Our Mission Human time and effort is the rarest thing in the universe. The fact that so many people hate what they do for work is a disaster on so many levels. How many people live quiet lives of misery? How many generational talents do we miss due to circumstance? Dex's mission is to close the gap between Talent & Opportunity, we believe that work, and being productive, is part of the human condition, that regardless of AI, human passion, ingenuity and a desire to do things means that work will always exist. We are building Dex to create a future where technology helps every individual to understand their strengths, interests and unique abilities, and to connect with opportunities where they can thrive, because more people doing things they love leads to a better, happier and more productive world. We are starting by connecting the world's most ambitious software engineers with the companies that deserve them. The role Paid acquisition is one of the biggest levers we have on growth, and it's about to get a lot bigger. We run Google Search, LinkedIn and Meta today, we're adding new formats and channels, and over the next year we'll be running paid across more markets and across both sides of Dex: the engineers who use it and the companies who hire through it. You'll own our paid channels day to day. You'll decide where the money goes, launch and test campaigns quickly, and judge every channel on the quality of the people it brings in, not on clicks or cheap signups. Creative comes from our in-house creative lead, writers and UGC creators; your job is to brief them well, test what they make and scale what works. This isn't a role where you sit in the ad accounts all week. Once the channels are running well, we want you to take on more: client-side acquisition, new channels, and building your own tools with AI to do the job faster. What you'll do Own Google Search, LinkedIn and Meta: structure, budgets, bidding, audiences and day-to-day optimisation. Launch new campaigns in days, not weeks. Run a steady programme of tests across audiences, formats and landing pages. Judge channels on what matters to Dex: good candidates and the ones who get put forward to clients. Work with our data to make sure conversion tracking and attribution are right, and push quality signals back into the platforms. Brief creative. Work with our creative lead, writers and UGC creators on what to make, tell them what's working and kill what isn't. Open up new channels as we grow, such as YouTube, Performance Max, retargeting and new markets. Help take paid into client acquisition: getting Dex in front of heads of talent, engineering leaders and founders. Manage our paid media agency and any contractors, and bring more of the work in-house over time. Report clearly on spend and results each week, and say plainly what you'd change. Who we're looking for Hands on in performance marketing, managing real budgets yourself across paid search and paid social. Meta and LinkedIn experience matters most. You've worked at a tech company, or you're ready for your first in-house role after a couple of years at a strong agency. You care about what happens after the click. You've optimised for downstream quality, not just cost per lead, and you know how to set up tracking that you trust. Comfortable with data. You can pull your own numbers, spot when something looks wrong, and explain what's going on without a dashboard doing it for you. You move fast and like owning things. You'd rather ship a test today than plan it for a week. You use AI tools daily, and you're happy building small tools, scripts or agents to do your job better. You don't need to be an engineer. Strong nice-to-haves You've run performance marketing for both consumer (B2C) and business (B2B) audiences, ideally at more than one tech company. You've worked closely with a creative studio or run UGC at volume, so you know what a good brief looks like. If you don't tick every box but this sounds like you, apply anyway. Why join now You'll own a channel mix that's growing fast, with the budget and freedom to try things. You'll work on a product people care about. Changing jobs is one of the biggest decisions engineers make, and we want them to trust us with it. You'll work closely with the founders and the Head of Growth, with a lot of room to grow your scope. Everyone here builds with AI. You'll have the tools and the time to work that way. What we offer Above-market salary Significant equity Private healthcare and dental Fertility benefits and enhanced parental support Gym membership and wellness benefits Claude tokens Regular socials, offsites and an annual team trip MacBook Pro and team equipment A "whatever you need" approach to tools and support The process Talent screen with Becca, Head of Talent (30 min) Hiring manager interview with Rob, Head of Growth (45 min) Practical task: a short paid acquisition audit and plan, done at home In person: task review with Rob and the growth team (60 min), culture and values (45 min), final interview with Paddy, CEO and founder (30 min) Find more English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

