Our team is committed to enhancing physician and patient quality of life through Elation, a SaaS cloud-based clinical platform. Since inception, we've been focused on building a delightful, world-class experience that empowers physicians to deliver phenomenal care to patients. Customer support has been the same job for twenty years: a queue, a ticket, an SLA, a closed case. That's ending, fast. Over the next 6–9 months, AI will take on more of the routine, repetitive cases at Elation. That doesn't shrink the human role — it builds on it. The work becomes product intelligence: shaping how AI handles conversations, holding the customer-trust moments that need real judgment, and turning patterns into priorities Engineering delivers. We're hiring Support Engineers to anchor that shift: people who don't just close tickets, but trace them back to the line of product code causing them, ship the fix that resolves the customer's problem immediately, and partner with senior engineers on the cases complex enough to need them. You might be the recent engineering grad who spent a summer at a busy front desk, in a popular restaurant, or on a support line because you like people as much as you like problems, and who's been quietly automating things nobody asked you to fix since your first CS class. Or, you might be the person who leads team projects, tinkers with the dashboards, automations, or workflows so automatically that colleagues assume you are an engineer even if you aren't. If that sounds like you, this role turns that problem-solving instinct into your core responsibility. As a Support Engineer, you'll bring empathy and judgment to the cases that need it most, own the quality of AI-driven solutions in your domain, and synthesize patterns that influence Product and Engineering roadmaps. We hire for judgment, taste, and curiosity, not process adherence. The bar isn't how many cases you closed; it's how much you reshaped the conditions under which cases happen. Role and Responsibilities Synthesize and share customer insights. Surface patterns from your cases in weekly and monthly reports, participate in Product and Engineering discussions with what you're learning, and mentor Support Team members on AI workflows, scripting, and SQL queries. Use Good Judgment to Solve Cases. Own customer escalations with cases that genuinely require seasoned judgment, the ones AI can't safely close. Build and protect customer trust in moments that matter. Build and own AI quality. Configure AI within Elation's stack (intents, knowledge sources, escalation rules), build lightweight external automations and scripts, and own the quality of AI outputs in your domain. What success looks like in your first 6 months Delivered solutions that reduced case volume by 10% or eliminated recurring issue categories, with measurable customer impact (e.g., CSAT, reduction in case reopens) A monthly drumbeat of synthesized insights that Product and Engineering act on, with visible impact on customer experience or a measurable drop in case volume Owns a measurable case-volume reduction in your domain by making cases not happen, not by closing them faster You question default workflows instead of just executing them, and you ship more by removing work, not just doing more of it You build with AI to make yourself and the teammates around you faster — automating triage, drafting responses, prototyping internal tools, and turning one-off builds into reusable patterns Support can run with You've picked up or sharpened a technical skill — SQL, Python, an API, a scripting language — specifically because a customer problem needed it, not because a course assigned it Mentors Associate teammates on AI builds and pattern synthesis Identified and closed gaps across internal and customer-facing documentation, improving accuracy and reducing repeat questions. Professional Qualifications 1–5+ years of experience in Engineering, data analytics, or AI/automation tinkering in any field — OR a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, plus real experience talking to people under pressure (support, hospitality, retail, service, resident advising) Comfortable enough with code to experiment : you've written scripts, touched an API, or built something in Python, SQL, or JavaScript — even if it was just for a class project , team project or yourself A concrete portfolio of things you've built or shipped: prompt-engineered systems, dashboards, automations, class or personal projects — with evidence of outcomes Strong customer-facing communication and trust-building skills Pattern recognition and synthesis muscle AI-native default. Reaches for AI tools first, treats ambiguity as the work rather than a blocker, and wants to learn how to configure and supervise these systems — not just use them A deep desire to drive results for our customers, with high ownership over the outcomes you own Curiosity and natural problem-solving instincts An instinct to raise the bar for the teammates around you — teaching others to build and synthesize, not just modeling it yourself Show us your work Along with your application, in a cover letter send us: 2–3 things you've built or shipped that changed a metric or outcome — a work project, a personal build, or something from school or an internship — what