About Kaseya Kaseya is the leading provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software, serving Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT organizations worldwide. Our comprehensive platform helps organizations efficiently manage, secure, and automate their IT environments, driving operational efficiency and long-term business success. Backed by Insight Partners , a leading global software investor, Kaseya has experienced sustained double-digit growth and continues to expand its global footprint. Today, Kaseya supports customers in more than 20 countries and manages over 15 million endpoints worldwide. Founded in 2000, Kaseya was built by builders - and we're still building. We look for people who create rather than wait, who see a hard problem and lean in, and who treat challenges as raw material. At Kaseya, everyone plays a role in shaping the future of IT: whether you're in engineering, product, sales, marketing, customer support, or operations, your work helps protect, defend, and optimize IT environments across the globe. We're building teams that grow, perform, and make an impact. If you're driven by the itch to make things better - a product, a process, a career - you'll fit right in. At Kaseya, we don't just raise the bar. We build it. Position Summary The Business Process Lead, L2Q & Customer Lifecycle owns the end-to-end design of the business processes that carry a customer from product concept through signed order, onboarding, expansion, and renewal. In this role you will work closely in partnership with GTM Strategy, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Product and the technology teams that build supporting systems, and is accountable for the detailed, multi-level capability decomposition underlying this value stream, which spans product, marketing, sales, revenue operations, and customer success stakeholder groups. Importantly, this role owns the business capabilities in this value stream — their definition, design, decomposition, and governance — in close partnership with the business teams that operate the underlying functions day to day. It does not own those functions themselves; success depends on heavy partnership with business and technology leads rather than on direct authority. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role: the person hired personally facilitates working sessions, maps current and future processes, writes system requirements, and stays engaged through delivery and adoption rather than handing off after initial discovery. It also sits within a newly created function, where the operating model, engagement approach, and shared standards are still being defined — the person hired will materially shape how the practice works rather than step into an established playbook. The breadth of this stream requires strong prioritization judgment and the ability to work credibly across several distinct stakeholder communities. Key Responsibilities Own and continuously maintain a detailed (L2/L3) decomposition of every business capability across Idea to Launch, Campaign to Lead, Plan to Goal, Lead to Opportunity, and Quote to Subscription, keeping documentation accurate as the operating model and systems landscape evolve, and using standards shared across the Business Process Lead team. Facilitate structured working sessions with GTM, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success and Product stakeholders Translate future-state process designs into system requirements, partner with Product Owners and Engineering Leads through design, build, and testing, and confirm that what gets delivered reflects the intended process design. Support two parallel delivery tracks — current, in-production systems and the next-generation platform build — correctly identifying which track an incoming request belongs to, and ensuring lessons learned in day-to-day operations are reflected back into documentation and forward-looking design work. Own change management, enablement, and adoption for process changes in this value stream — stakeholder impact assessment, readiness planning, training materials, and post-launch verification that new processes are being used as intended — and define and report the process performance metrics that show whether they are working. Hold and maintain documented agreements at shared boundaries with peer Business Process Leads, so handoffs between value streams are explicitly agreed rather than assumed. Own the capability design and process governance for pricing and packaging, deal desk, discount policy and approval, margin guidelines, and CPQ — partnering with the business owners of those functions to shape the underlying policy, not simply documenting the systems that enforce it. Own the capability design for new product introduction and SKU governance, and for the commercial customer lifecycle that follows a signed order — onboarding, adoption, technical account management, renewals, expansion, and churn — partnering with Product, GTM, and Customer Success, who run those motions. Required Qualifications Hands-on ownership of commercial process design within a go-to-market organization — quote-to-order, deal governance, or the renewal motion — including direct involvement in the underlying policy decisions, not simply documentation or configuration of a process someone else designed. Candidates whose experience is limited to system configuration or documentation without direct involvement in the business decisions behind a process are not a fit for this role. 7+ years of experience in business process design, business architecture, revenue operations, or sales operations. Demonstrated experience decomposing business capabilities into detailed, multi-level structures, or equivalent structured value stream or process mapping work. Strong facilitation skills with cross-functional business stakeholders, including direct experience working with vice president-level leadership in a sales organization, and