Your Journey at GotPhoto Phase 1: High-Impact Projects & Workflow Foundation (First Months) In your initial phase, you will combine strategic project ownership with AI workflow automation. You will gather a long list of potential use cases with the team, prioritize them using clear impact metrics, and dive straight into two key anchor projects: Discovery & Mapping: Work closely with the marketing team to map out further potential AI use cases across content, acquisition, operations, and campaign analytics. Evaluation & Prioritization : Apply a structured evaluation matrix (measuring efficiency gain, effort, and business impact) to pick high-value quick wins. Build, Automate & Measure: Build structured workflows, clean up tool knowledge bases, measure performance, and document processes for seamless handover and adoption by colleagues. Phase 2: Growth & Scaling (Your Path Forward) As you establish our AI design pipelines, maintain the rebuilt website, and master our marketing stack, your role will expand along a dedicated growth trajectory: Strategic AI Ownership: Shift from initial workflow setups to owning end-to-end AI initiatives across complex multi-channel marketing campaigns. Advanced Architecture & Custom Automation : Lead the optimization of centralized team knowledge bases, custom GPTs, and sophisticated multi-agent or API-based automations (e.g., using Make, n8n, or custom scripts). Skills Strong working expertise with Claude, including building use cases beyond prompting. Workflow automation with n8n or a comparable tool such as Make or Zapier. API integration: REST, webhooks and authentication. Accuracy and safety: you build checks, logging and review steps into every automation. Working knowledge of MCP, GitHub and basic JavaScript or Python is a plus. Mindset The Owner: you take full accountability for your projects, from the first workflow to the final output. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Head of Solutions Operations

About Mistral Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms. We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited. About the job Mistral builds AI systems that enterprises run on their own terms, in finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector. The Solutions organization turns customers' hardest problems into AI they own, run, and scale on Mistral. It is one of the fastest-growing functions in the company: 650 people by end of 2026, across EMEA, the US, and Asia-Pacific, delivering measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers worldwide. The Solutions organization includes Deployment Strategists, Applied AI Engineers, Infrastructure Solution Architects, and Applied Scientists. They work with enterprise customers from pre-sales through implementation and deliver AI systems that produce measurable business outcomes. Solutions Operations is the function that makes this scale. It runs staffing and capacity planning across regions, the go-to-market motion by industry vertical and capability, delivery processes and tooling, the data behind our decisions, and value and customer-success measurement, with hubs in Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific. We are hiring a Head of Solutions Operations . We are looking for an entrepreneurial COO or a former Forward Deployed Engineer with years of experience. This is a build-the-1-to-10 role: you will take a young, fast-growing function and turn it into the operating system that lets Solutions scale from hundreds to thousands of people without losing what makes it work. You will lead a team of program leads and regional operators across three continents, and work as a business partner to Solutions leadership. What you will do Own the Solutions operating system end to end. One process from pre-sales to post-sales, a single source of truth for people, projects, and opportunities, the Solutions tooling stack, and safety, security, and compliance built into how the team works. Industrialize what already works. Turn delivery and vertical playbooks, staffing frameworks, and the value and ROI methodology into reusable assets the whole team runs on, and drive their adoption in every geography. Build the global operating model. Keep core operations centralized while ensuring real adoption and the right local adaptation across EMEA, the US, and Asia-Pacific, with full-stack regional operators on the ground. Staff demanding customer engagements. Own capacity planning and forecasting, skills-to-project matching, time-to-staff, utilization, and bench health across all geographies. Make customer success measurable. Stand up delivery-outcome measurement and customer-satisfaction systems, and run the feedback loop that turns field learnings into product requirements and reusable IP. Make AI-native operations the default. Build internal tools, agents, and automations that remove manual work from planning, staffing, reporting, and delivery follow-ups, starting with your own team. Lead and grow the team. Hire, mentor, and develop program leads and regional operators, raise the technical bar of the function, and build the hiring plan for its next phase. Partner across functions. Work daily with Solutions leadership, regional Sales leadership, Product and Engineering, RevOps, and Talent Acquisition, and bring executive judgment on where to invest, slow down, or say no. How We Work in Solutions We care about people and outputs. What matters is what you ship. The best idea wins, whether it comes from a principal engineer or someone in their first week. Always ask why. The best solutions come from deep understanding, not copying what worked before. We say what we mean. Feedback is direct and given because we care. No politics. Low ego, high standards. We embrace an unstructured environment and find joy in it. About you Whatever your path, you bring: Extensive leadership experience , with demonstrated impact building and leading teams or functions in a fast-scaling environment. A track record of industrializing something handcrafted but working : processes, systems, and teams that scaled an order of magnitude without losing what made them work. The ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution. You are hands-on and biased toward action. Data-driven and AI-fluent : you build the internal tools, automations, dashboards, and AI workflows you rely on. Global operating range : you work naturally across geographies and cultures, with the executive presence to hold a room with C-level stakeholders and the credibility to challenge senior leaders. Stakeholder management : you align competing priorities and drive decisions without formal authority. Fluent in English ; additional languages are a plus. Ideally Experience in enterprise software, AI, or deep-tech delivery, or top-tier strategy consulting on complex technical transformations. Experience operating at global scale across EMEA, the US, and Asia-Pacific. Hands-on experience building AI-native operations: automating workflows with LLMs and agents rather than prompting a chatbot. MBA or advanced degree preferred. What We Offer We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks. Applied AI Engineer, Beneficial Deployments (Clinical Development, Rare and Neglected Diseases)
