performance measurement. Instrument the product, track adoption, engagement and learning outcomes, and use the evidence to decide what to build next and what to stop. Qualifications & Experience: Product ownership at scale. Five or more years in product management, including at least three owning a B2B SaaS product line with revenue accountability rather than a single feature area. Education or adjacent domain. Experience with EdTech, assessment, e-learning, corporate L&D tooling or another domain where the buyer, the administrator and the end user are three different people with different measures of success. Delivery discipline. A track record of shipping on committed dates and budgets with agile teams, working through product owners and engineering leads, and managing the scope conversations that make that possible. Commercial fluency. Comfort in front of clients and in presales, with the ability to run a demonstration, defend a roadmap position and contribute to pricing and packaging decisions. Technical credibility. Enough depth in cloud platforms, LMS integration standards such as LTI and SCORM, APIs and analytics to hold your own with engineering and with a client's IT team, without needing to write the code yourself. Evidence-based decisions. Fluency with product analytics and experimentation, and the judgement to distinguish a signal worth acting on from a loud customer. Portfolio judgement. Experience managing several products or modules at once, and a willingness to make and defend investment and retirement decisions. Languages. Business-fluent English. German is a bonus, given the Swiss, German and Austrian school and public-sector customer base. Communication. Written and verbal clarity with audiences ranging from a primary school teacher to a university CIO to a development team. Nice to have Experience with virtual labs, simulation environments or browser-based development and IT training environments. Background in special educational needs, learning intervention or evidence-based pedagogy, particularly dyscalculia or dyslexia support. Familiarity with public-sector education procurement in DACH, including cantonal and Länder-level buying. Experience with student data privacy regimes (GDPR in an education context, FERPA, COPPA, SOPIPA) and WCAG accessibility conformance. Prior work in a group structure where a product is sold both directly and through an integration or services channel. A background in teaching, instructional design or learning science. What we offer A product line with an established base , in production with universities, public education authorities and corporate academies across Europe and beyond. Genuine end-to-end ownership , from strategy and pricing through to release, without the role being split across a commercial owner and a delivery owner. Access to our researchers , including principal investigators and education methodologists from Constructor Labs, and the ability to route applied research questions into the Labs. Salary and annual bonus tied to the product line's commercial and delivery targets. The band is competitive for a lead product role in DACH or the UK and depends on location and experience. A distribution channel beyond direct sales , through Constructor Labs Solutions and the partner network. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

In this position, you will take ownership of verification and production test equipment, from defining test concepts to designing automated test solutions, jigs and needle-bed adapters that help us improve yield and reliability. You'll collaborate closely with our software and electronics engineers and OEM partners to enhance test coverage and reduce testing time, driving efficiency across our manufacturing process. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, agile environment, offering the opportunity to design creative, practical test solutions from concept through to mass production. You will also visit OEMs to support new product integrations and support small scale engineering runs in person. Responsibilities and Duties Research, design and build test solutions, including auto generated, 3D printed test equipment and CNC milled custom test jigs, and needle-bed adapters to enable low-volume prototyping and mid- to high-volume PCB production. At Vio we believe booking accommodation should feel smart, fair, and effortless — never overwhelming or unclear. As one of the world's fastest-growing travel tech platforms, we help millions of users make smarter travel decisions by comparing stays across 100+ booking sites — so they can find the perfect place, at the best price, anywhere in the world. We cut through the noise and complexity of hotel and vacation rental booking, surfacing real value with clarity, transparency, and full support. No tricks. No confusion. Just great stays — booked with confidence. With operations in 100+ markets and growing fast, our mission is to reshape how people discover and book accommodation through technology travelers can trust. Who we're looking for We are looking for a hands-on Quality Platform Lead to own Vio's quality strategy and automation platform across web, mobile, browser extensions, internal tooling and related surfaces. This is a technical leadership role (Staff IC) reporting to the Director of Engineering. You define what good looks like for quality, decide where scarce testing effort goes, and give teams the confidence to ship. Your levers are release gates, quality telemetry, and a developer experience that makes the right tests easy to write and keep alive. Product engineers own the tests for the features they build. Your remit is the platform, the strategy and the enablement that make that work hold up at scale. There is no QA department here and we have no plans to create one. Where you'll start Web: Playwright, Checkly, BrowserStack Mobile: Patrol (Flutter) Coverage gaps across white-labels, browser extensions, widgets, APIs and internal tooling Web: Playwright, Checkly, BrowserStack Mobile: Patrol (Flutter) Coverage gaps across white-labels, browser extensions, widgets, APIs and internal tooling The tooling can stay as it is. With a clear case you can migrate or rebuild. E2E coverage today is thin, so a different platform is genuinely on the table if it serves speed, maintainability and DX better. We have no predefined answer. AI-assisted tooling is an open area too. We have no established practice for agent-generated tests or AI-assisted triage, so your judgment on what earns a place in the platform carries real weight. What we lack today is clear ownership of strategy, release gates and shared quality telemetry, plus a low-friction path for