About Unframe Unframe is an AI-first startup helping the world's largest enterprises bring LLM-powered applications to life in days - not months. We combine the speed of a product company with the flexibility of a consultancy, helping customers move from idea to deployed AI systems faster than anyone else in the market. Backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $100M in Series B funding, we're building a fast-growing, revenue-generating company working with Fortune 500 customers globally About the role This role sits on the front line: you engage directly with enterprise clients, lead discovery to uncover core business challenges, and design and ship tailored AI solutions built on Unframe's platform. You own the work end-to-end, serving as the strategic and technical bridge from initial conversation through to final deployment. This is a true builder role. You write the precise specifications and prompt architectures that bring solutions to life, making the critical design decisions that determine whether an enterprise AI deployment actually succeeds. What you'll do This is a project-led role with unmediated access to clients at every stage. You will typically manage several engagements simultaneously, with short planning horizons and evolving requirements. Roughly 30 to 40 percent of the role is active client management, ensuring senior stakeholders remain aligned through delivery, progress reviews, and post-deployment rollouts. Lead Enterprise Discovery: Conduct discovery sessions directly with enterprise clients to map workflows, uncover business challenges, and distinguish surface-level requests from fundamental operational needs. Design & Spec AI Solutions: Translate customer problems into structured solution plans on Unframe's platform. Write detailed specs and define prompt and context structures, owning the complete solution design. Drive End-to-End Delivery: Collaborate with engineers and AI specialists to deliver solutions on target. Prioritize requirements and manage tradeoffs across speed, stability, and scope. Represent the User & Platform: Act as the voice of enterprise operators and domain experts while collaborating with the Platform team to identify reusable product patterns. What we're looking for 4+ years of experience in product management or technical delivery roles, with a proven track record working alongside engineering teams on complex, fast-paced technical products. Bilingual Fluency (English & French): Fluent in French to connect with users and stakeholders in France, and fluent in English for daily collaboration across our international teams. Customer-Led Discovery: Proven experience personally leading consultative conversations with enterprise buyers and operators - not supporting a sales call, not interviewing platform users, but owning the conversation to surface unstated needs and translate them into clear solution scope. Enterprise Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage senior client relationships through a complex delivery; keeping stakeholders aligned, navigating competing priorities, and being the primary point of contact when requirements shift or timelines compress. Problem-to-Solution Design: Ability to start from a raw business problem without existing features for reference, defining exactly how an AI solution should function and writing precise specs for build teams. Complex Delivery Execution: Experience shipping AI-powered features under tight timelines, managing evolving requirements, and documenting strategic tradeoffs. AI Solutions Experience: Direct exposure to building with LLMs - writing prompt structures, defining context and output constraints, working with agentic systems, or managing model uncertainty in a shipped product or working prototype. This is the dimension most learnable on the job; concrete work product carries more weight than certification. Builder Orientation: Driven by creating customer-facing solutions rather than simply managing traditional roadmaps or processing requests. Core Competencies: Strong written communication, systems thinking, high attention to detail, fluent English (written and verbal), and the ability to navigate multi-faceted projects. Why join us At Unframe, you'll help build AI systems that are already delivering real value to global enterprises - not prototypes, demos, or side projects. You'll work with exceptional teammates, collaborate directly with top-tier customers, and have real influence over both the solutions we ship and the evolution of our platform. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where product thinking, technical depth, and creativity come together. If you enjoy solving hard problems, moving fast, and building practical AI products that actually make it to production - we'd love to meet you. (Senior) Product Manager - Customer Taxation (m/f/d)
Full TimeOn-siteMid
goarchitecturetaxinsurancecompliancecompliance

Raisin is the world's leading platform for savings and investment products. Founded in 2012, the FinTech connects consumers with banks in the EU, the UK and the US. This gives consumers better interest rates and banks a diversified form of refinancing . Our vision is to offer savings and investments without barriers and thus open up the global 160 trillion euro market. Raisin currently employs more than 800 people from over 75 countries worldwide. Today, the platform holds over 80 billion euros in assets from more than one million investors which have accrued over 5 billion euros in returns. Team Raisin helps customers grow their wealth through savings and investments without barriers. But even the best products and the smoothest experience lose their value if customers pay more tax than they need to, or have to work out, declare and settle their taxes themselves. The Customer Taxation Team makes sure they don't. We design how tax works in Raisin's tax-advantaged products, a growing part of our offer. Examples