Built's Mission: Connect and simplify doing business in real estate. Built is the AI-powered platform transforming the way real estate is financed, developed, and managed. Purpose-built for real estate and construction, Built began by fixing construction draw management for lenders and has grown into a comprehensive operating system addressing some of the industry's most complex challenges. Today, Built is a partner to more than 350 lenders, over 80,000 borrowers and owners, and thousands of contractors, powering 86,000 active projects valued at more than $300 billion. Learn more at getbuilt.com . __________________________ Built Technologies is transforming how capital moves through construction and real estate finance - one of the largest, most complex sectors in the economy. Our platform connects lenders, including many of the top U.S. banks, with the owners, developers, and general contractors they finance. When a draw is approved, a builder can pay subcontractors. When a compliance document clears, a project moves forward. The work we do here is not abstract; it has a direct and material impact on how capital flows and how real estate gets built. Our Implementations team delivers the platform experiences that determine whether a lender adopts Built as their operational backbone or walks away. As an Implementation Consultant II, you will manage a strategic portfolio of complex client implementations with growing independence; owning end-to-end delivery for enterprise-scale lending clients and beginning to contribute to how the broader team operates. You bring a track record of successful go-lives, strong client relationships, and the judgment to navigate novel challenges without constant direction. This role supports owners, developers, and general contractors and is especially well suited to someone who brings construction context plus the ability to learn and deliver software. Our Guiding Principles Be Bold. We pursue the biggest problems in our industry, challenge assumptions others take for granted, and take calculated risks to get there. We don't hide behind consensus or committees. Playing it safe is just failing slowly. Help Customers Win. We learn our customers' businesses deeply — how they think, how they deploy capital, what keeps them up at night. We treat their capital like our own. We ship leverage, not features. And we measure ourselves by customer results, not our intentions. Move with Urgency & Purpose. We bias toward delivery over perfection, remove friction from our own paths, and communicate in real time. Momentum compounds — and we build it every day. Own the Outcome. We own outcomes, not just tasks. We hold a high Say:Do ratio and take responsibility from idea through impact. When something breaks, we fix it — we don't wait to be asked. Never Satisfied. We raise the bar continuously. We stay curious, hold exacting standards, debate hard, and hold our opinions loosely when the evidence shifts. Excellence is a habit, not an event. What You'll Do Lead complex implementations for owner, developer, and general contractor clients - managing project scope, risk, and timeline with meaningful autonomy and clear accountability for outcomes. Conduct discovery and planning sessions with client stakeholders, translating strategic business goals and workflows into actionable implementation roadmaps. Manage escalations and navigate organizational dynamics on the client side, driving timely resolution of high-impact issues with composure and authority. Identify process improvements and standardization opportunities across your implementation portfolio — document repeatable solutions and share them with the broader team. Contribute to cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve implementation efficiency, reduce time-to-value, and strengthen client outcomes. Track and communicate implementation metrics, insights, and lessons learned to leadership and the broader team; use data to surface patterns and drive improvement. Leverage AI tools to accelerate project planning, client communication, and risk identification across your portfolio. What You'll Bring 2-4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, or enterprise project delivery, ideally in construction technology, financial services, fintech, or a complex B2B software environment. Construction industry experience is strongly preferred. You have worked for or closely with an owner, developer, general contractor, subcontractor, or construction technology company, and understand the operational realities of running projects. A proven ability to deliver concurrent client implementations on time and to a high standard, with examples of measurable client outcomes you drove. Strong client communication and relationship management skills; you navigate senior stakeholders, handle difficult conversations with confidence, and build trust through consistent follow-through. A track record of identifying process improvements that made implementations faster, more consistent, or more successful for clients. Working knowledge of construction project and financial workflows, such as project set-up, project financials, payables, lien waivers, project controls, or subcontractor/vendor coordination. You can use that context to help a customer translate how they work today into a practical workflow in Built. Some experience with implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches) and comfort adapting your approach to the client's environment. Comfort with project management tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms; ability to learn new tools quickly and apply them effectively. What Success Looks Like at Six Months Your implementation portfolio is delivering consistently — projects are on schedule, clients are satisfied, and go-lives are producing measurable adoption outcomes. You've successfully navigated at least one high-complexity