you made, who it was for, why you needed to do it, and what changed. A short story about a time your analysis or insight changed a decision someone else made. Salary range $70,000 - $95,000 CAD Elation welcomes individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life. Elation is building the technology platform that powers the new era of primary care. Our Clinical-First® EHR is beloved by physicians and is enabling the transition to value-based care. We're a mission-driven team committed to empowering independent primary care physicians and improving the quality of care for patients. We're looking for a Billing SME to join Elation's Billing Team's and accelerate our AI-powered billing capabilities. As AI takes on more of the revenue cycle, this role will serve as the billing expert who ensures our AI features deliver accurate, trustworthy billing outcomes that practices can rely on. You'll be the connective tissue between our product team and the real world of primary care billing — bringing hands-on RCM expertise to help us build AI that billing professionals actually trust. Why This Role Exists Accelerate Agentic Billing velocity. Your hands-on primary care coding and RCM expertise (e.g., AdvancedMD, Athena, or similar billing solutions) lets our team iterate on AI billing features with fast, credible domain feedback instead of waiting on live-customer validation for every coding or claims decision. Manage billing risk and trust as AI takes on more of the revenue cycle. Coding and billing correctness carries real financial and compliance consequences — denials, CPT/ICD accuracy, payer rules. As AI authorship of billing decisions grows, you'll evaluate and safeguard accuracy and practice trust. You're the billing analog to the clinical-safety role our Clinical SMEs play for clinical AI. What You'll Do User Zero Testing — Feedback & Insight Test new AI billing capabilities (coding suggestions, Auto-Queue, Worklist, ERA/payment posting) before wider release, evaluating them against real coding and billing judgment. You'll be the first eyes on every billing feature, providing the credible feedback that shapes the product. Front-line Context & Grounding Bring firsthand experience of how competitor and adjacent billing systems handle the same workflows, so our billing teams build with the broader RCM landscape in view — not just Elation's current implementation. Help us understand what "best in class" looks like. Billing Evaluation & Success Criteria Define what "correct" means for coding and billing outputs — a billing-specific subset of user success criteria — and pressure-test AI-generated billing outputs before they reach practices. Your judgment protects practices from billing mistakes. Design Partner Sit alongside Product Design as a billing co-designer, providing billing and coding context and success criteria directly into the design process. Help architect workflows for process excellence by providing a high-level view of industry standards and differentiators. Customer Partner & Key Contributor Support Work with Product to act as the connective tissue between both billing teams and: Customer and design-partner practices piloting Agentic Billing, translating their real billing language and pain points into product-usable input Internal key contributors — Enablement, Marketing, Sales, CSMs, Engagement Advisors, Support, other SMEs — who today escalate billing questions ad hoc and need a defined path to expertise What Success Looks Like Requirements: Billing and coding requirements for billing teams features carry your direct input — written into the requirements themselves, not layered on as post-hoc review Contributes to customer-facing and design groups: Work with Product and Design to execute discovery and design sessions with design-partner practices and cross-functional design reviews, on a standing cadence PM/PD-aligned: Your requirements and customer synthesis feed straight into product management's prioritization, design, and roadmap calls Standup presence: Show up regularly in CSM/Support stand-ups, so billing escalations get triaged directly rather than bouncing through ad hoc Slack DMs You'll Wear Two Hats Billing Co-Designer — Bring primary-care coding and RCM expertise into the design process the way Clinical SMEs bring clinical expertise: defining billing success criteria, front-line grounding, and user-zero testing. Customer & Cross-Functional Liaison — Be the person Engagement Advisors, Support, and other SMEs escalate billing questions to, and who works directly with customer and design-partner accounts to turn real billing language into input GPT/Thor can act on. What You'll Bring Required: 3+ years of hands-on primary care billing and coding experience in a physician practice setting Deep familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and modifier rules for primary care Experience with practice management and billing systems (e.g., AdvancedMD, Athena, Kareo, or similar platforms) Working knowledge of commercial and government payer rules, denial management, and claims workflows Ability to translate billing domain knowledge into clear, actionable product feedback Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, and Customer Success teams Strong written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have: