(Senior) Product Manager - Customer Taxation (m/f/d)
Full TimeOn-siteMid
goarchitecturetaxinsurancecompliancecompliance

Raisin is the world's leading platform for savings and investment products. Founded in 2012, the FinTech connects consumers with banks in the EU, the UK and the US. This gives consumers better interest rates and banks a diversified form of refinancing . Our vision is to offer savings and investments without barriers and thus open up the global 160 trillion euro market. Raisin currently employs more than 800 people from over 75 countries worldwide. Today, the platform holds over 80 billion euros in assets from more than one million investors which have accrued over 5 billion euros in returns. Team Raisin helps customers grow their wealth through savings and investments without barriers. But even the best products and the smoothest experience lose their value if customers pay more tax than they need to, or have to work out, declare and settle their taxes themselves. The Customer Taxation Team makes sure they don't. We design how tax works in Raisin's tax-advantaged products, a growing part of our offer. Examples include the new Raisin Cash ISA in the UK and the Raisin Kinderdepot, a children's investment account that uses the child's tax allowances automatically. We also calculate and withhold tax on the interest and returns customers earn, handle their tax exemption orders and non-assessment certificates, and provide the annual tax documents they need for their tax return. And we send the tax reports that authorities require. Raisin is available in many European countries, each with its own tax rules and reporting duties. As new regulations come to our platform, we make sure Raisin complies. You will lead a cross-functional team and work closely with Legal, Compliance, Country Management, Product Operations, Customer Service, Data, and external tax and banking partners. Our goal is for customers to trust that their tax is right, find it easy to manage, use the tax allowances they are entitled to, and have peace of mind. Your Responsibilities You will own a regulated domain that customers depend on every tax year. Working with an experienced Engineering Lead, you will become the go-to expert for customer taxation at Raisin. Own customer taxation end to end: Define the vision and roadmap together with Product and Engineering leadership. Take each topic from discovery to delivery to measured impact. Decide what we build first, and keep stakeholders aligned on priorities, risks and trade-offs. Keep tax accurate and reliable: Agree with Legal, Compliance and country managers on what correct looks like. Work with Engineering so calculation, documents and reporting stay stable and easy to extend. Grow Raisin's tax proposition: Shape how tax works when Raisin enters new markets, launches tax-advantaged products or brings on new partners. Find where we can take tax work off customers' hands, so they don't have to declare and settle it themselves. Turn complex rules into simple experiences: Translate the tax rules behind each launch into clear requirements with the edge cases covered. Design the customer experience and see the work through to delivery. Hit the deadlines that cannot move: Make sure annual tax documents and statutory reports go out correct and on time, working with Product Operations. Plan backwards from fixed dates and monitor data quality. Catch errors before they reach customers, and escalate early when a date is at risk. Make tax effortless for customers: Keep self-service for tax exemption orders and non-assessment certificates intuitive, so customers get them right the first time. Give Customer Service the tools to answer tax questions fast, especially around tax season. Shape the team culture: Give and ask for feedback openly, share wins with the team, and treat mistakes as a reason to fix the process. Your Profile Must haves: 3+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a technical product such as a back-end, platform or data-heavy service. Experience leading a cross-functional product team and getting engineers and stakeholders behind shared priorities. Experience launching new products or taking products into new markets, with the precision to get every edge case right, because one wrong tax rule can affect thousands of customers. Strong analytical skills and the habit of checking and reconciling numbers yourself. Curiosity about tax and a drive to make it feel easy for customers, even when the rules behind it are not. The ability to learn fast, take feedback well and change course when new facts come in. Energy, a strong work ethic and a hands-on attitude to detailed work. Clear, structured written English, and the confidence to explain trade-offs to senior leaders and say no with a reason. Nice to haves: Experience in a regulated field such as banking, payments, insurance or tax technology. Strong knowledge of the tax regime in one or more of Raisin's markets, for example Germany (Abgeltungsteuer, tax exemption orders), or of statutory reporting such as CRS. Tax knowledge is not required. We will teach you. You have built tools for operations or customer service teams. Important attributes for this role: You bridge product and engineering. You are comfortable discussing data models and architecture trade-offs, and you push for practical solutions that scale. Join our mission, join our team – and grow with us! At Raisin, we care about each other and it is one of our top priorities to foster an open and caring environment in which everyone feels welcome and comfortable. Our culture is strongly driven by our ambitious team, which connects more than 75 different nationalities. As part of our team, you will benefit from Employee Development Budget of €2,000 and four full training days per year. Flexible working hours, home office and 30 vacation days. A