Health can't wait . Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that's exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can't. Alan exists to end the wait. Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it's coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It's not solely a question of willpower. It's the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way. So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience. We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture . We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR. Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond. ⭐ The role Health is one of the most searched, shared and talked-about topics online. Millions of people scroll every day looking for answers about their sleep, their stress or their kids' fever. And yet, no brand owns that conversation. We want Alan to be the health voice people actually want to follow. As Social Media & Content Specialist , you'll be the owner of Alan's organic social presence in France (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube…) You'll join the Brand team and work side by side with an experienced content editorial team What you'll own The France editorial line. Build and run the editorial calendar, content pillars (prevention, health tips, product, employer brand…) and posting cadence for each platform. Work with Brand, Product Marketing, Medical and Growth teams to pull the best stories, data and expertise from across Alan, and turn them into content. Content creation . Create and ship social-first content yourself, every week: short videos (Reels, Shorts), carousels, statics and copy-led LinkedIn posts. You write the hooks, the scripts and the captions, you edit the videos and you design the visuals. You adapt each piece to its platform rather than posting the same thing everywhere. Alan's voice on social . Define how Alan sounds on social: credible on health, but human, useful and sometimes funny. Spot the news, trends and formats worth jumping on, and react at the right moment, in the right tone. Alan's big moments . Plan and run the social side of brand campaigns, product launches and events, from the idea to the publication, so that every major moment gets the reach it deserves. Community. Reply to comments and messages, moderate, spark conversations, and collaborate with Alan experts (doctors, psychologists…), employees and creators to grow an engaged audience. Performance . Follow the analytics, run regular test-and-learn on formats, hooks and timing, and share a simple monthly review with the team. Work with Growth and Data to track what social brings to Alan (traffic, awareness, audience quality). AI in the creative and distribution process . Use AI tools to create more, faster and better, and help us shape how AI fits into our content production and distribution workflow, with the support of our engineers. Who we're looking for You create. You still open the tools yourself (CapCut, Premiere, Figma, Canva, AI tools…) and love making content. You don't brief others to do it for you. You live and breathe social . You get the trends, the memes and the codes of each platform, and you know when (and when not) to jump in. You have taste and a pen. You write sharp, punchy copy and can tell a strong idea from a weak one. You take ownership. You go and get the information you need, make decisions, ship at the right moment and follow through. You're data-minded. You care about what a post changed, not just the likes, and use the numbers to decide what's next. You're scrappy and curious. You make great content, and you're always testing new formats, platform features and tools. You collaborate . You make it easy and fun for people across Alan to contribute to social, and you're energised by a blank page. Requirements for the role You may be a great fit if you've: 2–5 years of hands-on social media experience (brand, media or agency side), with at least one account you owned or co-owned A portfolio of content you created yourself, across formats (short video, carousels, copy) Experience on at least two of Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn French fluent level, with flawless written French: most of the content will be in French Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English Spanish or Dutch is a plus, given Alan's presence in Spain and Belgium Based in France For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the B1-C1 level range . 🙌 Perks & Benefits At Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need , and it starts with our employees. This is why Alaners are provided with a stimulating environment and perks ensuring they are happy, efficient and spend only high-quality time with co-workers. Therefore, we offer: Fair rewards . Generous equity packages complement your base salary, for permanent contracts only. Flexible office with hybrid setup . Amazing office space at our Paris HQ or sponsored co-working hubs in Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz. All the tools you need . Top of the range equipment: Macbook Air, keyboard, laptop stand, monitor, and Bose noise-canceling headphones. Flexible vacation policy and flexible working hours . Organize your time as you wish. Delightful healthcare insurance: Extremely comprehensive health insurance - 100% for you and your children, 90-100% for partners depending on your country (permanent contracts only). Transport . Generous transit benefit Learning & Training opportunities . A highly flexible training policy free books and budget to attend and speak at conferences if the opportunity arises. Personal growth through coaching : At Alan, coaching isn't just a perk - it's core to who we are. Every Alaner is paired with a dedicated coach from day one, who helps maximize their impact, nurture engagement, and navigate Alan's values to develop their full potential. Learn more about our coaching culture . Parental leave . Extended parental leave for all new parents, for permanent contracts only. 🎯 Important note: we hire people, not roles . If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success. If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements? Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application! 🔖 Check out our About Alan and Career pages, as well as our Medium , blog and Glassdoor page for more info. Find Jobs in France on Arbeitnow

