About ElevenLabs ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology. We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always. We have expanded from voice into three main platforms: ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale. ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages. ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models. Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you. How we work High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy. Impact not job titles: We don't have job titles. Instead, it's about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you. AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations. Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models. Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location. What we offer Innovative culture: You'll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities. Learning & development : ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend. Social travel : We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose. Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy. Co-working : If you're not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend. About the role Core Platform builds the foundations every other team at ElevenLabs builds on: how users, workspaces and permissions work across our products. Our systems sit on the path of every request and are relied on by millions of users and by enterprise customers, so correctness, security and safe rollout matter as much as speed. We are hiring full stack engineers (backend leaning) for two focus areas. Depending on the team you join, your responsibilities might include: Workspaces & User Management (serving external customers) Building and improving the building blocks customers touch directly: API keys, login experience, analytics, admin tooling, workspace security and more Working closely with Sales, FDEs and customer teams to turn enterprise and self-serve feedback into the right improvements, and helping large customers with complex organisational structures. Shipping customer-facing features end to end, from backend services to the admin and settings UI. Permissions & Resources (serving ElevenLabs engineering teams) Designing and building generic resource and permissioning services that product teams use to build features safely and quickly. Solving hard, largely greenfield problems at scale, for example how a customer with a million agents assigns and manages access. Working across product teams to understand their needs, and driving adoption with changes that don't require every team to rework their code. In both teams you will: Scope work as part of a large existing system: understand what exists, what could go wrong on rollout, whether a migration is needed, and how downstream teams are affected. Roll out changes safely and with minimal disruption to existing users, teams or systems. Debug and operate what you build, working from customer reports, logs and code. Own features from scoping to completion, with the support of experienced engineers who are happy to mentor. Requirements We do not require any formal experience, certifications, or degrees. Instead, we are seeking engineers who can show they have solved impressively hard problems, through past projects or GitHub contributions. We do require: Expertise in Python. A strong background in backend development, with comfort working across the stack where the work needs it. Experience with common software and system design patterns and infrastructure, including APIs, cloud infrastructure tools, storage solutions and data structures. Strong test design and security fundamentals. Care and attention to detail when changing live, business-critical systems, and the ability to learn a large existing codebase quickly. Comfort with ambiguity: working out what should be built, and prioritising among competing signals. Bonus: Experience with authentication, authorization or permissioning (OAuth, SSO/SCIM, RBAC or similar). Experience with Kubernetes. Experience building internal platforms or services used by other engineering teams. Location Our team is based across the UK, EU and US, and this is our main focus. We are flexible for exceptional candidates elsewhere. You can work remotely, or from our offices in Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco and Warsaw. #LI-Remote We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses. You'll also build presets, so a user can get the effect they want without tweaking 20 individual controls. The work mixes greenfield features with polish on the existing editor. An example of the polish is letting editors coming from Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro rebind their keyboard shortcuts in one step. You'll write proposals, get fast feedback, and own features through launch, including the marketing moment. You're a product-minded, frontend-leaning full-stack engineer. Deep backend skills aren't required. Requirements Strong frontend engineer who has built complex, interactive UIs. Enough full-stack ability to work across the stack, but deep backend expertise isn't needed. Evidence of product responsibility: side projects, open source, or product-facing work. Thrives in a fast-moving, startup-style environment, and takes ownership with minimal hand-holding. Become a Part of ACCURIDS Join us and help shape the future of pharmaceutical data! At ACCURIDS, we're building the data backbone behind life-science innovation — a system that identifies, links, and standardizes critical enterprise data in compliance with global standards such as ISO IDMP. We help global life-science companies launch products faster, more safely, and with better patient outcomes. At