or high-risk implementation to a successful go-live, demonstrating sound judgment under pressure. You've contributed at least one process improvement or documented playbook that has been adopted by the broader implementations team. Cross-functional partners in Sales, Product, and Engineering consistently seek your input when complex client situations arise, trusting your judgment and domain expertise. AI & Technology Expectations Leverage AI tools to enhance the productivity, quality, and speed of your work. • Use AI to support drafting, analysis, summarization, and problem-solving across your role. • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort through automation and AI. Apply AI to sharpen decision-making and strengthen strategic insights. Share effective AI use cases and best practices with your team. Built's salary range for this position is $90,000 - 115,000 USD per year. The pay range is designed to accommodate upward mobility in the role, therefore it encompasses the full span of proficiency levels for this role and we believe that the midpoint of the range is competitive in the market. Salary is just one component of Built's total compensation package for employees; your total rewards package at Built will include equity, market-current medical, dental and vision coverage, an unlimited PTO policy, and other benefits. __________________________ Travel Requirement: Employees who are not based in the Nashville area are required to travel to our Nashville office at least twice per year for company gatherings, such as Connect Week. About Kaseya Kaseya is the leading provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software, serving Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT organizations worldwide. Our comprehensive platform helps organizations efficiently manage, secure, and automate their IT environments, driving operational efficiency and long-term business success. Backed by Insight Partners , a leading global software investor, Kaseya has experienced sustained double-digit growth and continues to expand its global footprint. Today, Kaseya supports customers in more than 20 countries and manages over 15 million endpoints worldwide. Founded in 2000, Kaseya was built by builders - and we're still building. We look for people who create rather than wait, who see a hard problem and lean in, and who treat challenges as raw material. At Kaseya, everyone plays a role in shaping the future of IT: whether you're in engineering, product, sales, marketing, customer support, or operations, your work helps protect, defend, and optimize IT environments across the globe. We're building teams that grow, perform, and make an impact. If you're driven by the itch to make things better - a product, a process, a career - you'll fit right in. At Kaseya, we don't just raise the bar. We build it. Position Summary The Business Process Lead, L2Q & Customer Lifecycle owns the end-to-end design of the business processes that carry a customer from product concept through signed order, onboarding, expansion, and renewal. In this role you will work closely in partnership with GTM Strategy, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Product and the technology teams that build supporting systems, and is accountable for the detailed, multi-level capability decomposition underlying this value stream, which spans product, marketing, sales, revenue operations, and customer success stakeholder groups. Importantly, this role owns the business capabilities in this value stream — their definition, design, decomposition, and governance — in close partnership with the business teams that operate the underlying functions day to day. It does not own those functions themselves; success depends on heavy partnership with business and technology leads rather than on direct authority. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role: the person hired personally facilitates working sessions, maps current and future processes, writes system requirements, and stays engaged through delivery and adoption rather than handing off after initial discovery. It also sits within a newly created function, where the operating model, engagement approach, and shared standards are still being defined — the person hired will materially shape how the practice works rather than step into an established playbook. The breadth of this stream requires strong prioritization judgment and the ability to work credibly across several distinct stakeholder communities. Key Responsibilities Own and continuously maintain a detailed (L2/L3) decomposition of every business capability across Idea to Launch, Campaign to Lead, Plan to Goal, Lead to Opportunity, and Quote to Subscription, keeping documentation accurate as the operating model and systems landscape evolve, and using standards shared across the Business Process Lead team. Facilitate structured working sessions with GTM, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success and Product stakeholders Translate future-state process designs into system requirements, partner with Product Owners and Engineering Leads through design, build, and testing, and confirm that what gets delivered reflects the intended process design. Support two parallel delivery tracks — current, in-production systems and the next-generation platform build — correctly identifying which track an incoming request belongs to, and ensuring lessons learned in day-to-day operations are reflected back into documentation and forward-looking design work. Own change management, enablement, and adoption for process changes in this value stream — stakeholder impact assessment, readiness planning, training materials, and post-launch verification that new processes are being used as intended — and define and report the process performance metrics that show whether they are working. Hold and maintain documented agreements