Experience with EHR workflows and how billing intersects with clinical documentation Familiarity with value-based care billing models (MSSP, CPC+, direct contracting) Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or similar certification Experience in a SaaS, product, or technology-forward healthcare company Previous involvement in user testing, product feedback, or design partnership roles What This Role Is Not Not a roadmap or prioritization owner — Billing teams retain those decisions Not a gate that blocks releases — You provide feedback to teams, not directives Not a substitute for user research — You support and accelerate it, you don't replace it Salary: $ Elation welcomes individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life. Superside is reinventing how its people learn, and we're looking for someone to help bring that vision to life in practical, AI-powered ways. As an AI Enablement and Learning Specialist, you'll join the Learning Enablement and Transformation team. You'll work closely with the person leading our learning strategy, turning goals and ideas into working solutions: Claude-supported resources, automated workflows, and well-organized knowledge that people can actually find and use. You'll also keep the systems and knowledge behind our learning programs in good order, so everything runs smoothly with little manual effort. This isn't a traditional L&D role. If you love working with information, enjoy building with AI and automation tools, and care about how people learn, you'll feel at home here. You'll work independently, from ideas and open problems rather than step-by-step briefs, in a fully remote, ambitious, async-first team. What you'll do Research practical, AI-powered ways to deliver on our learning goals, and recommend what's worth implementing. Prototype Claude-supported learning resources and automations, and turn the best ones into working solutions. Build and launch new learning initiatives, from first idea to something people use. Run and improve async onboarding, so new joiners get a smooth, mostly automated experience. Organize and maintain our learning knowledge, so it's easy to find, trust and keep up to date. Automate enrolments, reminders, tracking and reporting across our learning systems. Look after our learning systems and tools such as Sana LMS, Notion, Claude so they stay reliable and easy to use. Create learning content when needed, such as short modules, guides and resources. Work with stakeholders across the company to understand their learning needs and turn them into practical solutions. What you'll need to succeed Strong experience organizing and managing knowledge: structuring information, keeping it current, and making it easy to use. Hands-on experience building with AI, and a real curiosity about what's possible next. Experience with workflow automation tools and a comfort with the technical side of things. A systems mindset: you see how the pieces connect, and you follow through until it works. Comfort solving problems from ambiguity, turning an idea or a rough goal into a clear plan. A people-first approach: you think about the learner and their experience, not just the tool. Experience in learning and development, HR, enablement, or a related field is a plus, though it's not the centre of the role. Experience with learning platforms (such as an LMS) is a plus. Ability to create clear, simple learning content and communications. Proactive and independent: you don't wait for step-by-step instructions. Great written communication in English, and comfort working async in a remote team. Compensation Additional Information Why Join us? Superside's vision is to create equal opportunities globally by accelerating the world's transition to online work. Job Description This role is remote within Brazil Your main project is the listing-based pricing rollout across markets. Own the segment's pricing recommendations to GTM leadership: propose the moves, defend the trade-offs with data, turn decisions into rollout plans. Drive alignment across sales, local commercial, and global teams on contested pricing calls, without formal authority. Generate optimization hypotheses grounded in data. Design and run behavioral experiments to validate pricing moves before scaling them. Adjust and follow up on budget assumptions as we learn from the market. Maintain country price lists in our internal systems. Counterpart: Value-based care, at the point of care. At Counterpart Health, we are transforming healthcare and improving patient care with our innovative primary care tool, Counterpart Assistant. By supporting Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), we are able to deliver improved outcomes to our patients at a lower cost through early diagnosis and longitudinal care management of chronic conditions. We are hiring an Implementation Manager on the Counterpart Assistant team. In this role, you will lead the customer-facing work of bringing new provider practices and TINs from late-stage prospects through successful launch on Counterpart Assistant. You will partner closely with account management to hand off new customers, own the customer relationship through implementation, and drive each launch to completion on time and at quality. You