Wordsmith Wordsmith is building the legal operations platform for in-house teams, and we are growing fast. We believe in-house legal is becoming one of the most important functions in the AI era. Every business is moving faster, but legal work is still too often scattered across inboxes, chats, documents, and disconnected systems. Wordsmith brings that work into one system. Requests come in from across the business, AI agents handle the routine, lawyers stay in control where judgment matters, and every step is captured as work happens. We are built for in-house legal, not law firms. Our goal is to help legal teams move faster, reduce unnecessary external counsel spend, and become a function the business can run with. The Role Our product is only as good as the people who build it. You'll own R&D hiring from intake to signed offer: Product Engineers, Applied AI and LLM Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers and Designers. You'll partner with engineering and product leaders to define what great looks like at each level, run technical processes that candidates respect, and close people who have offers from AI labs and big tech. This is not a coordination role. What You'll Do Deliver bar-raising R&D hires each quarter Own a robust, fair and fast recruiting process that is optimized to hire the best talent vs the best interviewers Source engineers directly: GitHub, research communities, alumni networks and competitor teams, with AI-personalised outreach Run technical loops that move fast: tight take-homes, calibrated interviewers, debriefs within 24 hours Own the candidate from first message to first day, and close against higher cash with equity, scope and the problem Report on your funnel every week and fix what the data shows What We're Looking For Essential 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with at least 3 hiring software engineers at product-led tech companies Comfortable discussing stacks, levels and system design with engineers, and spotting weak signal A track record you can put numbers on: hires per quarter, offer acceptance, how your hires performed Most of your recent hires sourced by you, not from inbound Fluency with Ashby or a similar ATS, and real use of AI in your own workflow Valued Hired AI, ML or LLM engineers Hired product managers and designers alongside engineering Relocated engineers into the UK, including visa sponsorship Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
Company Overview At CoMind, we are developing a non-invasive neuromonitoring technology that will result in a new era of clinical brain monitoring. In joining us, you will be helping to create cutting-edge technologies that will improve how we diagnose and treat brain disorders, ultimately improving and saving the lives of patients across the world. The Role We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own how our device software behaves. You'll take the product vision and turn it into features our software team can build with confidence. This is product work at the level of detail. You'll think through how features should behave in every situation, including the edge cases, and give the team clear answers. You'll also make sure that work gets delivered. That means keeping the backlog in shape, setting priorities and following features through to release. You'll start on future releases of CoMind One, our first product, and help shape CoVision as it moves towards delivery. As the team and product line grow, so does the role. At CoMind, all team members work at least 4 days per week from our new Kings Cross offices, plus a flexible work-from-home day. Responsibilities: Define how features work, step by step, including the edge cases and failure modes that matter in a clinical setting. Package features for build: what it does, why it matters, what it looks like, and the decision logic behind it. Prototype flows and interactions using AI tools, so the team sees the idea before they build it. Sit with the software team and make the call when a feature question comes up. Act as the link between our commercial team and the software team, turning customer and market needs into clear requirements. Use quick prototypes to test those needs with customers and the commercial team before they reach the backlog. Shape the product roadmap with the Product Lead. Own the software backlog in Jira: intake, triage and grooming, so it reflects real priority. Write acceptance criteria and check that what ships matches what was intended. Partner with the Project Manager, who runs sprints, so sequencing and timing reflect real priority rather than convenience. Keep decisions and documentation in Confluence, not lost in Slack. AI is fundamental to our culture — it's not just a tool, but a core part of how we work, collaborate, and innovate. We expect all team members to embrace AI in their daily work and continuously find new ways to use it effectively. Skills & Experience: Demonstrable product management experience on software that runs on physical hardware. You understand the pace of regulated hardware: long development cycles and infrequent releases. Evidence of making product decisions from logic and a deep understanding of users. Writing requirements precise enough for engineers to build without repeated back-and-forth. You're comfortable debating a feature with engineers and explaining why it matters for the product. A natural translator: equally comfortable in a conversation with a non-technical stakeholder describing a problem and in a ticket-grooming session with engineers debating implementation trade-offs. You use AI tools heavily in your day-to-day work. Hands-on experience building interactive prototypes, using AI tools to turn an idea into something clickable that users and engineers can react to. Nice to have: Medical device experience, or exposure to ISO 13485 or IEC 62304. Software engineering or technical background. Experience with embedded or real-time software. Benefits: Company equity plan so all employees share in the success of the company Salary-sacrifice pension scheme Private medical, dental and vision insurance (medical history disregarded) Group life insurance at 4x annual income Comprehensive mental health support, including unlimited access to 1:1 sessions with trained professionals Unlimited holiday allowance (+ bank holidays) and one week of remote working per quarter Lunch voucher (£10) every day for JustEat and free dinner on those days where you need to work later Twice weekly deliveries of fresh fruit and an extensive selection of snacks and drinks YuLife subscription, allowing you to turn your daily steps and meditation into discounts at a range of stores Disclaimer - We use Granola, an AI notetaker, throughout our interview process to help capture notes. It's used only for note-taking during the conversation. Transcripts aren't saved to shared drives or stored externally. Let us know if you'd prefer we don't.
