Legion delivers cutting-edge technology in an easy-to-use platform and mobile app that employees love. If you're ready to make an impact and grow your career, Legion is where you belong. Join us in making hourly work rewarding and fulfilling. BACKGROUND AND OPPORTUNITY There are almost 75 million hourly workers in the United States, representing more than half of the entire workforce. Historically, managing hourly employees has been difficult due to high attrition (average of 60%) and high replacement costs (average of $3,200 per employee in retail). The ongoing labor shortage and competition from the gig economy make it more difficult to attract and retain hourly employees. The top reasons hourly employees leave their jobs are a lack of schedule empowerment, poor communication with employers, and an inability to get paid early. Gen Z and the millennial workforce demand gig-like flexibility, modern technology, and compelling work options. Legion's mission is to turn hourly jobs into good jobs, serving the hourly workers who make up the majority of the US workforce. We believe in empowering employees and helping employers be efficient and innovative by enabling intelligent automation powered by Legion's Workforce Management platform to optimize labor efficiency and enhance the employee experience simultaneously. Legion WFM was built for the cloud with AI at the core and designed to handle the complexity of modern businesses and meet the needs of today's hourly employees. Our team is comprised of dedicated individuals from all backgrounds and experiences, globally distributed across all time zones. Over the next few years, AI is going to redefine how people all over the world interact with businesses every day. Come build that future at Cresta. About the Role: As an AI Strategist, you are the embedded AI leader for our customers. You connect what customers are saying in their conversations, what their business needs most, and what Cresta's AI can do, then turn that into a prioritized plan and measurable results. You identify where automation and augmentation will deliver the most value, build the roadmap, and make sure the work ships and pays off. You will not be building AI Agents from scratch. Our Forward Deployed Engineers and Forward Deployed Product Managers create and deploy them. Your focus is on making deployed AI better: finding the next opportunity, optimizing what is already live, piloting new Cresta capabilities, and proving the business impact. You are analytical, commercially minded, and credible with senior stakeholders in CX, Operations, Product, Sales, and IT. You are technical enough to work closely with FDEs and FDPMs and to give product and engineering a tight feedback loop. What You'll Do: AI Strategy and Roadmap Identify automation and augmentation opportunities across the customer's contact center and wider customer experience operation. Prioritize initiatives by expected ROI and build a business case for each one. Build and maintain the customer's enterprise AI roadmap, and keep it current as priorities and Cresta capabilities change. Align stakeholders across CX, Operations, Product, Sales, and IT on priorities, sequencing, and success criteria. Conversation Intelligence and Business Insights Use conversation data to surface customer friction and emerging trends before they show up in other metrics. Identify operational inefficiencies and the changes that would reduce them. Share Voice of Customer insights with customer leadership and with Cresta product teams. Measure business impact and report it in terms executives care about, such as containment, handle time, conversion, CSAT, and cost to serve. AI Innovation and Execution Stay current on new Cresta features and bring the relevant ones to customers early. Pilot emerging AI capabilities, define how success will be judged, and decide with the customer whether to scale them. Optimize live AI Agents by analyzing performance, reviewing conversations, and recommending changes to prompts, workflows, and configurations. Coordinate deployments with FDEs, FDPMs, and customer teams, including milestones, timelines, and dependencies. Measure realized value after launch and report it back against the original business case. What We're Looking For: Experience: 5+ years in technology consulting, strategy, product, analytics, implementation, or customer success roles, ideally with AI or LLM-first products. Strategic and commercial skills: A track record of building roadmaps, prioritizing by ROI, and writing business cases that senior stakeholders approve. Analytical approach: Strong data skills. You are comfortable analyzing conversation or operational data, designing experiments such as A/B tests, and monitoring performance to refine solutions. Technical understanding: Working knowledge of how LLM-based AI agents function, including prompts, tools or function calling, and retrieval-augmented generation. Hands-on experience with an agent project, even a personal one, is a plus. You do not need to write production code, but you can read and reason about system behavior and discuss tradeoffs with engineers. Stakeholder leadership: Experience leading cross-functional work and influencing senior customer stakeholders across CX, Operations, Product, Sales, and IT. Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. You can explain a complex finding to an executive in plain language. Execution: Strong project management skills and a bias for action. You turn ambiguity into a plan and follow it through to results. Mindset: Curious, self-driven, and comfortable learning quickly in a fast-moving startup environment. You are passionate about AI, automation, and the future of customer experience. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Bonus Points: Familiarity with customer support and contact center operations, including metrics such as AHT, FCR, containment, and QA Experience with conversation intelligence, speech analytics, or voice-of-customer programs Background in management consulting, product management, or forward deployed roles Experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment Comfort with SQL or a BI tool for self-serve analysis Perks & Benefits: We offer a comprehensive and people-first benefits package to support you at work and in life: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with plans to fit you and your family Flexible PTO to take the time you need, when you need it Paid parental leave for all new parents welcoming a new child Retirement savings plan to help you plan for the future Remote work setup budget to help you create a productive home office Monthly wellness and communication stipend to keep you connected and balanced In-office meal program and commuter benefits provided for onsite employees Compensation at Cresta: Cresta's approach to compensation is simple: recognize impact, reward excellence, and invest in our people. We offer competitive, location-based pay that reflects the market and what each individual brings to the table. The posted compensation range represents what we expect to pay for this role in a given location. Final offers are shaped by factors like experience, skills, education, and geography. In addition to base pay, total compensation includes equity and a comprehensive benefits package for you and your family. OTE Range: $150,000 to $200,000 + Offers Equity Our use of AI in recruiting: We may use AI tools in our recruiting process, which require human review and oversight. About Flexport:  At Flexport, we believe global trade can move the human race forward. That's why it's our mission to make global commerce so easy there will be more of it. We're shaping the future of a $10T industry with solutions powered by innovative technology and exceptional people. Today, companies of all sizes—from emerging brands to Fortune 500s—use Flexport technology to move more than $19B of merchandise across 112 countries a year.  The recent global supply chain crisis has put Flexport center stage as we continue to play a pivotal role in how goods move around the world. We are proud to have the support of the best investors in the game who believe in our mission, solutions and people. Ready to tackle global challenges that impact business, society, and the environment? Come join us. Hundreds of engineers and thousands of freight operators around the world rely on Flexport's internal systems every single day to keep billions of dollars of freight moving. Keeping those systems — and the people who use them — secure is not a compliance checkbox. It's the core infrastructure for a company operating across 112 countries. The PSI (Platform, Security & Infrastructure) team is looking for a Senior Security Engineer to own the security of Flexport's corporate environment: endpoints, identity systems, internal networks, and the SaaS estate. This is a security engineering role, not an IT support role, and not a role where you write policies and hope for the best. You'll build, automate, and be on the ground when things get real. What You'll Do Endpoint & SaaS security Own and mature our endpoint security stack (EDR) across macOS and Windows fleets , writing device policy as code — configuration profiles, remediation scripts, and enforcement rules — with staged rollout and rollback built in. Own security configuration and monitoring for Flexport's critical SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, and similar) through SSPM tooling, catching risky OAuth grants and configuration drift before they become incidents. Access management Drive Flexport's identity posture: SSO coverage, phishing-resistant MFA and passkey rollout, SCIM lifecycle automation, and least-privilege access across the SaaS and cloud estate. Lead Flexport's zero-trust journey — making sure the right people have the right access, with the right controls, verified continuously. Detection & response Build and tune detection rules in our SIEM , turning signal into actionable alerts, not noise. Lead incident response for security events: triage, contain, remediate, and write the retrospective. Vulnerability & risk management Run regular assessments of corporate endpoints and prioritize findings by real business risk. Manage vendor and third-party security reviews , working with procurement and legal to evaluate risk before it lands in our environment. Security enablement & leadership Partner with IT, Engineering, and People teams to embed security into the way we work without creating friction that drives people to workarounds. Develop and maintain runbooks, playbooks, and internal documentation that make the whole team more capable, and mentor engineers earlier in their career. Bring a point of view on how agentic AI tools and browser-based AI assistants change what corporate security needs to watch for . You Should Have Typically 5–8 years of experience in enterprise security, corporate IT security, or information security engineering — we care more about what you've built than the exact number. If you meet most of this, apply. Strong working knowledge of endpoint security tooling: DLP (Cyberhaven, Purview, Varonis, or similar) and EDR (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or similar). Practical SIEM experience , writing detection logic, triaging alerts, and reducing false positive noise. Experience leading or playing a significant role in security incident response. Working knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Nice to Have Experience with network security in a cloud-first environment (ZTNA, SASE, DNS filtering). Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform) for security configuration management. Familiarity with SCIM, OIDC, and fine-grained authorization at scale. Experience working in a high-growth, global technology company. Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar, for automating detection, response, and operational tasks. Exposure to privacy regulations relevant to a European and global context (GDPR, etc.). How We Work We come to the office 3 times a week to hang out, whiteboard, and ship together. We have the latest hardware and software, including frontier AI models on day one. We're agile, but not dogmatic. Teams decide how they work best. Why This Role Is Special Broad ownership: you're not a cog in a large security org — you own the corporate security posture end to end, from endpoints to observability to incident response. Real stakes: Flexport operates in 112 countries with a global workforce. Security here matters at a genuine scale. Build, don't just operate: we want to automate and engineer our way to a stronger posture, not just run playbooks. You're part of PSI: the platform, security, and infrastructure teams work hand in hand at Flexport. We value engineering quality and treat security as infrastructure, not just policy. We sponsor visas for the right candidate. What's in it for you An opportunity to contribute to one of the fastest-growing companies, where you'll have the chance to create a global impact while being part of a thriving multinational environment. Daily catered lunches incl. vegetarian options, breakfast, snacks and soft drinks available in our office on a daily basis. Commute expenses: Flexport will cover home-office commuting costs for employees living outside of Amsterdam. 25 working days as vacation days based on full-time employment. Health insurance: Flexport offers a collective health insurance plan including a basic package and any available additional packages. Your monthly premium is fully paid by Flexport. A defined pension contribution scheme. Equity program: every team member becomes a shareholder, aligning our success with yours. As a private company in a multi-trillion dollar industry, you have a direct stake in our collective growth and success. Employee Assistance Program through Aetna Resources for Living: Flexport provides an employer-sponsored program at no cost to you and your household members. Parental leave benefit: Flexport is here to support you and your family during one of the most important times in life — the birth of a child. Our parental leave program allows both mothers and partners to take time off from work for pregnancy, childbirth, and to bond with your new child. Commitment to Equal Opportunity At Flexport, our ability to fulfill our mission of making global commerce easy and accessible relies on having a diverse, dedicated and engaged workforce. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, physical and mental disability, health status, marital and family status, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, military and veteran status, and any other characteristic protected by applicable law. Global Data Privacy Notice for Job Candidates and Applicants Depending on your location, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) may regulate the way we manage the data of job applicants. By submitting your application, you are agreeing to our use and processing of your data as required. Please see our Privacy Notice available at  www.flexport.com/privacy  for additional information.

All security disciplines work under the umbrella of the combined PSI (Platform, Security & Infrastructure) team: we build the paved path and tooling that hundreds of engineers around the world rely on every day to ship. This is not a compliance or certification role. You won't be measured on audit portfolios. You'll be measured on the guardrails you build and whether engineering teams reach for them by default. A misconfigured IAM boundary here doesn't just degrade a dashboard: it can stall a customs filing or strand a container. Flexport also runs a genuinely heterogeneous estate: hundreds of services, carrier and customs integrations, and infrastructure spanning three continents, which makes multi-account architecture and cross-border data handling real problems rather than exam questions. What You'll Do Architecture & guardrails Design and review cloud security architecture for AWS and Kubernetes: account structure, network segmentation, workload identity, and secure-by-default patterns for new services. Fix the Terraform module, not the finding — drive remediation-at-source so misconfigurations get closed at the pattern level, not one ticket at a time. Kubernetes & workload security Harden our Kubernetes platform: pod security, service mesh and network policy, secrets management, and supply-chain controls (image provenance and signing). Partner with platform engineers so new services inherit secure defaults instead of requesting them after the fact. Policy & automation Build and maintain policy-as-code and IaC scanning that block risky patterns in CI. Write real code — Go or Python, shipped through the same CI/CD the rest of engineering uses. Partnership Act as the local technical voice on cloud and infrastructure security for our Amsterdam engineering teams, and partner closely with the US-based cloud security team. You Should Have Typically 5–8 years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, or platform security engineering, including hands-on AWS and Kubernetes work — we care more about what you've built than the exact number. If you meet most of this, apply. Proficiency in at least one compiled language (Go or similar) and one scripting language (Python or similar). Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or similar) and a GitOps delivery model — changes shipped through code review, not tickets and manual steps. Working knowledge of IAM and least-privilege design across cloud and container environments. Nice to Have Experience with cloud security posture tooling (Wiz, Orca, Prisma, or similar) as a signal source rather than an end in itself. Software supply-chain security experience (SLSA, artifact signing, provenance). Familiarity with EU data-residency and cross-border data-handling considerations. Multi-cloud experience. How We Work In Amsterdam we come to the office 3 times a week to hang out, whiteboard, and ship together. We stay closely aligned with our coworkers on other continents. We have the latest hardware and software, including frontier AI models on day one. We're agile, but not dogmatic. Teams decide how they work best. Why This Role Is Special You'll inherit a real, established estate with legacy to pave over — not a blank slate. If you want the harder, more honest version of greenfield work, this is it. This is a builder's cloud security role in a market where the comparable senior openings skew toward certification and audit work. You won't be asked to own a PCI portfolio here. You're part of PSI: security is treated as infrastructure with real engineering quality bars, not a policy function. We sponsor visas for the right candidate. What's in it for you An opportunity to contribute to one of the fastest-growing companies, where you'll have the chance to create a global impact while being part of a thriving multinational environment. Our Mission You call. You wait. You call again. In every other part of your life, you book in seconds. In healthcare, you're blocked.   We're here to give power to the patient.  For nearly 20 years, we've built the leading healthcare marketplace - helping tens of millions of people find and book the care they need. Now, we're going further: building our infrastructure beyond Zocdoc's marketplace to power access to care wherever patients search, from provider websites and insurance directories to search engines, AI platforms, and more. Healthcare still lacks something every other major consumer industry takes for granted: a seamless way to go from seeking to getting . We don't want to own the front door to care; there isn't one. We want to make sure all of those doors open when patients are knocking. Fixing healthcare starts with fixing access to it. And we're still just getting started.   Your Impact on our Mission: We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join the Appointment Management team at Zocdoc! This team owns the backend systems that determine when, where, and how appointments can be booked across Zocdoc's channels. We build the services, APIs, and data models that let practices express their real-world scheduling needs and ensure providers are accurately bookable for the patients they can serve. This foundational work supports the booking experience for millions of patients while enabling providers and practice staff to manage their schedules with confidence. As a Staff Engineer at Zocdoc, you'll balance deep individual contribution with technical leadership and mentorship. You'll shape the architecture of our scheduling and availability systems, drive cross-team technical initiatives, and raise the engineering bar through sound practices and operational ownership. You'll work primarily on backend systems, with opportunities to contribute across the stack when needed.   You'll enjoy this role if you are… Excited by the challenge of building the backend systems that power scheduling across healthcare Energized by designing services and data models that handle real-world complexity at scale A product-minded engineer who loves working in a highly collaborative and supportive environment Motivated by building foundational infrastructure that makes healthcare easier for patients and providers Passionate about mentorship and leveling up the engineers around you. Passionate about building diverse and inclusive teams and culture    Your day to day is… Owning the design and development of backend services, APIs, and data models that power Zocdoc's scheduling and availability systems, primarily using C#/.NET and AWS technologies (DynamoDB, Lambdas, SQS/SNS, Kinesis). We also use React/TypeScript on the frontend Driving architectural decisions for complex scheduling logic, ensuring reliability, scalability, and correctness across millions of bookings Leading cross-team technical initiatives and establishing patterns that improve engineering quality beyond your immediate team Collaborating with our agile team of dedicated and brilliant engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-impact features Championing a culture of engineering excellence, leading by example in code quality, performance, and operational ownership Mentoring your peers, with the notion that helping others means learning and growing yourself Working with cutting edge GenAI tools and technology   You'll be successful in this role if you have…      A track record of designing and delivering backend systems that handle complex domain logic at scale A passion for technology and the ability to think critically about the performance, scalability, and reliability of the systems you build The instinct to simplify: you break down ambiguous, loosely defined problems into clear technical direction Successfully mentored other engineers and encouraged your peers to adopt engineering best practices