include the new Raisin Cash ISA in the UK and the Raisin Kinderdepot, a children's investment account that uses the child's tax allowances automatically. We also calculate and withhold tax on the interest and returns customers earn, handle their tax exemption orders and non-assessment certificates, and provide the annual tax documents they need for their tax return. And we send the tax reports that authorities require. Raisin is available in many European countries, each with its own tax rules and reporting duties. As new regulations come to our platform, we make sure Raisin complies. You will lead a cross-functional team and work closely with Legal, Compliance, Country Management, Product Operations, Customer Service, Data, and external tax and banking partners. Our goal is for customers to trust that their tax is right, find it easy to manage, use the tax allowances they are entitled to, and have peace of mind. Your Responsibilities You will own a regulated domain that customers depend on every tax year. Working with an experienced Engineering Lead, you will become the go-to expert for customer taxation at Raisin. Own customer taxation end to end: Define the vision and roadmap together with Product and Engineering leadership. Take each topic from discovery to delivery to measured impact. Decide what we build first, and keep stakeholders aligned on priorities, risks and trade-offs. Keep tax accurate and reliable: Agree with Legal, Compliance and country managers on what correct looks like. Work with Engineering so calculation, documents and reporting stay stable and easy to extend. Grow Raisin's tax proposition: Shape how tax works when Raisin enters new markets, launches tax-advantaged products or brings on new partners. Find where we can take tax work off customers' hands, so they don't have to declare and settle it themselves. Turn complex rules into simple experiences: Translate the tax rules behind each launch into clear requirements with the edge cases covered. Design the customer experience and see the work through to delivery. Hit the deadlines that cannot move: Make sure annual tax documents and statutory reports go out correct and on time, working with Product Operations. Plan backwards from fixed dates and monitor data quality. Catch errors before they reach customers, and escalate early when a date is at risk. Make tax effortless for customers: Keep self-service for tax exemption orders and non-assessment certificates intuitive, so customers get them right the first time. Give Customer Service the tools to answer tax questions fast, especially around tax season. Shape the team culture: Give and ask for feedback openly, share wins with the team, and treat mistakes as a reason to fix the process. Your Profile Must haves: 3+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a technical product such as a back-end, platform or data-heavy service. Experience leading a cross-functional product team and getting engineers and stakeholders behind shared priorities. Experience launching new products or taking products into new markets, with the precision to get every edge case right, because one wrong tax rule can affect thousands of customers. Strong analytical skills and the habit of checking and reconciling numbers yourself. Curiosity about tax and a drive to make it feel easy for customers, even when the rules behind it are not. The ability to learn fast, take feedback well and change course when new facts come in. Energy, a strong work ethic and a hands-on attitude to detailed work. Clear, structured written English, and the confidence to explain trade-offs to senior leaders and say no with a reason. Nice to haves: Experience in a regulated field such as banking, payments, insurance or tax technology. Strong knowledge of the tax regime in one or more of Raisin's markets, for example Germany (Abgeltungsteuer, tax exemption orders), or of statutory reporting such as CRS. Tax knowledge is not required. We will teach you. You have built tools for operations or customer service teams. Important attributes for this role: You bridge product and engineering. You are comfortable discussing data models and architecture trade-offs, and you push for practical solutions that scale. Join our mission, join our team – and grow with us! At Raisin, we care about each other and it is one of our top priorities to foster an open and caring environment in which everyone feels welcome and comfortable. Our culture is strongly driven by our ambitious team, which connects more than 75 different nationalities. As part of our team, you will benefit from Employee Development Budget of €2,000 and four full training days per year. Flexible working hours, home office and 30 vacation days. A company pension scheme (Betriebliche Altersvorsorge), which we support with 20%. Enjoy more than 50+ different sports with Urban Sports Club: We subsidize your membership with more than €20 per month. Do you miss being in the office? The Deutschland Ticket gets you there, which we subsidize with €25 per month. Love cycling? With JobRad, lease the bike of your choice and enjoy tax savings, plus Raisin covers your monthly insurance costs. Hungry all the time? Snacks, daily fresh fruit as well as drinks provided at the office. You are moving from another country or city to join us? We may support your relocation. Raisin Applicant Privacy Policy We value diversity and the unique experiences each individual brings. If you're excited about this role but don't meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply. We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for everyone, regardless of race, colour, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or gender identity. Staff Product Manager, Generative AI Platform
Full TimeOn-sitePrincipal
gollmcustomer supportrecruiting