at shared boundaries with peer Business Process Leads, so handoffs between value streams are explicitly agreed rather than assumed. Own the capability design and process governance for pricing and packaging, deal desk, discount policy and approval, margin guidelines, and CPQ — partnering with the business owners of those functions to shape the underlying policy, not simply documenting the systems that enforce it. Own the capability design for new product introduction and SKU governance, and for the commercial customer lifecycle that follows a signed order — onboarding, adoption, technical account management, renewals, expansion, and churn — partnering with Product, GTM, and Customer Success, who run those motions. Required Qualifications Hands-on ownership of commercial process design within a go-to-market organization — quote-to-order, deal governance, or the renewal motion — including direct involvement in the underlying policy decisions, not simply documentation or configuration of a process someone else designed. Candidates whose experience is limited to system configuration or documentation without direct involvement in the business decisions behind a process are not a fit for this role. 7+ years of experience in business process design, business architecture, revenue operations, or sales operations. Demonstrated experience decomposing business capabilities into detailed, multi-level structures, or equivalent structured value stream or process mapping work. Strong facilitation skills with cross-functional business stakeholders, including direct experience working with vice president-level leadership in a sales organization, and the ability to hold a position in a commercial trade-off discussion rather than only routing exceptions upward for a decision. Experience translating business process requirements into system requirements or work items a technical delivery team can act on directly, along with strong documentation habits — process maps, written requirements, and decision logs that a technical team can pick up without extensive follow-up clarification. Preferred Qualifications Experience with pricing, packaging, discount governance, or CPQ process design specifically within a subscription or SaaS business. Deal desk or sales operations experience, including designing exception and approval workflows. Experience with renewal or customer success operations, including identifying at-risk accounts well ahead of their renewal date. Experience with new product introduction, SKU and bundle governance, or contract lifecycle management tooling and legal operations partnership. Experience with partner or channel program operations, including management of partner marketing development funds, and territory or quota planning process design. Familiarity with structured change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, or similar) and prioritization frameworks (WSJF, RICE, or similar). Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud (including CPQ/RCA functionality), marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, and lead routing or enrichment tooling. #IND525 Additional information Kaseya provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants without regard to race, religion, age, ancestry, gender, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

Position Summary The Business Process Lead, Digital & Service Experience owns the end-to-end design of our customer-facing digital and service experience — commerce, account self-service, our customer and partner portal, and the service function that supports customers across those channels. This position carries both live operational ownership of processes running in production today and the design and build of a genuine product-led digital commerce capability that does not yet exist. What exists today is an account and billing self-service surface; building an actual product-led commerce motion — trials, in-app purchase, and self-serve upgrade — is the central mandate of this role. Importantly, this role owns the business capabilities in this scope — their definition, design, decomposition, and governance — in close partnership with the business teams that operate the underlying functions day to day. It does not own those functions themselves; success depends on heavy partnership with business and technology leads rather than on direct authority. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role: the person hired personally facilitates working sessions, maps processes, writes requirements, and stays engaged through delivery and adoption. It also sits within a newly created function whose standards are still being defined, and is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to build a practice rather than execute within an established one. Because this role spans live operational processes with service-level expectations attached and net-new capability design with no existing internal playbook, it requires someone comfortable holding both kinds of work simultaneously and deliberately protecting time for design work even when operational demands feel more urgent. Key Responsibilities Own and continuously maintain a detailed (L2/L3) decomposition of account self-service, portal, commerce, and service-experience capabilities, keeping documentation accurate as the operating model and systems landscape evolve, and using standards shared across the Business Process Lead team. Facilitate structured working sessions with the digital team and Customer Success leadership to document how processes work today and design how they should work going forward, producing process maps, documented decisions, and requirements a technical team can act on without extensive follow-up. Translate future-state process designs into system requirements, partner with Product Owners and Engineering Leads through design, build, and testing, and confirm