ACCURIDS, you'll join a collaborative, growth-driven environment where your work makes a real impact from day one. As a key member of our Product Development team, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating closely with backend and frontend engineers, QA, DevOps, and product owners. In this role, you will directly align with cross-functional engineering stakeholders and indirectly impact our customers through the features and fixes you deliver, while having direct access to our CTO as a trusted mentor and technical sparring partner How you'll make an impact: Own features end-to-end: Take full ownership of user-facing features across the stack, from refining business logic in modern Java/Spring Boot to building responsive React/TypeScript interfaces via GraphQL and REST APIs. Amplify velocity with AI: Lead by example in our AI-native engineering culture. You will use tools like Cursor, Claude, or Gemini to accelerate scaffolding, refactoring, and test writing, while acting as the ultimate authority on architectural integrity, security, and quality. As agents take on more of the routine coding, your leverage moves up a level - you direct them, shape the architecture, and own the quality of what ships. Shape next-gen architecture: Drive our evolution toward a multi-module Spring Modulith architecture, optimize complex PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch queries, and dive into domain-specific RDF semantic data structures. Elevate quality & team standards: Raise the bar on engineering hygiene by maintaining rigorous test coverage (JUnit, Testcontainers, Playwright), conducting sharp merge request reviews (including AI-generated code), and mentoring junior engineers. What helps you succeed: Proven SaaS Experience: 5+ years of shipping and owning full-stack features in production software. A degree in Computer Science, Fachinformatiker training, or strong hands-on experience as a career-changer are all welcome. AI-Native Mindset: AI tools (Cursor, Claude and Gemini) are an integral part of your daily workflow. You view AI as an output amplifier, combine high curiosity with deep technical judgment, and reject skepticism toward AI-assisted coding. Location & Work Permit: You are based in Germany within a reasonable commuting distance to our Cologne office (NRW) and hold a valid German work permit. Full-Stack Core Stack: Deep expertise in modern Java (17+), the Spring Boot ecosystem (Spring Security, Spring Data JPA), React 18, TypeScript, Redux, and GraphQL (Apollo Client). Data & Testing Rigor: Strong hands-on experience with SQL/PostgreSQL, Flyway migrations, full-stack testing (Unit, Integration, E2E), and GitLab CI/CD pipelines. Languages: Business fluent English is required; German skills are a strong plus. Bonus Impact: Prior experience with semantic web tools (RDF, SPARQL, Apache Jena), Material UI (MUI 5), Elasticsearch, or pharma/life-sciences domains (FHIR, IDMP) is a major plus. Why you'll love working here: Impactful Career Growth: Evolve into a Technical Lead / Lead Engineer role or deepen your specialization in semantic data platforms, AI features, or platform architecture as we scale. Epic Office & Hybrid Work: Work from our brand-new office in the KölnTurm, featuring breathtaking views over the city (even higher than the view from the Cologne Cathedral!). Enjoy flexible hybrid options. (Note: On-site presence in Cologne/NRW is required; fully remote work is not offered). Community & Industry Events: Connect and grow your network through exclusive industry events hosted regularly right in our scenic office space. Competitive Compensation: Fixed salary package of €75,000 – €100,000 per year for a full-time, permanent position. Work-Life Balance & Perks: 30 days of paid vacation, a personal learning budget, hardware of your choice (Mac, Linux, Windows), and your choice between a subsidized Urban Sports Club membership or a €50/month City Plus Card. Empowered Culture: High trust, flat hierarchies, and an environment where your decisions directly shape the product. Not ticking every box? Not ticking every box? We encourage you to apply anyway! We know great talent doesn't always follow a checklist and we care more about your potential, curiosity, and motivation to learn. At ACCURIDS, we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We especially encourage women and people from underrepresented backgrounds in tech, science, and data to apply. About lemon.markets 🍋 We enable anyone to be an investor. Our mission is to grow investing opportunities for all European customers and businesses. By empowering FinTechs, banks, and wealth managers to offer investment products, we help create financial well-being for their customers. lemon.markets is a Brokerage-as-a-Service platform: simple digital access to capital markets through a single API. Our API-first infrastructure abstracts brokerage complexity with a well-documented API, a self-service customer operations portal, and a clear regulatory framework, so partners can launch customer-centric, compliant products in weeks, not months. As part of the dwpbank group, we're adding a layer of resources and expertise to benefit from, while continuing to operate as an independent fintech with our own team, product, and start-up identity under the dwpbank umbrella. Your Mission: As a Backend Engineer at lemon.markets, you will play an important role in designing the backend services and architecture of our brokerage API platform that allows other companies to easily embed investing into their product. You will independently build and deliver high-quality features and services within a cross-functional team, from implementation through production. You will take ownership of your team's