CRM Manager
BondoraRemote (Fully Remote)6 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteMid
sqlcompliancecompliancecrmsalesforceonboarding

Headquarters: Denmark; Finland; Latvia; Lithuania; Netherlands; Remote; Spain; Tallinn, Harju, Estonia URL: http://bondora.group At Bondora, our mission is simple: to make finance easy, transparent, and accessible for everyone. Founded in 2008, we've helped more than 700,000 customers across Europe borrow and invest effortlessly through our trusted digital products. As a rapidly growing financial technology company, we're reaching new heights with a bold vision. We're set to acquire a banking license, unlocking a world of possibilities for our customers. This transition will allow us to expand our lending across more EU countries and broaden our product suite to deliver even more value. Join us on this journey and let's build the future of finance together! What is this role about? 🚀 As a CRM Manager , you build and run the customer journeys that guide Bondora's customers through their whole lifecycle: from their first loan application and onboarding, to repeat loans and add-ons, to the moments when repayments get difficult. You'll be one of three CRM Managers in Bondora's CRM & Customer Value team, reporting to the Head of CRM & Customer Value. Our CRM runs on Braze, with unusually rich customer and loan data and value signals already flowing in. You'll decide what to build by its value in loans and euros, prove what works against holdout groups, and treat every customer fairly: a loan is a financial decision, not a shopping cart. Your main responsibilities 🎯 Build and run customer journeys in Braze across the lifecycle: application and onboarding, repeat loans and add-ons, reactivation, and payment difficulty, with QA before every launch and zero customer-facing errors. Design journeys around the customer's situation: triggers, timing, cadence, channels and fallback, stop rules, and handovers to self-service, a human or another journey. Prove what works: build a control or holdout into every journey and report results as business outcomes (signed loans, revenue, arrears), not opens or clicks. Prioritise by value: size opportunities in loans and euros before building, and rank your work by value rather than volume. Own compliance and risk suppression: classify messages correctly, respect consent, never send commercial messages to customers showing payment risk, and involve Legal and Risk before launch. Keep the data reliable: validate events and attributes, fix journeys that act on wrong or late data, and escalate upstream issues with evidence. Move legacy communications into Braze and work through the team's shared rules: one intake route for requests, and clean handovers with the other CRM Managers. What would ensure success in this role?💪 5+ years of hands-on experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing. Experience in lending, fintech or recurring-revenue businesses is a plus. Hands-on production experience in Braze or a comparable platform (Iterable, Customer.io, Salesforce Marketing Cloud): journeys, segmentation, event and API triggers, dynamic content and QA. You build it yourself, not through an agency. Experience designing journeys for different lifecycle stages, built around the customer's situation rather than a fixed sequence. Experimentation literacy: you design tests with holdouts, read business outcomes rather than open rates, and can pull your own data (SQL or a product analytics tool). Commercial judgment: you can estimate what an improvement is worth in loans and euros and decide what to build first. Sound compliance judgment: transactional vs. promotional messages, consent, and responsible treatment of customers in a credit business. A habit of checking data before trusting it, and of fixing problems at the root. Working expertise in email, SMS and WhatsApp, with modular, localisable content for several markets. A habit of using AI to speed up QA and analysis, with the judgment to know when not to trust it. High ownership and a bias to action: you'd rather ship something good this week than something perfect next quarter, and you drive conversations with Product, Engineering, Legal and Risk toward decisions. What can you expect at Bondora? Contribute to Bondora's ambitious goal of reaching 1BN in revenue. Your skills and efforts will directly impact our growth trajectory and shape the future of our company. Our employees deserve the best. We recognize our people with a competitive salary and a generous benefits package (5 weeks of vacation, private healthcare compensation, hobby grant, mental healthcare support, share options and much more!) We provide an environment that encourages your personal and professional growth. As we constantly evolve and innovate, you'll have endless opportunities (and budget) to expand your skills and skyrocket your career. Headquarters: United States URL: https://thatch.com/ About the role For most people, health insurance happens to them: a plan chosen by someone else, with little room to fit their life. Thatch is changing that. We help companies give employees a healthcare budget instead of a one-size-fits-all plan, so people can choose the coverage and care that works for them while