will independently lead multiple concurrent implementations and the cross-functional work that makes each launch happen. Partnering with account management, support, product, and engineering internally and with providers, office managers, and clinical leads on the customer side: you will drive accountability across every stakeholder and deliver results through influence. Beyond running individual launches, you will help shape the implementation playbook itself — identifying what slows launches down, proposing changes, and driving improvements that reduce time-to-launch and lift customer satisfaction. Strong project management fundamentals, clear customer communication, working knowledge of clinical data, and technical fluency will let you keep complex, multi-stakeholder launches on track. As an Implementation Manager, you will: Own the customer relationship through implementation: you are the primary point of contact for the customer's technical implementation from project kickoff to post go live steady state. Lead end-to-end project plans for multiple concurrent, multi-step implementations, keeping internal and customer teams aligned on scope, timeline, and status. Partner cross-functionally with account management, support, product, and engineering to unblock issues, coordinate handoffs, and keep implementations moving on schedule. Own the outcomes of each implementation: surface risks early, drive resolution across teams, and hold each launch accountable to its target date and quality bar. Apply technical judgment to monitor and address potential integration issues that arise during implementations, working alongside product and engineering to ensure a successful integration and product launch. Drive continuous improvement of the implementation process: define and refine the playbook, tooling, and templates that reduce time-to-launch and raise the quality bar for every customer experience. Represent the customer's voice internally — capture feedback and pain points from implementations and channel them to product, engineering, and support to improve future launches. Success in this Role Looks Like: Over the first 90 days, you hit the ground running: shadowing active implementations, learning the moving parts of the process (standard EHR integrations, internal system configurations and project plans), and taking ownership of your first launch. Within the first 6 months, you are the customer-facing lead on multiple concurrent implementations, delivering launches on time and with a high customer satisfaction bar. Customers describe you as trusted, responsive, and a reason they feel confident in Counterpart. You have identified at least one meaningful improvement to the implementation process — a template, a workflow change, a handoff refinement — and driven it to adoption across the team. Over time, your performance is measured by the consistency, speed, and on-target delivery of customer implementations, by the strength of the relationships you build with customer stakeholders throughout the process, and by the cumulative improvements you drive into the implementation playbook itself. You should get in touch if: You have 5-8 years of experience leading technical product implementations in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of on-time, high-quality launches — and of running multiple implementations in parallel. You have 2+ years of experience in healthcare technology implementations working with provider practices, ideally including EHR standard integrations. You have exceptional customer-facing skills — you build trust quickly with providers, office managers, and clinical leads, communicate clearly under pressure, and manage escalations calmly and directly. You are an expert in project management: you set the plan, track it, and drive accountability across internal and customer teams that don't report to you. You have strong technical judgment and are comfortable diagnosing potential integration issues and scope creep of the overall project. You are a strong communicator, clearly documenting project status and potential risks internally and externally. You are motivated by process improvement: you notice friction in the way work gets done, propose better approaches, and drive them to adoption without needing a mandate. You lead through influence, not authority: you know how to align stakeholders, resolve conflict, and hold the room accountable to outcomes. Who we are Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond. Now we're in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it. We've been a fully remote team since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It's a culture where you'll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career. If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we'd love to meet you. The Opportunity As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Help Scout, you'll own a named book of 80–100 accounts, representing around $4M in recurring revenue. You'll be the trusted partner for the people who rely on Help Scout every day, from day-to-day users to the executives who sponsor the relationship. Your first priority is building a strong relationship rhythm across your book: regular check-ins, executive business reviews, and a clear understanding of