We make pioneering brands like Firefox, the privacy-minded web browser. Now, with more than 225 million people around the world using our products each month, we're shaping the next 25 years of technology and helping to reclaim an internet built for people, not companies. Our work focuses on diverse areas including AI, social media, security and more. And we're doing this while never losing our focus on our core mission – to make the internet better for people. The Mozilla Corporation is wholly owned by the non-profit 501(c) Mozilla Foundation. This means we aren't beholden to any shareholders — only to our mission. Along with thousands of volunteer contributors and collaborators all over the world, Mozillians design, build and distribute open-source software that enables people to enjoy the internet on their terms. About this team and role: This role is part of the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) function within Mozilla's Security team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across the full breadth of a compliance program, is comfortable building process where none yet exists, and works well with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders. What you'll do: Maintain and mature the ISMS, including the Statement of Applicability (SoA), risk treatment plans, and the Management Review Meeting (MRM) process and cadence. Contribute to the SOC 2 System Description and other audit-specific narrative documentation, ensuring they accurately reflect the organization's actual control environment. Track gaps and remediation efforts arising from readiness assessments and audits. Lead the policy program—driving policy creation, revision, and cross-functional review cycles to keep the security policy set current, enforceable, and audit-ready. Support compliance scaling as additional products or business units pursue readiness assessments and certification. Support the internal audit function, partnering with internal or third-party resources as needed to meet ISO 27001's internal audit requirements. Partner closely with Engineering, IT, Legal, Privacy, People teams, and product leadership to gather evidence, drive control ownership, and translate compliance requirements into practical, adoptable practices. Advise the GRC manager and broader Security leadership on audit risk, certification readiness, and compliance program strategy. What you'll bring: 5 years of experience in information security, GRC, or compliance-focused roles. Deep familiarity with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria, gained through meaningful involvement in audits from readiness through certification. Comfort operating across the full breadth of an ISMS—SoA maintenance, Management Review Meetings, and System Description authorship. Demonstrated experience writing and revising security policies, including running cross-functional review cycles to gain organization-wide buy-in and adoption. Experience tracking gaps and remediation plans and connecting that work to an organization's broader compliance and risk program. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills—comfortable working with engineers, product managers, legal, and executive stakeholders, and able to translate compliance requirements into practical, actionable workflows. Ability to ramp up quickly and operate with a high degree of independence. Comfort building processes where none yet exist. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to represent Mozilla credibly and confidently in front of external auditors. We want people who experiment without waiting for permission, push AI beyond the obvious, know when to trust it, and when to question it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ⭐ Mission Shape how Qonto connects to the rest of its customers' world by building the Public API strategy: a reliable, consistent API that powers integrations, partners, MCP and Qonto Embed, and turns connectivity into a growth engine for our all-in-one and upmarket ambitions. You will report to Fanny , who leads Qonto Connect, and you will own the product and governance framework that every Qonto team builds on. 👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As Product Manager, Public API, you will: Strategic ownership: Define the Public API strategy and roadmap for a product that already powers our integrations, MCP and Qonto Embed, and decide where to take it next. Meaningful, high-stakes impact: Make the API a reliable foundation for connectivity, helping Connect grow for our active customers. Platform thinking: Define a shared framework so that every Qonto team can build and expose its endpoints consistently, and partners can self-serve. Cross-functional leadership: Partner with PMs and engineering managers across Qonto to align on priorities and get API needs onto their roadmaps. 🤔 What you can expect Market context: The Public API is no longer just integrations. It now also powers MCP and Qonto Embed, so complexity grows fast and we need one person fully focused on its strategy. Team: You join the Connect team of 3 PMs (marketplace and bank aggregation, integrations, Public API), working with an engineering team that mixes backend and low-code engineers. The first question on your desk : what works well and what needs improvement in the Public API, how does each consumer of the API fit in, and what is our next bet in terms of use case tu enable and push via API. Tools: You work with the public API documentation (open to partners without a Qonto account), the developer portal, and AI tools. Being comfortable opening the docs or the code is part of the job. Rituals: a daily product and tech sync by scope, a Monday product weekly with peers, a Friday debrief to share wins and struggles, and a Monthly Connect showcase of results and new features. 🏅 About you Experience: You have solid product management experience and are comfortable owning a product that every other team contributes to, with a roadmap you have to build and defend yourself. API and technical sensitivity (a plus): You have worked on an API, integration, platform or developer-facing product, or you learn technical topics fast. You're comfortable getting hands-on with API documentation and working closely with engineers. Stakeholder management and influence: You have aligned several teams around a shared product without hierarchical authority. You communicate clearly with PMs, engineers and senior stakeholders, and you consider the impact of your plan on every team before pushing it. Nice to have: Fintech, payments or partner-integration background, and curiosity for AI tools and vibe coding (we learn it together at Qonto). At Qonto, we understand that true diversity isn't just about ticking boxes on a hiring checklist. Apply regardless of the boxes you tick — who knows? Director of IT and Workplace