employers get predictable costs. It's a simple idea, but making it real means solving hard problems across healthcare, payments, and technology. We're just getting started. We look for people who use good judgment, take ownership, and care deeply about building something that matters. Design is central to what makes Thatch stand out. We're building a brand that sets a new standard for healthcare. We're a small, collaborative team with high standards for craft, bold creative thinking, and a shared ambition to make something complex feel remarkably simple. We're looking for a Brand Designer to help shape Thatch's next chapter. We've built a product people love, and now we're ready to bring that same ambition to our visual identity. You'll develop creative concepts and bring them to life across web, campaigns, events, print, and more, helping define how people see and experience Thatch. What you'll do Shape and evolve Thatch's visual identity, building a distinctive, cohesive brand across every touchpoint. Develop and execute creative concepts across our website, campaigns, digital content, events, print, and more. Own design projects end to end, from early exploration and creative direction through production and launch. Partner with Marketing, Product, and Design to translate business goals and complex ideas into compelling creative work. Present and advocate for your ideas, incorporating feedback while maintaining a high bar for craft and consistency. Collaborate with external creative partners when needed, bringing fresh ideas and approaches to how we tell our story. What we are looking for 3–5 years of experience in brand, visual, or marketing design, ideally at a startup or high-growth company. A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft across typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling. Experience translating a brand identity into cohesive, high-quality work across digital and physical touchpoints. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to move quickly, iterate thoughtfully, and deliver polished work. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions and collaborate across teams. Comfort with ambiguity, a sense of ownership, and the judgment to know when to challenge the brief. Experience we'd be particularly excited about Motion design, animation, or video experience. Ability to build and ship web experiences using HTML/CSS, Framer, or similar tools. Experience using AI tools to explore ideas and improve creative workflows. Experience helping a growing company evolve its brand. What to expect We aim to keep our interview process thoughtful, rigorous, and efficient. Most candidates complete it within three weeks. A 30-minute conversation with a recruiter. A 30-minute conversation with the hiring manager. A portfolio review focused on your creative process, visual craft, and brand thinking. Functional interviews focused on creative collaboration, communication, and working style. A final conversation with a member of our executive team. About Upsun Upsun is the software factory for human-AI workflows. We give teams one unified platform to create, review, deploy, and run software, with AI agents and humans working in sync. Developers, DevOps engineers, and platform teams use Upsun to build and ship with confidence, without wrestling with infrastructure. Upsun brings this together through two products: one that shapes the work, and one that runs it. Upsun Dispatch™: the AI-first product accelerator. Dispatch governs and simplifies collaboration between AI agents and cross-functional human teams, so work gets shaped, reviewed, and moved to production faster. Ship better code, not just more code. Upsun Cloud: the Cloud Application Platform for AI acceleration. Cloud is where that software runs. It helps organizations launch agentic software into production confidently and reliably, with: Predictable performance, even at scale Secure, compliant environments by default Real-time observability and profiling built in Cloning, configuration, and provisioning in seconds Sandbox environments where AI agents can build and test safely The name says it all. "Up" means uptime, reliability, and acceleration. "Sun" reflects our follow-the-sun-support, a 24x7, globally distributed support team keeping the lights on while you rest. Our core belief is that software should power brighter solutions and greater innovation. What's our commonality, our cultural fabric? A curious spirit and a thirst for knowledge; an eagerness for innovative ideas and cultures. We believe we can build anything together in an environment that frees you to do your best work. Our values: 🌿 We make a positive impact. ✨ We aim for the stars. 