Already trusted by 15 000+ providers, we're transforming the patient–provider relationship, one call at a time. Want to shape the future of healthcare? Join us ! Discover our company culture and values Here is a product teaser Eliott's interview for Welcome to the jungle Eliott's quick interview for Speedinvest Articles on our A round ( techfundingnews , Maddyness , les echos , our blog ) Context Vocca builds AI voice agents that answer patient calls, book and reschedule appointments, triage emergencies, and free up administrative staff so care teams can focus on care. The product is live and used daily in hundreds of healthcare facilities, just a few months after launch. We are scaling fast: our target is €1M of signed ARR per month by the end of December 2026. The liberal segment (private practices and groups, ~€10–30k ARR per account) needs to contribute heavily. This is a full-cycle new-business role: you own everything from cold outreach to signature, and you build your own territory. Your mission Generate €400k ARR in year one in new business on the liberal segment, owning the full cycle from prospecting to signed deals. Expected outcomes 1 month: Get up to speed on our pitch, our product, and our market (types of centers, buying journey…) Make your first prospecting calls , demos , and initial sales conversations Close your first simple deals independently. 3 months: Build a stable pipeline , with at least 30 active opportunities at different stages Improve our call scripts and email sequences Work closely with the Ops team to ensure smooth deployments Identify weak signals from the field and feed into the product roadmap Full autonomy by month 3 on pitch, product, ICP, and qualification 6-12 months: Manage complex sales cycles (groups, multi-site, multiple stakeholders) Contribute to structuring our sales playbook Participate in training new Sales hires (onboarding, coaching, sharing learnings) What the role looks like day to day Build your own pipeline Generate qualified meetings across every sales channel: cold calling first, plus email, LinkedIn, events, and networking Create your own network and get referred to new decision-makers Run phoning, email campaigns, and inbound screening from day one Own the full sales cycle Deep discovery, sharp pitch, and efficient closing with practice and group decision-makers Master the Vocca sales playbook to move deals stage to stage Work closely with Ops to ensure smooth deployments (~1 month post-signature) Make the engine better Keep Attio (CRM) spotless and your week tightly planned across prospecting, meetings, and networking Surface field signals into the product roadmap and improve our scripts and sequences What sales look like on the liberal segment Deal size from 15K to 30K 1 month sale cycle ICP : group of independent practitioners This role is for you if The prerequisites: You build qualified pipeline from cold. You've done real cold calling on cold targets : people you're interrupting, not warm inbound or an existing book you upsell. You know how to create a network and earn referrals from new decision-makers. You've run SMB/mid deals end to end. You've personally sourced and closed your own deals for at least 6 months, on fast, slightly pushy cycles (€10–20k average basket). You listen actively, you're convincing and assertive, and you're comfortable being pushy. You have a solar, high-energy presence with the gravitas to deal with doctors: they need to be won over, so we want sharp closers. You adapt your posture and vocabulary from group GMs to individual practitioners with the same professional posture. What we'll evaluate in interviews: Demanding with yourself, highly coachable: your track record shows you don't settle for the status quo (academic, athletic, or professional over-achievement; you hit or beat your targets). No ego : you take feedback, apply it next time, and stay curious about a sector you may not know yet. Team-first: you put collective success before personal recognition. Problem solver, not problem builder. You question yourself when things don't work. Rigor, discipline, organization: you plan your week, arrive prepared and on time, keep the CRM discipline tight. You're reliable. Requirements: 1–3 years of B2B SaaS sales with genuine cold prospecting + closing experience Native-level French and good written and spoken English for internal communication Top-tier background: a strong school, or a demanding company Entrepreneurial mindset Nice to have: Experience in healthcare / healthtech, or selling a product with regulatory constraints Grounding in sales theory (you've read the fundamentals) Familiarity with Attio, Notion, Slack, Apollo This role is NOT for you if You've only ever been a BDR/SDR booking meetings, or you've only "sold" by upselling a warm existing portfolio. This role is cold sourcing + closing from scratch. You optimize for individual recognition over team outcomes. Perks and Benefits Equity (BSPCE) Executive contract (cadre) on a forfait-jours basis, with ~8–12 RTT days per year (depending on the year's public holidays). Hybrid rhythm from Paris: 3-4 days at the office, 1-2 day per week remote. MacBook provided. Meal vouchers: €9 per working day (55% covered by the company). EGYM Wellpass (Gymlib). Health insurance: 50% of Alan covered. Public transport: 50% of Navigo covered. Annual offsite and multiple team events throughout the