that what gets delivered reflects the intended process design. Design the target digital commerce operating model — which products, customer segments, and transaction types become available for self-service purchase and in what sequence — and the business process behind new product-led motions including trials, in-app purchase, and self-serve upgrade, resolving eligibility, entitlement, pricing enforcement, and approval logic before anything is built. Maintain a capability-level build plan that sequences dependencies against the other BIS value streams so digital and core system readiness arrive together, explicitly defining whether and when an assisted process is retired once a digital capability supersedes it, and own the capability design for the customer service experience in partnership with Customer Success and Support leadership. Required Qualifications Direct experience building or scaling a self-serve commerce or product-led growth motion — trial-to-paid conversion, in-product purchase, or self-serve upgrade — including funnel instrumentation and conversion measurement. Experience limited to account or billing self-service portal work, or to general process documentation without direct commerce-building experience, is not sufficient for this role. 5+ years of experience in business process design, business analysis, business architecture, or operations in a relevant domain. Demonstrated experience decomposing business capabilities into detailed, multi-level structures. Strong facilitation skills with cross-functional business stakeholders, including experience working at a director level. Experience translating business process requirements into system requirements for a technical delivery team, along with strong documentation habits. Preferred Qualifications Direct experience standing up a new digital commerce or product-led motion within a business that previously sold only through an assisted sales model. Trial design and trial-to-paid conversion experience, including eligibility, entitlement, and conversion instrumentation. Digital product or eCommerce product management experience, including running experiments and iterative product releases. Support operations and case deflection design experience, including knowledge management and escalation design. Identity, login, and profile management experience in a customer-facing digital product, and account or billing self-service portal operations experience. Familiarity with structured change management methodologies and prioritization frameworks such as WSJF or RICE. Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce, Salesforce Service Cloud and case management, Experience Cloud community platforms, and payment gateway integrations. Position Summary The Business Process Lead, Finance & Corporate Services owns the end-to-end design of our financial and administrative back-office processes — financial close and reporting, procurement, tax, supply chain operations, hardware fulfillment, human resources operations, and sales compensation administration. This scope is intentionally broad rather than a single linear process flow, spanning several distinct domains that share a finance and administrative reporting line rather than a common process sequence. The role is the connective tissue between Finance, HR, and Supply Chain leadership and the technology teams that build supporting systems. It also sits within a newly created function whose standards and operating rhythm are still being defined. Deep specialist expertise in every domain within this scope is not expected; the ability to establish consistent standards, prioritize effectively, and drive improvement across genuinely different process areas is the core skill this role requires. Key Responsibilities Own and continuously maintain a detailed (L2/L3) decomposition of Record to Report, Direct Tax and Tax Compliance, Procure to Pay, Supply Chain Operations, hardware fulfillment, Hire to Retire, and Sales Compensation Management capabilities, keeping documentation accurate as the operating model and systems landscape evolve, and using standards shared across the Business Process Lead team. Own the capability design for sales compensation from an approved sales quota forward — plan administration, crediting rules, attainment calculation, dispute resolution, commission expense accrual, and the payout handoff to payroll — partnering with the Sales Compensation and Payroll teams who execute it. Own the capability design for hardware fulfillment — provisioning, warehouse and inventory management, returns, and warranty — and for Hire to Retire, including onboarding, self-service, HR helpdesk, absence, and performance management, partnering with the Supply Chain, Fulfillment Operations, HR, and People Operations teams who run them. Required Qualifications Hands-on experience designing or improving month-end close and record-to-report processes in a multi-entity ERP environment. 5+ years of experience in business process design, business analysis, business architecture, or operations in a relevant domain. Demonstrated experience decomposing business capabilities into detailed, multi-level structures. Strong facilitation skills with cross-functional business stakeholders, including experience working at a Controller or Finance director level. Experience translating business process requirements into system requirements for a technical delivery team, along with strong documentation habits. Preferred Qualifications Experience with physical fulfillment and supply chain process design — warehouse, inventory, returns processing, and warranty management. Sales compensation process design experience, including plan administration, crediting, attainment, dispute resolution, and commission accounting. Procure-to-pay process design experience, including intake, approval routing, supplier onboarding, and three-way match