Enterprise Account Executive - Payments
Full TimeOn-siteExecutive
gocompliancecompliancesalesoutboundcustomer support+2

At Breeze, we're building the AI-powered infrastructure layer for global commerce, making it radically simpler for businesses to sell, get paid, and operate across markets. We go far beyond traditional payment processing. Breeze combines global payments, AI, stablecoins, and a Merchant of Record-like model to take on the complexity businesses typically manage themselves, including compliance, risk, fraud, chargebacks, reconciliation, and customer support. Our goal is simple: let businesses focus on building and selling great products while Breeze handles the complexity behind getting paid. Backed by Sequoia Capital , Multicoin Capital , and The Chainsmokers , Breeze is a successful, rapidly growing, and exceptionally well-capitalized company. We have the runway to think long term while remaining early enough that every person joining today can have a meaningful impact on what we build. We're looking for a Enterprise Account Executive who knows how to turn complex opportunities into meaningful revenue and wants to play a key role in Breeze's next stage of growth. This is an opportunity to help build out our EU Sales team. This is an individual contributor role responsible for a quota. You'll own the sales cycle from first conversation through close, building relationships with high-value prospects, breaking into strategic accounts, and helping companies rethink how they move money. This is a role with real ownership and plenty of room to make your mark. You'll have the autonomy to build your pipeline, shape your approach, and work closely with Product and Marketing to influence how we go to market. We're looking for someone with sharp commercial instincts who can build trust quickly, navigate complex deals, and create a compelling reason for customers to choose Breeze. If you're a builder and a closer who loves opening doors, winning meaningful business, and helping scale an ambitious fintech, we'd love to meet you. This role will be hybrid in our Amsterdam office once finalized. What You'll Do Own the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting through close, building pipeline and winning high-value business across the US Break into key accounts through thoughtful outbound strategies that engage the right decision-makers and create new opportunities Turn customer challenges into compelling solutions, tailoring your pitch and positioning Breeze's value to each prospect's business Build the case for change, creating urgency, challenging incumbents, and showing prospects why Breeze is the better choice Help shape how Breeze wins, bringing customer and market insights back to Product and Marketing to sharpen our GTM strategy and influence what we build next What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 7+ years of B2B closing experience, ideally across payments, fintech, gaming, or related technology sectors A proven closer with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and winning complex, high-value mid-market or enterprise deals A strategic seller who can navigate multiple stakeholders, build compelling business cases, create urgency, negotiate effectively, and close at the executive level An exceptional communicator who builds trust quickly and can turn complex solutions into clear, tailored, and compelling pitches A self-starter with startup grit who takes ownership, moves quickly, and adapts as priorities and opportunities evolve Our Compensation Philosophy! We believe compensation should be fair, competitive, consistent, and transparent. We benchmark compensation against the market and establish thoughtful bands for each role, with compensation reflecting experience, skills, location, role scope, and expected impact. We don't believe pay should primarily depend on how aggressively someone negotiates. Eligible employees receive meaningful equity, so the people building Breeze can participate in the long-term value they help create. Benefits & Perks PTO: 21 days, plus applicable company holidays. Equity: Meaningful ownership in the company you're helping build. Equipment: A new MacBook Air and whatever else you need to do your best work. Office & education allowance: An annual budget for your workspace, tools, and professional development. Wellness: A monthly reimbursement to support your well-being. Annual global offsite: We bring the global Breeze team together every year. Previous destinations include Bali and Singapore, with Japan coming next. Breeze is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion or creed, national origin, ancestry, citizenship or immigration status, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or expression, age, marital or partnership status, caregiver status, disability, genetic information, military or veteran status, height or weight, sexual and reproductive health decisions, status as a victim of domestic violence, sexual violence, or stalking, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law. Breeze considers qualified applicants with criminal histories in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the New York City Fair Chance Act, where applicable. Why Join Breeze Make an outsized impact: We're successful and still early, with meaningful traction and strong financial foundations. Lean teams, few layers, and direct access to decision-makers mean you'll have real ownership and the autonomy to make things happen. Solve hard, meaningful problems: Work at the intersection of AI, payments, stablecoins, risk, compliance, financial infrastructure, and global commerce as we build an intelligent infrastructure layer that goes far beyond payments. Build AI-first: AI isn't an add-on. It's central to how we're building our products and how our teams operate. You'll experiment with new tools, automate the repetitive, and continuously rethink how to work smarter. Work with an exceptional team: Join ambitious, curious, low-ego people who move quickly, hold a high bar, and care deeply about what they build. Grow with Breeze: As Breeze grows, strong performers can quickly expand their scope and take on bigger problems. Build for the long term: Backed by Sequoia Capital, Multicoin Capital, and The Chainsmokers, we're exceptionally well-capitalized with the runway to think big. In-Office Expectations Employees based in our New York City, NY office follow a hybrid work model and are expected to work from the office three days per week . Employees based in our Singapore office are expected to work on-site five days per week . In-office expectations may vary slightly depending on role, team, and business needs. Certain roles that require closer cross-functional collaboration or operational support may have additional requirements, which will be discussed during the interview process. Our approach is designed to support meaningful in-person collaboration, team building, and real-time decision-making while providing flexibility where applicable. We believe this structure enables strong execution, close collaboration, and effective teamwork across our global offices. Come Build With Us! We offer a rare combination: the ownership and speed of an early-stage company with the traction, backing, and financial foundations of a successful business. We're building at the convergence of AI, payments, stablecoins, financial infrastructure, and global commerce. The opportunity is much bigger than building another payment processor. We're building the intelligent infrastructure layer for global commerce, and there's still an enormous amount left to build. If you want meaningful ownership, hard problems, exceptional teammates, and the opportunity to help define what comes next, we'd love to hear from you! Find Jobs in Netherlands on Arbeitnow