Full TimeOn-siteMid

About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About Beneficial Deployments Beneficial Deployments ensures AI reaches and benefits the communities that need it most. We partner with nonprofits, foundations, and mission-driven organizations to deploy Claude in education, global health, economic mobility, and life sciences — focusing on raising the floor for those who need it most. About the Role We're looking for an Applied AI Engineer to join our Beneficial Deployments, Life Sciences team. This is a partner-facing role: you'll support nonprofits, research institutes, academic medical centres and public-sector funders as they use Claude to get treatments to patients with rare and neglected diseases, where there is little or no commercial incentive to fund development. The role focuses on clinical development, where we think Claude can help these partners today. Trials in these diseases have small patient populations, investigator-led or nonprofit funding and little operational support, and they often stall on protocol quality, operational risk and site start-up. Claude can help teams design better trials and start them sooner. Much of this work is drug repurposing: testing new uses for approved, usually off-patent or generic medicines, whose known safety profiles can let a good hypothesis reach patients years sooner than a new molecule. You'll advise and embed in partners' teams, building alongside their engineers, scientists and clinicians. Responsibilities Work with partners' trial teams to design, review and prioritise clinical trials with Claude: drafting and reviewing protocols and statistical analysis plans, and flagging enrolment and operational risks. Build and validate tools that help partners find new uses for approved, mostly off-patent medicines in rare and neglected diseases, from literature, omics and patient data, and assemble the evidence so the partner can decide the next step. Build reusable infrastructure other institutions can adopt (MCP servers for biomedical data sources, agent skills, benchmarks grounded in real clinical questions), and feed what you learn in the field back to product, engineering and research. You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have Hands-on clinical development experience: designing, running or analysing clinical trials, or assessing clinical evidence to decide which programmes go forward (for example due diligence or asset evaluation). Drug repurposing work as part of that is a strong plus, as is having contributed to a regulatory submission for a trial. Comfort with biomedical data: literature, omics, and real-world patient data (health records, registries, claims), ideally inside secure or trusted research environments. Strong engineering skills: you can take an LLM-powered tool from prototype to production code, and write evals to measure it. Experience working directly with external partners or customers in a technical role. Clear written and verbal communication: docs other institutes can use without you, and results clinicians trust. A scrappy mentality: you're comfortable in ambiguity, wear several hats, and do what it takes to get a result for a partner. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: £225,000 — £255,000 GBP Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you ----- addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. The AI Teams at Agile Robots are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer (m/f/d) VLA Training & Evaluation , who will build the frameworks for fine-tuning and benchmarking robot foundation models on collected robot data. The frameworks are meant to work across different foundation models and for teams with modest data and compute. Responsibilities Training Workflows: Build reusable, model-agnostic training and evaluation workflows, with experiment tracking, model versioning, and checkpoint management, so that different foundation models can be swapped in without rebuilding the pipeline. Fine-Tuning: Implement fine-tuning of pretrained vision-language-action models on collected robot data, for example with parameter-efficient methods such as LoRA or adapters, or with distillation. Policy Training: Build training loops for action-chunking and transformer-based action models, diffusion policies, and VLM/VLA heads. Benchmarks: Build benchmarks with generalization splits, success metrics, and failure-analysis templates. Transfer Studies: Work with simulation engineers on studies, including metrics and ablations, that test whether improvements in simulation realism improve performance on the real robot. Research Baselines: Turn published methods into working baselines and templates that others can extend. Essential Skills Academic Background: Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related field (Master's or PhD typical), or an equivalent combination of formal training and demonstrated experience training deep learning models. Training Internals: Hands-on experience writing and debugging training loops in PyTorch or JAX, including data loading, loss design, and optimizer behavior. Fine-Tuning: Experience fine-tuning pretrained models and adapting them to new tasks and data. Robot Learning: Working understanding of how imitation-learned policies, such as action-chunking or diffusion policies, turn observations into robot actions. Experiment Management: Experience designing evaluations and ablations, and running experiments with tracking, versioning, and checkpoint management so that others can reproduce them. Beneficial Skills VLA Models: Experience fine-tuning vision-language-action or vision-language models for robot control. Real-Robot Evaluation: Experience evaluating learned policies on physical robots. Sim-to-Real: Familiarity with measuring how well models trained in simulation transfer to real hardware.
