About us Founded in 2019 and part of Y Combinator's 2020 cohort, Photoroom is the leading visual solution for e-commerce. We've raised Series B funding and reached 300+ million users worldwide, processing over 5 billion images annually and serving both small businesses and major enterprises like Amazon, DoorDash, and Decathlon through our mobile app, web platform, and API. We're a team of 100+ passionate builders giving e-commerce businesses superpowers to create visuals that help them grow, making the hardest parts of selling online disappear. We focus on craft, innovation, and collaboration to create exceptional impact for e-commerce businesses worldwide. Role Summary We're looking for an SMB Go-To-Market Lead to own how Photoroom wins established eCommerce merchants doing €500K to tens of millions in GMV (gross merchandise value, i.e., annual online sales). You come from the eCommerce world. You know where these merchants spend their time, which platforms they run on (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and the agencies and apps around them), and which channels actually move them. You've already acquired merchants at this scale, and you've done it with campaigns people talked about. This is a lead role. You'll ship campaigns yourself every month, and you'll lead a team of 2 GTM managers focused on dedicated personas. This is a marketing lead role for someone who still loves making the work, not a manager who has stopped shipping. Compensation: €80,000 – €110,000 + BSPCE Location: Paris, in-office 3 days per week About the Role Own SMB merchant acquisition and revenue - Set the GTM strategy for established eCommerce brands and own the numbers behind it: new merchant acquisition and conversion to paid users. Report on them monthly, and decide where the next euro goes across your channels. Build the B2B channels we don't have yet - Set up and scale outbound, partnerships (eCom platforms, app ecosystems, agencies, marketplaces), in-person events, and LinkedIn. Find which ones work for merchants at €500K+ GMV, prove them, then turn them into repeatable playbooks. Create campaigns people talk about - Concept, write, and ship launch and brand campaigns that spread across eCommerce communities and social feeds. You have the creative idea and know how to distribute it. Stay hands-on - Personally run at least one major campaign or channel bet each quarter, end to end. Set the bar for the team by doing the work, not just reviewing it. Lead and grow a team of 2 , two GTM managers, each owning a merchant persona. Set clear goals, coach weekly, hire well as the team grows. Be the voice of the merchant - Turn what you hear from merchants, partners, and the market into positioning, messaging, and input for Product. Orchestrate campaigns across Marketing - Work hand in hand with our Paid User Acquisition, PR, and SEO/GEO teams. Bring them into every campaign from the brief, so paid, earned, and organic efforts land together and amplify each other. Measure everything - Track impact from first touch to paying merchant, report on CAC (customer acquisition cost) and payback by channel, and kill what doesn't work fast. About you You know eCommerce merchants from the inside, and you have the results and the campaigns to show for it. 8+ years in GTM, product marketing (PMM), or marketing in the eCommerce industry - At an eCom platform, a SaaS for merchants, a marketplace, an agency, or a fast-growing DTC brand. A track record of acquiring merchants at scale - You've acquired eCommerce merchants at scale, including established brands doing €500K to tens of millions in GMV. You can walk us through the numbers. You know the platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Etsy…), their app stores and partner programs, the agencies and the communities where merchants make decisions. Proven in B2B channels - You've personally run outbound, partnerships, in-person events, or LinkedIn programs that generated pipeline. Strong creative background - You've led campaigns that went viral or became the reference in their category. You have taste, you can write, and you can brief and judge creative work. A player-coach who still ships - You're excited to lead a small team and make them better, while still doing the work yourself. Prior management experience is a plus, not a requirement. Data-driven - You set up tracking and attribution, read the numbers yourself, and make calls on them. Fluent in modern AI tools - Like every great marketer today, you use AI in your daily work to go faster. Autonomous with proactive transparency - You share plans early, keep the team informed, and communicate openly so everyone stays aligned. Fluent English (we exclusively work in English) If you think you have what it takes but don't meet every single point above, please still apply. We'd love to chat and see if you could be a great fit. Bonus points You've worked at or with Shopify, an eCom platform, or a top app in its ecosystem. You have an existing network of eCom founders, agencies, and partners in Europe or the US. You've built or grown a community of merchants or creators. You've worked in a fast-growing AI or product-led growth (PLG) company, where users sign up and