company pension scheme (Betriebliche Altersvorsorge), which we support with 20%. Enjoy more than 50+ different sports with Urban Sports Club: We subsidize your membership with more than €20 per month. Do you miss being in the office? The Deutschland Ticket gets you there, which we subsidize with €25 per month. Love cycling? With JobRad, lease the bike of your choice and enjoy tax savings, plus Raisin covers your monthly insurance costs. Hungry all the time? Snacks, daily fresh fruit as well as drinks provided at the office. You are moving from another country or city to join us? We may support your relocation. Raisin Applicant Privacy Policy We value diversity and the unique experiences each individual brings. If you're excited about this role but don't meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply. We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for everyone, regardless of race, colour, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or gender identity. Staff Product Manager, Generative AI Platform
Full TimeOn-sitePrincipal
gollmcustomer supportrecruiting

Our Global Structure Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we're unlocking new possibilities as one global team. Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat. DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt now operate as one global company. Behind the AI experiences millions of people use every day, from shopping assistants to customer support agents, sits one shared Generative AI platform. Our team builds it. We're looking for a Staff Product Manager in London to own major parts of that platform. Your customers are the engineers and ML researchers across all three brands who build AI products and agents. You'll work with engineering and product leaders in Europe and the US, and your decisions will shape how AI gets built across every market we operate in. What You'll Be Doing Set the strategy and roadmap for core parts of our GenAI platform: model access and routing, agent infrastructure, and evaluation and observability. Build one platform for three brands. Spot the patterns across Deliveroo, Wolt and DoorDash teams and turn them into shared building blocks, so a capability built once reaches every market. Shape our model portfolio across frontier and open-weight models. Decide where we build, buy or partner in an ecosystem that changes month to month. Make agents production-ready. Give teams safe access to company knowledge, tools and systems, with the quality, latency and cost controls needed to run agents at scale. Own the evaluation strategy so teams can prove quality before launch and keep improving it after. Stay close to your customers. Work with the teams shipping AI experiences, measure adoption and time-to-production, and let real production use drive the roadmap. Lead at a senior level, presenting to senior technical leadership and influence strategy beyond your own roadmap. What You'll Need to Thrive Our ideal candidate brings deep expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others: Significant product management experience (typically 8+ years, or equivalent), including owning a technical platform, developer product, or ML or data infrastructure. Hands-on experience with LLM-based products or platforms in production, such as assistants, agents, evaluation or inference. GenAI platforms are a young field, so we care more about depth than years. A platform mindset. You notice the problem five teams keep solving and turn it into one capability everyone can use. The ability to go deep with engineers and ML researchers, then explain the trade-off in plain language to a senior leader. A track record of leading large, ambiguous areas on your own and aligning stakeholders across companies, countries and time zones. Comfort with regular overlap with US time zones, including some late-afternoon and evening calls. What Success Looks Like A team in any of our three brands can go from idea to a reliable AI product dramatically faster. That happens because the hard parts (models, inference, evaluation, tooling, observability, governance and agent infrastructure) are solved once at the platform layer and get better for everyone. Why Join Us? Real scale from day one. Your platform powers AI used by millions of consumers, merchants and couriers across three brands. Frontier work, real constraints. You'll work with the latest models and agent patterns, then make them reliable, affordable and compliant in production. Visible impact. Platform decisions here get reviewed by senior leadership and adopted across the company. We're food lovers, problem solvers, community builders and more, brought together by a shared drive to make things better. Working here you can expect to: 🔧 Solve meaningful problems at real scale Work on a complex, always-on marketplace that impacts millions every day. 🌱 See your impact, fast Ship, test and improve ideas quickly in a low-hierarchy, high-ownership environment. 🧠 Grow through challenge and ownership Take on big, ambiguous problems and accelerate your career with strong support. 🌎 A culture built for builders High standards, collaboration, flexible working and continuous learning. 💰 Share in the success you help create Competitive salary and equity options, so you're rewarded for the impact you make. ➡️ Want a deeper look at how we build? Team Lead Manager - Product Engineer
Full TimeOn-siteLead$110,000 - $110,000 / Year
pythontypescriptrreactawslambda+9