deliverables, make thoughtful implementation choices based on product context and customer needs, and help ensure that the systems you work on are reliable, maintainable and ready to scale. You will work in one of our product domains: Customer Lifecycle, Investing or Banking processes, helping us maintain and improve the Core Platform & Systems around them. Our tech stack is Python, FastAPI, AWS and Postgres. In this role, you will make a meaningful contribution to the development of our core Platform & Systems and to the technical decisions within your team. You will work alongside a cross-functional team of experts as we build the investment infrastructure for the next 100 million retail investors in Europe. About you: You write well-structured, maintainable and well-tested code in at least one modern programming language, such as Python , Go, Java, Ruby, JavaScript or TypeScript. We're technology agnostic, so Python experience isn't required, but you should be excited to learn it. You have experience in designing and implementing highly scalable architecture and reliable REST APIs and bring the desire to make them world-class. You've gained good experience with software in a cloud environment ( AWS , GCP, Azure) and the architectural patterns for this environment. You have a good understanding of any of these document-based or relational database technology such as MySQL/ PostgreSQL . You know how to write high-quality code that is understandable, maintainable and well tested, and can guide other engineers to do the same via code reviews. you're embracing AI tooling and are actively incorporating it into your daily workflow You have good problem-solving skills and the ability to provide in-depth evaluations and analyses of unique and complex technological issues. You have a track record of designing, building and operating reliable and scalable backend systems as part of a cross-functional team. You will be successful in this role if: Growing investment opportunities excites you. We operate in a highly regulated environment and therefore having worked prior in a Fintech or financial Service provider would give you a head start, but is not a must. You see yourself as a product engineer. That means, you are excited by solving customer problems and strive to become an expert in the domain area you are working in. You enjoy building from scratch. This means high involvement in the product development process itself while advocating for the best engineering practices. It also means that you enjoy taking technical decisions. You are ready and willing to take ownership of problems and act on them decisively with no supervision. You always thrive for high quality outcomes through focus, determination and attention to detail. You are a team player. Working together as a team, sharing knowledge & providing mentorship comes naturally to you. Long term - you consider becoming a team lead. You have no problem with learning new technologies on the go. You try to solve problems with more things than the ones you already know. We will always enable you with that, but your willingness has to come first. You understand what working in a startup or a similar lean organisation is like. You are able to work with a small team in a lean environment, can move quickly and focus on what's truly important. You see yourself reflected in the skills above, or you see yourself growing into this path. We're looking for people with passion, desire to learn and that are team players. You're encouraged to apply, even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. Your skills and passion will stand out - and set you apart - especially if your career has taken some extraordinary twists and turns. How we take care of you: 🚀 Compensation package: We offer you a competitive salary, based on your experience and the value-add you bring to lemon.markets. 🕑 Flexible working hours: We trust people to choose when they work best and avoid a rigid 9 to 5 mindset. At the same time, in-person collaboration is a key part of our culture. You'll get regular mentorship and stretch opportunities, plus a clear career development framework with frequent feedback conversations so you always know where you stand, and what to do to level up. 🌱 People & culture : You'll feel our culture in the small things, like polaroids from our lemoneers' first day, Friday food market strolls at Maybachufer, and our monthly new-joiner breakfast. But also in the bigger things: celebrating the onboarding of new partners, growing our teams, and owning a strong discussion culture. 💛 Perks & benefits: We choose benefits that add actual value. Technical Solutions Engineer

OmneaLondon, Germanyyesterday
Full TimeOn-siteMid
gosqlmongodbrestarchitectureprocurement+1

Our Mission At Omnea, we're reinventing how enterprise businesses operate, starting with the most painful parts: procurement – where a single purchase can drag on for months, trigger 50+ emails , and pull in Finance, Legal, Security, and IT just to get something approved. We've raised $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel to change that. Our AI-native platform connects every person, step, and system so buying is fast, safe, and efficient – one place to request, automated approvals and renewals, real-time supplier risk, and complete spend visibility. The opportunity is massive. Every enterprise on the planet has this problem and nobody has solved it . We've 10x'd ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months and are trusted by global enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. We're now the 4th fastest growing startup in Europe & the Sunday Times' #1 Best Medium Sized Tech Company To Work for. Our team previously scaled Tessian ( cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel , acquired post-Series C), and our team includes ex-founders operators who've grown unicorns, shipped world-class products, and executed at the highest levels. You'll work alongside leaders like Ben , Abs , Sabrina , and Rebe . Find out more about the team and life at Omnea here . The Role AI is changing what "technical support" means at a fast-growing SaaS company. The old model was reactive: wait for a ticket, dig through logs, escalate up a chain until someone senior enough could unblock it. Increasingly, the first pass on an integration failure or a broken workflow can be directed rather than done line by line by hand: AI can trace through logs, draft hypotheses, and suggest fixes fast. The job shifts with it. Instead of grinding through every stack trace yourself, you direct AI to accelerate the investigation and apply what AI can't: judgment on whether a fix is safe to ship into a live enterprise environment, whether the root cause is actually fixed or just patched, and whether this is a one-off or a pattern worth escalating to Product. As Omnea's Technical Solutions Engineer, you're the senior technical presence sitting between Customer, Product, and Engineering. You own Omnea's most complex customer-facing technical problems end to end - gnarly integrations, cross-system issues, escalations nobody else can crack. You're the person the team calls in when something's on fire, and you're just as comfortable stepping into a customer's implementation when it gets technical. This is a foundational hire. You'll set the technical bar for how Omnea supports enterprise customers, and help define how the function grows from here. What You'll Do Own the hardest technical problems: Lead investigation and resolution of Omnea's most complex customer issues - integrations, configuration edge cases, cross-system bugs. Direct AI to accelerate the first pass, then apply the judgment AI can't: is this safe to ship, is the root cause actually fixed. Be the SWAT team between Customer, Product, and Engineering: Act as the senior escalation point when an issue is beyond what the Customer team can resolve alone, and the technical voice in the room when Product and Engineering need to understand what's really happening on the ground. Get technical inside implementations: Step into live implementations when they hit technical complexity - tricky integrations, custom logic, unusual data flows - and work directly with the implementation team to get them unstuck. Feed the product roadmap: Spot patterns across the issues you resolve and turn them into clear, well-scoped input for Product and Engineering, so the same problem doesn't need solving twice. Build the standards as you go: Document what you learn, build the tooling and playbooks for triaging and resolving complex technical issues, and raise the bar for technical quality as the team grows around you. What's Different About This Role You'll spend more time directing AI through the first pass of an investigation than manually tracing every log line yourself. AI narrows down the likely cause fast; your job is confirming it's right and safe to act on. Writing a sharp, specific brief for what you want AI to investigate or fix is now a core skill, not a nice-to-have. Judgment on production risk matters more, not less: AI can suggest a fix in minutes, but you decide whether it's safe for a live enterprise environment. You'll keep experimenting with AI tooling as it evolves, and bring what works back to the rest of the team. About You We don't expect you to have done this exact job before. TL;DR: you're a technical, customer-facing problem-solver who's as comfortable elbow-deep in an API integration as you are explaining what went wrong to a CFO's technical lead. 3-8+ years in a customer-facing technical role - technical support engineering, solutions engineering, implementation, or similar - at a fast-growing SaaS company A technical background: a Computer Science or Engineering degree, prior experience as a software developer or engineer, or strong hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, and system integrations Strong systems intuition: comfortable diving into unfamiliar platforms, reasoning about architecture, and figuring out where in a complex system something's actually broken Comfortable directing AI tools to speed up investigation and first-draft fixes, with the judgment to know what to trust and what to double-check An excellent communicator who can flex between a technical deep-dive with an engineer and a clear explanation for a non-technical stakeholder Entrepreneurial and comfortable with ambiguity: you want to help build the standards and playbook for this function, not just follow one that already exists High ownership: when something's broken, you own it through to resolution, and you raise your hand for the hard problems rather than waiting to be assigned them At Omnea, we embrace diversity. To build a product that's loved by everyone, we're best served by a team with all sorts of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't quite match the full job spec! And regardless of your race, religion, colour, gender, or anything else! If you think you could be a good fit for Omnea, please reach out. A few things to note: We offer competitive geo-localised benefits, and you can check out our UK Benefits Package here and our US Benefits Package here . We work Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays in-person at our offices. At this early stage of our company life-cycle it's important to us that we get this together-time, and you can read more about why we believe this is a winning move here We're commercial, ambitious and we don't pretend otherwise!