controls. Direct tax process and statutory reporting experience in a multi-jurisdiction environment. HR operations process design experience, including onboarding, self-service, helpdesk operations, and performance cycle management. Treasury and cash management process design experience. Company Description Workleap is a Montreal-based tech company, founded in 2006. We're builders at heart, we make simple products that actually matter to the people who use them. We have two product lines: Workleap Agent , our newest solution built to make every manager more effective, and ShareGate , the world's leading solution for Microsoft 365 migration and governance. More than 15,000 companies worldwide trust us to do exactly that. We're intentional about who joins us. If you're the kind of person who gets excited by a hard problem and wants to help shape what comes next, there's a place for you here. Your role You're the first voice prospects hear — and the first impression that sets the tone for every deal. As an SDR at ShareGate, your job is to start conversations with the right IT buyers, whether they raised their hand or not, and hand them to the AE team with everything they need to win. You'll work alongside your own AI agent that handles outbound batches and the easy-to-convert leads, while you focus on calls, high-value accounts, and the manual work that needs a human. This role exists because we're growing, because we promote from within, and because we're looking for someone who wants to build a real B2B sales career with a team that actually invests in making them better. Your impact: Drive consistent, qualified pipeline for the AE team by starting conversations with IT buyers, through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up, at a volume and quality that moves the needle on ARR; Qualify every prospect with a consultative lens: understand their reality, challenge, and readiness before pushing forward, so every handoff lands with context, not just contact info; Build outbound pipeline by researching target accounts, multi-threading into IT teams and running sequences and calls that start real conversations; Run and improve your own AI agent that handles outbound batches and easy-to-convert leads, so you can focus on calls, high-value accounts, and the manual work that needs a human; Own your product knowledge across both ShareGate products (Protect and Migrate) and the IT personas we serve, so every conversation is grounded in real expertise rather than a generic pitch; Build and refine AI systems for your workflow (prompts, custom assistants, automations for call prep, account research and follow-ups) and share what works so the whole team levels up; Bring fresh ideas and new approaches to the team's process, especially around AI, contributing to a culture where everyone makes the whole team better. Your team You're joining a four-person SDR team, all focused on ShareGate, feeding the AE org. That means the quality of what you pass downstream matters as much as the volume. The team is coached closely — Gong call reviews, roleplay sessions, custom AI tools, and a manager whose job is to help you grow. We move fast, share what's working, and hold each other to a high standard. What you'll bring An active daily user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent) — not experimenting, actually using them to do better work, and ready to pick up new tools quickly; Strong verbal communication in English — confident on the phone and on video, with a presence that creates a memorable first impression for the right reasons; Experience in a sales or performance-driven role (SDR, BDR, inside sales) with a track record of hitting targets; Outbound prospecting experience (cold calling, multi-touch sequences) and the resilience that comes with it; The ability to quickly learn complex products and understand the buyers who use them in a B2B context; Pipeline discipline: you can prioritize, track, and advance multiple conversations in parallel without things slipping through; Bonus: SaaS or tech background; familiarity with Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or HubSpot; ability to communicate in French; examples of AI workflows or tools you've built yourself. Most of this sounds like you? Apply. What the job comes with Base salary: $55k - $60k/ OTE: $85k - $90k. This range reflects our Canada-wide compensation scale. Final offers may be adjusted based on the candidate's region to align with local market conditions. LTIP program, share in Workleap's long-term growth. RRSP + Family health insurance + telemedicine + annual wellness budget. Flexible vacation policy. Remote work, with access to our Montreal office. In-person gathering twice a year. Claude access, for everyone. What drives us At Workleap, we build software that sits at the center of how people experience work, every day, at every level. We move fast. Priorities shift, decisions get made with the information we have, and we iterate. If you thrive on intensity and ambiguity doesn't slow you down, you'll feel right at home. We're builders. We do what it takes to move forward. AI is part of our toolkit. We use it to go faster and decide smarter, not to replace judgment. If you want real impact and a place where your decisions matter, this is it. How we hire Transparency is how we hire — for you as much as for us. Here's how it works: a first call with a recruiter, then a virtual interview with the hiring manager. You'll then complete a take-home case study, followed by a meet with future colleagues to discuss it together. Depending on the role, the process may vary slightly — your recruiter will walk you through it on your first call. We use AI to support certain steps of the process, but every hiring decision remains human. We can't wait to meet you. By applying, you confirm that you have read and agree to our privacy policy . #LI-Remote