engineers to spend their testing effort on the highest-risk scenarios. How the role works Your time splits between hands-on platform work, enablement, strategy and stakeholder telemetry. One insourced QA Engineer supports you. You own the technical direction, the standards and the quality outcomes. Once the platform has low friction, product engineers write and maintain the tests for the domains they own. You enable that through patterns, docs, reusable modules, CI checks and risk-based guidance. Gatekeeping releases sits outside the role. Expect no direct people-management responsibilities in the near future. Any further QE hire gets evaluated against the ~1:50 rule once the value is proven, and we have no committed headcount plan beyond that. What you'll own Quality strategy and platform Own the quality strategy and the automation platform across products, covering direction, standards and day-to-day health Decide whether to keep, evolve or replace the current tooling, with clear trade-offs on speed, maintainability and DX Set coding standards and patterns for test code, and keep the suite focused on the tests that earn their place Release gates and telemetry Build automated release gates into CI/CD and define what protects the core journeys Give Product, Engineering and leadership real-time quality telemetry on release readiness, risk and pipeline health Put failure triage and flaky-test quarantine in place, so every failure is worth acting on Risk-based coverage and testability Work with Product and Engineering to protect high-impact journeys and APIs Retire flaky and low-value tests, and concentrate effort where the risk is highest Act as the technical stakeholder for testability (hooks, mocks, contract tests, test data) and get those improvements onto team roadmaps Developer enablement Make it easy for product engineers to write, run and maintain tests locally and in CI Embed quality into how teams plan and ship, and mentor the insourced QA Engineer Drive a measurable increase in developer satisfaction with quality tooling and DX What success looks like in 12 months Platform ownership. You have taken over the automation platform across products and own it outright, with direction, standards and health all unambiguous, whether you kept the tooling or replaced it. Gates and focus. Release gates on the core journeys are fast and deterministic, and testing effort sits on the highest-risk scenarios. Dev ownership and satisfaction. Writing and maintaining tests is a routine part of Definition of Done, and developer satisfaction with quality tooling and DX has measurably improved. Telemetry. Eng and Product work from live release-readiness and risk dashboards, failures triage cleanly, and flaky tests go into quarantine. Less manual drag. Regular releases go out without manual testing, with exploratory testing reserved for major new work. Who you are You have a track record of building or overhauling automation platforms (SWE / QE / SDET) You write production-grade code across app, test and infra repos. Language matters less to us than depth, though our stack today leans on TypeScript/JS, Elixir, Go, Python and Dart. You use AI agents effectively in your own engineering workflow and can judge where they belong inside a quality platform, from test generation to failure triage You have cross-platform web and mobile automation judgment, and can weigh unified toolchains against separate ones objectively You have deep CI/CD and test infrastructure experience: GitHub Actions, device clouds, parallelisation, test data You can translate quality risk into telemetry and decisions that Eng, Product and leadership act on You are a hands-on builder who wants to code the platform yourself You design platforms developers adopt, and you prioritise risk-based coverage Trade-offs we accept: depth on one platform when the other is learnable, and no travel or booking domain background. Why join us now? Full ownership of the quality strategy and the automation platform, with a mandate for enablement We are one of the most innovative and fastest-growing accommodation booking platforms in the world today, having grown our bookings 30x between 2017 and 2025, and catering to the needs of over 100 million unique visitors worldwide each year. We do that by harnessing the power of advanced algorithms and an innovative suite of power features and managed to overcome the corona crisis remarkably fast ; The mobile applications ( iOS and Android ) we launched in 2023 are already a big success, reaching 5 million installs with great customer reviews, as we are beginning to build Vio as the brand for value-seeking travellers worldwide; We are a passionate and diverse team of tech enthusiasts and creatives with a commitment and focus on the traveler above all else - and it shows in our industry-leading TrustPilot score ; We place huge importance on rewarding our employees for the value they generate by giving Stock Appreciation Rights to all employees. What we offer: Plenty of chances to learn and grow within an open, diverse culture which promotes knowledge sharing, trust and transparency; A great compensation package, perks and benefits (including significant stock appreciation rights); Flexible time off (take as many holidays as you need) and a chance to work remotely; You will be part of a highly international team that enjoys working, eating and playing together in one of the best office locations in Amsterdam; We value good food and offer catered lunches from various cuisines, great coffee, and the occasional barbecue in our garden; We enjoy getting together to celebrate our wins with company events in Amsterdam and abroad; A budget for your dream home office; Access to free mental health support via OpenUp . About Flexport: At Flexport, we believe global trade can move the human race forward. That's why it's our mission to make global commerce so easy there will be more of it. We're shaping the future of a $10T industry with solutions powered by innovative technology and exceptional people. Today, companies of all sizes—from emerging brands to Fortune 500s—use Flexport technology to move more than $19B of merchandise across 112 countries a year. The recent global supply chain crisis has put Flexport center stage as we continue to play a pivotal role in how goods move around the world. We are proud to have the support of the best investors in the game who believe in our mission, solutions and people. Ready to tackle global challenges that impact business, society, and the environment? Come join us. Hundreds of engineers and thousands of freight operators around the world rely on Flexport's internal systems every single day to keep