the ability to hold a position in a commercial trade-off discussion rather than only routing exceptions upward for a decision. Experience translating business process requirements into system requirements or work items a technical delivery team can act on directly, along with strong documentation habits — process maps, written requirements, and decision logs that a technical team can pick up without extensive follow-up clarification. Preferred Qualifications Experience with pricing, packaging, discount governance, or CPQ process design specifically within a subscription or SaaS business. Deal desk or sales operations experience, including designing exception and approval workflows. Experience with renewal or customer success operations, including identifying at-risk accounts well ahead of their renewal date. Experience with new product introduction, SKU and bundle governance, or contract lifecycle management tooling and legal operations partnership. Experience with partner or channel program operations, including management of partner marketing development funds, and territory or quota planning process design. Familiarity with structured change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, or similar) and prioritization frameworks (WSJF, RICE, or similar). Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud (including CPQ/RCA functionality), marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, and lead routing or enrichment tooling. #IND525 Additional information Kaseya provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants without regard to race, religion, age, ancestry, gender, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

At Kaseya, we don't just raise the bar. We build it. Position Summary The Business Process Lead, Digital & Service Experience owns the end-to-end design of our customer-facing digital and service experience — commerce, account self-service, our customer and partner portal, and the service function that supports customers across those channels. This position carries both live operational ownership of processes running in production today and the design and build of a genuine product-led digital commerce capability that does not yet exist. What exists today is an account and billing self-service surface; building an actual product-led commerce motion — trials, in-app purchase, and self-serve upgrade — is the central mandate of this role. Importantly, this role owns the business capabilities in this scope — their definition, design, decomposition, and governance — in close partnership with the business teams that operate the underlying functions day to day. It does not own those functions themselves; success depends on heavy partnership with business and technology leads rather than on direct authority. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role: the person hired personally facilitates working sessions, maps processes, writes requirements, and stays engaged through delivery and adoption. It also sits within a newly created function whose standards are still being defined, and is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to build a practice rather than execute within an established one. Because this role spans live operational processes with service-level expectations attached and net-new capability design with no existing internal playbook, it requires someone comfortable holding both kinds of work simultaneously and deliberately protecting time for design work even when operational demands feel more urgent. Key Responsibilities Own and continuously maintain a detailed (L2/L3) decomposition of account self-service, portal, commerce, and service-experience capabilities, keeping documentation accurate as the operating model and systems landscape evolve, and using standards shared across the Business Process Lead team. Facilitate structured working sessions with the digital team and Customer Success leadership to document how processes work today and design how they should work going forward, producing process maps, documented decisions, and requirements a technical team can act on without extensive follow-up. Translate future-state process designs into system requirements, partner with Product Owners and Engineering Leads through design, build, and testing, and confirm that what gets delivered reflects the intended process design. Design the target digital commerce operating model — which products, customer segments, and transaction types become available for self-service purchase and in what sequence — and the business process behind new product-led motions including trials, in-app purchase, and self-serve upgrade, resolving eligibility, entitlement, pricing enforcement, and approval logic before anything is built. Maintain a capability-level build plan that sequences dependencies against the other BIS value streams so digital and core system readiness arrive together, explicitly defining whether and when an assisted process is retired once a digital capability supersedes it, and own the capability design for the customer service experience in partnership with Customer Success and Support leadership. Required Qualifications Direct experience building or scaling a self-serve commerce or product-led growth motion — trial-to-paid conversion, in-product purchase, or self-serve upgrade — including funnel instrumentation and conversion measurement. Experience limited to account or billing self-service portal work, or to general process documentation without direct commerce-building experience, is not sufficient for this role. 5+ years of experience in business process design, business analysis, business architecture, or operations in a relevant domain. Demonstrated experience decomposing business capabilities into detailed, multi-level structures. Strong facilitation skills with cross-functional business stakeholders, including experience working at a director level. Experience translating business process requirements into system requirements for a technical delivery team, along with strong documentation habits. Preferred Qualifications Direct experience standing up a new digital commerce or product-led motion within a business that previously sold only through an assisted sales model. Trial design and trial-to-paid conversion experience, including eligibility, entitlement, and conversion instrumentation. Digital product or eCommerce product management experience, including running experiments and iterative product releases. Support operations and case deflection design experience, including knowledge management and escalation design. Identity, login, and profile management experience in a customer-facing digital product, and account or billing self-service portal operations experience. Familiarity with structured change management methodologies and prioritization frameworks such as WSJF or RICE. Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce, Salesforce Service Cloud and case management, Experience Cloud community platforms, and payment gateway integrations. Position Summary The Business Process Lead, Finance & Corporate Services owns the end-to-end design of our financial and administrative back-office processes — financial close and reporting, procurement, tax, supply chain operations, hardware fulfillment, human resources operations, and sales compensation administration. This scope is intentionally broad rather than a single linear process flow, spanning several distinct domains that share a finance and administrative reporting line rather than a common process sequence. The role is the connective tissue between Finance, HR, and Supply Chain leadership and the technology teams that build supporting systems. Importantly, this role owns the business capabilities in this scope — their definition, design, decomposition, and governance — in close partnership with the business teams that operate the underlying functions day to day. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role: the person hired personally facilitates working sessions, maps processes, writes requirements, and stays engaged through delivery and adoption. Hold and maintain documented agreements at shared boundaries with peer Business Process Leads, so handoffs between value streams are explicitly agreed rather than assumed. Own the capability design for sales compensation from an approved sales quota forward — plan administration, crediting rules, attainment calculation, dispute resolution, commission expense accrual, and the payout handoff to payroll — partnering with the Sales Compensation and Payroll teams who execute it. Own the capability design for hardware fulfillment — provisioning, warehouse and inventory management, returns, and warranty — and for Hire to Retire, including onboarding, self-service, HR helpdesk, absence, and performance management, partnering with the Supply Chain, Fulfillment Operations, HR, and People Operations teams who run them. Required Qualifications Hands-on experience designing or improving month-end close and record-to-report processes in a multi-entity ERP environment. 5+ years of experience in business process design, business analysis, business architecture, or operations in a relevant domain. Direct tax process and statutory reporting experience in a multi-jurisdiction environment. As an SDR at ShareGate, your job is to start conversations with the right IT buyers, whether they raised their hand or not, and hand them to the AE team with everything they need to win. You'll work alongside your own AI agent that handles outbound batches and the easy-to-convert leads, while you focus on calls, high-value accounts, and the manual work that needs a human. This role exists because we're growing, because we promote from within, and because we're looking for someone who wants to build a real B2B sales career with a team that actually invests in making them better. Your impact: Drive consistent, qualified pipeline for the AE team by starting conversations with IT buyers, through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up, at a volume and quality that moves the needle on ARR; Qualify every prospect with a consultative lens: understand their reality, challenge, and readiness before pushing forward, so every handoff lands with context, not just contact info; Build outbound pipeline by researching target accounts, multi-threading into IT teams and running sequences and calls that start real conversations; Run and improve your own AI agent that handles outbound batches and easy-to-convert leads, so you can focus on calls, high-value accounts, and the manual work that needs a human; Own your product knowledge across both ShareGate products (Protect and Migrate) and the IT personas we serve, so every conversation is grounded in real expertise rather than a generic pitch; Build and refine AI systems for your workflow (prompts, custom assistants, automations for call prep, account research and follow-ups) and share what works so the whole team levels up; Bring fresh ideas and new approaches to the team's process, especially around AI, contributing to a culture where everyone makes the whole team better. Your team You're joining a four-person SDR team, all focused on ShareGate, feeding the AE org. That means the quality of what you pass downstream matters as much as the volume. The team is coached closely — Gong call reviews, roleplay sessions, custom AI tools, and a manager whose job is to help you grow. We move fast, share what's working, and hold each other to a high standard. What you'll bring An active daily user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent) — not experimenting, actually using them to do better work, and ready to pick up new tools quickly; Strong verbal communication in English — confident on the phone and on video, with a presence that creates a memorable first impression for the right reasons; Experience in a sales or performance-driven role (SDR, BDR, inside sales) with