Our Mission: Omnea is the agentic operating system for procurement. Procurement touches every pound a business spends, yet requests still stall for weeks and approvals get lost in inboxes. Our AI-first platform changes that: our agents capture requests, route approvals, onboard suppliers, flag risk and track every renewal, while anyone in the business can ask a question and get an answer grounded in their own company's data. Buying becomes painless for everyone, procurement gets a seat at the table, and our customers have saved more than 100,000 hours of manual work so far. Companies like Spotify, PayPal, T. Rowe Price, JustEat, Adyen and S&P Global run procurement on Omnea. We're backed by $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners and Accel, and we've been named the UK's number one startup in the Startups 100, ranked 11th on Sifted's 2026 list of Europe's fastest-growing companies, and recognised as one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies. Talent density matters more to us than almost anything else. We keep the bar high in every team, so everyone here has real ownership and real impact. Our team is full of former founders and operators who've scaled unicorns, and we're looking for people who want to do the best work of their careers alongside them. Find out more about the team and life at Omnea here . What We're Looking For We're looking for highly technical engineers who want to lead and manage one of our engineering teams. It took over 10,000 interviews to hire our first 50 Omneans, and we're now growing from 11 to more than 14 engineering teams in the coming months. Over the next year, our engineering team will double in size, our enterprise customer base will grow from ~180 to 300+, and revenue will triple. As a Team Lead Manager, you'll lead a small team of engineers. You'll set its technical direction, line-manage and grow the people in it, and stay hands-on in the code. This is not a hands-off management role: our teams are small, and you'll be one of the strongest engineers on yours. You'll partner closely with a Product Manager and Product Designer to decide what to build, and you'll be accountable for how well it's built and how fast it ships. If you're a strong Tech Lead who hasn't managed people yet, we'd still love to hear from you. You can start as a Team Lead, with management handled by an Engineering Manager, and grow into the full role with our support. What Can You Expect As a Team Lead Manager? Lead and Manage a Small Team. Line-manage the engineers on your team, run 1:1s, give feedback, and help them take on bigger problems. Stay Deeply Technical. You'll still build. Expect to spend a meaningful share of your time writing code, reviewing PRs, and unblocking the hardest technical problems. AI-Native Development. AI is core to how we build. Engineers use Claude, Code, and agentic workflows every day, and our product is built on AI agents that automate complex procurement workflows. You'll set the bar for how your team uses them. Customers at the Center. Talk directly with customers to understand their problems, and make sure your team builds things that create real value for them. Own Technical Direction. Make the architecture and design calls for your team's problem space, and own the trade-offs between speed, quality, and long-term maintainability. Work with Modern Technology. TypeScript across the stack, React, Postgres, and AWS serverless (Lambda, DynamoDB, EventBridge), managed through Pulumi and deployed via GitHub Actions. Datadog, Meticulous, and Incident.io round it out. Shape the Roadmap. Work with your PM and Designer on prioritisation, scoping, and sequencing so the team ships what matters most. Build the Team. Interview, hire, and onboard new engineers as we double in size. About You You're a highly technical full-stack engineer. You've designed and shipped web apps end to end in TypeScript, ideally on AWS serverless, and you're still one of the strongest engineers in the room. You've led engineers. You've been a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or TLM, owning delivery and technical direction for a team. You want to manage people, or grow into it. Ideally, you've line-managed engineers already. If not, you're keen to learn. You still love to build. Leading hasn't pulled you away from the code, and you want a role where you keep shipping. You raise the bar. You know what well-architected, reliable software looks like, and you help others get there through reviews, pairing, and clear feedback. You're motivated by customer impact. You care about outcomes for customers, not just output, and you make good calls on what to build and what to cut. You're a strong partner. You work well with product and design, push back when it matters, and bring people with you. You're comfortable with ambiguity. You can take an unclear problem, shape it, and get a team moving on it. Nice-to-Haves You've led a team through fast growth, ideally at a scale-up where the team and product changed quickly. You've built B2B or enterprise SaaS, with complex workflows and demanding customers. You've performed exceptionally at something else, be it academics, sport, or work. Interview Process Before applying, we strongly encourage you to spend a few minutes in our R&D Candidate Hub. It covers our engineering culture, ways of working, interview process, tech environment, and what it's like to build at Omnea. R&D Candidate Hub : https://omnea.notion.site/R-D-Candidate-Hub-2f688cce658780f1b942c81cd3a032d4 Note: our pair programming stage is in TypeScript OR Python and you'll be assessed as if it's your primary language. This is a full-stack, hands-on leadership role, so if you're exclusively frontend, backend, or platform-focused, or no longer writing code, it likely isn't the right fit. The process generally includes: Initial screening call with our Talent team (30 mins, remote) AI Product Eng Challenge , language-agnostic (1 hour, remote) Onsite interviews at our Victoria office (~3 hours) Engineering Culture interview with an Engineering Manager or Team Lead (45 mins) System Design interview with a Senior Engineer (60 mins) Engineering Leadership interview with our CTO (45 mins) Office tour (15 mins) We're proud to support visa sponsorship