💚 We care for each other. Impact of a Product Manager As a Product Manager at Upsun, you own a significant area of Upsun Cloud, our cloud application platform, and the outcomes it delivers for the developers who build on it. The team you join owns the platform's foundations: the API, the runtime, environments, and the reliability every application running on Upsun depends on. And because Upsun is the cloud application platform humans and robots love, much of what you build will be used by AI agents as much as by people. This is a hands-on, technically rich role that bridges product strategy and deep infrastructure understanding. You own the strategy and the roadmap for your area, working closely with engineering to define platform behavior, build scalable abstractions, and shape workflows that empower modern development teams. Throughout, you act as the key voice for the user, making sure everything we ship contributes meaningfully to an exceptional developer experience. What to expect Strategy and roadmap: Own the strategy, roadmap, and priorities for your area of Upsun Cloud, balancing established foundations with uncharted territory. Problem definition: Synthesize inputs from customers, support, sales, and engineering into clear problem statements, constructively testing underlying assumptions. Solution definition: Explore options with your team, weigh trade-offs, and land on the right scope. Ship small, iterate fast: Release in increments and shorten the loop between shipping and learning. Technical execution: Collaborate with engineering (especially infrastructure and systems teams) to deliver platform capabilities that are reliable, scalable, and developer-friendly. Design for humans and agents: Build with two audiences in mind—ensuring features, APIs, documentation, and error messages serve both people and AI agents. Customer and data authority: Connect with customers regularly, serve as an internal advocate for their needs, and define metrics that demonstrate value for users and the business. Influence across teams: Build alignment across engineering, design, Product Marketing, support, and leadership. Go-to-market: Partner with Product Marketing early so go-to-market strategy helps shape the product, not just the launch. What you bring Product management experience: Proven experience in product management owning a distinct product area, ideally focused on developer platforms, PaaS, or cloud infrastructure. Technical depth: Understanding of building, deploying, and running applications in the cloud, with the ability to collaborate closely with infrastructure engineers on multi-tenant architectures or distributed systems. Software development background: Familiarity with building software using languages such as Python, Ruby, JavaScript, PHP, Go, or Rust. CI/CD, containers & APIs: Hands-on experience or close collaboration with CI/CD workflows, Docker/OCI container technologies, and a clear vision for intuitive API design. AI fluency: Daily use of modern AI tools to research, draft, and prototype workflows, paired with a realistic understanding of where current tools and models fall short. Agentic development: A strong perspective on autonomous agent architecture and how agentic workflows are transforming modern software engineering. Navigating ambiguity: Comfort with turning unstructured problem spaces into clear strategies and taking thoughtful action even with incomplete information. Collaborative communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of listening, building consensus, and uniting teams around a shared vision. Data-informed decision making: Ability to seek out and evaluate data to guide decisions and track success. Bonus points for Enthusiasm for using and testing the platform capabilities you help build. Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack) - Merchant EMEA
Full TimeOn-siteSenior
typescriptjavagokotlinreactaws+10

Our Global Structure Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we're unlocking new possibilities as one global team. Senior Fullstack Engineer (Go / Kotlin & React) About the Team Merchant EMEA Engineering builds the technology that helps merchants join, grow, and operate successfully across our markets. Our organization brings together the strengths of Wolt and Deliveroo and supports merchants across 37 countries. We work across the merchant journey, including onboarding, business growth and support, analytics and recommendations, menu and order management, integrations, and merchant applications. Our teams sit close to the business. Rather than primarily building foundational platforms, we build products and features on top of our existing platforms to solve real merchant and market needs, including local business requirements, growth opportunities, and operational challenges. 📍This open role is based in our tech hubs in Helsinki or Berlin . Please note: This role requires being based in Berlin/Helsinki on a hybrid basis. We are currently unable to offer fully remote work, visa sponsorship, or relocation support for this opportunity. What You'll Do As a Fullstack Engineer, you'll contribute to products and services used across the merchant experience. You'll: Build and maintain production software across backend services and user-facing applications. Work on areas such as merchant onboarding, analytics, recommendations, menu and order management, integrations, or merchant-facing tools. Develop reliable APIs, data models, services, and user-facing features. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, operations, and other engineers to turn business needs into practical technical solutions. Own features from implementation through production and ongoing maintenance. Contribute to technical design discussions and improve the quality, scalability, observability, and maintainability of our systems. Use AI-assisted development tools effectively as part of your engineering workflow, while critically evaluating their output and taking ownership of the final solution. Be willing to work outside your primary area of expertise when needed to solve the problem end-to-end. How We Work Ownership: Engineers take responsibility for the features and services they work on, from development to production. Collaboration: We work closely across engineering, product, design, data, and operations. Pragmatism: We value simple and maintainable solutions that create business impact without unnecessary complexity. Flexibility: We care more about solving the problem than strict frontend or backend boundaries. Our Tech Stack Our backend services primarily use Go and Kotlin , while our frontend applications use technologies such as TypeScript and React . We also work with technologies including Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, gRPC, and modern cloud infrastructure. Our Humble Expectations We're looking for engineers who have: An AI-first mindset, with a deep experience in leveraging modern AI tools and solid engineering principles to solve problems end-to-end, independently of any specific technology stack. Proven experience building production software in backend, frontend, or fullstack environments end-to-end and at scale. Strong expertise in at least one area of the stack, with a willingness to contribute outside that area when needed. Experience with a modern backend language such as Go, Kotlin, Java, or similar, and/or modern frontend technologies such as TypeScript and React. Good understanding of APIs, databases, testing, and software design fundamentals. The ability to work independently on well-scoped problems and collaborate effectively with others. Good communication skills and a pragmatic, collaborative mindset. You do not need to be equally strong in frontend and backend. We welcome different balances of experience. You might be primarily a backend engineer who is comfortable making frontend changes when needed, or a frontend-focused engineer who is happy to work with APIs and backend services. What matters most is that you are comfortable working across boundaries to deliver the right solution. Nice to Have Experience in one or more of the following areas would be a plus: Merchant-facing or internal operational tools. Analytics, recommendations, or decisioning systems. Grocery, retail, restaurants, logistics, or marketplace technology. Integrations with external business systems. Kafka or other streaming technologies. Cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Kubernetes, or Docker. Why Join Us? You'll work on products that directly affect how merchants interact with Wolt, Deliveroo and DoorDash across Europe. The scope is broad and close to the business, giving you the opportunity to work on meaningful problems across different parts of the merchant journey while developing your skills across the stack. You can read more about our recruitment process here. here . Diversity, Equity and Inclusion At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We're committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong. We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief. About the Company Help us build the world's most reliable, on-demand logistics engine for last-mile delivery! About the Role We are looking for experienced engineers to join the EU Traffic team, based at Deliveroo, part of DoorDash, and help build the next generation of DoorDash's Traffic platform. We are building a single, shared platform designed to serve DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt, so your work will shape reliability and security for all three marketplaces. Our team owns the infrastructure that carries every request into and through that platform: the edge, where we manage Cloudflare (CDN, DNS, rate limiting, bot mitigation) and the ingress systems for external traffic, and service-to-service (S2S) communication, where we run the service mesh and the authentication that secures calls between thousands of services across multiple regions. You will work on core components of our traffic stack, including our Cloudflare edge configuration (managed as code), and service-to-service authentication and authorization (workload identity, token issuance and validation at the mesh layer). This role sits at the intersection of distributed systems, networking, and security. It includes designing, building, and maintaining systems that must operate reliably and efficiently across some of the most critical and latency-sensitive workloads at DoorDash, from the first byte at the edge to the last hop between services. Bonus points if you… Experience with programming languages like Go, C++, Python or Rust Experience with AWS, especially with networking primitives like LBs, Privatelink, etc. and Kubernetes or other container management tool Experience with service mesh technologies such as Envoy, Istio or Linkerd Familiarity with xDS or control plane architectures Experience building RPC frameworks or client-side networking libraries Experience with Infrastructure as Code tooling like Terraform Experience with Gitops delivery tooling such as ArgoCD, Helm, Atlantis.