We're the world's leading consumer healthcare platform, supporting millions of patients across the US, Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan, Spain and Canada. We're driven by the belief that good health should last a lifetime, and that to get there we need to deliver the personalised, high quality and empathetic care that the traditional system cannot support. You'll partner with our care teams of prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists and dietitians to support patients across preventative health, weight management and specific women's and men's health conditions. We joined Hims & Hers so that you can do all of the above on a bigger scale, with more ambition, a stronger global brand and the resources to deliver care to patients in dozens of countries. We're looking for people who appreciate and are excited by the enormity and uniqueness of this challenge, and want to work in the most ambitious, smart, fast moving and positive sum environment of their lives to transform how healthcare is delivered globally. We hope that's you. About the role Impact Most of our UK investment to date has gone into winning patients. This role owns what happens next — whether they stay, whether they grow, and whether the revenue they generate is actually profitable. You will own Repeat Contribution Margin for the UK: repeat revenue minus the variable cost to serve it, across Hims and Hers in weight-loss, hair, sexual health and TRT. It is a single number and it is yours. You'll report to the Managing Director, UK and sit alongside the two brand Directors of Growth, who own new patient acquisition. Own UK Repeat Contribution Margin — both halves: repeat revenue and the variable cost to serve, including retention-linked COGS. Commercial sets the P&L target and owns the model and guardrails; you choose the levers within it, build the plan, and land the number. Run the monetisation portfolio — expansion levers (cross-sell across conditions, service packages and premium tiers, Shop and physical add-ons, paid diagnostics for existing patients) and margin-protection levers (upsell to commit-and-save plans, titration and maintenance plans, cancellation saves, reactivation, loyalty). Decide where to invest, size the prize, and kill what isn't working. Own churn and save economics — cancellation saves, reactivation and win-back. Churn modelling and automated save offers are already in flight; your job is to turn that into a governed P&L lever and to prove incrementality rather than bank credit for patients who'd have returned anyway. Own the whole post-purchase journey — from activation through to lifetime. Where Proposition defines and builds a new offer for a core category, operational execution post-purchase hands off to you. Lead a condition-level retention team of four — a Head of Retention for weight-loss across both brands (with a Strategy & Ops Lead beneath them), plus S&O Leads for Hair/Sex and for TRT, the latter including activation ops from blood test to first order. Build the bench and raise the bar. Direct the central and shared functions without managing them — you decide and brief; CRM, Patient Support, Clinical Ops, Clinical Outcomes and Product build. You set the experience standard, approve the SLA and cost line, and hold each function to its impact. You will not set clinical protocol, and you will need to be effective without line authority. Surface, prioritise and win the product roadmap — turn retention friction into a prioritised requirement list with a business case, and pitch it to the MD against acquisition work that is easier to justify. What good looks like. A first six months that delivers a Repeat Contribution Margin baseline everyone trusts, condition-level cost attribution phased in behind it, two or three monetisation levers live with clean reads, and a save programme that survives an incrementality test. About you Skills & experience You have 10-12 years of experience across D2C brands running P&Ls and owning commercial targets. You've owned a repeat-revenue or contribution-margin number in a subscription or repeat-purchase consumer business — not influenced it, owned it. You can talk through the plan you set, what you got wrong, and what you'd do differently. You've built a monetisation portfolio, not just run retention campaigns. Pricing and packaging, upsell and cross-sell, plan structures, loyalty — you've decided what to build, sized it, and killed the ones that didn't earn their place. You are commercially and analytically rigorous on the cost side. You understand contribution margin properly, you've worked with imperfect cost attribution and made decisions anyway, and you hold a hard line on incrementality — including when a flattering headline number is on offer. You've delivered through functions you don't manage. CRM, support, ops, clinical, product. You know how to set a standard, agree an SLA, and hold people to impact using influence and evidence rather than reporting lines. You've led and built a small senior team — hired well, levelled honestly, and given people real ownership of sub-numbers. You operate at pace in ambiguity and bring your own point of view. This role has no playbook at Euc. You'll be expected to anchor the direction rather than wait for the MD or Commercial to set the agenda. Nice to haves Healthcare, or another regulated, trust-based consumer category where what you can say and offer is genuinely constrained. Experience across more than one market — Germany mirrors this model as it matures, and weight-loss retention may become EMEA-wide. At Eucalyptus, we value individuals from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and we embrace the unique qualities each person brings.