billions of dollars of freight moving. Keeping those systems — and the people who use them — secure is not a compliance checkbox. It's the core infrastructure for a company operating across 112 countries. The PSI (Platform, Security & Infrastructure) team is looking for a Senior Security Engineer to own the security of Flexport's corporate environment: endpoints, identity systems, internal networks, and the SaaS estate. This is a security engineering role, not an IT support role, and not a role where you write policies and hope for the best. You'll build, automate, and be on the ground when things get real. What You'll Do Endpoint & SaaS security Own and mature our endpoint security stack (EDR) across macOS and Windows fleets , writing device policy as code — configuration profiles, remediation scripts, and enforcement rules — with staged rollout and rollback built in. Own security configuration and monitoring for Flexport's critical SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, and similar) through SSPM tooling, catching risky OAuth grants and configuration drift before they become incidents. Access management Drive Flexport's identity posture: SSO coverage, phishing-resistant MFA and passkey rollout, SCIM lifecycle automation, and least-privilege access across the SaaS and cloud estate. Lead Flexport's zero-trust journey — making sure the right people have the right access, with the right controls, verified continuously. Detection & response Build and tune detection rules in our SIEM , turning signal into actionable alerts, not noise. Lead incident response for security events: triage, contain, remediate, and write the retrospective. Vulnerability & risk management Run regular assessments of corporate endpoints and prioritize findings by real business risk. Manage vendor and third-party security reviews , working with procurement and legal to evaluate risk before it lands in our environment. Security enablement & leadership Partner with IT, Engineering, and People teams to embed security into the way we work without creating friction that drives people to workarounds. Develop and maintain runbooks, playbooks, and internal documentation that make the whole team more capable, and mentor engineers earlier in their career. Bring a point of view on how agentic AI tools and browser-based AI assistants change what corporate security needs to watch for . You Should Have Typically 5–8 years of experience in enterprise security, corporate IT security, or information security engineering — we care more about what you've built than the exact number. If you meet most of this, apply. Strong working knowledge of endpoint security tooling: DLP (Cyberhaven, Purview, Varonis, or similar) and EDR (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or similar). Practical SIEM experience , writing detection logic, triaging alerts, and reducing false positive noise. Experience leading or playing a significant role in security incident response. Working knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Nice to Have Experience with network security in a cloud-first environment (ZTNA, SASE, DNS filtering). Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform) for security configuration management. Familiarity with SCIM, OIDC, and fine-grained authorization at scale. Experience working in a high-growth, global technology company. Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar, for automating detection, response, and operational tasks. Exposure to privacy regulations relevant to a European and global context (GDPR, etc.). How We Work We come to the office 3 times a week to hang out, whiteboard, and ship together. We have the latest hardware and software, including frontier AI models on day one. We're agile, but not dogmatic. Teams decide how they work best. Why This Role Is Special Broad ownership: you're not a cog in a large security org — you own the corporate security posture end to end, from endpoints to observability to incident response. Real stakes: Flexport operates in 112 countries with a global workforce. Security here matters at a genuine scale. Build, don't just operate: we want to automate and engineer our way to a stronger posture, not just run playbooks. You're part of PSI: the platform, security, and infrastructure teams work hand in hand at Flexport. We value engineering quality and treat security as infrastructure, not just policy. We sponsor visas for the right candidate. What's in it for you An opportunity to contribute to one of the fastest-growing companies, where you'll have the chance to create a global impact while being part of a thriving multinational environment. Daily catered lunches incl. vegetarian options, breakfast, snacks and soft drinks available in our office on a daily basis. Commute expenses: Flexport will cover home-office commuting costs for employees living outside of Amsterdam. 25 working days as vacation days based on full-time employment. Health insurance: Flexport offers a collective health insurance plan including a basic package and any available additional packages. Your monthly premium is fully paid by Flexport. A defined pension contribution scheme. Equity program: every team member becomes a shareholder, aligning our success with yours. As a private company in a multi-trillion dollar industry, you have a direct stake in our collective growth and success. Employee Assistance Program through Aetna Resources for Living: Flexport provides an employer-sponsored program at no cost to you and your household members. Parental leave benefit: Flexport is here to support you and your family during one of the most important times in life — the birth of a child. Our parental leave program allows both mothers and partners to take time off from work for pregnancy, childbirth, and to bond with your new child. #LI-onsite #LI-YK1 Commitment to Equal Opportunity At Flexport, our ability to fulfill our mission of making global commerce easy and accessible relies on having a diverse, dedicated and engaged workforce. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, physical and mental disability, health status, marital and family status, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, military and veteran status, and any other characteristic protected by applicable law. Global Data Privacy Notice for Job Candidates and Applicants Depending on your location, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) may regulate the way we manage the data of job applicants. By submitting your application, you are agreeing to our use and processing of your data as required. Please see our Privacy Notice available at www.flexport.com/privacy for additional information.