Hippocratic AIRemote (Fully Remote)3 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteDirector
pythonbashpowershellllmssoencryption+25

The Role We've grown to roughly 265 people working onsite from our Menlo Park headquarters, supported by a large network of remote U.S.-licensed clinicians — and part of the Series C is earmarked for acquisitions. The systems and the spaces holding all of that together were built for a much smaller company. We're hiring a Director of IT & Workplace to own them properly. You'll own two halves of the same problem: the employee technology platform — identity, endpoints, networking, the SaaS portfolio, and our IT security posture — and the physical environment the company runs on, from space planning and physical security to the AV that customer demos and all-hands depend on. You'll inherit a small, capable team and be accountable for leveling it up. You'll be the named owner for IT controls in our HIPAA and SOC 2 programs, you'll own the IT and workplace budget, and when we acquire a company, you'll be the one integrating it. Our Environment Identity and access: Okta for SSO, MFA, and lifecycle provisioning. Productivity: Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, both in active use across the company. Endpoints: a Mac-primary fleet with Windows machines alongside it, managed through MDM. VDIs included. Internal systems: IRU, plus a growing portfolio of internal and third-party SaaS applications. Workplace: a Palo Alto headquarters with conference room AV and access control, plus a distributed clinician and staff population. What You'll Do Strategy, budget, and team Own a multi-year IT and workplace roadmap tied to the hiring plan, and bring it to leadership with clear tradeoffs and funding asks. Own the IT and workplace operating and capital budget: forecast it, defend it in planning cycles, and continuously rationalize license, vendor, and facilities spend. Lead, coach, and grow the existing team — set clear expectations, run honest performance conversations, hire as scope deepens, and build career paths that keep strong people. Define and publish service levels for ticket response, uptime, onboarding readiness, and workplace turnaround, and report against them to the executive team. Technology and infrastructure Own the identity platform: SSO, MFA, automated joiner-mover-leaver provisioning in Okta, and access governance across every connected application. Own the endpoint fleet and the SaaS portfolio — Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, IRU, and a long tail of business applications — with enforced MDM baselines for encryption, patching, and configuration. Own network and connectivity for the headquarters and the remote workforce, with redundancy appropriate to a company our customers depend on. Replace manual provisioning, access reviews, and device setup with scripted, auditable workflows. Lead major programs end to end: platform migrations, upgrades, office buildouts, and the IT and workplace integration of acquired companies. Security, compliance, and risk Serve as the accountable owner for IT controls in our HIPAA, SOC 2, and customer security review programs, including evidence collection and audit response. Enforce least privilege across the environment and run recurring access certifications with documented outcomes. Partner with Security on incident response and vulnerability remediation, and with Legal on data handling, retention, and discovery requests. Own business continuity and disaster recovery for corporate systems — write the plans, test them, and fix what the tests expose. Treat protected health information and confidential data with the care our customers and their patients expect. This is non-negotiable in everything we do. Workplace and facilities Own day-to-day operations of the headquarters, and lead space planning and buildouts against a hiring plan that keeps moving. Manage physical security — access control and badging, visitor management, cameras, and emergency preparedness — aligned with our compliance obligations. Own conference room and event AV, including all-hands and customer visits, to a standard where the technology is never the story. Support remote clinicians and staff with reliable equipment logistics, home office standards, and consistent service regardless of location. Manage facilities, AV, security, and food vendors, plus landlord and lease matters, in partnership with Finance and Legal. What You'll Bring 8+ years in IT , spanning hands-on administration or engineering and progressively senior ownership. You've done the work you'll now be leading. 3+ years managing IT or workplace teams , including hiring, performance management, and developing people into bigger roles. Proven ownership of an IT function through rapid growth. You've scaled systems and process ahead of headcount, not behind it. Deep technical expertise across identity (Okta or comparable), Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, MDM at fleet scale, and corporate networking. Experience as a named control owner in a regulated environment — HIPAA, SOC 2, or HITRUST — including sitting across the table from auditors. Budget ownership and vendor negotiation experience , with the financial fluency to frame a risk or a funding ask so a CFO can act on it. Workplace or facilities exposure — buildouts, moves, physical security, or lease management — or a genuine appetite to own it and learn quickly. Willingness to stay close to the work. This is a leadership role at a company where the director still unblocks a broken demo when it matters. Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. We weigh demonstrated ability over credentials. Nice to Have Healthcare, life sciences, or another environment handling sensitive personal data at scale. IT integration of an acquisition, or standing up a function's first access governance or asset management program. Automation depth (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and experience managing devices and infrastructure as code. Certifications such as Okta Certified Administrator, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator, Jamf, CISM, CISSP, or ITIL. Why Join Hippocratic AI Reinvent healthcare with AI that puts safety first.