year. Hiring process Discovery interview (30 min, video) — Talent Acquisition Manager Manager fit interview (30 min, video) — Alexandre, Head of Sales Track record + case study (1h) — Alexandre and Nathan (Senior AE) Founders / culture fit (1h, on site) — Eliott, CEO and/or Hugo, CTO + coffee with the team Reference checks Offer We aim to keep the process within 30 days . You'll receive continuous feedback throughout. Why should you join Vocca? An entrepreneurial adventure , with a supportive, high-energy, execution-focused team A product already live , with delighted customers in a fast-growing market (healthcare automation, voice AI) A true scaling phase , with everything still to build Real responsibilities from day one We hire people, not roles. If you're excited about our opportunities but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply as it can only bring learnings or success. If you identify yourself as a woman : Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements? We'll be thrilled to receive your application! You should apply if: You want to impact the industries that run our world: Your efforts will result in real-world impact—helping to keep the lights on, get food into grocery stores, and most importantly, ensure workers return home safely. You will need to learn about businesses where you previously had little knowledge. The payoff is big but you have to be willing to put in the work. Celonis is the trusted platform to industrialize Enterprise AI. At our core is the Celonis Context Model — which combines process data, business knowledge, and intelligence into a living digital twin of the enterprise that AI can actually understand, turning AI's operational blind spots into operational clarity. World's leading companies trust Celonis and its global ecosystem of partners to make their AI agents, people, systems, and processes work together, achieving transformational outcomes. We believe there's a massive opportunity to unlock global productivity and sustainability by giving AI the context to understand how every business process really works. Join our mission to make processes work for people, companies, and the planet. The Team: Celonis grew up with the private sector: Deutsche Telekom, Mercedes-Benz, Uniper and three quarters of the DAX companies rely on Celonis Process Intelligence. Now we are taking the next big step in Germany: scaling our business with the public sector. To make this happen, Celonis is investing heavily through 2029 in its German public sector business. Over the past year, we have built our Public Sector team from the ground up. Today, a strong go-to-market core team of Account Executives and Value Engineers is in place, working with federal and state-level institutions. The Bundeswehr is one of our primary target organizations in the public sector. With our Celonis for Defense & Security initiative, presented at the Munich Security Conference 2026, we offer a sovereign and trusted platform that integrates data across systems and optimizes military processes along the entire value chain. This means higher operational readiness through optimized logistics and faster maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) cycles, greater resilience through end-to-end supply chain transparency, and faster IT modernization by connecting existing systems with modern AI applications. Building on our data analysis solution Metropolis , we also help connect information from a wide range of sources into a comprehensive situational picture , enabling faster and better-informed decisions during the actual mission . To drive this forward, we are now complementing our existing Public Sector team with a highly specialized Account Executive who brings first-hand experience from inside the organization we serve: the Bundeswehr . The Role: This is not a typical Account Executive role. You bring the perspective of someone who knows the Bundeswehr from the inside: how its structures work, how processes in logistics, maintenance or procurement really run, and how decisions are made and budgets are approved. You will use this credibility to build trusted relationships across the Bundeswehr and the defense ecosystem, and to position Celonis as a long-term partner for its digital transformation. Working closely with our Public Sector AEs, Value Engineers and product experts, you will translate the operational reality of the armed forces into compelling use cases, contribute to the creation of solution blueprints, drive opportunities from first conversation to signed contract, and help shape how Celonis enters and grows in this market. The Work you'll do: Build and own relationships across the Bundeswehr – Army (Heer), Navy (Marine), Air Force (Luftwaffe) and Cyber and Information Domain Service (CIR) – and its ecosystem, e.g. the Federal Ministry of Defence (BMVg), the Federal Office of Bundeswehr Equipment, Information Technology and In-Service Support (BAAINBw) and BWI GmbH. Engage with decision-makers from leadership, logistics, procurement, IT and digitalization. Translate operational challenges into concrete, AI-enabled use cases with measurable impact, e.g. in logistics and supply, MRO and materiel readiness, supply chain resilience, procurement and IT modernization. Bring the voice of the Bundeswehr into Celonis: share insights with our product, marketing and value engineering teams to sharpen our