a track record of hitting targets; Outbound prospecting experience (cold calling, multi-touch sequences) and the resilience that comes with it; The ability to quickly learn complex products and understand the buyers who use them in a B2B context; Pipeline discipline: you can prioritize, track, and advance multiple conversations in parallel without things slipping through; Bonus: SaaS or tech background; familiarity with Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or HubSpot; ability to communicate in French; examples of AI workflows or tools you've built yourself. Most of this sounds like you? Apply. What the job comes with Base salary: $55k - $60k/ OTE: $85k - $90k. This range reflects our Canada-wide compensation scale. Final offers may be adjusted based on the candidate's region to align with local market conditions. LTIP program, share in Workleap's long-term growth. RRSP + Family health insurance + telemedicine + annual wellness budget. Flexible vacation policy. Remote work, with access to our Montreal office. In-person gathering twice a year. Claude access, for everyone. What drives us At Workleap, we build software that sits at the center of how people experience work, every day, at every level. We move fast. Priorities shift, decisions get made with the information we have, and we iterate. If you thrive on intensity and ambiguity doesn't slow you down, you'll feel right at home. We're builders. We do what it takes to move forward. AI is part of our toolkit. We use it to go faster and decide smarter, not to replace judgment. If you want real impact and a place where your decisions matter, this is it. How we hire Transparency is how we hire — for you as much as for us. Here's how it works: a first call with a recruiter, then a virtual interview with the hiring manager. You'll then complete a take-home case study, followed by a meet with future colleagues to discuss it together. Depending on the role, the process may vary slightly — your recruiter will walk you through it on your first call. Company Description Workleap is a Montreal-based tech company, founded in 2006. We're builders at heart, we make simple products that actually matter to the people who use them. We have two product lines: Workleap Agent , our newest solution built to make every manager more effective, and ShareGate , the world's leading solution for Microsoft 365 migration and governance. More than 15,000 companies worldwide trust us to do exactly that. We're intentional about who joins us. If you're the kind of person who gets excited by a hard problem and wants to help shape what comes next, there's a place for you here. Your role Almost every company now runs on Microsoft 365, and almost nobody has it fully under control. Work has to be moved into it and around it, through mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations that touch millions of files and can't afford to lose a single one. And once it's there it sprawls faster than anyone can track, with people sharing things they shouldn't and no clear view of what's actually going on. ShareGate is what IT professionals use to do both jobs. Taking something this complex and this consequential and making it feel simple and trustworthy is what we're here to do. Your impact: Own a whole product area end-to-end, from framing the problem with your team to shipping the solution customers actually use, and monitoring for learnings after. Design AI-first flows where the product does the real work for customers while they stay fully in control. Turn genuinely complicated situations into something a busy person can understand at a glance and feel confident acting on. Put bold bets in front of real customers early, measure what happens, and let the result change the plan, including when it proves you wrong. Bring AI into your own way of working so you can go from a question to something real and testable in days, and put it in front of customers while it's still rough. Raise the bar for everyone around you through critique, through the standards you hold, and by making your thinking clear enough that the team can carry a decision without you in the room. Your team You'll join our design team at ShareGate and partner with a product lead and an engineering lead on every project you own, from first idea to launch. We're hiring across two sides of the product right now: one focused on moving companies into and around Microsoft 365, one focused on keeping it secure and organized once they're there. Both are big, high-stakes problems, and we'll work out together which one fits you best. We're builders. We care a lot about craft and taste, we expect people to own their work rather than wait to be handed it, and we'd rather take a big swing on what's genuinely best for customers than ship the safe version. AI is part of how we work every day; it helps us move faster and try more ideas, not think less. Work gets shared early and often, feedback is direct, and decisions get made quickly and revisited just as quickly when we learn something new. The people we design for run IT at their companies. They're experts who get the call when something breaks. Our job is to earn their trust and make complex, high-stakes workflows feel simple. What you'll bring 6+ years designing complex software for businesses, with shipped work you owned from the first question to the last detail; A systems mind: you design the whole journey and think about what happens next, not one screen at a time; The judgment to make design decisions that are hard to take back: what people see first, what they confirm, what they can reverse; A weekly habit of talking to real customers, and the discipline to let what they actually do change your direction; Design rationale you can defend out loud to designers, engineers, and executives alike: the problem, the options you turned down, the trade-off you made; Real fluency using AI in your own workflow, with the judgment to know where it helps and where it