Integrated generative AI tools into daily workflows to automate tasks, foster innovation, and maximize productivity The mentality of an owner: you drive initiatives from architectural design through production and take pride in operational excellence Superb communication skills. You keep stakeholders in the loop and can dive into technical details at the right level for any audience An unrelenting desire to build more equitable, inclusive, and diverse workplaces, and you view this role as an opportunity to create positive change Humility. You treat all people with dignity and respect, regardless of title or tenure   Benefits: Flexible, hybrid work environment Unlimited Vacation 100% paid employee health benefit options (including medical, dental, and vision) Commuter Benefits 401(k) with employer funded match Corporate wellness program with Wellhub Sabbatical leave (for employees with 5+ years of service) Competitive paid parental leave and fertility/family planning reimbursement Cell phone reimbursement Catered lunch everyday along with beverages and snacks Employee Resource Groups and ZocClubs to promote shared community and belonging Great Place to Work Certified   Zocdoc is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. NYC Base Salary Range $180,000 — $270,000 USD About us Zocdoc is the country's leading digital health marketplace that helps patients easily find and book the care they need. Each month, millions of patients use our free service to find nearby, in-network providers, compare choices based on verified patient reviews, and instantly book in-person or video visits online. Providers participate in Zocdoc's Marketplace to reach new patients to grow their practice, fill their last-minute openings, and deliver a better healthcare experience. Founded in 2007 with a mission to give power to the patient, our work each day in pursuit of that mission is guided by our six core values . MongoDB's Incident & Escalation Management (IEM) function coordinates cross-functional responses to critical customer situations and drives improvements to how we respond over time. We're looking for a Senior Program Manager to strengthen the function's ability to deliver its program priorities consistently across regions through focused planning, disciplined execution, clear visibility, and dependable follow-through. As an execution partner to IEM leadership, you'll help turn strategic priorities and operational learnings into a measurable book of work. You'll establish clear plans, ownership, operating cadences, risk visibility, and follow-through, while bringing an informed external perspective on relevant industry practices. You'll partner with the IEM team and stakeholders across Technical Services, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Sales, and other teams in the Americas, Asia Pacific, and EMEA. This is a program-management role - not an incident commander or technical investigator role. Functional leaders and incident responders retain accountability for strategy, policy, technical decisions, people leadership, and live operational response. You'll own the execution system around prioritized work so leaders and subject-matter experts can focus on customers, technical judgment, incident leadership, and their teams. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Toronto for our hybrid working model. What you'll do Own the IEM program of work and its supporting materials, maintaining a clear roadmap of outcomes, priorities, owners, milestones, dependencies, capacity considerations, commitments, and decisions Partner with IEM leaders and sponsors to identify and prioritize strategic focus areas, assess opportunities to mature the function, and recommend practical improvements aligned with relevant industry practices Turn ambiguous needs into scoped, measurable work. Clarify outcomes, sequence milestones, establish accountable owners, document decisions and delivery expectations, and coordinate technical and cross-functional reviews Drive delivery across Technical Services, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Sales, and partner teams. Clarify accountability and handoffs, resolve dependency gaps, and surface blockers, capacity constraints, and resourcing risks early—with options and recommendations Establish and run planning, program-review, and risk-review cadences. Keep backlogs and program records current and decision-ready, track commitments, facilitate decisions, and follow agreed actions through closure Connect IEM program works with the Customer Organization's wider PMO, aligning planning, governance, dependencies, and reporting to ensure organizational alignment and visibility Help translate recurring incident and escalation patterns, post-incident findings, customer-impacting gaps, and corrective actions into prioritized improvement work with owners, timelines, milestones, and verifiable closure criteria. Coordinate root-cause analysis completion and customer incident-report delivery with clear ownership and quality expectations Advance incident-response and escalation practices, including frameworks and playbooks, readiness, communications, training, simulation exercises, post-incident review, and consistent implementation across teams and regions Partner with data and tooling teams to improve operational instrumentation, metrics, reporting, workflow integration, and automation. Help ensure AI-enabled workflows are appropriately governed, measured, and human-reviewed. Mature program reporting by refining outcome and health measures, improving data quality and consistency, establishing baselines, and turning operational data into actionable insights - not simply reporting activity or optimizing a single