We are looking for an ERP Specialist to maintain, integrate and continuously improve our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environment. You will be the day-to-day owner of the system: you keep it running, connect it to the shop floor, and turn user requests into working, tested changes. You will work directly with production, finance, procurement and quality. If a material is booked wrong or an order does not reach the line, you are the person who finds the root cause and fixes it. About us We're a Germany-based rocketry startup currently in stealth mode, scaling up rapidly to meet the demand for high-performance, reliable, and scalable solid propulsion technologies for space and defense applications. We are building our first production facility in Steyerberg, Lower Saxony, and are applying our knowledge toward serial production of solid rocket motors. If you're excited by hard technical challenges and want a role where you will make a real difference each day to the future of the company, we may be the place for you. At our company, job titles and career progression are earned, not determined by years of experience alone. They reflect the responsibility you take on and the dedication you bring to each project. If you're ready to rise to the challenge, we'd love to hear from you. Provide first- and second-level user support and training, and document processes and configurations. Monitor data quality and integration health, and resolve incidents through root-cause analysis. What we are looking for Professional experience administering or implementing Dynamics 365 F&O or a comparable ERP (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX). Working knowledge of at least two modules: production control, procurement, inventory, finance or project accounting. Experience building or maintaining system integrations (REST/OData APIs, data import and export, middleware). Structured problem-solving and strong documentation habits. The ability to work independently and handle several user requests in parallel. A degree in business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Every employee is awarded stock options in the company, you will directly benefit from your own hard work and success. Comprehensive relocation support including flights, shipping and visas. Lunch, dinner and drinks provided everyday Free access to shared company housing Please note, we are a fast paced, hyper-scaling startup. You will need to be comfortable working extended hours with high levels of autonomy, ownership, and flexibility, with contracts structured around a 48-hour working week.