for candidates who need it. At Omnea, we embrace diversity. To build a product that's loved by everyone, we're best served by a team with all sorts of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't quite match the full job spec! And regardless of your race, religion, colour, gender, or anything else! If you think you could be a good fit for Omnea, please reach out. A few things to note: We offer competitive geo-localised benefits, and you can check out our UK Benefits Package here and our US Benefits Package here . We work Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays in-person at our offices. At this early stage of our company life-cycle it's important to us that we get this together-time, and you can read more about why we believe this is a winning move here We're commercial, ambitious and we don't pretend otherwise! We're actively seeking folks looking to make the most of a career-defining opportunity, with the hunger to be part of building something really impressive . You can see our values here and our Omnea Future Founder's fund here ! We sometimes use AI note-takers to help us transcribe interview notes, so we can be more present in your interview. If you'd like to opt out of us using automatic transcribers, please note this in the free text field in your application, otherwise we'll take your application as confirmation that you're happy for us to use notetakers (whether added to video calls or in the background). We are proud to be recognised for both our culture and product, and we are just getting started. Join us as we grow! Product Manager, Agents

Product Manager, Agents London, 4x days per week in-office Vega is looking for A-players who will define and build the next generation of Agentic products that will shape the next era of private markets. About Vega Vega is transforming the way private markets operate. Alternative asset management is one of the most influential forces in the global economy, with over $20TN in assets today. Over the next five years, the industry is set to grow 3x, but GPs are facing challenges around their ability to handle the investment flows that are coming in. GPs have been completely underserved by innovation, particularly on the investor relations side. Vega built the industry's first AI-native operating system, where all client work gets done - from the start of an investor's journey to its end. We are rethinking how work gets done in private markets from first principles: the opportunity is big, but it's also niche, high-stakes, and difficult to get right. Who we are We are still at the beginning of our journey. Vega was founded by former investors at Elliott and KKR, and built by talent from the world's leading technology and financial services firms - including Trade Republic, Revolut, Goldman Sachs, BCG, and more. We have raised $30M so far, with the backing of Apollo, Motive Partners, and 60+ senior executives from the industry. Today, we have over $300B AUM and 30,000 users on the platform, and we have much more left to do. How we do it Vega is a fast-growing startup. We want to make this a career-accelerating place for people with the ambition to build something big. If the below sounds appealing, it could be for you: We do not seek consensus. You will be expected to voice opinions and take initiative. Vega's best people do not wait to be told what to do before finding solutions to problems they have spotted. We believe bureaucracy is the killer of progress. We are focused on creating the minimum viable process to operate with quality at speed. We prioritise talent over tenure. There is no promise of progression without performance – we assess and reward people on impact above all else. We iterate fast. We make decisions amid ambiguity and with imperfect information, and we strive to balance committing to a hypothesis with iterating at low ego. We play to win. Expectations, intensity and ambition are very high, with every single colleague contributing to Vega's success. This often will not be a 9-5. We know that this culture won't be for everyone, and we endeavour to make this clear from the beginning of the recruiting process out of respect for your time. Ask yourself whether the above sounds exciting to you in practice every day, and if it does, we would love to hear from you. Who succeeds in this role We look for people who match our ambition levels, and then raise it further. In this role, you will: Lead and partner with engineering teams on technical concepts to deliver exceptional AI-first solutions. Prototype instead of writing specs. Own an agentic surface end-to-end and decide what runs unattended and what needs a human. Keep every autonomous action explainable and reversible. Own the tradeoffs on reliability, latency and cost. Sit with GP and LP ops teams, find the manual work, remove it without breaking their controls. Operate and deliver with a sense of urgency under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking, strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must. What we look for: 2+ years in product, ideally somewhere where being wrong is expensive. Hands-on with prompting, context engineering and evals. You've done it yourself, not managed someone who did. You've shipped LLM or agent features to real users, and can say what broke. Enough technical fluency to argue with engineers about retrieval and tool design. Good judgement to know when AI is the wrong answer. Working with GPs/LPs and/or knowledge of Fund administration, KYC/AML or LP portals is an advantage. Why join us? You will help define the transformation of one of the most influential industries of our time with AI, working alongside an ambitious and dedicated team Competitive salary and equity package Benefits including medical insurance, gym membership, learning budget, and more Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