what each customer is trying to achieve. You'll connect those goals to the best of what Help Scout offers, and you'll be the first to notice when something starts to slip. You won't carry an expansion quota. When you spot an opportunity to grow an account, you'll partner with our expansion team and hand it off warm, so you can stay focused on retention and long-term value. You'll also be the customer's voice inside Help Scout, bringing what you learn to Product, onboarding, and the rest of the team. Own a book of 80–100 accounts end-to-end. From onboarding handoff through adoption and renewal, you're accountable for the health and retention of every account. Build multi-threaded relationships. You'll work across levels in each customer, including executives and decision makers, and align on the business outcomes that matter to them. Catch risk early. You'll watch for signals like dropping usage or slowing communication, escalate early, and bring in the right internal partners to turn things around. Lead executive business reviews and regular check-ins that drive adoption, surface underused features, and strengthen product alignment. Own renewals and retention. Your success is measured on net dollar retention for your book. Surface expansion opportunities and partner with our expansion team to close them. Bring the voice of the customer inside. Share what you learn with Product and cross-functional teams to help shape the roadmap, onboarding, and how we work. Design your own workflows. You'll have freedom to use AI tools to stay organized and make sure nothing falls through the cracks across a large book. Raise the bar for the team. You'll share what works, document your learnings, and help shape how Customer Success grows at Help Scout. About You You have 5+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS , with time spent in SMB, mid-market, strategic, or enterprise segments. You've owned a large book of business. At some point in your career, you've managed 50+ accounts and kept a consistent cadence with all of them. Retention is your track record. You can talk about your renewal rates, retention, or NDR, and what you did to move them. You love the relationship side of the work. You enjoy being a strategic advisor, aligning with executives on business goals, and working with internal teams to get customers where they need to go. Closing deals isn't what gets you up in the morning. You never solve problems alone. When an account shows signs of risk, you raise it early, pull in the right people, and keep the customer informed. You're not afraid of difficult conversations. You can handle tough renewal or recovery conversations with confidence and care. You're a strong cross-functional partner. You know how to work alongside Product, Support, and Sales, and you've handed off expansion opportunities to account executives or account managers before. You thrive while things are still being built. You're comfortable shaping processes as we go and don't need a playbook for everything. You're excited about how AI can transform your work. You look for ways to reduce manual overhead and spend your time where it matters most. Technical aptitude. You're comfortable learning and navigating complex software, and you want to become an expert in our product. About the Process Recruiter Chat - You'll meet with Nahuel on the Recruiting team to chat through compensation, benefits, timeline, and company culture. Value Add - You'll meet with Annika, Customer Enablement Lead, to talk more about the role and your experience in more detail. Project - We'll give you a take-home project (we'll pay for your time), then you'll share it back to the team. Compensation Each role at Help Scout has a pay range aligned to our salary formula and based on national market data. We take a competency-based approach and pay is based on the level and band of your role. We assess leveling during the hiring process for new teammates, during our bi-annual performance review cycles, and when a teammate's role changes. OTE: $139K–$160K Company values Happy to Help Help is in our first name! We show up for each other — not out of obligation, but because we're invested in the team's collective success. We share knowledge freely, lead with generosity, and practice empathy with our teammates, customers, and community. Craft over Convention Our success relies on the quality and craft of the work we put into the world. The status quo simply won't work. So we insist on narrow focus, sweating every detail, and relentless pursuit of customer delight. Progress not Perfection Achieving our true potential — collectively and individually — requires constant progress and forward momentum. By creating a culture of curiosity and openness, we aim to create a safe space for mistakes, the ability to identify them quickly, and use them to get better. Own the Outcome Own the outcome means taking full responsibility for the results of your work, decisions, and contributions. It reflects a mindset of accountability, proactiveness, and follow-through. If you "own the outcome," you don't just complete tasks, you ensure your work leads to meaningful results, and take initiative to solve problems rather than passing them along. Read more about how we define, share, and live these values here .