You'll join the global Salesforce team for 12 months to make the CRM faster, clearer and more intuitive. This is a hands-on build role. You'll design the experience and code it in Lightning Web Components, working with Sales, RevOps, Marketing and Data, and directly with the reps who use the result. What You Will Do Redesign the rep experience Audit the current Lightning experience (record pages, console apps, list views, home pages) and find where reps lose time to clicks, clutter and missing context. Design and prototype improved layouts, workflows and components, and validate them with reps before building. Build with LWC Develop custom Lightning Web Components (and supporting Apex where needed) that replace clunky standard layouts with focused, usable interfaces. Create release notes, short walkthroughs and handover documentation so changes land well and the team can maintain what you build. Work as part of the global team Work within the global team's standards for source control, code review, sandboxes and release management. Partner with admins, architects and data teams so UI changes fit the wider data model, security model and automation. Pass on what you learn about Lightning UX patterns and LWC best practices to the wider team. What You Will Need Must have Strong, demonstrable experience building Lightning Web Components in production. Solid Apex, SOQL and Salesforce data model knowledge to support your components. Deep knowledge of Lightning Experience customisation: App Builder, Dynamic Forms, page layouts, console apps and Flows. Experience with Salesforce DX, Git and a CI/CD or deployment process. A UX mindset: you start from user problems, can explain design decisions, and can take feedback from non-technical users. Clear communication and the ability to work independently across time zones in a global team. Nice to have Portfolio or examples of Salesforce UI work you've shipped (screenshots or demos are ideal). Experience with SLDS, Figma or similar prototyping tools, and accessibility (WCAG) principles. Experience in Sales Cloud, especially rep-facing workflows such as opportunity management, account planning and pipeline views. Jest testing for LWC, and Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I, Platform App Builder). Experience with performance profiling and optimisation in Lightning pages. What Success Looks Like (12 Months) Month 3: UX audit complete and a prioritised roadmap agreed with Sales leadership. This is a role for someone who shows up with substance, who can hold a real conversation about model training and MLOps tooling in the morning and cluster networking in the afternoon, and who finds the space between infrastructure and application more interesting than either on its own. About the Role: As an Account Solution Architect covering Northern EMEA, you'll move across the full stack depending on what the customer needs, from ML training workflows and MLOps platforms like Weights & Biases to bare metal GPU infrastructure and physical AI deployments. This isn't a role built around a single layer of the stack, but the majority of your conversations will live in the ML layer. You'll be expected to go deeper than most when the infrastructure conversation demands it, while staying commercially aware enough to support both new logo pursuits and in-flight account expansion. This role requires up to 40% travel. In this role, you will: Cover Northern EMEA, with a focus on the Nordics and Benelux regions (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg). Work closely with one Account Executive and one Account Manager as a dedicated three-person unit, supporting the full land and expand motion across the region. Lead technical discovery with prospects and existing customers to understand model training requirements, MLOps workflows, and infrastructure constraints. Design and present solutions spanning ML infrastructure, GPU compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes-based orchestration, and MLOps tooling. Run proof-of-concept engagements and architecture reviews, and see them through to a decision. Act as the internal voice of the customer, feeding technical requirements and product gaps back to Engineering and Product. Maintain clear documentation of customer architectures, solution designs, and outstanding technical questions. Who You Are: 3+ years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or solutions architecture role, ideally with a focus on AI/ML platforms, cloud infrastructure, or HPC. Strong working knowledge of ML training and inference workflows - you understand how models are built, optimized, and deployed, not just where they run. Hands-on familiarity with MLOps platforms and the tooling AI teams use day-to-day, including experiment tracking, pipeline orchestration, and model serving. Experience with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Comfortable going below the SaaS layer when the conversation demands it - GPU topology, network fabric, and cluster architecture shouldn't be unfamiliar territory. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads at scale. Strong communication skills - you can adjust your register from a research engineer to a VP of Infrastructure without losing credibility at either end. Experience managing multiple concurrent opportunities across a geographic territory. Fluency in English required; proficiency in Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish is a plus. Preferred: Familiarity with NVIDIA GPU architectures (H100, A100, H200) and the software stack around them: CUDA, NCCL, cuDNN. Working knowledge of high-performance networking concepts: InfiniBand, RDMA, RoCE, TCP/IP. Background working directly with AI labs, research institutions, or enterprise ML teams. Exposure to physical AI use cases and the infrastructure requirements they bring. Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools. Wondering if you're a good fit? We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams - even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we've found compatible with our team. If some of this describes you, we'd love to talk. You're comfortable going one layer deeper than the demo - whether that's a networking topology, a training job that won't converge, or a rack layout question from a facilities team. You've worked across more than one layer of the stack and find the intersections more interesting than any single discipline. You thrive in a fast-moving environment and take ownership of your region like it's your own business. You're a natural collaborator who makes the people around you - including your AE and AM - better at their jobs. Why CoreWeave? At CoreWeave, we work hard, have fun, and move fast!