response-time metric Prepare concise updates, requirements, specifications, operating proposals, decision records, and executive-ready summaries that make progress, trade-offs, risks, and decisions clear Coordinate readiness and adoption so approved changes to processes, tooling, roles, communications, and operating procedures are understood, operationalized, and sustained What success looks like Priority initiatives have clear outcomes, accountable owners, realistic milestones, active risk tracking, and reliable follow-through Leaders have an accurate, timely view of program health, delivery risks, dependencies, capacity constraints, and decisions needed Post-incident and post-escalation learning becomes prioritized, durable improvement; corrective actions have clear owners and do not remain open-ended Readiness, handoffs, communications, and closure practices become more consistent and measurable across teams and regions Escalation Managers, Incident Commanders, and technical experts spend less time coordinating program work and more time applying their expertise to customers, incidents, and teams Program measures guide decisions and improvement, while execution reliability and stakeholder confidence increase How success will be assessed The role will be evaluated on program health and operational outcomes - not meeting or status-report volume. Measures will be baselined during the first 60–90 days and refined with leadership. They may include: The share of priority initiatives with clear outcomes, accountable owners, milestones, and active risk tracking Initiatives and process improvements completed and adopted Closure rate and aging of post-incident and post-escalation actions, overdue actions, and unresolved dependencies Evidence that recurring incident and escalation patterns are being addressed through durable process, tooling, or product changes Stakeholder confidence in visibility, coordination, and decision follow-through Sampled estimates of coordination time returned to operational leaders and subject-matter experts What you'll bring 7–10 years of progressive program or project management experience, with a track record of growing responsibility - from coordinating smaller initiatives to leading complex, cross-functional programs. Experience outside the technology sector is welcome Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in a global enterprise or similarly demanding environment, delivering through a matrix rather than relying on direct authority Demonstrated experience with incident response, major-incident management, customer escalations, crisis management, service operations, trust & safety, or closely related operational programs at scale. You understand the lifecycle from detection and triage through coordination, communication, mitigation, review, and follow-through A track record of building or improving operational programs - not only tracking projects - including governance, operating cadences, roles and handoffs, readiness, metrics, and continuous-improvement mechanisms Strong project and program-management fundamentals, including program prioritization, scope and outcome definition, sequencing, dependency and risk management, capacity awareness, backlog discipline, stakeholder alignment, delivery governance, and change adoption Experience establishing useful operating cadences and decision-ready reporting, and working with operational data to set baselines, interpret trends, and turn evidence into practical recommendations The ability to structure ambiguous requests into clear requirements, operating proposals, decision records, and measurable work. Excellent written and verbal communication, including concise updates for senior leaders and clear coordination across technical and customer-facing teams. Sound judgment in high-pressure, ambiguous environments; a collaborative, calm approach to resolving blockers; and the ability to create accountability without adding unnecessary process. Understand the operating model, active program work, commitments, decision forums, systems of record, reporting, and key measures By 60 days: Reconfirm priorities, outcomes, owners, sequencing, dependencies, capacity constraints, and delivery expectations. Review risks, blockers, post-incident actions, and recurring coordination gaps; establish an initial baseline for program health and measures By 90 days: Present a prioritized program overview, baseline assessment, risk and dependency summary, initial measure results, and recommendations for the next two quarters. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Atlanta and New York City for our hybrid working model. Experience working across global teams, time zones, and organizational boundaries, and with program or delivery-management tools A recognized program or project management qualification, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is preferred Helpful experience Experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud services, technical support, production operations, or another customer-facing technology organization Familiarity with highly technical platforms, distributed systems, databases, reliability, or service-management practices Experience with post-incident improvement programs, corrective-action tracking, operational dashboards, incident metrics, or executive reporting Experience improving incident-management tooling, communications workflows, workflow automation, or responsibly governed AI-enabled operations Experience coordinating global teams across regions, time zones, and follow-the-sun operating models What you can expect in your first 90 days First 30 days: Build relationships with sponsors, functional leaders, and program owners.