offering. Own an individual revenue target and drive complex, long sales cycles to a successful close. Navigate defense procurement and tender processes (e.g. VSVgV, framework agreements) together with our partners and internal experts. Work closely with partners such as consulting firms, system integrators and defense IT providers. Represent Celonis at public sector and defense events and conferences. The Qualifications you need: Several years of professional experience within the Bundeswehr , e.g. as an officer or civilian employee, ideally in a leadership role and/or in logistics, procurement, IT, digitalization, planning or organizational development. A solid network within the Bundeswehr and a deep understanding of its organization, decision-making and budget and planning processes (e.g. the procurement process CPM). First-hand understanding of the process and data challenges in areas such as logistics, materiel readiness, maintenance or procurement. A strong interest in moving into a commercial, customer-facing role. Prior experience in sales, business development or consulting is a plus, but not a must. We will support your onboarding into the sales role. Strong affinity for technology, data and AI, and the ability to explain complex topics in a simple and convincing way. Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and to engage effectively at the leadership level. Familiarity with defense procurement processes is a strong plus. Grit, a hands-on mindset, and the drive to build something new. Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (native or fluent) and very good English. Willingness and eligibility to undergo a security clearance (Sicherheitsüberprüfung) if required by our customers. Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, high-growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking and a growth mindset. Willingness to be collaborative and inclusive, to embrace diversity, and strong interpersonal skills #differentmakesusbetter Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team #bestteamwins #LI-SS6 What Celonis can offer you: Pioneer Innovation: Work with the global leader in Process Mining and the Process Intelligence Graph to shape the future of AI-driven business operations. The police are one of our primary target organizations in the public sector. Police officers spend a large proportion of their time on data work and comparatively little on the actual investigation. We want to turn that around. With our new police solution, Metropolis, we help police authorities connect and make sense of their data, so that officers can focus on what matters most: solving cases and keeping people safe . To address this, we are now complementing our existing Public Sector team with a highly specialized Account Executive who brings first-hand experience from inside the organization we serve: the Police . The Role: This is not a typical Account Executive role. You bring the perspective of someone who knows police work from the inside: how investigations really run, where time is lost in data work, and how decisions are made and budgets are approved. You will use this credibility to build trusted relationships with police authorities at federal and state level and position Celonis as a long-term partner for their digital transformation. Working closely with our Public Sector AEs, Value Engineers and product experts, you will translate the operational reality of police work into compelling use cases, contribute to the creation of solution blueprints, drive opportunities from first conversation to signed contract, and help shape how Celonis enters and grows in this market. The Work you'll do: Build and own relationships with police authorities at federal and state level, e.g. Bundespolizei, Bundeskriminalamt (BKA), Landeskriminalämter (LKA), Landespolizeien and the responsible Interior Ministries . Engage with decision-makers from police leadership, investigation units, IT and digitalization departments, and procurement. Translate investigators' daily challenges into concrete, AI-enabled use cases for Celonis and Metropolis, with measurable impact (e.g. time saved per case, faster case processing). Bring the voice of the police into Celonis: share insights with our product, marketing and value engineering teams to sharpen our offering. Own an individual revenue target and drive complex, long sales cycles to a successful close. Navigate public procurement and tender processes (e.g. VgV, VSVgV, UVgO, framework agreements) together with our partners and internal experts. Work closely with partners such as consulting firms, system integrators and public IT service providers. Represent Celonis at public sector events, conferences and police-specific forums. The Qualifications you need: Several years of professional experience within the German police (federal or state level), ideally in a leadership role and/or in an area close to investigations, criminal analysis, IT, digitalization or organizational development. A solid network within the police landscape and a deep understanding of how police authorities and Interior Ministries are organized, how decisions are made and how budgets are planned. First-hand understanding of the data challenges in police work, e.g. case management, evidence and data analysis, and cross-agency information sharing. Familiarity with public procurement processes is a strong plus.