buy without talking to sales. What you'll ship in your first 90 days A channel plan for established merchants . Which of outbound, partnerships, events, and LinkedIn we test first, the target for each, and the budget. A first outbound engine . A targeted list of €500K+ GMV brands, persona-tailored sequences, and at least 5K merchants reached through it. A partnership with a platform, app, or agency . Co-marketing that puts Photoroom in front of thousands of merchants. Benefits Regular team gatherings, including in-person onboarding in Paris (1–2 weeks), yearly company offsite, team retreats, and quarterly in-person meetings 25 days annual leave + RTT and local public holidays Competitive equity package with BSPCE €1,000 annual learning and development budget Private health insurance Access to personalized mental health support via MokaCare Sports and cultural activities reimbursement Relocation support (up to €10k) for those choosing to move to France (visa + housing support) Note: Visa sponsorship and relocation support are only available for roles based in France. Hiring Process Screening call with Talent Manager (30 min) Technical interview with Hiring Manager (45 min) Take-home assignment and live review with the team (45 min) Culture fit interviews and meet the team (~3h total) Reference check and offer Support: We value diversity and aim to create an inclusive experience for all applicants. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to make the process more accessible for you. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging We're committed to enabling everyone to feel included and valued at work. About XBOW: XBOW uses AI to automate offensive security testing, helping organisations identify and address vulnerabilities before attackers exploit them. Working at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity, we're tackling complex technical challenges and bringing a new approach to security. As we grow, we're looking for a Legal Operations & Contracts Manager to help build a legal function that supports our ambition and keeps pace with the business. About the role: You'll sit at the heart of XBOW's legal team and how it works with the wider business. Combining substantial paralegal experience with legal operations expertise, you'll own day-to-day legal workflows, support commercial contracting and build the processes that help the team scale. Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, Security and People, you'll make it easy to engage with Legal, keep matters moving and ensure the team has clear visibility of its priorities. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both detailed legal work and operational ownership. You'll be comfortable working independently, exercising sound judgement and creating structure in a fast-moving environment. What you'll do: Keep Legal connected to the business Be a central point of contact for legal requests, gathering relevant information, coordinating priorities with legal counsel and tracking matters through to completion. Build strong relationships across XBOW, helping colleagues understand legal processes, approval requirements and next steps. Work closely with Sales and Finance to progress commercial agreements and resolve operational bottlenecks. Give stakeholders clear updates on timelines, dependencies and outstanding decisions. Support commercial contracting Draft, review and negotiate NDAs, and other lower-risk commercial agreements within agreed playbooks and delegated authority. Support customer contracting by preparing approved templates and order forms, coordinating internal reviews and managing approvals and signatures. Identify non-standard terms and escalate issues requiring legal counsel's judgement, including those relating to liability, intellectual property, data protection and security testing permissions. Maintain contract records and track key obligations, renewal dates and notice periods. Help develop contract templates, negotiation playbooks and practical guidance that enable the business to handle routine requests efficiently. Build and run legal operations Own the administration of legal intake, matter tracking and contract management systems, keeping records accurate and accessible. Founding Legal Counsel At Deeploy, we help organisations roll out AI they can trust. The rules for trustworthy AI are being written right now, and most of them are still ambiguous. As our first legal hire, you'll be the person who reads the regulation, decides what it means in practice, and builds that judgment into both our product and our company. This is not a back-office contracts seat. At an AI governance company, legal judgment sits close to the product and to every enterprise deal. You'll report to the COO and work closely with the wider C-level, who stay actively involved and hold end responsibility in their areas. You drive the legal function day to day, you're not left to carry it alone. Why Deeploy? AI is being rolled out everywhere, but most of it is a black box. Deeploy exists to change that. We build the technical foundation that makes AI responsible: helping companies detect, understand, and prevent the harms caused by misaligned AI systems before