gets in the way; The drive to take your work the last mile yourself: refining and polishing in the real product and pushing those changes straight to production; Comfort working without a clear brief: you name the assumption, pick a direction, and learn in the open; Bonus: experience designing for IT, security, data or any audience where the user is an expert and a wrong move is expensive. Most of this sounds like you? Apply. What the job comes with Base salary: $125 000 - $160 000. This range reflects our Canada-wide compensation scale. Final offers may be adjusted based on the candidate's region to align with local market conditions. Annual bonus program. LTIP program, share in Workleap's long-term growth. RRSP + Family health insurance + telemedicine + annual wellness budget. Flexible vacation policy. Remote work, with access to our Montreal office. In-person gatherings twice a year. Claude access, for everyone. What drives us At Workleap, we build software that sits at the center of how people experience work, every day, at every level. We move fast. More than 15,000 companies worldwide trust us to do exactly that. We're intentional about who joins us. If you're the kind of person who gets excited by a hard problem and wants to help shape what comes next, there's a place for you here. Your role ShareGate is a close to $100M ARR business that grows through two very different engines: inbound and channel. We've just finished our CRM migration and locked down our revenue architecture, which means for the first time the data is clean enough to answer the question we've never been able to answer properly — what marketing actually drives revenue, and where the next dollar should go. This role exists to own that answer. You'll be the analytical counterpart to our marketing ops lead, working side by side with ShareGate's Director of Marketing to turn campaign and attribution data into decisions the marketing team and the exec team can act on. Your impact: Own ShareGate's marketing attribution architecture across HubSpot and HockeyStack, and translate funnel data into exec-ready narratives, so attribution questions get one clear answer; Drive marketing performance by diagnosing what's working and what isn't across inbound and channel, so budget shifts to the highest-return programs every quarter instead of every fiscal year; Build the reporting and diagnostic layer for ShareGate marketing — campaign performance, funnel conversion, source quality — so the team plans against measured conversion rates, not assumptions; Integrate AI into the analysis workflow — we run on Claude — to compress the time from question to answer from days to hours, and to make deep-dive analysis a weekly habit rather than a quarterly project. Your team The next 6 to 12 months are a build. This role has never existed at Workleap, and you're inheriting a business that just finished cleaning its foundations: the CRM migration is done, the revenue architecture is set, and attribution visibility is still scattered across two systems. Your first mandate is to make that architecture coherent and legible — then use it to tell ShareGate's marketing team where to invest and where to pull back. RevOps at Workleap is split into two halves. One is Systems & Operations, which owns automation, CRM architecture and AI GTM tooling. The other — yours — is a group of GTM business partners embedded with the business units they serve, accountable for their stakeholder's performance: forecasting, funnel conversion, quota attainment, velocity. You'll report to the Director of RevOps and pair tightly with our Marketing Ops Manager, who owns the systems and campaign execution, while you own the data and its interpretation. What you'll bring 3+ years in marketing operations or marketing analytics at a B2B SaaS, software or fintech company; Deep hands-on HubSpot expertise — non-negotiable. You've built, broken and rebuilt campaign, lifecycle and reporting logic inside it; A real command of attribution models — first touch, last touch, multi-touch — and the judgment to know which one answers which question; Fluency with the mechanics underneath: UTM governance, lead routing and round robins, lifecycle stages, source and channel taxonomy; An analyst's instinct: you chase the "why" behind a number before anyone asks you to; The ability to take a messy dataset and turn it into a two-slide answer a CRO can act on; Deliberate daily use of AI to accelerate your own analysis — not just to draft copy; Bonus: experience with HockeyStack or a comparable attribution platform. Most of this sounds like you? Apply. What the job comes with Base salary: $100k to $130k / OTE: $110k–$140k. This range reflects our Canada-wide compensation scale. Senior Strategic Account Manager - Workleap

Your role Workleap's post-sale revenue is scaling — and its most complex accounts need a senior owner who can match the stakes. As a Senior Account Manager, you'll own a portfolio spanning mid-market to enterprise on the Workleap platform: protecting revenue, driving expansion, and acting as a genuine strategic partner to customers. This role exists now because we're executing a pricing migration across the entire book — a commercially sensitive motion that demands executive credibility, sound judgment, and the ability to hold a hard conversation without losing the relationship. Your impact: Own the most complex, highest-ARR accounts in the portfolio by building and maintaining quarterly account plans, mapping stakeholders proactively, and building multi-threaded relationships that survive org changes on the customer side; Lead complex renewal negotiations and pricing migration conversations with confidence — knowing when to hold the commercial line and when flexibility is the right call, including through procurement and legal; Drive expansion from demonstrated value: use usage data and outcome metrics to build an ROI story customers can articulate in their own words, and initiate