Our Global Structure Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we're unlocking new possibilities as one global team. Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat. DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt now operate as one global company. Behind the AI experiences millions of people use every day, from shopping assistants to customer support agents, sits one shared Generative AI platform. Our team builds it. We're looking for a Staff Product Manager in London to own major parts of that platform. Your customers are the engineers and ML researchers across all three brands who build AI products and agents. You'll work with engineering and product leaders in Europe and the US, and your decisions will shape how AI gets built across every market we operate in. What You'll Be Doing Set the strategy and roadmap for core parts of our GenAI platform: model access and routing, agent infrastructure, and evaluation and observability. Build one platform for three brands. Spot the patterns across Deliveroo, Wolt and DoorDash teams and turn them into shared building blocks, so a capability built once reaches every market. Shape our model portfolio across frontier and open-weight models. Decide where we build, buy or partner in an ecosystem that changes month to month. Make agents production-ready. Give teams safe access to company knowledge, tools and systems, with the quality, latency and cost controls needed to run agents at scale. Own the evaluation strategy so teams can prove quality before launch and keep improving it after. Stay close to your customers. Work with the teams shipping AI experiences, measure adoption and time-to-production, and let real production use drive the roadmap. Lead at a senior level, presenting to senior technical leadership and influence strategy beyond your own roadmap. What You'll Need to Thrive Our ideal candidate brings deep expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others: Significant product management experience (typically 8+ years, or equivalent), including owning a technical platform, developer product, or ML or data infrastructure. Hands-on experience with LLM-based products or platforms in production, such as assistants, agents, evaluation or inference. GenAI platforms are a young field, so we care more about depth than years. A platform mindset. You notice the problem five teams keep solving and turn it into one capability everyone can use. The ability to go deep with engineers and ML researchers, then explain the trade-off in plain language to a senior leader. A track record of leading large, ambiguous areas on your own and aligning stakeholders across companies, countries and time zones. Comfort with regular overlap with US time zones, including some late-afternoon and evening calls. What Success Looks Like A team in any of our three brands can go from idea to a reliable AI product dramatically faster. That happens because the hard parts (models, inference, evaluation, tooling, observability, governance and agent infrastructure) are solved once at the platform layer and get better for everyone. Why Join Us? Real scale from day one. Your platform powers AI used by millions of consumers, merchants and couriers across three brands. Frontier work, real constraints. You'll work with the latest models and agent patterns, then make them reliable, affordable and compliant in production. Visible impact. You will be responsible for turning product development into successful market launches by ensuring every critical requirement—from supplier readiness and product documentation to inventory, ecommerce setup, training, compliance, and quality gates—is completed before go-live. At PERGOLUX , we are building a premium outdoor-living brand with ambitious global growth, bringing together international teams through a culture of integrity, ambition, innovation, humility, appreciation, and unity. What You'll Do Own the end-to-end execution of assigned new product and product-upgrade launches across Europe, the US, Australia, and other PERGOLUX markets, managing launch plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, responsibilities, and go/no-go decisions. Coordinate cross-functionally with Product Development, manufacturing suppliers, Supply Chain, Ecommerce, Content, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Compliance, and Country Managers to ensure complete launch readiness across markets and time zones. Drive operational readiness by ensuring specifications, installation manuals, certifications, compliance documentation, pricing, SKUs, product content, translations, imagery, Shopify setup, inventory, team training, and support materials are accurate, complete, and approved before launch. Define and operate clear quality gates and launch-readiness processes, coordinating manufacturer, field, and laboratory testing, identifying risks early, driving solutions, escalating critical issues, and providing clear launch-status reporting to Product leadership and key stakeholders. Continuously improve how we launch products by owning installation manual quality, managing SKU phase-outs and product transitions, conducting post-launch retrospectives, maintaining risk logs and rollout trackers, and reducing avoidable rework and post-launch issues. What You'll Bring 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Technical Project Management, or a similar execution-focused role, with experience coordinating product launches, new product introductions, or complex cross-functional projects. Experience coordinating directly with overseas or offshore manufacturing suppliers and working effectively across departments, cultures, and time zones; experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, Shopify, Zendesk, or Airtable is a plus. A proactive, highly accountable mindset: you identify problems early, ask the right questions, follow actions through to completion, make sound day-to-day decisions independently, and know when commercial, compliance, or strategic decisions require escalation.