they impact the real world. We're an AI-native team. That means we don't just build for AI, we aim to be a frontrunner in our own work. We're constantly rethinking how we operate, and we expect everyone on the team to be part of that evolution. What you will do Regulation into practice (the core of the role) Track and interpret the EU AI Act and the regimes around it (GDPR, DORA, sectoral rules, ISO standards, NIST frameworks), and turn obligations into concrete product and process implications. Form clear, defensible positions where official guidance is thin, working with external partners where it helps. Feed that interpretation into the roadmap, so our product reflects how the regulation actually lands. Commercial contracts Own enterprise contracting together with sales: master agreements, SaaS terms, SLAs, data processing agreements, partner and referral agreements, and NDAs. Support deal velocity with large, regulated customers without dropping rigour. Risk, privacy and certifications Own our data, privacy and AI policy and the compliance behind it. Identify, mitigate and document our own cyber, AI and privacy risks. Lead the annual ISO 42001 and ISO 27001 audits and own the management-system documentation, partnering with security and engineering on the technical controls. Thought leadership and go-to-market Help shape posts, talks and material aimed at legal and compliance audiences, strengthening our standing with that crowd. Act as a credible domain voice for prospects' and customers' legal teams, explaining how the regulation works and how Deeploy fits, supporting their decision without becoming their counsel. Strategic matters Work alongside C-level as in-house counsel on the bigger annual topics: funding, EU programmes and grants, investor and board matters, drawing on outside counsel where it's warranted. Who we're looking for This role sits at an unusual intersection: sharp enough to form a defensible view on regulation that barely has precedent, practical enough to get an enterprise contract over the line, together with the team, in a startup environment. Must-haves 4-8 years of legal experience, ideally gained in or alongside tech. Experience in the tech sector, working with startups, scaleups or in another way working in a tech environment. Technically literate and comfortable working directly with product and engineering, to shape our product and it supports our customers. A genuine interest in AI and its risk landscape (privacy, cyber, AI governance), beyond "just" using the AI tools. Strong on novel regulation: able to read something ambiguous and form a clear, defensible position, also without every standard yet published. Comfortable owning several workstreams at once as the first and only lawyer, with C-level actively involved and backing you. Ready to step into a startup, trading structure and certainty for ownership and pace. You're enterpreneurial, take ownership and focus on results. A solid legal background; the exact qualification matters less than the capability. Working proficiency in English, Dutch is a plus. Nice-to-haves Experience in a startup or fast-paced scale-up. Familiarity with the EU AI Act and adjecent regulation. Experience running ISO 42001 / 27001 or comparable certification programmes. What this role is, and what it is not It is a builder role. You create the legal function, you don't maintain one that already exists. Legal currently sits with founders and some external support from law firms. It is broad and hands-on, with regulatory interpretation first and commercial contracts a close second. It is not a pure contracts seat, and not a compliance-checklist role. It is not outside counsel for our customers. You support our product and go-to-market as a domain expert. You report to the COO and sit close to every part of the business, with C-level holding end responsibility in their domains (commercial with the CEO, product with the CTO, certification with the CTO and COO, risk with the CEO and COO). What to expect from us Shape the future of AI: Work at the forefront of AI governance, transparency and compliance, helping organisations innovate responsibly and create meaningful impact. Collaborative culture: Be part of a team that values openness, inclusivity and collaboration. At Deeploy, every voice matters, and diverse perspectives drive our work. Growth opportunities: Build a function from scratch and grow with it, in a company set on changing how AI is governed. Competitive benefits: A competitive salary, stock options, and a comprehensive benefits package including a pension plan. Flexibility and balance: A flexible, hybrid environment that supports your personal and professional well-being. Our hiring process We value efficiency and transparency. Here's what to expect: Application: Share your LinkedIn/CV and anything you've worked on that you're proud of Introductory call: A 20-minute chat to introduce our team and learn more about you Personal and team fit: A 60-minute conversation with two people you'd work with closely Case study: A timeboxed case (3 hours) presented in a follow-up meeting with two team members Offer: If we're a fit, we'll extend an offer and welcome you aboard Got questions?