expansion conversations at six months — not eleven; Handle executive escalations with composure by documenting clear save plans, flagging risk before it surfaces reactively, and keeping the internal team aligned when accounts go sideways; Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent) daily to prepare for customer conversations, synthesize account data, draft renewal strategies, and move faster across a complex book — a habit, not a checkbox; Raise the team's floor by modeling strong account management habits — how to run a quarterly plan, how to prep an executive QBR, how to navigate a tough objection — so that junior team members grow through proximity; Give leadership a reliable, real-time view of the portfolio by maintaining CRM as a live document, with documented next steps on expansion pipeline and active mitigation plans on at-risk accounts. Your team You're joining a structured, systems-oriented AM/CSM team where autonomy is expected and operational rigor is non-negotiable. Two Customer Success Managers share the portfolio with you; cross-functional collaboration with Product, Finance, and Legal is part of the job on complex accounts. The team doesn't run on heroics or tribal knowledge — it runs on clear plans, a live CRM, and a predictable cadence. This year's challenge: execute the pricing migration across the full book, build executive multi-threading in accounts that are currently too single-threaded, and operate with more leverage without adding headcount. The senior person in this team sets the standard everyone else follows. What you'll bring 4+ years in SaaS account management or customer success, with direct experience on enterprise or upper mid-market accounts; Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding NRR targets in complex books, including renewals involving procurement and legal stakeholders; Proven executive stakeholder management — multi-threaded relationships, not just the day-to-day champion; Rigorous CRM discipline: you treat CRM as a live document, not a reporting obligation; Daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent) for meeting prep, account research, and synthesis — a genuine work habit, not something you're exploring; Bilingual French-English (written and spoken); Bonus: SaaS HR tech experience, or familiarity with HR, People Ops, and C-suite buyers; Bonus: experience navigating a pricing migration or major packaging change with existing customers. Most of this sounds like you? Apply. What the job comes with Base salary: $100k - $120k / OTE: $170k - $200k. This range reflects our Canada-wide compensation scale. Your role ShareGate has built a strong base of named strategic partners across EMEA — but the real growth opportunity lives in the long tail: hundreds of IT resellers and service providers who are knocking on the door without anyone there to bring them in with structure. That's exactly what you'll change. As Partner Development Manager – EMEA, you'll be the first structured point of contact for new and emerging partners across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You'll turn early-stage curiosity into real commercial engagement, drive adoption of ShareGate's migration and governance solutions, and build the follow-up discipline that converts conversations into revenue. Your impact: Convert inbound EMEA partner inquiries into active, revenue-generating partnerships by measurably improving activation rates across non-managed accounts; Drive adoption of ShareGate Protect within the partner ecosystem by opening governance conversations with partners who traditionally focus only on migration; Build a scalable partner development framework — pipeline tracking, re-engagement sequences, progression stages — so no opportunity stalls without a reason; Accelerate transactional onboarding by coordinating with QBS Software, ensuring partners move from initial engagement to first transaction without friction; Reduce time-to-first-transaction by implementing systematic follow-up workflows and consistent outreach discipline across a high volume of active conversations; Integrate AI tools into your daily workflows — drafting follow-ups, summarizing partner calls, analyzing engagement patterns — to cover more partners with more rigour. Your team You'll join ShareGate's EMEA Channel team: a tight-knit, commercially ambitious group that operates with high trust, high ownership, and zero ego. Channel Account Managers own named strategic accounts; your job is making sure the broader ecosystem becomes commercially productive. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with the Channel Manager – EMEA, Channel Account Managers, and the QBS Software team for transactional coordination — and collaborate as needed with Technical Sales Specialists, Channel Marketing, and Revenue Operations. Over the next 6–12 months, the mandate is clear: increase inbound conversion, open new conversations around ShareGate Protect, and prove that the non-managed partner base can become a reliable, structured revenue source. What you'll bring 2–5+ years in partner development, channel sales, or IT solution sales; Experience working with IT resellers or managed service providers — you understand how the indirect channel actually works; Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (migration, governance, tenant-to-tenant — the fundamentals, no certification required); Ability to position technical solutions commercially: you translate complexity into clear business value; Strong follow-up discipline and structured pipeline management — you don't let opportunities die quietly; Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) daily as a work accelerator — not an experiment, a habit; Bonus: experience in high-volume partner recruitment environments; Bonus: exposure to governance or security-focused SaaS solutions. Most of this sounds like you? Apply. What the job comes with Base salary: $50 000 to $60 000 / OTE: $75 000 - $90 000 EUR.
